I’ve been going to Glossy Nails for about two months now and I’ve walked out happy every time no matter who takes care of me. Linda especially is an amazing technician and gave me this beautiful black ombré set, and they turned out even better than the reference photo I showed her. Can’t wait to visit again!

I visited this facility for the first time today and have all good things to say! I came for a full service manicure - (tips on all fingers for added length, shaped to short claws, and then done with acrylic, painted, once accent finger on each hand, and then matte coat to top). As well as a deluxe pedicure for my feet.I’ve been looking for a good nail salon since moving from out of state. I used to get my nails done all of the time when I lived in IL and had a salon that I loved and was loyal to. Since moving to Fort Collins, I have tried a few different nail salons but wasn’t very thrilled by them. A few friends, coworkers, and employees at my local coffee shop recommended Glossy Nails to me. I was not disappointed! I am very happy with the service I received and the end result is exactly what I was wanting. The staff listened carefully to what I wanted, helped me choose colors, length, made helpful suggestions, offered me a beverage and were attentive. It took about about 2 hours start to finish but I had quite a bit done and haven’t had a manicure or pedicure in a while, so I required a little more TLC in some areas! Happy with the results and will definitely be back.

It was my daughters first time getting her nails done. The experience was absolutely wonderful for her and her nails turned out beautiful. I feel that mine were rushed and could have been done a bit better. Still beautiful and I get tons of compliments on them.

Will most likely not be making a return. They were very rough with my hands. Not only did I leave with sore fingers, and multiple cuts, as my cuticles clearly show. But the paint job was done very lazily. I really had high hopes going in, but left with nothing but regret 😔 especially for the price. When I asked why I was paying $65 I was told it was for the paint on the bottom (which wasn’t the right color)🙄

Clean and professional facility. First pedicure I’ve had. The staff were patient and kind. I got the deluxe pedicure, soak, scrub. Highly recommend.

I love going to this place. This staff is always very friendly and my nails are always looking good. They have great time management and I have never waited very long because I always walk in without an appointment. The pricing is also great. :)

I have been very pleased with Glossy Nails. The women who work there are so kind and sweet. They do amazing work plus give the best pedicures on the planet. They give you the longest massage when getting a pedicure and after a long week at work it is the most relaxing thing ever!!! This was my 4th visit back here and I will definitely continue going to Glossy Nails. I have tried other salons in the area and was not happy with them. One place that I had recently been to in the past gave me a staff infection that caused me to have to go to the emergency room. You definitely will not have to worry about things like that happening at Glossy Nails because they keep their salon super clean and I have personally watched them disinfect everything that they use on customers. If I could give Glossy Nails 10+ stars 🌟 I would because they are AWESOME!!!! Thank you for treating your customers so good. We love you!!! 👍😘

Best acrylics I’ve ever gotten. very detail oriented! new go to nail salon in Fort Collins!

I am not one to leave a bad review on anything, in fact I never have. But I left this salon with cuts on almost every cuticle after my manicure. The woman who gave me my manicure caught all of my cuticles with the file, causing over three of them to bleed significantly during my manicure. Today is the day after, and my cuticles are all red, inflamed, irritated, and burning. The dip manicure turned out fine, but the lack of care towards cutting my skin multiple times was disappointing.

We have been here many times and unfortunately, won’t be returning. It appeared very dirty as the seats were greasy and tools didn’t appear to be sanitized! Nothing wiped down in between clients. The worst part was that my best friend and I both left with beat up cuticles. The lady even dabbed blood from my pinkie finger without so much as an apology. It was a busy Saturday but no excuse for bloody and sore cuticles! Did not make for an enjoyable experience! ☹️

Look no further. Glossy Nails is hands down the best nail salon in Fort Collins. I moved to Fort Collins about 3 years ago and struggled to find a new nail salon that really fit my needs and had employees that went above and beyond. Glossy Nails has been the only nail salon that has been keeping me coming back for more since day one for a little over a year now. They have friendly and efficient staff that are attentive to your needs and wants. I go mainly for manicures (acrylic) and pedicures (gel) but they provide a variety of services and different levels of care to fit every budget.Linda and Jenny are my absolute favorite go-to nail technicians that do an amazing job every time without fail. I highly recommend.

Its been awhile since Ive been in, but every time, Ive had Julie and shes just the absolute best. She has taken her time and has paid attention to every detail with my nails.Shes always been very friendly and my nails look FLAWLESS. I usually get shellac because I study martial arts and Im using my hands a lot. It stays for a very long time without damage.Im excited to go back soon!

First time getting acrylics here-I am normally very DIY but wanted the experience of professional acrylic sets. I dont think she was ready for me being a first client of the day. Expecting an easy set and colour--I handed her 4-5 photos for reference told her to do what she felt comfortable with from photos and she was amazing. She got more into it the further we went with the process.

They were super quick and great quality. Also very nice. Great massage for the pedicure! Will come back!

So I came in desperate after getting a bad set from another salon. The ladies were so kind and ready to help, I just felt bad being an inconvenience cause the other nail artist who gave me the bad set did some weird stuff but again these guys were so ready to help. Minor cuts just from slips on the drill but its all good, very clean and professional. We had a minor problem figuring out an alternative for acrylic powder since I am allergic but they did give me a nice alternative to help me out. 10/10 definitely going again

100% will be coming here again for my next fill. They are a bit rough with your hands (not the comfiest manicure Ive ever had) but they were some of the best acrylics Ive ever had. Not too thick, large color selection, not a long wait and I was done within the hour. Plus, the man I had really seemed like he knew what he was doing, he was very quick to do the nails but I could tell he was trying to make them look just right at the same time

Man working was nice. Started out good, but then I bumped my toe so another lady repainted them sloppily. She then bumped into my toe while during my manicure and repainted them sloppily again. I went to a different salon afterwards and got them repainted all over. I also felt like I was an annoyance while there. I don’t like to leave a bad review unless I feel it’s deserved. The French manicure I got lasted 2 days before peeling.

This is my go to nail salon. They provide excellent service and do a great job with specialty designs I ask for. I’ve tried other salons and nothing beats Glossy Nails.

Horrible experience. I went twice. The first time I was suprised they didnt havee.eash my hands before the dip. They didnt even do my cuticles or clean under the nail. But the application was fine and she did the hand rub. Lee was the lady. Then I came back. I had the manager. OMG Horrible. I asked can I wash my hands first? He said no. Literally. No. So fingers were dipped into the jar unwashed. He wasnt paying attention just rushing.. So then I noticed one nail was thick and showed him.. So he filed it a bit. Still thick. I had to ask him to get it better. The nails arent even and my hands feel dirty under the nails. No oil noaddage nothing.To top it off some lady came in super mad. Like SUPER mad.. Saying she wanted something fixed and they told her no (something like that) and how shes a nail tech and you dont treat customers like that. Now I cant say if her complaint was legitimate. But after my experience Ill say it was probably based on some fact.

Jenny is an angel, everyone is very helpful and friendly. I can come in with an inspiration photo or just a color id like and I always walk out with gorgeous perfect nails.

The place was good until they did this. It was so painful. I just wanted to run away.

Went to a different place that did a horrible job on my acrylics and came to Glossy Nails hoping they could fix it. Linda did an INCREDIBLE job and I couldnt be happier with the results. She even did a great job waxing my brows. :)

Watch out for hidden prices they will give you different prices according to how well your dressed. They will also talk about you while they are doing your nails. I got a pedicure from a young man. I got an infection in my toe. he wasnt wearing gloves. So you need to ask for the prices. I spent $83 on a $25 pedicure and a $35 new set of nails. Will not go there anymore.

Just had a mother daughter date and we will go back for sure. I had tips with acrylic overlay, my daughter had the dip. We have had other places and they hurt when using the file and the dip was thick and very uneven. We are both very happy with our experience today. Long did my nails and I will book with him again. I did get the gel color and full set was$50.00 the dip was $45.00. We are clients for life💅💅💅

I came in for a pedicure. They were super busy, so I waited for 45 minutes. I was ok with this. The pedicure treatment was a huge disappointment. They didnt ask what kind I wanted and gave me the quickest one to rush me out the door. A total of 2 hours and I was given 20 minutes of service.

My nails look ok, but my fingers were hurt very badly they bled, I believe it was an apprentice so thank you for the effort but I am in pain.Update: I called back as requested in the answer to my review. I asked to speak with the manager due my complaint to try to fix the issue. The man that answered just said what do you want?. My explanation was worthless and issue unsolved. I was an unlucky new customer and cannot recommend this place :(

Got my nails rebased at a very short notice, walked in with my friend and after just a little bit of waiting we were taken in. I had such a lovely conversation with my technician and I felt welcome the whole time I was there. I felt like the service was done in reasonable time and that my nails look wonderful

I came in two months ago and got my nails done for the first time here, needless to say I wasn’t impressed. Not only did the lady do a poor job, she cut my finger deep and they were uneven size wise and color wise, I came in with a picture and it was the complete opposite of what I wanted, and they broke a few days later. I came back and got Linda. Not only did she fix my nails completely and actually gave me what I asked for, I came again today to see Linda, I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she did FANTASTIC!!!! I will never go to another nail tech, I adore her and she is so careful with my cuticles and actually gives me what I come in for. If you go here, ask for Linda!!!!

Been going here for over a year and I’ve always loved my nails. I get long, shaped acrylics and have been to multiple technicians and all have been very nice and provided good quality service.

Never have I ever been treated so poorly in a nail salon. I rarely write reviews but I’d hate for someone else to experience what I did. As soon as I walked in I felt extremely unwelcomed and unwanted. The lady who did my nails rushed through them just tossing my hands around and rushing me out the door. I was there for 15 mins and was charged $25 just to get my nails painted without a full manicure or anything. She was extremely unfriendly. I will never return here. This place needs to step up their customer service.

The lady who did my pedicure was super nice but unfortunately was kinda rough and made my toe bleed pretty bad. I noticed it was bleeding and didn’t say anything but she kept going and ignored that it was bleeding. Now my cuticles are swollen.

No matter how many times I told her that I didn’t like the shape of my nails she did not change them. Didn’t clean up my nails at all I had to pick out the glue from behind them. Definitely not going here again.

I got french tips and it looked so bad it was nearly laughable. The french tips were about a centimeter thick. And the lady that did my pedicure didnt ask me before doing anything. She didnt ask me if it looked ok or anything she just blazed on

Charged me $20 extra dollars for a French pedicure when I was told it would be $5 extra dollars. Total RIP OFF if you ask me..be clear about your prices before hand! Then she had the audacity to argue about it instead. Over $100 dollars spent NOT SATISFIED

I just moved up to Ft. Collins and I needed a new nail salon so I stopped by. I called ahead and asked how much it was for an acrylic fill, they said $40. After my nails were done, they said it would be $55. They only lowered it down to $50 even though they told me ahead of time that it would be $40. The day after I left, one of my nails completely broke in half. I was going to go back in a week to get it fixed since I was busy and had plans for that whole week. By the time I planned to go get my fill, four more of my nails had cracked or broke. Just an FYI I do not do any hard labour, I’m just a full time college student and I’m pretty gentle on my nails. This had never happened before I came to this nail salon. I wanted to like this salon so bad. It was close to me and very convenient but I’ve never had 8 out of 10 of my nails break within 10 days and for that reason I will not be coming back.

They forgot my request for gems but I am very happy with my nails. They look great and my technician was very helpful and friendly. I dont know much about nails and often feel overwhelmed when i do get my nails done. Based on my experience here I will definately be back.

Ive had many pedicures in my life and am even a pedicurist myself, so i have high standards for the service. i got a pedicure from Len a week or so ago and it was the best one Ive ever had! Her massage techniques felt so amazing, her polish work is still perfect and hasnt chipped, all her steps made sense, pressure was perfect, she paid great attention to detail, and the place was professional and clean. Definitely going again and asking for Len!!

It was my first time going in, I waited about 10 minutes while they cleaned a area for me and my friend. I saw the older lady poorly disinfect the pedicure chair, very rushed. While she was doing my pedicure a customer needed to be checked out. This lady did not take her gloves off to go help the other customer, she touched the money and the dirty computer area then returned to doing my pedicure. I asked her to change her gloves please and she lied saying she did even tho I watched her the entire time infront of me. I’m so disappointed

My nails are out of this world!!! Hint: I decided to get a space “themed manicure”(In particular, based on the plant Saturn). I recommend Jenny and Linda for all your manicure needs. Jenny shaped,painted, and decorated my nails. And the turnout was what I wanted/imaged.Glossy Nails is a fair price with great service.

I stated all i wanted was my cuticles cut. The lady cut my skin about 3 different times on different nail beds making me bleed. When I paid she charged me $17 for cuticles stating that she gave me a manicure. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WALKING INTO THIS PLACE. Horrible horrible service. & then they act dumb when you try to dispute the outrageous bill for cuticles! Do not do business here.Worst experience in my 20 years of going to any salon

I feel like Glossy Nails is a secret treasure I found and I dont want to tell everyone how wonderful the service is because then it will be too busy to get into! Linda is talented and funny and does a GREAT job every time I see her! Ive had my nails done by others in the salon as well and they all take care to give good service to every customer. I love this place, i come here every time for my nails wether it’s shellac, dip, or acrylics. in my experience the guys here do the best job. the only reason i don’t give 5 stars is because they are rough with my hands. everytime i come they use the spinning power tool and they always cut my cuticles which makes them bleed. but other than that i know when i come they’ll always be able to fit me in

I’m sitting here now getting a pedicure! They are awesome and have barriers up between staff and clients and the only clients that are seated next to each other are ones that came in together.I do have a geriatric Karen in the appropriately distanced seat next to me complaining about “not enough people wearing a mask” and she is scared to be here. Literally everyone is wearing a mask. So I took a video to prove it!

I’m new to FoCo, so I made an appointment and went in to get an ombré nail dip. Kim did an amazing job, did exactly what I wanted and was very thorough and took her time. I would definitely recommend, I love this place!

Absolutely no social distancing. Most of the staff were wearing masks but only some tables had protective glass in front of. They tried to seat me directly beside someone (probably 2 feet away from them). I did not feel safe or comfortable here at all and had to leave!

They saw us 30 minutes boast closing and where very nice. Not the best tips Ive ever had, but still beautiful.

I got a full set of acrylics done two days ago and one of them completely broke in half today so I called and went in to get it fixed. I went in and had to wait about 30 minutes and then I get seated and the guy starts doing my nails and he asked me if I remember the color and I said no the color was sitting on another station when I was getting my nails done and I liked it so I asked the manager if she could bring me it in gel for my nails, she did. he said oh so you don’t know the color and I said no I can look though I looked through the box and I couldn’t find a similar color so he went and grabbed a color and started doing my nails with it and then proceeded to convince me that this color was the same color as the original when it’s 10 times darker and Way more pink than the color I had. my color was orange straight orange! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY THERE!! this isn’t the first problem i’ve had either, my cuticles are torn up from the lady that did my nails.

Great experience here at Glossy Nails. The pedicure was awesome, lasted about 45 minutes for a great price. If on campus or close to it its in a perfect location for a nice walk there. All the staff are wonderfully helpful and make the who experience wonderful.

I came and got my toes done with my friends and we all loved our toes. Brought my little sister back the next day to get our nails done, we love this salon. Definitely coming back and recommend to others.

Today was a self care day for me and I was already a bit down. After endless of reading reviews of nail salons I settled for Glossy Nails. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was lovely. I picked gel manicure ($40 with magnetic specialty gel) as I work in a career using my hands most of the time and didnt want any paint to be chipped. Im writing about 2 hours after the experience so, if anything chips before the 2 week mark, Ill update this. But for now, I would say this place was over all pretty nice! The tech was nice, it was a young male that spoke pretty good English. He was very gentle with my hands and took time/care in my manicure, which I think the photo I provided is evidence that he did a wonderful job.Although I was rather quite and didnt conversation with my tech much, I did learn about the people working there as I began to zone out and people watch (I wasnt into the TV show they had on). It seems as though they tend to overbook appointments sometimes and walk ins are more important (as its business/money right then and there and want to tend to their guests). At least from what Ive gathered that is. Which makes me think that if you have a favorite tech, make sure to ask them to maybe have a cut off time of 30 minutes prior to your appt, especially if you have somewhere to be after your appt. My experience would be at least a 4 or maybe even a 4.5 star review. So, I recommend this place!Oh P.S, try to get in during a week day before 3:30pm if possible. It gets super busy closer to the evening.

I was traveling here to visit family for Xmas and accidentally ripped a brand new tip off. I went in to get it fixed and they didnt have the same color, but whatever, accent nail. They were super fast, and didnt even charge me!!! Super nice and efficient.

Tom always does such an amazing job on my acrylic fills! He works fast and still manages to make them beautiful and long lasting. I also never have any trouble with them lifting and I work with hair all day. I usually just walk in with no appointment and never have to wait to get my nails done either. 10/10 recommend!
