I have used All Star Cleaning Services now for years. My house always looks so much better after they are finished cleaning. Three reasons I stay with them? They use pet safe cleaning products and the individuals or teams are always careful to see to it my cats stay inside. Even if I have a different team or individual (which is not often), they have notes on what and how I want things done. When I was in cancer treatment (over 6 years ago now) the team(s) I had were so wonderful and helpful and supportive. So, yes, I would highly recommend them.

We were gifted a 3 hour clean on two occasions and each time the team was wonderful. I asked them to do my windows and blinds the second time and my blinds have NEVER been that clean. Ive used All Star for over 6 months and have not had a bad experience. Initially, I had a deep clean, and the team did an incredible job. Since that time, Ive had cleaning done every 4 weeks. I get the same team each time, and they are just terrific. I have dark cabinets and a dark hardwood floors which I find hard to keep clean, and they both look like new when the All Star team is finished. Purchased the maid, massage, and wine package + 2 hours for a deep clean of our house as it hadn’t been deep cleaned since before we moved into the house (slightly dirty already). My husband and I had to move in quickly and I just tried to clean what I could at the time before furniture went down.There a couple things that came up on our first cleaning appointment with All Stars that resulted in us getting 1 fewer hour than we paid for, things beyond everyone’s control such as emergencies or tech issues with how the team was scheduled, so they had to leave in a hurry. I emailed All Stars wondering what happened and they explained everything right away and offered to do a re-clean of areas I felt still had been missed. While I felt bad about having to have a re-clean, I’m so happy All Stars offers this clean guarantee! I’m sure very few other places do it. Even though there were these issues, Francesca, Brandi, and Wendy did an awesome job with making our bathrooms spotless and tidying some of our clutter that was in the way of their cleaning.The second time back for the reclean was even better than the first, Stephanie and Megan were communicative off the bat and made sure to clarify everything I felt still needed some cleaning love. They met every single item with flying colors, even moving some furniture to get to hard-to-reach window sills and baseboards.All five team members who came through our house were gracious and also very sweet to our dog, Lilah! While I’m curious how other cleaning businesses compare, I wouldn’t hesitate to use All Stars again for a deep cleaning (can’t afford regular cleanings... 😔). I’m thinking I can persuade my husband for us to get quarterly one-time cleans! All-Star Cleaning always does a great job but I want to add a shout out to KC - he really worked extra hard to scrub the black mold in our Master Bath shower! And, of course, that meant that Sam had to cover more than half of cleaning the rest of the house. Kudos to both of them!
