I had been looking forward to my appointment with Jenny for several weeks leading up to my appointment date. Right before the appointment, my boyfriend’s car broke down and I had to help him, I texted Jenny and told her I would be a little late to our appointment, because I was driving an hour to see her. She was very blunt in her response, telling me I’d have to reschedule. Which is no problem. The problem was when she asked me for a second deposit to reschedule. I had explained the situation to her, explained that I lived in Greeley and was choosing to drive to her because of how much I admired her work. I explained to her that I was extremely upset and crying because of how much I had been looking forward to it. Her responses were cold, heartless, and were attempts to make me feel bad about the situation because she explained that she could’ve been making money. she had already received my deposit, so it wasn’t like she was walking away empty handed and disappointed, like I was. Wasting $20 and receiving nothing in return. Really really sad to write this review, she has policies in place on her Instagram that are understandable, and respectable. I just don’t understand why she couldn’t treat me like a human and offer just the smallest kindness while conducting her business. Instead of trying to make me feel bad for things out of my control. Her work is beautiful, regardless.

I’ve been going to Jenny at T Nails for about two months now! She’s the new owner and she does AMAZING work! Everything from classic and simple to bad and boujee 😉 these are the sets she’s done for me so far and she is so gentle on my nails! Quick, efficient, artistic, and we always have good conversation. My nails are healthy and I always get compliments 😊 None of the sets I’ve gotten so far have broken either. Highly suggest supporting her business!

I had Jenny do my acrylics for the first time there. She took her time but was still fast. She started on me last and finished mine before my sisters were even painted. She was super sweet and nice and totally made cute nails. Free handed it all and did a beautiful job. It was clean and was a cute little nail place, totally worth the $85 and I will be going again

I’ve been to almost every nail spa in foco and T nails is by far the best. My technician really took her time to get the nails to look perfect. The nails looked exactly like my photo too!! The acrylics stayed on for 3 months before I eventually took them off. The polish didn’t chip that entire time too. 10/10 definitely recommend.

After having an appointment all week for myself and my Sister, who came into town from Arizona, I was called ONE HOUR before our appointment, and told that they WOULDNT take us because they booked a wedding party and didnt have time to do our appointments. This is the only place we have ever gone, so we are (were) loyal customers. VERY UNFAIR AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!! The new owners DO NOT extend loyalty to their regular customers!! Good luck with that! I would recommend you go somewhere else! I will let everyone I know on Facebook and the Internet know what you did to us!!! We had been coming there for years. Shame on you!!

I was excited when I saw they got new spa chairs but my water was COLD and he said it was on the hottest setting. There was also a constant sulfur smell that was very unpleasant. The nails themself were great and the people are friendly but I will definitely be looking for a new spot to go to.

When I originally moved to Fort Collins I went to T Nails and loved it at first but stopped going because the previous owners no longer delivered the clean, timely, attention-to-detail service I was hoping for.Fast forward to Jenny taking over... I stumbled across her impeccable work on Instagram and instantly knew I needed to make an appointment. Let me tell you she EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!! Jenny is by far THE BEST nail artist to have ever graced my nails. Ive honestly never enjoyed getting my nail done so much- she delivers PRISTINE, UNIQUE, JAW DROPPING nails every single time! People frequently compliment my nails and Im always quick to refer them to my girl Jenny!

Went for a gel nail service, but my polish was chipping off the very next day. I called the shop the next day to set up an appointment to have my nails redone and was told an appointment was not necessary. I went back to the shop that same day to have my nails re-done but arrived to find no one immediately available to help me. Since I would have to wait, I asked to have my money back, to which the owner replied, have a seat and someone will be right with you. She came over to look at my nails and told me they had been painted with regular polish and after consulting with the male nail tech who had done my nails the day prior, she then replied that regular polish had been used because that is what I requested and was also the reason the nails were already chipping. I 100% did not want regular polish and they kept insisting that is what I had ordered. I again asked for my money back because I did not have time to continue to wait, but was again denied a refund, the owner stating- the work had already been done. She told me to continue to wait and that she would take care of the problem. At that point I was so frustrated I left. I will not be back and do not recommend this business.

I have been with T nails for six years, their customer service was outstanding, the prices were amazing, They were fast and courteous. Now I am no longer happy because The owners have switched hands. I find that the service is slow, extremely slow, and they are understaffed, I’m just no longer going back to this place. Two times that I went there I waited a half an hour before I was taken care of. I won’t do it again

Iv been coming to this nail salon for 4 months and I love it! I see Jenny and she does an amazing job with my nails. She does beautiful nail art and it’s so easy to make appointments with her. I’m a long time customer but under the old management. I’ve used this business twice under the new management and while the work has been top notch👍🏻 (except My pedicure wasCut short because they got busy and needed the staff to “move it along”) I find the young gal that seems to be in charge now a bit abrasive. She was very forceful with me while doing my shellac manicure, talking over me when I was trying to communicate with her a couple times and again rushed in her service as well. Not sure I’ll go back. Any recommendations for a personable friendly Place ?

My appointment was at 12:30 and they didn’t start me until 1:15. The nail quality was good but the color didn’t match the samples on the rings. My tech left at different points during the process and it took almost 2 hours for a simple set of dips. Not my favorite.

I went in for a pedicure recently unaware ownership had changed. My previous visits were great and on this visit, everyone was friendly and the salon was very clean. Unfortunately, the gentleman who did my nails did not seem very experienced and it appeared he was being coached on what to do next every step of the way. I currently have bandaids on two of my toes as the nails were cut way too short and are very painful. I hope this was a one-off experience but I doubt I will go back.

They were ready for me when I arrived and took extra care with my pedicure and also my manicure. I was very satisfied with the service. Ill be using them again.

I have been going here for the last three years and overall, have had wonderful experiences. There are times they do seem rushed and the attention to detail isnt there, but they still turn out better than most places I have gone too. Both Anna and Tracey are incredible. If you can get in with either of them, definitely do it. They pay such close attention to detail and what you want or ask for. I get SNS and it lasts a very long time and the color options at this salon are amazing.

I was not impressed with this place at all!!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND! The owner did my nails. She cut every one of my cuticles with the electric file. Got glue all over my fingers... Was on her phone texting.The gel was applied poorly and is not even. Next time Im just as well having my 6 year old paint them.And all this was $40.00.Ill be going back to Nails 2000. Not this place again! (Thats what I get for stopping at the place closer to my house)

T Nail Spa is great. I went for the first time to check it out today, and was pleasantly surprised. I had low expectations because I have never seen them busy, but I truly think it is because of the location and that they have one review posted. They had plenty of staff and all were extremely nice and welcoming. They did a good job on my nails and I am usually very critical of nail jobs. The gentleman that gave me a pedi was really sweet but didnt talk a lot because he is still learning English. He gave a long massage and was really detailed with my nails. Awesome small family business that I would love to keep in business. Will definitely go there again. Hope this review helps....for real!!

Well Ive not gone, but my daughter just called me and Ive spent nearly the last hour listening to her tell me about the experience she had there. DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE! Shell likely end up with infection just like everyone else thats listed a one star review. These people need to be turned in to the BBB and the local health department so they can be shut down!

I would love to say I had a wonderful visit. It’s convenient and right next to my work. Overall my visit was quite pleasant. BUT I woke up the next day with one of cuticles throbbing, it was quite painful and swollen. I went about my business until two weeks later when I went back to my normal salon. I asked them to look at my finger. It was infected, as soon as she clipped the dead skin away there was active puss. I’m not sure what went wrong, but I won’t be returning.

Waited until my 3rd visit, but all the experiences were the same. There’s a couple that works there that argued THE ENTIRE TWO HOURS it took for me to get a new set and basic pedicure. I tried to stop and tell her several times that I wasn’t happy with what she was doing and she told me I’m not done just wait. I didn’t get a single thing I wanted and on top of it all my nails look like I already need a fill. Definitely unhappy with my experience.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Anna is amazing. She will always do exactly what you want. Nails always look so natural and she is very detail oriented and takes care to make every nail perfect. They are clean, fumes are never strong because they do SNS nails. They are so welcoming & take their time with each client it’s so refreshing.

I’ve been going here for about 4 years the owners are both very hardworking friendly people. The prices are the lowest in town and they have punch cards!

First time ever having a dip nail done. She did a good job on them but tore up my cuticles. Its been over a week and they still hurt.

I dropped my daughter off and her friends to get $25 acrylic nails. They ended up getting gel nails without knowing it, ended up costing them $40! We specifically told them at the beginning of the service that we only wanted acrylic. Dont leave your daughters to get their nails done by themselves or they will get taken advantage of and be charged for gel nails!

Love this place! They are so sweet here and their SNS manicure lasts me three to four weeks! Got it done once for my honeymoon and have been hooked for the last four months since!

Sad to say I got a nail fungus on my toe there. I went with my friend and thought it was just me. But when I talked to her she had one too! And we went there together the last to pedicures. I am hearing it can be very difficult to get rid of. Beware

After searching for almost a year, I finally found a place that does an AMAZING pedicure that actually lasts. Everyone is so nice, this is the only place I will go from now on.

I really liked the ladies here, so nice and they do a good job but they have such a limited selection of colors for SNS nails that I had to find somewhere else to get the variety I need in my life. Maybe they’ll have more in the future and I can try them again.

I am a loyal customer to T Nails Spa. They always do a wonderful job, are clean, and provide SNS Natural Nails. The only downside is that they seem understaffed many times. Often times I am there for an hour to an hour and a half.

I had the the worst experience here today. My daughter and I went in for sns hers came out just how they were supposed to after an hourish. Mine on the other hand was 2.5 hours at least short as my finger tip, chunked on after like 5 coats bleeding skin. Lifted on the end from my natural nail! 3 different ppl came to tell the lady something. The client next to me even said sorry as she came and went as I was still sitting there! Completely unhappy would not recommend the lady to anyone the gentlemen and younger lady seemed to know what they were doing the this lady did not!

Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and theyve always done a nice, even job on my SNS Natural nails. They can be a little busy on weekends but almost always get me in for a walk-in.

I got a SNS maincure here yesterday morning and now 9 of my fingers are infected around the nail. I imagine they don’t disinfect the little sanding tools. I am currently waiting on a prescription from my doctor. DO NOT USE THIS SALON
