They were rude and I had an appointment with 2 other for 2:30 and didnt get in till 3:15 . So unprofesinal and were rudw when I asked for shorter nails . And after a week one of my acrylics are exposed! Never go here.

Favorite place in Fort Collins, and I’ve been to about all of them. I know I will leave satisfied, so I always come here when I will be going to special events. They are thorough from the oldest staff to the youngest. I’ve come in as a group of four and they were welcoming. I recommend this salon over any other in Fort Collins

5 stars for the best pedicure in Fort Collins!I always call before going so I know theres availability. I came in on a Sunday morning, 1030 am, no appt, for a pedicure. I opted for the luxury pedicure which comes with nail shaping, callus removal, a honey orange scrub, a cooling mask and hot towels, paraffin wax dip and leg and foot massage. This was THE BEST pedicure Ive had from a shop here in Fort Collins.The quality and care and love my pedicure had in it was amazing. Ive been to a handful of other shops, none compare. Ive read great reviews about the nail techs too, cant wait to come back for that service and leave another great review!

This nail salon is really lovely, has a very welcoming atmosphere, is clean and well kept. There are only 2 staff that speak English so it can take a minute to communicate but they always make sure you get what you want and they do a good job. They have a stamp program if you visit often and discounts everytime Im there and always make sure youre doing alright.I do wish they would not allow so many people inside at once as I have been sat next to strangers and could literally put my head on their shoulder if I wanted when we are supposed to be social distancing but they always have masks and sneeze guards between the customers and nail techs.

Tim does a great job on my nails. I wish when I make an appt my time slot was actually saved for me and not given to a walk-in, causing me to wait 30 minutes.

Asked for acrylics with ombré sparkle. They rushed through them. Charged me $65. Didn’t even trim my actual nails. My acrylics were all different lengths and way to long even after repeatedly asking for them to be shorter. Took them TWO HOURS. Absolutely terrible. Will not be going here again and will be sharing this with other people.

Not the same anymore. The previous owners have sold the business and my favorite pedicurist has quit which broke my heart. One Sunday they had a 50% off all services deal and I went in and got charged $35 dollars for the nails I usually get. Thats with the 50%, can only imagine how expensive the rest of their services are now. Its completely changed, staff, interior, and prices. Might as well be the most expensive place in town now. I tried to give the new people a second chance but the lady there is absurdly rude and smug. Wont be supporting these new people.

SHADY BUSINESS!!Service was okay, but they added more $ to my tip and then refused to refund the $ when I called and confronted them! My total was $44, I added on a $6 tip to bring the total to $50. A girl named Nina did my service and rang me up. I signed the visa charge and wasnt offered a receipt, which is normally fine. A few days later, when I checked my bank statement, it showed a charge of $56. When I called to ask the manager for a refund of the overcharge, she said that she trusted her employees over me and refused to pay my back. SHADY!! If you go, youd better pay in cash, get a receipt and watch your purse.

They rushed threw my pedicure when I paid 45 bucks! They didn’t cut my toenails just filed the top which ended up giving me an ingrown toe nail! With the acrylics the lady said she wouldn’t file down too far but she ended up hurting me with the tool anyway! I would recommend nailbar they give you a free drink with your pedicure the same amount of services for way cheaper and they take there sweet time plus your nails look way better

The main lady that does the manicures will cut your fingers on purpose. It happens way too many times to be just careless and accidental. French manicured nails will turn yellow in 2 or 3 days. Dont leave anything less than at least a ten dollar tip or the Male owner will get mad and tell you youre not tipping enough, even if his wife cuts your fingers on purpose. They are very rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this place. Go somewhere where they actually appreciate your business and money.

This was the first nail salon I visited when I moved to Fort Collins over 15 years ago. I have since been to others, but recently I have returned and found that it is my favorite place. The prices are reasonable and nobody has ever tried to get me to add anything to services I choose. The last two pedicures have lasted me weeks.

Best nail salon in town. I’ve shopped around for a while and after trying three or four other places in Fort Collins, Nails 2000 has proven to be the best. It has the best prices in town, excellent service, highest quality acrylics and other nail services, and a friendly and educated staff. I recommend this salon to everyone.

I showed my technician a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly. Then I gave me many good advices to take care of nails! OMGGG! A perfect experience! WILL BE BACK!

I recieved a fill Saturday. The filed so thin my nail didnt even last 12 hours. As you can see in other hand non will last. Such waist of money especially since I live in of town and can get my money back. Worst nail job of my life. Dont waist you money going here. Go to the nail lounge in Erie. Best place to go only 30 minutes away well worst the drive.

Fast service, great colors very friendly

The service was decent and fairly well priced. The catch is that the polish was was so thinned out that my $60 (including tip) Mani/Pedi lasted all of two days. I am extremely disappointed and unless you are willing to provide your own polish this is not quite worth the price.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I got a pedicure and acrylics and both my toenails and finger nails look HORRIBLE. Crooked acrylics and I could have painted my nails better with my left hand. I will not being going back and neither should you.

It was mediocre quality at best. It took and hour and 45 minutes to do a low quality pedicure when I was in a hurry to go somewhere. I would not reccomend unless you have a lot of time to spare. The lady helping me left in the middle of the service to start helping another customer. Not a good experience.

Love this place. It is very relaxing and there is no chemical smell here. I get my nails done by Cindy. She is awesome!!! So gentle and her work is perfect. I always leave so happy. My gels last at least 3 weeks....often longer. They use pre-sealed, sterilized tools and only hand buff and file. No dremmel which is a lifesaver for your nails. I will be using this place as long as they are open for business. Very happy client.

If you want great looking nails, go here, I love Nails 2000! This is the only place I will go to in Fort Collins after several either bad mani / pedis or overpriced. Nails 2000 is super clean, the people are friendly and the prices are totally reasonable. With a little touch up at home, my manicure lasts almost a month. Since I started coming here, I get compliments on my nails all the time. Ask for Nina, she is nice and does a great job with all of the services Ive had!!The pedicure is nice and relaxing and I have always been satisfied with the eyebrow waxing as well.

I went here as part of a bridal party prior to the wedding and Ill never go back. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. Once I finally got into a pedicure chair, the pedicure was rushed and poor quality. My shellac manicure was even worse... I had to tell the tec to stop buffing my nails because she buffed them so thin! And she buffed the skin around my nails until they were raw - she just wasnt paying attention! All of my nails started to chip within days. Ill never go here again.

I just had the worst pedicure of my life. The water was freezing cold, when I asked for warmer water he said no, not cold, put your feet in. He rushed through my pedicure, from start to finish it was only 20 mins! Very disappointed

The pedicure was good but the whole reason we went in was to get matching mani and pedi. We had even called ahead to make sure it was ok because we only had an hour when we arrived before they closed. We went through the entire pedi and then the lady who had been crotcheting in the corner the entire time basically told us we had to leave and return tomorrow if we wanted our nails done. Very very disappointing! Crazy expensive for not great quality

Got a pedicure that I could have done at home. The young guy that did it barely trimmed my cuticals and painted my nails super sloppy then just cleaned it up with nail polish remover which took it off the edges. Theres still polish on my toes, and didnt have disposable flip flops so had to leave barefoot. Will not return.
