The community is clean and I love the fact that the gates are up and working.Great staff and management! I have wonderful and caring neighbors.I feel safer knowing that we wont have anyone off the streets trying to get in while we are asleep.Great place for your pet buddy. Most of all, I enjoy docking my boat behind my home! The property managers are especially awesome and always very helpful when needed.Everything can be managed through an app.
I lived here a year ago. Very quiet community. I didn’t think I had neighbors for awhile until we saw each other one day. Everyone is friendly. even the dogs. I wish I could have stayed longer, but stairs were not good for me. Office staff quickly respond to request. I highly recommend living here.
I love this community, the strategic location close to highways, smooth traffic, quiet neighborhood, no parking limits, and although due to the covid we cannot have the amenities are nice and good
We just renewed for another year. The staff is always so friendly and our maintenance request are always completed quickly. The Apartment view of the intercostal canal is breathtaking, and we have front row seats to when the Manatee arrive. This is our second renewal term and will continue to stay at Alister Isles for more years to come.
Passing by the place, it is one of the nicest places around! It’s a clean, safe community and very entertaining to say the least! With all the lizards, wild animals, boat docks, and more, this community is never boring.
Our family moved here two and a Half months ago. We absolutely love it great for families which was a priority to us since we have an 8 year old 6 and 4 year old there are lots of kids to play with! The complex is not very big so there are not a lot of random cars really just tenants. The neighborhood is well kept and really looks great all the time! The people who work here are all very nice and very helpful to any problems you might have! Honestly we are very happy we found this place and would recommend it to anyone looking.
Be careful All Realtors!!! Do not waist your time with this Rental Community!Im a Realtor for more than 14 years, I rented a Unit and they didnt pay me after their promises of 1 month referral fee. I will place a demand against them. Do not work with them. Rochelle Fox didnt answer the phone as well.. Very bad but I will not stop to fight for my commission....
Alister Isles is a hidden gem that we were lucky to stumble upon. Our townhome unit is beautiful, the community is safe, and the residents are friendly and respectful. We moved in 5 months ago and worked with Rochelle who is the property manager. She has been absolutely wonderful every step of the way and truly cares about the residents. We highly recommend Alister Isles to anybody looking!
My apartment is spacious and I have a water view. My dog loves the little fenced in area on my back porch. The grounds are always clean and green. The staff always waves whenever they see me. I look forward to staying here for a few years.
This place is a gem. Michelle has been wonderful since the very first day we moved in a year ago. Rochelle was kind enough to help us with our moving dates. Everyone that lives here is very nice and the community is very well kept. I highly recommend this place to live!!
Stunning. First of all, I (because of my own accord) have been back and forth with this place and surely have given them more than a plate full to work on with my crazy schedule. The property is not only absolutely beautiful, but the property management efforts put forward by the Gables and the entire Aqua Isles team is very impressive. The very least I can do is write a pleasant review because honestly, they go above and beyond to offer amazing service. Looking forward to a wonderful year ahead!
Alister is a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and weve already been living here for two weeks and we are LOVING it.
Absolutely love the peace and quiet so far; I came from a terrible rental community called Parc Station (between 95 and trains = constant noise). People here seem nice and actually pick up after their dogs, unlike my last place. Management is responsive and non-intrusive...also, you guessed it, unlike my last place.
Great place to live. Pet friendly, always clean and tidy. Good neighbors and the staff is great. Michelle is the best.
This is going on my 2nd year living here and I have been pleased. The property is well kept. Maintenance is ALWAYS helpful. The units are comfortable to live in, especially if you share the unit with roommates. I wish they didnt have to increase my rent with the renewal, but it is still better than some of the other places I looked into. Its worth checking it out!
I have been living at Aqua Isles for a little over a year now. It is a physically very nice community. It is a really nice layout. There is plenty of parking and the townhouse are a decent size. Gables Office staff are nice and try their best. I am in property management, so I know how it is to deal with certain people (impossible at times.) Cynthia is nice and so are the maintenance guys. They work hard to get the job done and always fix in a prompt manor. I feel comfortable with them entering my house without me there. Very trusting and professional. I like how the new gym looks and the pool is small, but nice. The gate is pretty but doesnt work well and is open most of the time. Dont rely on the gate to make it a safe and gated community Ill just say that. Look at the gate as a nice amenity.Only downside is sometimes people are noisy with conversation on the streets, as well as the back yards. Some people here are horribly disrespectful when it comes to that. Im talking about loud obnoxious conversations outside from 11 PM-5 AM on WEEKDAYS.That is not okay. Most residents here are friendly, laid back and mind their business. However, there are some people here who just are plain rude. They think they are the community mayor and follow/stalk you if they think you are doing something wrong. They have no problem confronting you and assuming things that are not true, but will accuse of it anyway. I had a few situations where it got heated where I was so close to cursing a couple neighbors out. These people are not part of an HOA or Gables management, they have no business doing that. Also the Dania Beach area as a whole is a weird seedy area, but I like to think Aqua Isles is a gem in the middle! My only advice is try to do a resident event here and there if it is in the budget.Aside from a few minor things, I am mostly happy here. Gables has improved the community tremendously throughout the year Ive lived here. Its a beautiful community and I am proud to call it my home. Keep up the good work!
Awesome community, friendly neighbors and very good service
I think the biggest issue in this community is a lack of respect from the people living here and the lack of care from the leasing office. There are countless times where I have been woken up in the middle of the night by neighbors who are having parties on weekdays, knowing that they are waking up people. There has been numerous domestic violent incidents as well. I asked the office to make sure boat owners secure their boats during a current hurricane. They havent done that and probably wont even though it poses great danger. The office will come up with any excuse why they cant fix your problems.
I has been close to a month since Ive moved out and still no security deposit. After contacting them numerous times (Cynthia doesnt return calls), they simply stated it was overlooked. Overpriced & poor customer service.
Ive only been here a little over a month and the only reason i am writing a review is because the current reviews out about it i feel are not warranted.i was very nervous to move in here after reading reviews about this community BUT im happy and relieved to say i havent had any issues.the leasing office is friendly and leaves you alone, the maintenance guys are great- super nice and prompt with fixing (especially pedro)the neighbors are pretty nice- everyone keeps to themselves which is how i like it. if you are looking for a place where everyone is buddy buddy and in your business than this isnt the place for you.the unit itself it great, we have wood floors which are pretty scratched up from previous people but leasing office let us know it wont affect us upon move out.no issues with the front gate, the noise or anything like that. 1 downfall is the amount of children living here. they are always at the pool and running around (i personally dont like kids and the place i lived before was all young professionals very little children)i felt like i needed to write this review to let people know this is a overall great place to live
This is not going to be a pleasant review, but I promise it will be honest. I can only hope that the current ownership can improve on my complaints because they do not only benefit me if improved. I will also use this reviews on other sites as well. But I will start with myself. I am 29 year old male who has a family. A 7 year old son, and a 3 year old daughter. Aqua Isles recently allowed kids/students to move on to the property and decided to dorm across the community and hang out on odd times of the night which is their buisness. The security gates I understand they can not prevent crime, however they close way to slow and therefore a horrid deterrent. I pay almost 2100 a month in rent, and there is no Gym, and no Jacuzzi, also when you move in, there is no high speed internet because when this place was built they didnt want to run fiber optics thru the area so we are stuck with very slow internet and paying high end prices for it. it Is not possible to seek the competition for internet/cable because again no fiber optics. you can only use ATT/Direct TV, and have to pay whatever price they want. if you dont like it, then no internet/cable. basically I am not getting the best bang for my dollar ($2100 a month rent) I can easily afford a mortgage and have a decent place for my value in rent.
Great place.
Not good
