Kims went out of their way to to accommodate a large group of my friends and I who were getting pedicures before a trip. They went above and beyond and we are very grateful.They are always very accommodating and they do a great job every time. The prices are also very reasonable.

Simple wonderful.Since this summer I have been to different salons. One in San Diego while on vacation and one here in Fort Collins. They could not even come close to the experience I had here. I had a pedicure and my daughter had a mani pedi. She loved the experience. For me the pedicure was done extremely well. It is the only place that fully got rid of calluses on my feet. The massage had me closing my eyes and fully relaxing. We will most definitely be back and I will definitely recommend this salon. My feet haven’t felt this great in many years.

It was my 1st time being at Kims nails I had the pleasure of having Leah do my pedicure and manicure I got the French which I love. I like to keep things simple Leah was fabulous I will definitely be back thank you so much Leah.

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Fort Collins, I have had so many bad experiences in the 11 years I’ve lived here. This one is definitely rave worthy. Tom is my nail tech and he is amazing. Kim the owner did my friends nails and she did an amazing job as well. They speak English, there prices are more than fair, there service is impeccable. They want to know how you want your nails done and ask for feed back which is unusual and so welcomed! Go see these guys you won’t be disappointed!

The time and effort put into my feet was truly appreciated...I will be returning anytime Im in Colorado. The owners take such pride and it shows. Thank you for the amazing pedi.

First time here and it was incredibly refreshing and supreme quality! Loved their service. Staffs were friendly and personable. Clean facility and well-maintained. Kim-she’s owner and was nice with customer. I waited maybe 5minutes and my nail tech Tom greeted me with a smile and was amazing. I think i found a new place for my nail. I can’t wait to come back!

They do great acrylic nails. On of my favorite places to get my nails done. And they are cheap. Didn’t have the best experience when it came to getting a pedicure. They add things without asking went from a basic pedi($25) to paying $45. They left my heels the same they barely touched or put pressure to scrap the dead skin off

I had the deluxe pedi and the nail tech painted the polish so think it never dried properly and ended up scraping off my big toe later that day. Not worth $35. The massage and scrub was quick and effortless. I used to be a regular but I wont be back. I saw one guy use the same tools from a pedicure on a different clients nails. Normally they pull out fresh clean tools. Im extremely disappointed. I wont be back.

Clean place. Kim lets me bring in my nintendo switch and play while my woman gets her nails done! Very nice.

I am not usually one to write poor reviews - I even slept on my thoughts so I wouldnt rage rant. However, I am still unhappy with my experience at Kims Nails. I was the only person in the salon for the majority of the time. Yet, it still took FOREVER! I had my nails dipped and then the guy buffed it down afterwards and they are so thin now, they are translucent and Im afraid they are going to break! The dip is also ALL OVER my fingers. I have spent so much time filing my nails just to try and clean it up a bit. Additionally, the guy doing my nails knocked the plexiglass barrier on my head and did nothing about it. I dont get my nails done super often and my boyfriend thought I could use a treat and now I feel guilty and upset that I spent $60 on something Im really unhappy with. I would not go back to Kims Nails nor would I recommend it.

I LOVE THIS KIMS NAILS LOCATION!Every single time I get my nails or toes done here I leave soooo happy!Especially Tom & Vi! I have been getting my nails done by Tom for 5+ years and he has never let me down! I am SO PICKY when it comes to my nails and I have tried many other techs in my time and the Kims Nails staff is by far the friendliest, most professional and clean facility I’ve been to!I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Im definitely not satisfied with my experience there yesterday I got over charged and when they are doing nails they are acting REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and I felt like I was a but if a joke Im not going BACK they over charge then argue with you until they get the last word! I have been there when other ladies call.or come in to dispute their charges and they argue and argue instead of making it right.

I ask for a mini pedicure and mini manicure. $50 latter. The paint was just plan nail polish. did last 2 weeks on fingernails, and my toes still look perfect

I have been going to Kim for 20 years... before she had her own Salon. I love her as a person and bar none she is the best nail stylist in foco and beyond. I live in Windsor now and have tried the salons here and I always end up back at Kims. Not only is she the best but her and Fong hire great staff so no matter what you walk out with the best nails around. I would give her more stars if I could. Oh yes and Lee is great at pedicures. She is my go to gal for that.

Kenny is a shellac perfectionist and gave me my first shellac manicure to EVER last a full two weeks. And I think I’ll keep it going a few more days! Usually I choose a $20 express shellac at a different salon, but I stopped by for convenience and it was so worth the money spent here. Highly recommend for shellac.

The first time I came here it was amazing a younger person did my nails exactly the way I wanted she listened to what I wanted, and I was so pleased I thought this is my new place. I came here recently and am not happy I felt they were making fun of us and were asking questions that were rude. The lady did not do my nails right they looked horrible all thick and half shapen. I can be made fun of and have my race talked about on the streets I dont need to pay 120 to do it.

I so happy I checked this place out! I recently moved here and so far I can tell you two places (in Windsor) that are terrible. My last gel manicure didn’t even last for three days and it started pealing off from the cuticles (B B Nails = horrible).Tricia did my nails and I loved her. She did a great job removing my old gel polish, filing, cutting my cuticles (without cutting me like the last two girls), the polish is on my nails and not on my skin...and what a great hand massage! I am very pleased!!I have her card so I can make my next appointment with her. Thank you Tricia!!!

Very unprofessional and sexist. I went with my daughter to get a pedicure. They seated her before me, and 40 minutes later took me back because they assumed I was there to wait for her when we had told them we were there for pedicures. Overall upsetting experience, would not recommend.

This is the first nail salon I’ve been to in the three years I’ve lived in NoCo that took their time, did a great job, and made me feel relaxed! I will definitely go back! Everyone was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed around.

It’s really upsetting I have to write this review but I believe it’s necessary. I’ve been in to Kim’s Nails 3 times now. For my first service and two follow ups, since I was completely happy with my Nails. I’m getting my nails done by a young man whose wife is working right next to him. She’s talking with her client about her attempt at gaining citizenship when all of a sudden I hear her say something about the Mexicans. Apparently her client didn’t hear her comment at first either because she said “what was that”, the girl at first said “never mind”, then immediately said that her process is being slowed down due to “all the Mexicans jumping over the wall”. I’m not looking to cause a political discussion, or debate about race, I just found it extremely uncalled for and offensive having partial Mexican heritage, am married to a Mexican, and my children are mixed as well. I think it’s very unprofessional and really IGNORANT coming from someone who is not a citizen and is obviously not educated enough to know that Asians are now the #1 immigrants in this country. I held my tongue and let it go, I don’t get super offended because it’s just not me, but it did hurt my feelings a little, I’m only human. After thinking about it further, decided I just won’t return in the future. Very Disappointed.

Made an appointment at 2:30, got there at 2:20 was told to pick a color and wait while people who got there after me got seated before me, waited an hour finally got seated, waited 15 minutes more and then decided to finally leave. Hands down, worst experience Ive had at a nail salon.

This is the best nail salon in Fort Collins! Kim is a master at natural and acrylic nails, nail art, and running an efficient, clean salon. I love her work and her team does fabulous mani/pedi combos! Lots of fun colors, creative designs, and modern techniques for nails. Highly recommended!

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to! Ive been getting my nails done religiously every 3 weeks for at least 3 years and my nail broke after 3 hours of leaving and to top it off it cost me $70!!! For a full set they didnt look that great they were monochrome and all started chipping immediately then one broke. I called that evening and went back just now to get them fixed they look worse than they did the first time and the woman at the front was completely rude about me being picky, gave me the thing to paint them myself, and then told me to come back again the next day so the guy who originally did them could fix them. Theyll NEVER get my business again nor should they get anyones reading this.

I wish I could give them zero stars. We went in on Wednesday, it is now friday. My sisters and I all paid extra for shellac instead of normal polish. Mine peeled off within 1 day, one of my sisters has a big black hair stuck under the topcoat, which really stands out since she went with a really light pink. My other sister has bubbles in her polish and it is already lifting. They also put a white coat under her color and they failed to completely cover the white, so it can be seen around the cuticle area. Her nails look like garbage. We complained about it immediately and they said it will be fine but if there is a problem they will fix it. She called and told them they needed to fix it and they said they would have to take a look first. I also brought my daughter in and had regular polish and her thumb designs came off within a day. Not rubbed off, the entire layer of polish, painted flower and rhinestone all came off as one piece. We get manicure/pedicures often and have never had this happen. DO NOT go here if you are looking for quality or a good deal because they offer neither. HORRIBLE experience.

Loved it there !The staff was really nice and they did a great job on both my mom and I nails .The only reason why I didnt give the full 5 stars is because on my nails they left some extremely shorter than the another but overall I loved them .Another thing is that we thought that with the shellac my mom would get a manicure but I guess they do it differently .Overall it was a great place to go, very nice and friendly staff !

DISGUSTING HOLERandom unqualified people perform services.Here are highlights of my all leg waxing: $401.An old lady with poor eye sight waxed my legs with practically one sheet of paper(cost cutting).2. As they use cheap product, she had to wax one spot over and over again which resulted in skin trauma for me, discoloration of skin later.3. As the room was not airconditioned, that lady decided that there was no better idea than to open the door(with me laying on the table in my unferware) for airflow and casual chat wirh her MALE colleague!4.Hygiene is extremely poor - waxing table has a beach towel that is not changed between clients!By the end of that session I still had hair patches everywhere, skin burn and eotional disstress.

DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE!! Terrible experience! Concerning practices!! I left bleeding from my cuticles and two days later with hang nails. Staff are to aggressive. Water & towels are WAY too hot (as was foot bath water); did not listen to nail shape and color requests; over charged; My Nail polish began cracking and chipping on day two; never removed heel wax paper and almost fell when walking from Pedi chair to mani chair. Gross negligence! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Worst place for nails that I’ve ever been! Service was not great either. Cost $50 to have a manicure and a just a polish change on my toes. The worst manicure I’ve ever received. Nails looked like a kindergartner painted them, and they have already chipped! Now I have to have them redone somewhere else. Worst way to spend hard earned money! Not happy!!

Very unprofessional...i brought my daughter to have our nails done, the gal that was doing my daughters nails became upset with another technition and left the room without finishing her nails.... very dissatisfied with the experience and the products that were used. Wont return

Terrible manicure and pedicure. First, they have the worst selection of colors I have ever come across. The massage chairs were broken and they force you to get your nails done while getting your pedicure, which is NOT relaxing. I wanted the same color on my nails and toes so the lady doing my nails rushed while painting and it looked like I painted my own nails. I purposefully wore flip-flops so I could put them on before she painted my toes, but the lady didnt use mine or the flimsy fake ones so I was forced to walk across the dirty (hair, dirt, etc) floor barefoot - so gross. Not to mention, the tools were so dull that instead of clipping my cuticles, they pulled them off!!! OUCH. I will NEVER go back.

I asked for an ombré and all they used was pink power not an ombré I have glitter on my nails left over from previous client. Very disappointed
