Love it!! The lobby is modern and beautiful with high ceilings, polished concrete floors, a mid-mod seating area which is great to hang out in and meet neighbors! There’s a separate work space for those working from home, and free espresso too.The lobby opens onto the ping pong table and pool area which is just spectacular surrounded by a fire pit, palm trees, grills, and the beautiful 2story gym. There are 2 separate dog parks with dog biscuits in the lobby! There’s secured gated parking. We’re next to Publix and a great park with tennis courts! Love my unit too, the balcony is industrial and great design, wood floors, stainless appliances and in-unit laundry. Couldn’t be happier!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and to be honest in the beginning management changed twice and weren’t bad but not good either. HOWEVER, the last 2 years since the last management took over it was exceptional. The whole office and maintainence workers were all professional and nice. The office responded asap to all my concerns and resolved the issues professionally. They also started to have events, food trucks Thursdays, and yogas etc. for the residents which were nice. And since the pandemic started the office took it seriously and not only started to take precautions by wearing masks and distancing but also had the whole apartment cleaned almost every day with disinfectants. Especially, Leraia and Rebecca went above and beyond. I had my baby last year during the pandemic and it wasn’t easy, especially when I had to get ready to move. Leraia and Rebecca understood and helped me every way; they gave me information, came out early on weekends when I was moving stuff out from my unit, and help me to dispose of my belongings that I couldn’t take with me. They’re not only professional but also good people. They love dogs and adored my baby. Rebecca is such a nice person and even gave me and my baby a going away present. I can’t say enough good things about the management office especially Leraia and Rebecca. If you’re looking for a nice clean quiet apartment complex with a pool, close to downtown and the beach, and excellent management, I definitely recommend this apartment.

Great experience at the queue!!! The staff is great, both office and cleaning staff, as well as the security team being great. I highly recommend living here and I am so thankful I did :)

I love living at the Queue. The experience is amazing. The team there is so kind. Whenever there is something broken, Rebecca who is the service manager is on the job right away. I don’t know how many times I went to her last minute and she got the job done the same day. It felt good as a resident to have assurance that you had the best maintenance possible. Best apartment complex!

I’m not usually one to share reviews but this place is so outrageous that I have to share in hopes that someone will not have the experience like I did. I’m a travel nurse from Michigan and I’m working down here in Fort Lauderdale on the COVID-19 unit. I’m contracted at the hospital for 3 months at a time. The Queue requires a 2 month notice to vacate! That isn’t even half way through my contract and I don’t have any idea at that point if I will be staying or going elsewhere depending on the COVID-19 patient census at the hospital. They reminded me to turn in my notice to vacate paperwork 5 days before it was due and then again 2 weeks after it was due. They never once said that if I don’t turn it in on time that I would have to pay additional months rent and it doesn’t state in my lease paperwork that prorated rent will be charged if turned in late. Mind you, I pay 1915 dollars for my tiny 600 square foot apartment. They know my situation and still didn’t care to hear me out and the leasing agents wouldn’t give me managements number to discuss further options. During the pandemic they were lenient with some of my friends who live here about turning in their rent a little late because money was tight during quarantine (how nice right?) but then they won’t be understanding for a nurse who is risking her life every day with this virus and doesn’t know what the plan is 2 months in advance out of the 3 month hospital contract?? So all that being said, I’m paying an additional 802 dollars (pro-rated rent) on top of my last month’s rent payment. Total of 2720 dollars....This company is pathetic and just looking to make a dollar and don’t actually care about their tenants. Also, they love to boot vehicles! My friend came over to spend the night last night and they decided to boot her vehicle even though she’s parked in the designated visitor parking on the 7th floor. 70 freaking dollars to get her car un-booted. For what??? She parked in the correct area!!!!I will be so relieved when I move out in one week from this awful place. Avoid at all costs!!!!! You’ll save a ton of money and many headaches.

I have lived at the Queue apartments for almost a year and I am very happy here. The majority of the neighbors are very nice young professionals and students with young families. Many of whom are medical professionals. The facility has many nice amenities such as a nice pool with a grill area and a gas fire place, a community coffee machine with many options, a great gym with 24 hour access with both free weights and cable machines, a garage for parking your car and there is also a service that will handle your dry cleaning if you choose to pay for the convenience. Additionally, the staff here are very nice, professional and approachable. They are also very good about fixing anything that is not functioning properly. I will definitely be staying here for a while.

Welcome to the Queue. This place has the smartest and most intelligent people working here. Want to live at a place that will make your life a little easier? Move to the Queue and get harassed charging your car by a money hungry tow company that literally preys on the residents here while the leasing office just says it’s not their problem and it has nothing to do with them. EV owners and car owners beware. They look for any excuse to put a boot.

Recently renewed my lease after having a great experience during my first year at The Queue. Every part of the move-in process was extremely professional. The amenities are beautiful, the pool is always clean with an amazing grill, TV, ping-pong table and a fire pit. Literally cancelled my gym membership because the complex comes equipped with a brand new gym; dumbbells & kettlebells up to 100lbs, TRX & much more. Parking for guests is very simple and stress-free which is great given it’s located downtown. The ladies in the front office are always there to assist and make our experience as pleasent as possible!

I have lived at the Queue for almost a year. During my time I’ve never had any issues with the leasing office or the property until today (two weeks remaining on lease). I am traveling home from the holidays and accidentally left my keys in Atlanta and realized as soon as I arrived at the airport to return home. I called the leasing office to ask them to leave my door unlocked and main agents for assistance and she was lovely & tried to accommodate. She transferred the call to her manager Rebecca who rudely refused to assist with the situation. I offered many alternative options and she would just shout “NO”.Not a great way to end my time here. Old management company was much better and more accommodating to tenants.

First of all, this place is bribing people to write good reviews... The only good thing about The Queue is that it looks pretty. Everything is cheap. You can hear everything in your neighbor’s apartment, units are extremely small and the place was built horribly. My oven can’t open unless I push in the fridge. But then the fridge can’t open, because the doors get stuck. The pool never gets any sunlight. When we first moved in, there were dead bugs all in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Let me not forget the time I was stuck in my unit because they didn’t level the floor. They also boot cars like crazy!! Happy my lease will be ending soon!

Leraia is the best sales associate that Ive encountered in Fort Lauderdale. Her Property Manager was super helpful as well on his day off (Sunday). The apartment was too small for our furniture but the staff and grounds exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Boardwalk Properties, the customer service was consistent at the properties I visited. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The management office harassed me about turning in my keys for days before my lease was up. I was paid through August 20th and found out that my unit was being used for storage for some time before my lease was up. My privacy was invaded by someone entering my apartment to see if it was empty while the unit was still under my name. My key fob and dial in code were disconnected before my lease was up as well. Thankfully I had another place to stay or this would have been an even bigger issue. Also, the apartments are very small, there is minimal storage and no sound-proofing in the walls. Rent elsewhere.

LOUDEST place you will ever live in your entire life hands down or your money back. Seriously, walls are made of paper mache (probably because of how cheap it is, seems to be the theme of the building). Leraia in the leasing office will brighten your day with just her smile alone. My roommate and I were apartment hunting all Saturday and were beyond frustrated with rude and dismissive leasing agents. Until we stepped into the Queue and spoke with Leraia. She was warm friendly and answered all our questions. She really took the time to break the pricing down and made us feel comfortable. After taking the time to show us multiple layouts and helped us walk through the spaces and speak about layout and possible designs. She is the reason me and my roommate are signing a lease with the Queue. I cant wait to see her bright smile light up the hallways of our new home! You go girl!

I made the move from Miami to Fort Lauderdale to be closer to work about 7 months ago. The thought of moving from a home where I lived for the past 8 years to transition into apartment living left me uneasy. I began my search 4 months before my move and came across The Queue. I met with Leraia in the Leasing Office while visiting friends near Las Olas and she greeted me so politely. She answered all of my questions in detail and explained the entire leasing process before I took off. The building felt like HOME. Beautiful courtyard pool with outdoor grilling & games. My dog Chewy fell in love with the dog park & pups during the tour. I left with intentions of seeing what else is out there since I have not rented for 8 years. I saw 3 communities near by but no one was as responsive as Leraia . As promised she followed up with me 2 months before my move in date with options of the floor plan I loved most. She remembered in detail what mattered most and found the perfect home for me. My experience has been great so far. The Management and Maintenance staff is very responsive and always available to help. We enjoy attending Residents events, great chance for Chewy & I to meet our neighbors. If you are looking for peaceful living in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, this is the place for you. Definitely renewing 😊

Horrible experience! Ever since this building has been bought out by broadwalk properties the quality of life of residents have diminished. Seems they have no idea how to properly run a building and make paying residents feel like a burden to them. Aside from the dishonesty that occurs on the daily basis. I had to pay a ridiculous $500 fee just to use the large garage gate to quickly bring stuff down, they then threatened to town my rental truck if I didn’t go to the office and pay them $500. They mentioned it was simply a refundable security deposit Which I month and a half later I still have not received and when you call they either leave you on hold or lie to you. It seems a lot of people have been moving out due to many issues. All of these reviews don’t write themselves. Don’t rent!

Nobody likes to read lengthy review so we broke this down for you in list format to cover the important pieces. In short, you see the 5 stars. But read more below for details!Home | Very modern design, nice balcony, atheistically pleasing viewsCost | Definitely one of the most affordable places to live in downtown Ft. Lauderdale for a brand new building with modern design.Location | Can’t beat.Amenities | Has everything you need, with great hours. Only downfall might be the pool doesn’t get “enough” sun.Management | Professional, proactive and friendly. They’re always doing partner events with local vendors.Pet Friendly | Best in class. Two area for dog parks, they throw doggy events. May we not always attend, sure but the effort on their part is nice.Safety | Zero concerns here. Fob access only and a security on site for the night shift.Parking | Probably one of the best for Ft Lauderdale. They have a garage for you + visitors. And the whole exterior of the building (North, East & South) is available parking even on the street. Rare for Ft. Lauderdale.Maintenance | No problems here. I’ve had a dishwasher issue once and a touch up on the wall. All covered, no questions. Thankful for that.

I have been living at the Queue Apartments since opening day on March 2018 and I have been in love with the building ever since. Right in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, just 2 blocks away (walking distance) from Las Olas boulevards Riverfront, restaurants and shops. The apartments are super chic, spacious rooms and closets, high end appliances, modern kitchen cabinets and bathrooms. Most importantly the management makes sure everything stays in pristine conditions. If you need a lightbulb changed or anything fixed in your unit just make a request online and youll have someone from the staff fixing your issue the next day... this is a HUGE plus for me. One less thing to worry about in my busy life. Same goes for the rest of the building...Everything is kept impeccable and improvements are done whenever needed. The parking building is HUGE: 7 stories of parking spaces which are more than enough for the entire building...the last 2 floors of the parking building are always empty even at peak hours so there is ALWAYS a parking space for you and for MANY of your guests... There is even parking for electric cars to charge. The gym is OFF THE HOOK: 2 story gym with weight training and cardio floors. The dumbbells go all the way up to 100LBS, flat/incline benches, chest press station and squat rack included... very few private gyms have these last two (check out the pictures). The pool area is huge with BBQ area and ping pong table included. And last but not least regarding the building: the lobby is equipped with a free all day gourmet coffee machine, it doesnt get better than that. The people in the building are all extremely nice, mostly young professionals who work around Fort Lauderdale so you will always meet cool people for either hanging out as friends or making new business relationships. The property management and staff are extremely attentive and professional. 5 stars all the way!

I gotta say, i LOVE this building. Since boardwalk properties (the new owners) took over the building EVERYTHING changed for the best. These guys are sooo attentionate to detail. It is the first building that I live in that management does not make me feel like just a number, they actually give a sh*t and THIS is why im actually going to spend 20min of my precious time writing this long review.SERVICE & REQUESTSThese guys really care about us enjoying the building. I made several requests which i thought were long shots but THEY DID IT. Ex: I requested for an additional mirror to be installed in the gym. BOOM one week later i went to the gym and it was installed. I was shocked and thats just one of many.. Also If i need ANYTHING fixed, repaired, or changed in my apartment, I simply submit a request on the online portal and It doesnt take a day and someone is already knocking on my door to fix it.AMENITIESGYM: The gym is VERY complete, dumbbells up to 100PDS, Chest press, cables you name it! If it is too late for LA fitness, Im happy to workout here! They even added a water dispenser in the gym.POOL/BBQ: Amazing, JUST AMAZING. So much fun with friends, cooking out, birthday events, hanging by the pool. Pool is heated. Ice-machine outside and a fridge.LOBBY: Thats my favorite. FREE COFFEE machine! lol! And it is good quality coffee too! i work from home so i get my moneys worth :P Sorry starbucks. #ByePARKINGYou always find parking in the garage, it has never been an issue. You even will even have parking for ALL your guests in the garage, you simply need to register it. If you dont want to park in the garage there is FREE unmetered city parking all around the building which is pretty cool considering the prime downtown location.I was LITERALLY the 1st person to move in this building and I am not going anywhere. Love the place, love management, love it all! And I am convinced you will too if you are looking to move in.Thank you boardwalk properties.
