Had TONS of options for color and the prices are the best in town!! They took their time with each nail to ensure the right thickness and shape and was one of the best experiences I’ve had with dip nails!My favorite salon in Fort Collins by far!

I had the most amazing experience today at this salon!! I’m ashamed to say I didn’t catch the name of the gal that performed all my treatments today but she was absolutely amazing!!! I’m here visiting from Portland and had some time to kill this am and thought I would get my toes done. Well that I did and they look so awesome!! And the massage was even better!! Then got a brow wax and decided to let her tint them as well!! They all look amazing!! And the price!!!!! Wow!! I would’ve expected to pay close to $200 for all of that where I’m from, but this was no where near that and for that I was over the top impressed!! Thank you so much and anytime I’m here on business I will go see this young lady!! Oh and she even offered to take me shopping later when she got off work!! #mindblown !!

I recently got my nails done here and i absolutly love them. They turned out exactly how i wanted and overall look great. My nail tech was great. She took her time and did an amazing job. These are pribably my favorite set ive had so far. I will absolutely be coming back.

Billy has been doing my nails for over 15 years; I have known the owner, Ann, for over 10 years. The staff at this salon is professional, friendly, and efficient. The salon environment is clean, relaxing, and busy but inviting. All of the nail techs guarantee their work (ensure you are satisfied with the service before you leave). They offer a plethora of services from manicures and pedicures to waxing and lashes. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was looking to try out a new nail salon in Fort Collins, so I popped into Dolce for a pedicure. This was a HUGE mistake!My pedicurist abandoned me twice during my deluxe pedicure. The first time was to give a woman an eyebrow wax (took about 15 minutes). She left me with hot towels wrapped around my calves...those quickly became cold. The second time she left to accept payment from another client (took less than 3 minutes, but still odd considering other staff members were around).To make matter worse, Dolce is not abiding by COVID safety protocols. For instance, they are completely ignoring the 6ft apart recommendation and they are sitting clients in chairs right next to each other. They also are allowing clients to pull their masks down under their nose OR completely under their chin.Overall, this was a terrible experience. I couldnt wait to get out of here and I will definitely not be coming back.

Billy has been doing my nails/waxing/pedicures for as long as I can remember. Dolce is a very welcoming and professional place. Their quality is outstanding and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails, wax or pedicure. Highly recommend!!

Worst manicure I have ever had. The lady stood up to answer personal calls 7 times. My nails are way shorter than they were and there is product gunked all over my fingers. I paid $75 after tip for dipped nails and I regret ever going.

Locally owned and well-run. They are attentive, charge reasonably, and always make sure you are happy with the result. I once damaged my nail twice before driving away and they fixed it each time. The massage chairs are fabulous and its easy to go with a friend.

All of the staff was very nice and accommodating, even during the pandemic. Very nice price for what you get, and they offer many different services. Was a great experience overall!

Dolce is my go-to nail salon! As you can see by the pics, I go often and have gotten both acrylics and gel manicures. I always ask for Hailey (the owner) and she takes such special care to make sure the nails turn out beautifully. She also takes care of her regular customers, and sometimes offers discounts! Don’t let the bad reviews deter you, this is a great locally owned salon that deserves to be successful!!

I dont understand why people dont enjoy going to this place. Ive been going to this place for a while and I love how my nails always turn out. If you have never been there I would recommend going to Anne.

I have been to this place in the past and the experiences were great, but my sister went in to get her nails done and the guy assumed she wanted fake nails. We told him we wanted shellac so he changed it to shellac, but the end result was horrible. She got a light yellow and you could see patches of her nail where he did not finish the layer. When he filed her nails he filed them so there were ridges left. My experience with them in the past was great, but this time was the worst nail quality I have ever seen.

I dont understand the reviews on here, this place is great. My friend and I go here to get our nails done and each time they are precise, professional, and do a wonderful job. I go see Billy, he has tons of experience and is my favorite in Fort Collins, but everyone else at Dolce also do a nice job too.

Going to call today to see if they can re-do my nails - I had the shellac done yesterday on my nails and toes and it is already chipping off my nails. I have not done anything since yesterday to cause them to chip other then go to work. I am a little upset this is out my nails turned out after 70+ dollars.Update - I went back to have them re do my nails. She blamed me for having bumping nails? that is the reason they looked like they were all messed up. And that shellac does not stay well and will chip if I do shellac a lot - I do my nails like once every 6 months so no that is not why. They did to it for free but literally a week later they are all almost pealed off. Could have done better from my home UV lamp and gel polish. Never going back.

Talk about coming off as unprofessional. When I went to get a pedicure done, the lady did not attempt to communicate with me whatsoever. Nothing on how short I wanted my nails, shape, or anything. The way they worked was though I was an inconvenience and just wanted to get things over with.Regarding the pedicure itself, it was very lackluster. Most other salons I go to at least have a bit of a massage, here they just lathered the lotion on and left it as it was. They didnt bother to fix the polish when they went outside of the nails and onto my cuticles and heres the kicker:At the end of it all, I was slapped with $65! For a basic pedicure! No price list or anything for us to look at. Kept her mouth quiet the entire time when I tried to make conversation and didnt bother telling me the price until I was finished! You can bet I wont be coming back here again!

The nail lady made the appointment very quick and it was kind of unprofessional. My nails had the previous color still on the edges and there is nail polish on my skin around the nail. The pedicure not to mention was unprofessional and the lady seemed to not know what she was doing. I do not recommend this place at all!

I just love this day spa. Hayley one of the owners and a very good friend always takes care of me and makes me feel beautiful. Ive known her for about 15 years....shes great at her craft and Ill never go elsewhere...thanks for taking care of me...Victoria Turner

Best pedicure in town, and the price is amazing. I tried a lot of different places before coming here, and they all lacked the quality that Dolce provides. The Deluxe Pedicure gives you everything you need and want for $30.

First time here and absolutely loved it. Ana and Ohana were so lovely and professional. I will definitely be back.

They listen to what you want and deliver, if they dont, they stand behind their work until you are happy. That is a rare find in todays world.

My nails were cut to quick, even after showing the stylist the length I wanted.I even had one of my fingers nipped.When I left there was no thank you for coming.I will not be back.

I too have been going to Dolce for a few years - but Im finally finished and looking for something better. As many of these reviewers write, the staff is incredibly rude and constantly try to upsell you - they dont take one no for an answer. They recently theyve switched to cheaper nail polish. :( Im on the hunt for something better in SE Fort Collins. The one star is for location, atmosphere, and chairs. If the staff were to change, I would be back.

The whole pedicure felt rushed, the work was sloppy and it was not enjoyable or relaxing at all!! They gal I had said maybe 5 words to me. I will not be back.

Just left this salon. The lady treated me like I was an inconvenience. I just wanted a basic manicure, simple but that’s all I wanted today. I asked for a design, she practically told me no. I have been going here for years. It’s always hit or miss with the service. I am so disappointed. My polish has smudges and bubbles. I just don’t understand how this is acceptable.

They were VERY pushy to get Shelliac . And when we declined they became very short with us. The pedicure I got was less than satisfactory. Tools and supplies were not sterilized. Only one coat of polish applied. No offer for design. It was completely rushed when other walk-ins asked for Shellaic specifically. He applied the top coat and got up and walked away, never came back. No assistance with putting on shoes. And of course it got smudged but he was no where around to ask for a touch up. Very disappointing. I will never return.

I always go here, I see Leane or Hailey they are both great. Friendly, reasonable & they have a great variety of polish & techniques!

Worst pedicure I’ve had. Unfortunately bad pedicures seem to be par for the course at all nail salons, I have yet to have had a good one. Won’t be back and definitely won’t recommend.

I called ahead to verify hours, which they never told me on the phone, and see if they had time for 2 sets and 2 pedicures. I told them I was across the street and they said to come in. As we were pulling into the parking lot (literally 5 minutes later) she called to see if we were coming. We get there and saw they closed in 30 minutes. We double checked that they did have time and they happily said yes! They did our sets while we were in the pedicure chair to team up. End good experience here... my nail tech was so rude and rough. I asked for my tips to be short due to my occupation, and she cut them down past my finger tips on a couple. When I asked about it, she stated they all had the same amount of white like that was what I was worried about. She cut me with her dremel tool, and her nail file, and left tons of glue and powder base under my nails. There wasnt any follow up on my toes after my pedicure either! My sisters nails were cut with scissors, and he didnt fully apply the base on some of her nails. We asked for the corners to be rounded, and are still very sharp. They seemed annoyed and pissed we were there, but we wouldnt have gone if we knew they closed so early!! I didnt even want to give a star!!

I have been here many times with my girlfriend but today was the last time. Their service and quality have been going down but today was the final straw. It was like lighting my money on fire, I now have to go somewhere else to get their work fixed.Really bad paint job.Used grater when I said no.Asked for repair on the job and made it worse.New lady working at the front is Rude.Cut my skin and made me boeed.

CRAP.. This place is a JOKE!!! They are NOT REASONABLY priced. I have been to many salons and they charge more.. And they really shouldnt. The service is horrible and they do crappy work. I have been there twice after the first time of disappointment I thought id be nice and give them another chance.. Yet again disappointed. I have even had friends tell me my nails look awful and some of them hate the place as well. I truly think I could buy fake press ons and they would look WAY BETTER.. SERIOUSLY how do they stay in business with poor customer service, over pricing and crap work.. All I can say is WOW!!! Crap salon.

They completely messed up my nails so I went back to complain and get my money back, instead they agreed to fix them for me but ended up making them look 10 times worse than they already did. Terrible terrible service. Would never recommend this place to anyone. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Honestly disgusted. I went in today to get a fill on my acrylics and a pedicure before I went on vacation, well when i was getting the polish taken off of my hands she literally burnt and cut the sides of my fingers with the machine! they’re all so ugly and short and my thumb is completely diagonal! and when i was getting my toes done, she kept pushing for gel, when i kept saying no i want regular polish. They charge an extra 5$ just to get your feet scrubbed? So if you wanted to get a nice foot massage just like every where else, I definitely wouldn’t come here. They also never completely scrub the bowls with the water for your feet, They just refill it over and over again. The website they have says a fill is 25$ and and a pedicure is 25$, well the booklet she kept handing me said a fill was 23$ when i was charged 35$, not to mention she kept pushing for the “deluxe” pedicure (also 10$ more making it 35$) When i kept saying no. So the total that should have been 50$ was actually 65$. Not to mention the guy doing the lady’s nails next to me, kept stopping his work to answer his phone for a clearly personally conversation! NEVER COMING BACK.

Terrible. I got a full set of acrylics and she kept getting up to do other stuff. I left with a huge amount of glue build up under the nails and some of the tips are pointed upwards. One finger is side ways. Not to mention all of the black acrylics color all over my hands. $45 wasted and I have to get them fixed somewhere else

Came in with an appointment for a wedding party. They weren’t ready for us and we all ended up in the chairs at random times. The bride was still waiting when several of us were almost done. It all felt a little rushed as well. Not as relaxing as I had hoped.

Before you go here go to instagram and find some of the photos people have posted of their nails... you will change your mind and run for the hills

Asked for coffin shape and didn’t get it, then told her to fix it and she did but still left some squared, didn’t get what I asked for and they are always in a hurry.

Nails turned out horrid. One week later and i already need them complelty redone. Complete waste of money.

$40 for a rebase no french tip.... my nails hurt. One already cracked off one day aftrt getting it done, they are all croked and look like crap. Uneven etc. Over priced and rush. Friendly tech easy to talk to but not worth $40!!!! Ill be editing my review upon reimbersment...

I get my lip and eyebrows waxed here pretty regularly, but the service is very inconsistent. They might put a powder or lotion over the wax one time, but the next time they wont. No longer going here.
