I’ve loved my continued service with Clean Bees Homekeepers. They leave my home exceptionally clean. Truly, it is the highest level clean I have experienced from any cleaning company I have ever used. I also really appreciate the clear communication style of Clean Bees Homekeepers. From the beginning, I knew exactly what my options were, what I could expect from each cleaning experience, what exactly had been done that day - all with friendly, prompt responses to any questions I might have had. There was no pressure to select any particular package either. Only clear presentations of my options and plenty of time to think it over. I really appreciated that. They also keep a detailed account of my home so each crew knows my preferences. Honestly, I love it. It’s been an A+ experience all around. Worth every penny.

I literally didn’t recognize my bathtub and shrieked when I pulled back the curtain. Have my shower fixtures ever shined so brightly? Has my bathtub ever been completely white and shined? I didn’t even know the real texture of my bathtub because it has never been so clean!!!What an amazing cleaning by Shantell, she really went beyond what I could have imagined. Every surface is spotless, the floors are beautiful, and I feel like a I have a new kitchen. What a great treat. This was a one time cleaning for me as a gift but I might need to make this a more frequent event in my house. Thanks for an amazing job and experience!

We love Clean Bees! They are consistently hard workers and do a wonderful job. Theyre responsive to our requests and we are very comfortable having them in our home. Our team yesterday, Rin and Laurel, were excellent. They left our home gleaming and smelling fresh.

I wasnt super impressed with clean bees. They charge $42-$45 per person-hour, but as far as I can tell, only about 1/3rd of that goes to the actual cleaners. They sent two young persons to clean my house. In addition to standard vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, etc, the owner said they would also do dusting like railings and window sills, which wasnt done. I felt bad for the low wage of the actual cleaners, so tipped them (before the cleaning) to get them up to a better wage, but I really wasnt impressed with what I got for a $400 clean. Especially when they didnt do things they specifically said they would. I know others on here love them, and they were decent, just not exceptional.

Weve been using Clean Bees for a few months now and we were super impressed with the quality of our most recent cleaning by Dakota. I am a clean freak and she met expectations and did such an awesome job paying attention to detail and leaving our home fresh and clean.

Our experience with Clean Bees was wonderful from start to finish. We have a rental property that was left in bad shape by a tenant who lived there for a year and didnt clean once - the place was a whole other level of gross. I was a bit hesitant about doing a zoom consultation for the cleaning because Id never done one before, but it ended up working really well, I was able to show Katie exactly what needed to be done and she was able to talk me through the specifics of what the service would cover. Thanks to the zoom consultation I felt like we were really on the same page about the job while maintaining social distancing which is so important these days. The Clean Bees team that cleaned the place did a stellar job and left the place just spotless. There were a couple of details that needed touching up after and Katie was super communicative and had it taken care of the following day. The estimate that we had agreed on was accurate thanks to the thorough consultation and, while the price was not cheap (we went with the deepest clean option, and Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for), it was absolutely worth every penny seeing the care and attention to detail they put into cleaning the property. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend their services as well.

My house was a disaster and I needed help. I called Katie at Clean Bees and we setup a virtual walk through of the house. She explained what clean bees would do in each room - how she could help organize, declutter and clean. Within a day, I had an estimate on what it would cost to deep clean my entire home. And what it would cost to preform regular cleanings thereafter. It was so easy to set up. The day of the deep clean, a team of people arrived to tackle my house. Within a few hours, every room looked great. I did have a coupe of questions. It was very easy to communicate with the team and everything was taken care of. Since then, the Bees have been maintaining my house and it is fantastic. I highly recommend their professionalism and the work they do.

Weve had Clean Bees helping in our home for about 2 months and are just thrilled! Our house has been perpetually under construction for several years (one project at a time, one after the other!!!). Initially we hired Clean Bees to come in and do a major deep clean, which turned out fantastic! Weve since had them come every other week to maintain,free up my time that I can use to run my business or spend more time with our family, and I swear the house gets even cleaner each time, if thats possible. This last visit they cleaned the oven at my request; its beautiful! Ive never seen it shine like that since Ive lived in the house. They also do nice little touches like tidying our kiddos toys when cleaning their rooms, washing soap dishes (dont know why but it seems so luxurious to have a clean soap dish!) kleenex made into cute little fans, etc. Its all the small touches that make it seem extra wonderful. I love walking into a clean houme after years of living in grime from construction, country living, 4 kids, 2 cats, and a dog! I would recommend them hands down!

Scheduled a zoom call with them, but then they cancelled the meeting behind the scenes several days after scheduling it. I didnt find out until the day of the meeting. They really put me in a mind. Will not use them, will tell all my business colleagues to not use them. Very unprofessional scheduling.*********************************I specifically asked you about that date before you scheduled the meeting and even asked you if you were able to accommodate that date because I knew it was tough date. You scheduled the meeting anyway and confirmed it wouldnt be a problem, only to cancel the meeting days later. If you were already full, you should have said that to begin with and I would have happily continued my search. Assuming you would be cleaning, then backing out, you have really put me in a bind. At the least you could have called that same day rather than just surreptitiously canceling the meeting. I will be relating this experience to all the property managers I know.

Absolutely wonderful cleaning and overall service! We had move out cleaning done at our rental unit, and everything was impeccable. Angela was kind and transparent with the whole process, and was able to accommodate us on short notice. I would highly recommend Clean Bees!

I hired Clean Bees for a deep clean (basically to help me with spring cleaning) and they did a fantastic job! I had a list of detail work that I requested and everything was done beyond expectations.I also had a very short window in which I could meet them, and they were right on time and very nice.I had used a different cleaning company for last years spring cleaning and was disappointed. Clean bees really upped the bar and did a great job.

Ive had Clean Bees work on my homes off and on over the years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them. In my experience, no matter which Bee I got, I always received high quality results, done efficiently, with the same attention to detail I would put in if I had the time to do it. I only call them when my schedule gets too tight to clean my home but I love that I can count on them in a pinch to clean to my standards. They are not the cheapest but the quality and the value I get makes it worth the few extra dollars.

I have been receiving a cleaning once a month for over 2 years! I absolutely love coming home to a nice clean house after the team has been here. They always do such a good job, I only have to do a little bit of touch up between cleanings. My last cleaning was especially nice thanks to Danielle and Pauline! They also do an amazing job with our 2 crazy boxers! I give the bees a 6 out of 5 stars!

We are very happy with the Clean Bees service. Because they frequently update our client profile, comments on what we prefer are quickly added to the work list. Although we rarely have any problems with our cleaners, todays crew really stood out. The house really sparkles and they did a particularly good job of dusting. Really is a treat, and is really appreciated in summer when were busy outside.

We have our house cleaned once a month by the Clean Bees team. When I come home on Friday afternoon, and walk into my sparkling house, I cant tell you the contentment I have about how clean everything is and how much we will enjoy our home for ourselves and our friends and family who visit. I have had a few cleaning companies before, but none compare to the Clean Bees-- I mean not even close. I have never been disappointed and I always say it is the best money we spend every month. In April, Jami and Brittany did extra work because they had extra time. I am always pleased with my shining floors, something I have not been happy with in the past. If you ask the cleaners to do something extra they mark it off on the deep cleaning sheet and make it part of their cleaning that day. I could go on and on. This company is, without a doubt, the best cleaning company I have known. Professional, fair, hardworking and they know their business. I have not had a team of cleaners, or a cleaning session, I have not loved.We will have been with the Clean Bees a year this summer. From the owner, to the manager to cleaners who work so hard on our house we have had nothing but superb service. There are times when I come home and I feel like my house is like a hotel with the little sweet touches (special folds in the paper toweling and toilet paper, placement of items on the counter, specially placed stools and chairs, beautifully folded towels and bed linens) that make me feel like a guest in my own home. Recently started using Clean Bees and have been very impressed after the first couple visits. All staff interaction has been pleasant and the cleaning quality has been superior. We reside in a house with multiple animals and many trinkets creating large amounts of dust and hair. The team has done a great job of dusting and ensuring the floors are clean.

The BEST home cleaning EVER! Every little thing you can think of that needs to be cleaned and tasks that you never want to do (or just wouldn’t even think of doing) are cleaned until they sparkle! Everything with Clean Bees is just awesome, from the staff, to their communication, and their honesty. Clean Bees just goes above and beyond in every single thing they do as a small business and it shows!

Pros:-They provide a detailed list of whats included, so expectations are clear.-You can add other items you need (like dishes, laundry, etc.).-They keep track of what deep cleaning is done each time.-They honor their satisfaction guarantee-- our first clean was extremely underwhelming and they couldnt come back for five days, which didnt work. They didnt charge me, even though I didnt ask. I was impressed.Cons:-I have been underwhelmed with how many obvious things are missed (laundry, granite in bathroom, misc trash can, etc.). I wish there was a better system in place for them to review their work. Ive filled out the feedback, but it didnt make a difference.-I was once begged by the cleaners to write a review. They intentionally interrupted me during work and tried to guilt me into it. It was very unprofessional and not the way to earn reviews in my opinion.-Scheduling has been inconsistent/bad. We want a consistent time each week and have a tight schedule, and it seems like that may not work for them. Im still hoping this gets worked out, because the pros above are worth it. If youre flexible, you shouldnt have a problem.

I absolutely loved my first experience with Clean Bees. Anna, Shelby, and Taylor did such a great job getting my house in shape with the first cleaning. I am very excited to see how my house will continue to improve with a regular cleaning service. The best part...I dont need to spend my entire Sunday cleaning any more! They do in one visit every two weeks, what it would take me to do every Sunday for many hours. So happy I finally took the plunge to hire Clean Bees...they are definitely giving me back my free-time, family-time, and me-time!

Every time I come home after they have cleaned I am so relieved because they always do an amazing job and go above and beyond (even when I forgot to straighten up the house to be ready for cleaning). Last cleaning they decided to focus on one of the couches that dog hair embeds itself in - I came home and was taken aback by the color of this couch without dog hair all over it! I really appreciate that they both will focus on what we ask them to when we have a preference, and will take the initiative and figure out how best to spend their time when we do not have a preference. Also, they use clean cleaning materials, and our dog is always happy to see them bc they are so nice to her. Thanks, Clean Bees!

Brittany is prompt, thorough, careful and communicates what “extra” tasks she completed in addition to expected cleaning. They are flexible, adapting to vacations and special needs.

Riley and Kaylee came and cleaned my home and it was such a nice experience. The young ladies were lovely and clearly cared about doing a good job and the impression that they left. We appreciate the work of the staff at Clean Bees. They do a good job, including several deep cleaning items each visit. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 due to the changing cleaning staff. We had wanted the same staff cleaning our home regularly, but it varies a fair amount.

The High Plains Environmental Center has used Clean Bees for 3 years now for our regular cleaning. Each time the Bees come they do an outstanding job. The office spaces sparkle after each cleaning. The Bees are always on time, they are efficient with their work time, they do extra things that we dont even think to ask for, as well as those we do ask for. The Bees are polite and cheerful and attentive to our instructions and wishes.We recommend the Bees highly for any commercial or domestic cleaning. The are far and away the best cleaning team we have ever used.

I really like the way this business is run. They keep notes and take your post cleaning feedback seriously. The notes are good enough that I dont have to review everything with each new team. Its also the best cleaning service Ive ever had! Its usually a different team each time. Brittany and Shantell were my last team. They did a great job, and they even took the time needed to introduce themselves to my pup.

I was extremely happy with the thorough cleaning they did, especially how much better my shower looked. My floors literally squeaked they were so clean and the tables that they dusted shined. I have already told several people about Clean Bees!

I have and will continue to recommend Clean Bees to others if they need help cleaning their house. I appreciate the additional time this has provided me in my own life. They have a great check-list and procedure to complete all requested tasks on a schedule. I like this service very much. They are thorough and my house always looks wonderful.There is always room to improve. I would have rated them 5 stars if they could implement the suggestions I have below.- They should implement the ability to make payments online or with a credit card.- They need to set up automated text message reminders 48 hours in advance of the cleaning since they change the schedule on a quarterly basis.- They need improved scheduling procedures. Currently, they cannot schedule more than two weeks in advance. Over the last five years, I have had one or two requests for a specific day for cleaning where I knew six weeks in advance the day I needed, but they were not able to accommodate this request, and they could not let me know that far in advance that they could not accommodate. Instead, I found out a week before that they could not help me on this day.Again, I would recommend this service to anyone. The owner is fantastic!

Clean Bees does a great job! Their system of documenting what was done each time works well to rotate through the areas to be cleaned. They have been consistent in the cleaning and continue to actively review cleans on site by the more experienced employees. Highly recommend them!

Oh my Gosh, fantastic! I cant wait to use them again! Not only did I get a great deep clean like clean baseboards, shiny cabinets, fingerprint free doors, lights even the top of doors and door frames but it looked so nicely organized. My closet re-organized, cable wires for my TV now neatly concealed... there was so much done! Im still discovering nice little touches. Thanks so much. It is sooo worth it!

Clean Bees workers make my house sparkle. Each room is thoroughly and lovingly cleaned by the best cleaners I have ever had. My hat is off to Clean Bees for their superb organization and ability to train and keep excellent workers. Their price is high but so is the quality of their work. Miracle workers. Their standards are high and their attention to detail is amazing. Not that many services will do organizing/picking up as well as cleaning. They will, and they are fantastic at it. Not the cheapest, but theyll give you a realistic estimate, and they pay their employees ethically (your tip is a tip, not survival).
