I don’t often write reviews but I had such a great experience here that I wanted to share. I needed to find a place to move ASAP & had looked at several places prior to finding this building, all were very disappointing & discouraging. From the minute I walked in and met Arianna I knew this was a place I wanted to call home. Ari was so kind and helpful. The building is absolutely beautiful and everyone is very friendly. Ari was on top of everything and I literally had the keys to my apartment in less than a week of viewing it. I can now see why this place has such great reviews & am so excited to be able to call it home.

I havent even moved in yet but was impressed by Arianna Gonzales who rented the apartment to me and showed me around explaining everything clearly and patiently. She is very efficient and extremely friendly and helpful.i feel that I come to her for help if I have a question

I’ve been a resident at the Whitney for about 7 months and can honestly say it is the best building I have ever resided. I am so impressed with how well the grounds are maintained. Both the maintenance crew and cleaning crew are top notch! I also must commend the management & leasing team. Nicole, the property manager, is always available with a smile and she truly gets to know the residents. Ariana and Mathew are also great. Tatiana has helped my many times and she really went above and beyond when she stayed late after hours to help me resolve an issue. 5 STARS OVERALL!

In April, I moved from NYC into the Whitney and have nothing but great things to say about it. Everyone who lives there has been super friendly and welcoming. The dog park is great and very convenient. I love the gym and pool. The staff has been great, especially Jennifer, who is a maintenance technician. She is accommodating and always ready to lend a hand. She is super nice to my dog, which means a lot to me. I highly recommend this building if you are looking for your next apartment.

Love living the Whitney! Lived here for a yr and love all the amenities, esp the dog park. This place is awesome, staff works hard to make you happy! Nicole made transferring into my new apt such a breeze. Literally made my life so much easier. Jen, Al, and Rob are awesome maintenance crew. Came and fixed all my issues within the same day! They are super accommodating and super nice. :)

I just moved to The Whitney 2 weeks ago, and I love this place so far! Arianna was amazing and she was helping us from the beginning to find the apartment that we like! All the staff is very nice,kind and professional! The place has everything that you need so I would highly recommend it!

Ive lived all over the world; The Whitney is absolutely the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The property is clean, amenities are amazing, the apartment itself is modern and spacious, and I cannot say enough about the staff. Nicole and Matthew are incredible property managers, there is literally no problem too small for their personal attention. They truly go out of their way to make you completely at home and taken care of. The maintenance and support staff are also second to none. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. Problems here are few and fare between, but when they occur they are fixed almost immediately. I would also like to recognize Tatiana. She is one of the newer Leasing Specialists, but you would never know it. I have had some fairly unique circumstances with my lease and it would have been very easy to have the front office of any place not offer help. Tatianas level of customer service and care for her residents makes you feel like you are the only person living in the building. Her time, devotion, expertise, and level of personal attention has been unmatched. If you are thinking about moving to Fort Lauderdale; come to The Whitney!

Living at The Whitney has been such a great experience! Lovely apartment and amenities, for sure! But one of the best parts about living here is the staff, particularly Jen! She has always been so helpful and prompt with not only me, but everyone else Ive spoken to who lives here. She has also been a great community member as well, looking out for her neighbors and being a lovely presence at the dog park and elsewhere in the building. Living here would not be as great without her around!

Love The Whitney. I’m so glad I chose to live here. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Jennifer, one of the maintenance techs, is awesome. I recently did a work order and she came by to take care if it. She’s so professional and was in and out so quick. She’s also just super nice in general. I see her at the dog park often. It’s nice to live somewhere where the staff is so professional and genuinely nice to their resident!

I have been living at The Whitney for 7 months and I absolutely love it here! Everyone is so friendly and the staff is amazing! The newly renovated dog park is top notch and the monthly events here (especially the dog ones 😁) are great! I’d like to shout out Jenniffer, who is one of the maintenance techs here and she always goes above and beyond to help out, she gets things done quickly, and is very professional. If you are looking for an extremely pet friendly, peaceful, and beautiful place to live this is it!

So far the customer service Ive experienced from The Whitney staff has been nothing but 1st class. Particularly, Ari Gonzalez, the Leasing Agent that made this move a great experience, is always willing to help and always has the answers for me as a new resident. Getting settled in, I think I may have been a little needy, but shes never let me down and provides service with a smile. During her time off, Tatiana Ortiz, was just as helpful assisting me with some administrative requests which was addressed immediately and efficiently. I look forward to my next 11 months at the Whitney and possibly more as I start my new career and life in Fort Lauderdale!!

I am so glad I made the decision to rent at The Whitney! I absolutely adore my modern apartment, the community is always clean and the pool is always pristine, and the maintenance team and office staff are always friendly and helpful. Did I mention we had a resident event for puppies? Although I do not have a dog, I absolutely love how dog friendly this community is. I feel safe here and right at home- especially in the kitchen- so much cabinet space and beautiful appliances. Waking up to an ocean view every day is a legit dream. This is by far the best apartment I have ever rented across the 4 states I have lived in.

Just moved in this weekend and me and my furbabies are LOVING IT! Tatiana in the leasing office was amazing finding me the perfect place to be MY home. Friendly neighbors, Beautiful grounds, fantastic amenities, and an excellent location to boot. Love my new home!

Ive moved 8 times in South Florida. Ive lived at the Whitney for 6 months now and I LOVE IT. Nicole has been the best Property Manager, Ive ever dealt with, she is very kind and understanding. HUGE thank you to Jenn in maintenance, she is an angel and always goes above and beyond for the residence, she is always happy and great to deal with!

My AC went out on Labor Day. I placed a request for service and the on call technician, Jennifer L. came to my rescue within minutes. She immediately diagnosed the problem, low freon with a frozen unit, and my apartment was back to a cool 68 degrees after she worked her magic. Thanks J Lo!

I love living at the Whitney! The neighbors are so friendly and so many cool places to walk or a short Uber drive. Tatiana was so helpful with the entire process. I love the fact that they do lots of resident events and get to meet new neighbors each time.

I lived here for about 2 years. Most importantly the staff is really great. If you ever have an issue, you can always go to management, Matt or Nicole, and they will always try to help. Everyone is friendly and they genuinely try to make it a great place to live. Maintenance/Al was especially good and always took care of anything in my apartment. Location is up and coming, amenities are great, and the best part is it is a great bang for the buck. Building is new, apartments are nice and modern, and the corner I had an 05 /b5 is the best lineMy new place is twice the money and service is awful. If I had to do over again I would have stayed

If you’re considering the Whitney...run don’t walk! I have lived here for a few months now and am so happy with my decision. The office staff and maintenance is amazing. Veronica at the front is so sweet and goes out of her way to welcome new furry friends. The sense of community from residents and resident events is unlike anything I’ve experienced living anywhere else. Very dog friendly building including a huge fenced in dog walk. Very minimal noise from neighboring units (no building is going to be 100% quiet). Amenities are great, apartments are modern and spacious. BIG bonus is the storage closets on the patios. No other building I looked at had that.

I have been moved in for a few weeks and I really love it here. The leasing staff are extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I want to highlight Carlos because he worked very quickly to get me moved in. I could tell he was very busy during this time and I’ll admit I was very needy. That did not stop him from remaining kind, attentive, and informative throughout the entire application and moving process. I really really thank him and the entire Whitney staff for making my move so easy!

I have been living here for about 3 months now and I am so happy here! Amazing amenities such as the pool, gym and how safe it is here. A great place for young professionals but also very peaceful since I never hear any sounds above me which is great. The whitney is elite you won’t regret living here.

This is the most beautiful apt it is so boutique once I got a tour I was ready to move in I’m so happy to be here the staff here is amazing they always find time to listen to your needs the place is very clean and up the a perfect standard it is very dog friendly / plenty of parking space/ the apt is spacious love my layout if any one complain about here they are simply not happy with there self because it quite and charming so happy I choose here to be my HOME never leaving . Absolutely in love with The Whitney and the community as a whole. Look you will never find a place that you may deem perfect, because unless you are looking to spend an outrageous amount on rent, that place does not exist. Yet I can wholeheartedly tell you that this place checks off the majority of things on my list when compared to others. the Quality is premium, but more importantly the treatment and management team is something I hold in high regards which I applaud them for (given my past experiences at other properties). It has been a smooth transaction, with the chaos that moving can be, and the leasing office and management have been able to work through some of the concerns that I faced promptly in a professional manner. In specific I had the personal pleasure of working with Carlos and Matthew, and they convinced me on this place as opposed to others based on their genuine treatment and excellent service (as Im sure the rest of the team is as well). Carlos has been in constant communication and since the first tour has been there for me with any issues I have along with Matthew, understanding how difficult certain things may be for me with my very busy schedule. So for that I thank them for all their help and without hesitation refer anyone who is interested in a place to call home to check out the Whitney! Style, quality, safety, cleanliness, and a friendly atmosphere are what you should expect with the Whitney. Do your due diligence, check it out, compare and see for yourself. All the best!

Lived at the Whitney for about 13 months and our stay was AMAZING (thats right, in all caps). Unfortunately, had to move because of some personal reasons, otherwise would have loved to renew our lease. The property and the amenities are great, pool area is supercool, gym is huge and fully equipped, game room and common rooms are pretty incredible. We lived on the 17th floor, the view was spectacular. The management and the whole staff is so nice and friendly. Matthew and Carlos helped us with the leasing and the process was smooth and hassle-free. They plan a couple of events for the residents every month that are super fun, like movie night, book club etc. If you are in the area, i highly recommend you to checkout this place.

I moved to Fort Lauderdale not knowing a single person and decided to sign at The Whitney above all other apartments in the area. I was one of the first people to move into the building and had the opportunity to see the community grow. During my 2 years in the building I have had nothing but positive experiences. To this day, I have made some of my first and best friends in Fort Lauderdale at The Whitney. The management at this building has never stopped to ensure I always felt welcome and important to them with any issue I may have had. The maintenance team has always fixed any problem on a dime. The security team does their job well and makes sure everyone feels safe in the community. This building sets the standard for professionalism, quality, accommodation, and community. If you are looking for a new place to live in Fort Lauderdale this is the building to begin your journey!

Been living at the Whitney for just a few months and so far I love it. I moved from another luxury building and had a poor experience so Im going to wait a few more months so I can provide a more accurate review. Only downside about the whitney is the bedrooms have carpet which is hard to clean but everything else has been great!

I am happy to have renewed my lease here at The Whitney for another year. As a Realtor, before I chose the Whitney I toured all of the new luxury buildings available in Fort Lauderdale. For me, The Whitney was by far the best compared to its competition! Besides being a really well designed and luxury feeling building, the staff from the Leasing Office team to the Property Manager are always ready to help and answer questions and do it with a smile. The team keeps the amenities very clean and very well maintained. I have had a couple repair requests in my residence which Peter and Al addressed very quickly and respectfully. I have recommended this building to multiple friends of mine who have moved here and will continue to recommend in the future. I’m changing my review... at first it’s glamorous.. but then.:..I’ve been living here since March.. the third day we moved in everything got taken from us, chairs, public lounges, gym, pool, pool table, etc etcThey charge a premium to live here but don’t let you live in peace.. security runs this place like a prison..I seriously feel so uncomfortable using any amenity I feel like I’m being watchedThey harass any guest you have so definitely walk with your friends if you have them overUnhappy living here staff could do better being nicer to people. Security that is

I want to start off by saying that before we chose the Whitney we visited about 10 buildings in the area. We did our research and I must say that after being here for a week now, this place is definitely the best.The staff is friendly and Carlos did an amazing job with us. He is super friendly, responds quickly and makes sure that you are taken care of. We moved from Canada and he made the leasing process very easy for us.They also have a community portal with all sorts of interesting info .I definitely recommend the Whitney !

The Whitney is BEAUTIFUL! We moved in over a month ago and couldnt be happier! The apartments are well laid out, appliances are great and the bathrooms and closets are huge! You cant beat the location or the amenities! The building has a lot of safety and security features, which is really important to me! Everyone we have met have been so friendly so its great if youre moving from out of state like we did! Theres events twice a month so you can get plugged into the community easily!

Brand new amazing apartments for rent downtown Fort Lauderdale. The building is extremely clean and modern decor, very spacious with lots of modern finishes. You cant beat the location or the amenities. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, Howard has helped us through the whole process. My girlfriend and I had been apartment hunting for weeks. We were sold on another building, but decided to look at The Whitney for fun. We were completely blown away by how beautiful it was. The leasing agents were extremely accommodating letting us have multiple tours to show family members in from out of town. It was unanimous that this was by far the best apartment for us. The attention to detail and homey feel could not be beat. The amenities are anything and everything you can think of.

I am still waiting for a response to an email that I sent, as a prospective resident, to a Leasing Specialist named Carlos on October 2nd, 2020. This was a basic inquiry. No response.

Started with a great tour from Carlos. He was extremely busy and made time for us as just walk-ins. He showed us a bunch of units we seemed interested in and offered us to come back a second day if needed and he would show us again. That’s exactly what we did. He showed us a few more just to make sure we were set up and knew we made the right decision on the right unit we made. Great amenities, clean, and new. I can also see the ocean from my apartment.

The Whitney is a beautiful property with a perfect location and great amenities. From the very first time I toured, I was impressed by the energy and enthusiasm of the staff and the friendliness of the community. Carlos made finding my perfect apartment a breeze, communicating regularly and making sure my move went smoothly at every of the way. Couldnt have done it without him and now I love living here!

The Whitney features luxurious finishes and great location close to downtown, shops and restaurants. Make sure to ask for Harold, not only he is very knowledgeable and courteous but he also made our application process very smooth. Can’t wait for my moving day to start enjoying all the amenities this property has to offer!

Overall pretty good experience. Very memorable and fun prior to Covid.The good:-Units are overall pretty nice and I had a great view-Amenities are pretty high end for a rental building although limited now just like everywhere else.-People here are mostly great, made some of my current day closest friends through the enjoyable social events thrown here pre Covid.-When nightlife comes back, there should be plenty of it to go around in the neighborhood. (At least I hope so). It was an up and coming but still lively area pre Covid.-Staff members, especially Carlos in leasing and Veronica in security, are all very nice people that I enjoyed working and chatting with.-Its not too terribly far from FTLs main attractions-I had little to no noise issues.Not so great:-If youre looking for a true urban experience per say, this isnt 100% that. Most of the restaurants are a 15 minute plus walk and theres really only one super market within walking distance. You will certainly need a car here. When the scooters were around, they made accessing places nearby much easier so hopefully theyre back soon.-This neighborhood is a work in progress and youll need patience with it. Walking places more than a block or 2 away can be challenging due to the disjointed sidewalks (city needs to fix this). There also seems to be a bit of a homeless problem that got worse after coronavirus. The worst of this is mostly on Andrews ave. Avoid the nearby bus terminal area on Brickell ave at all costs.-Only complaints about the apartment were the countertops and and usual amount of dust buildup that was maybe just my unit.-Some residents arent taking care of the property. Not unusual to see a mess left by pets not cleaned up unfortunately.-Sometimes only 1 working elevator in the south tower.I had a great time here when times were good. This area has a lot of potential and once things become more normal its quite fun. I will not be renewing due to the fact that I now work over 30 miles away on a different schedule and cant pass up an opportunity to live in a certain neighborhood Ive been wanting to for years. I hope this helps!

World Class communication and service the entire time. Carlos helped me get moved in within a week! He went above and beyond every stop of the way. I have been treated just like family which is extremely special considering just moving to the area. Oh and the place is STATE OF THE ART!

DO NOT rent from them racist staff called about a 2 bedroom apartment spoke to Matthew he informed me that 2400 was the lowest price the had for a 2 bedroom i never discussed price what so ever with him. Its sad that as a successful African American business owner im being discriminated based on my race. the key word the he used was the lowest price for rent is $2400.00 I did not ask whats your lowest price

I signed the apartment today at Whitney, and I am extremely happy for this decision and excited for my new life in Florida. First it all, I love the Staff! In particular, Harold and Nicole were amazing with me having a lot of patience and doing very easy and smooth the process to sign the leasing. Everyone, showed me a smile today when I signed! The tour to the building performed by Harold was very professional, detail and complete. His communication skills are amazing, and he supported me in the decision very well, he really makes easy this decision. The building is beautiful inside and completely brand new with a lot of technology features and the design: Is very pretty. Also, the price comparing with other locations is extremely good and competive. I cannot wait to start living in this building.

What an amaZing team and customer service they provide here at Whitney. I came back home late and my AC was not working. Texted one of the leasing office managers about the issue. Got a response within 20 minutes to call a number and my assistance was on the way. At 1130 pm my AC was fixed. Thank you so much to all of the team members! What an amazing experience.

My wife and I recently relocated to The Whitney from another LMC property in Nashville, TN. We were super impressed with the last LMC property so our expectations for The Whitney were very high. Needless to say The Whitney shattered our expectations!The property is beautiful, the apartments are thoughtfully laid out, the staff is always helpful and friendly and the amenities are second-to-none.

We chose this apartment after searching through all the apartments in downtown fort Lauderdale. The amenities are pretty much the same in all luxury apartments but what sets whitney apart is the service. Harold was exceptionally good while showing us the apartment. He even gave us a tour second time when we had shortlisted 3 apartments to help us make the final decision. On the move in date due to several issues we reached at around 8pm and while it is policy to just leave the keys with concierge, Harold was there himself to greet us and help us even after office hours. Since this is a very new apartment complex we had our doubts before moving in but now we know weve made the right choice.

My family and I could not be happier here at The Whitney! We just relocated from upstate New York and the move has been nothing but smooth and pleasant. Since we couldn’t come for a tour, Harold took the time to FaceTime us throughout the building and available apartments and we were instantly sold! He also sent us pictures and videos of the apartment we chose so we could plan out furniture. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful! The building and ammenities are like nothing else. Every resident we have met has been so nice and our lab Nala has made lots of friends. The location is awesome, close to a park for the kids and grocery stores. And the Starbucks machine...amazing!! We feel incredibly safe in this building and neighborhood and are very lucky to call this place home!

Everything is truly exceptional and 5-star at the Whitney.Matthew went beyond excellence in my lease and move-in process by taking the time to show me multiple units multiple times, and finding a solution on an apartment that worked for me.After move in, The Whitney experience has been fabulous. First, the location. You can walk to the Brightline, you can walk to Flaglar Village, walk or take an electric scooter to Las Olas. Once you walk in, its like OMG, this is a 5-star hotel. Next, the amenities are excellent and top-notch. This is not your typical apartment amenities. The gym has the same amount and quality of equipment you would find in a high-end gym. Sparkling pool, 3-4 lounges for social events, work, meetings, conference calls. The unit can be compared to 5 star hotels Ive stayed in....the carpets, the flooring, showers, and décor. Last, but not least, the wonderful friendly staff, who are always there to greet you and address any problems or concerns immediately. Nicole is always putting on awesome social events a couple of times a month, which gives opportunities to meet and socialize with your neighbors. Thanks Nicole for wonderful events - you rock!

Searched many condos in the downtown Ft Lauderdale area and by far this was the newest, cleanest, nicest and modern building of the bunch. The price was also less then the neighboring buildings which were offering only used condos. The leasing process was simple as the well as the moving.My leasing agent, Harold Penaloza, made the process easy and completed my application in 24 hours. The building is conveniently located near Las Olas Blvd where there are many restaurants as well as shopping centers, banks, gas and convenient stores. The gym, pool, and community areas are top notch and are always clean.

I moved in about a week ago and couldnt have been easier. Great space, great people to work with.
