Two ladies were very nice~ it was a great experience. They were quite and fast. I love how clean it is at the end. My foot was injured so I was not able to do much cleaning for the last a few days~ they made it clean!!!! It made me really happy~ See them again soon~

Amber answered my call for a time sensitive cleaning on the weekend. She came out and scoured the house I was moving into from top to bottom. Her attention to detail and her service are exceptional. She did an amazing job. I am very grateful and highly recommend her company if you need a cleaning service.

I needed a thorough cleaning of only part of a 2-bedroom apartment on a 12/31 deadline with only a few days of advanced notice. Amber from Two Girls n Broom made herself available and did a great job! She did a detailed cleaning of windows, blinds, baseboards, and everything, as well as detailing the bathroom, entryway, and kitchen. Did I mention that their price was very fair? I would definitely use Two Girls n Broom again and recommended them highly.

I had made an appointment with Amber of this business and gone over what I needed done and to be a reoccurring scheduled cleaning. We set an appointment over ten days before she was to come perform services. I received a text almost an hour after her scheduled time sting she would be a little late. I yielded. Life happens, I understand. Another hour goes by and she cancels on me.. I had TOLD her I had company coming in and she completely blew this off and ruined things. I have to be at an event in two hours and then pick up my guests and I have to now scramble to clean because she cannot keep her word. You need to know you are gambling if you choose this service. She has no respect for other peoples time. Yes, I am furious yet if you had this happen how would you feel? If she cannot time manage to keep her appointments she schedules what else will she muck up? If it doesnt matter to her to ruin other peoples plans... can she be trusted in your home?? I am happy to stand by this review and even in person. Unacceptable and not professional.

Amber was able to schedule a thorough cleaning of the entire house on very short notice. Renters left the home in less than ideal shape and it needed to be spiffied up before going on the market. It was a tight turnaround and she and her team made it happen - the house now looks better than ever! Would recommend her to anyone in the area.

So disappointed. I paid for a deep clean well I was in the hospital waiting to deliver my newborn baby girl. I wanted to make sure the house was Baby ready. Unfortunately I was charged and the clean was never done. She didnt even come the house was exactly the same and I had to hire a different company to come clean it the day we got home. The scam of charging people and not doing the service is NOT okay. I would not recommend this company to anybody and I do not take negative reviews lightly as I am a business owner myself.

I was looking for a company/person to make my new house ready to move into and my old house made ready for viewing to potential buyers. I looked at a few companies and a friend gave the number for Two Girls N Broom. The woman that returned my call promptly, was professional and courteous. She meet me the next day at my home and we went to the new home, after viewing my homes, a quote was handed to me right then and there. As we were talking she even took notes of my quirks about cleaning. I was just rattling on and she was paying close attention. The quote was fantastic. The people that arrived later that day right after the final truck left from my old home, were quick, courteous and professional. There wasnt a crack or crease missed. I asked what time that were going to be at my new home, it was already finished, and would follow up with the next day for any additional cleaning at my new home, if the movers made a mess.I couldnt have wished for a better company, Amber the owner of the company, is a wonderful and she really cares for her clients. The follow up the next day was a nice little surprise for me. I was very happy with what could have been a nightmare and usually is. I was perfect, I cant say enough about Two Grils N Broom. The owner, Amber, scheduled a cleaning for us on very short notice. She personally cleaned for us, making time at the end of her day. Our mom passed away 6 months ago and my husband and I have spent months going through her belongings. We then asked Amber to clean for us. While cleaning she found two valuable antique rings that we thought were already safely tucked away. They could easily have disappeared, but Amber set them aside for us. I wish they were more reliable! I gave multiple opportunities for another chance and unfortunately they did not capitalize on it. When they showed up the work was great but about 95% of the time were not on time, several hours late and sometimes didnt show at all. Its a shame because I really thought they did an excellent job.

Worst service known. Paid for 2 cleanings in a week and didnt get deep cleaned once. Horrible customer service. The woman admiteed she has court so she cant clean my apartment properly. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. SHE IS A THIEF AND WILL DO ANYTHING SHE CAN TO CUT CORNERS AND LIE AND STEAL. I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES.

A few weeks ago I scheduled with Two Girls N Broom for a move out clean for our rental home. They were to arrive at 10a.At 10:04 I received a text from Amber that it would be closer to an 11am arrival time.At 11:20 I asked for an update to arrival time- no response.At 11:38 I sent a text message saying the we needed to leave, the front door is open, please don’t park in the driveway.At 12:45 we stopped by the house, and they still hadn’t arrived.I have called 10 times, left one voicemail, sent one facebook messenger post, and a text message. No response.We have carpet cleaners scheduled to be here btwn 2-4, because I was promised that they would be done cleaning no later than 2.As of right now, this is the only way I know to get their attention.

We paid for the move-out package and the crew started out by arriving late, and did an extremely poor job. The owner complained several times that my carpet kept clogging their vacuum, like its my fault that they dont have the proper cleaning equipment.-The vacuuming job they did do was very patchy. The entire house had to be re-vacuumed and it was obvious that many areas hadnt been touched at all. They did not do the edges of any room, the baseboards or closets. Additionally, they didnt clean the bathroom or kitchen floors, the tile around the fire place, the windows, window blinds, window sills, ceiling fans, switch plate and outlet covers, vents or drip pans under the burners.We paid for 5.5 hours of cleaning, and my husband and I spent another 5.5 hours re-cleaning the next day once we saw it daylight. The owner offered a full refund because we were so disappointed in their service. We arranged 3 different meeting times and she stood us up every time, and now wont answer our calls or messages.**Do not use this company unless you plan to re-clean everything again yourself.**

We were quoted a different price on the phone for initial cleaning (quoted around $150) for first deep cleaning and during the quote we gave them all the info including square footage etc. then when done cleaning up’d the price to $220 not to mention they were 45mins late. We understood the fridge was extra but we believe this should be included with deep cleaning and to begin with it wasn’t that bad. It was a pretty good job but things could’ve been more dusted on the fireplace. It wasn’t even touched and they forgot to clean two sinks. Left garbage in hall closet. I still tipped them well but probably won’t call again, unless a different crew comes to clean. We were charged for 3 hours but when we got home they were smoking in their car (I think it’d be more professional to be looking over things inside until the person gets back or looking over your job to at least appear thorough) imo. And please tell clients it’s per hour for the initial cleaning and not a flat rate like we thought. We were also quoted $70 thereafter for next time however in person she said $80.

If i had the option, i would not give a single star. I had an appointment set with Amber this past weekend 1/12/2018 at 1pm. She texted me that morning and asked if she could push it back to 3pm. I agreed and had no problem with that. 3:45pm rolled around, no show, so i called and left a voice mail. She replied by text and explained that she was just finishing up with another house, and said that she had been cleaning for 25 hours and stated that she would still come out to my house, or we could reschedule. I opted to reschedule, one, because now i felt bad that she had been working all those hours, and two, and i couldnt wait any longer. So, we rescheduled for Sunday morning, the very next day.... she gave me the option of 10am or 2pm. I chose 10am. So, i am at the house (i dont live there, i am selling) and text amber letting her know that i will be a few min late. I got no response. 10:15am rolls around....no show, 10:30 rolls round, still, no show...i text her to see if shes coming, no response. what kind of business does this? no call, no show, 2 days in a row?? and i, the client am the one trying to figure out in my mind, how the hell this is still a working business? I do not recommend wasting your time, because all they will do is waste yours. I am not saying that this business doesnt do a good job with cleaning, im just saying they are horrible with communication and unreliable. It added alot of extra stresses on me and my husband.

As a business owner, I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, however I can’t help but be frustrated with 2 girls n a broom. I had bi-weekly services scheduled: 1st appointment was 4-5hrs late, 3rd appointment 1hr late, 4th appointment I texted 45min after they were to arrive and was told they’d be there “shortly”, but never showed and never called. It’s an extreme inconvenience to prepare my home and then leave for 4hrs with an infant and a toddler to come home to a house not cleaned. If I were a valued customer, I would atleast expect a call and an explanation, but this is obviously a trend with this company, and not just a one-time thing. Too bad, because they do good work if/when they show up

I’m a busy college student with no time to clean my place while I moved apartments .Wonderful cleaning, great service and all within a reasonable amount of time.

They were a no show and ghosted me after saying they would be late. Scheduled Oct 16 for Oct 28 at 2:30. Confirmed Oct 25th the cleaning was still on. Received message Oct 28th at 2:56 saying they were late and would be there at 3:40. I messaged them at 3:52 and again at 5:42. They never showed or responded to texts or calls.Im extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and general unprofessionalism of this company. I waited for this company to show up for 4.5 hours, with no response to texts or calls. I would have been happy to reschedule as I understand unforeseen circumstances happen. However, having my phone calls and text messages simply ignored is simply inexcusable. Glad I scheduled a few days in advance of the end of the month, now I still have a little time to schedule someone else to do the moveout cleaning.

I would give zero stars if it let me. I waited for thirty minutes past my appointment time. I tried calling them several times to see if they were still coming. After an hour past the appointment time, they called to saw they were going to get a different vacuum from the supply closet. I called another cleaning company that told me that they get several calls from people a week saying that Two Girls and a Broom did the same thing to them!

We scheduled a cleaning for 10am sat Aug 31st and they did not show up or make any effort to reschedule.

After scheduling a house cleaning for 3pm, the cleaner decides to show up 3:55pm, with no explanation why and no apology. Also, the person she was dropping off at the house was the sketchiest person you would never want to have in your home. It was an extremely unprofessional experience. I cancelled the service due to the extremely late arrival. I had prepaid and did receive my refund, hence the two stars.
