My name is Kodi ***** and in April of 2019 I received a Michael Phelps Master Spa from Aqua Spas. I am only posting this out of complete and utter frustration and want to warn everyone about the way I have been made to feel like a nuisance/inconvenience rather than a customer with issues needing resolved. After numerous calls regarding missing speakers, warped panels, cracks in the exterior and control panels that no longer control things, I finally contacted an attorney. Within the first three months, the soft tread padding that was installed on the pool side has started to curl up, and all the panels on the exterior have begun to warp and bow.The communication breakdown on the part of Aqua Spas has been worse than anything I have ever experienced, and I have Comcast. I was informed after my initial three months was up that I would need to pay for service calls; having had previous experience with the communication issue, I was reluctant to pay, however I did so in order to get the issue resolved quickly.To have an item this costly, have this many issues and looking this awful, in our yard, is simply unacceptable. After the experiences to date and the huge number of problems we have had, I could not imagine recommending to anyone that they buy a Master Spa product, Michael Phelps Swim Spa, or anything else, from Aqua Spas.At this point I feel VERY strongly that the only thing of interest to Aqua Spas is making the sale, and nothing else. Nothing this company has done since has led me to believe that keeping a happy, satisfied customer, who will speak well of your company, continue doing business with you, and recommend your products and services to friends and associates, is anywhere among their priorities.**Update** 7-29-21 It took an attorney and a threat to file a lawsuit in order to get the new pool that Master Spas made specifically for me to replace to busted up one, (none of the control panels have worked since December, I couldnt get the temperature below 94 degrees on either side) delivered to my house. In addition to all the issues I listed about, there were now NINE FEET of cracks along the spas edge leading to a repair man to determine this was not something he would repair. The co-owner, Matt Davis, hung up when my attorney called to discuss a resolution that didnt involve me paying $3900 extra for delivery fees. It took a call from Master Spas attorney to get him to reconsider. When Master Spas was building my new spa, I asked specific questions to make sure it was exactly like the one I currently have as there are electrical requirements that need to be addressed if it is not. I was reassured it was exactly as my previous unit. Spoilers... it was not. The electrical conduit to connect inside the spa in order for it to work in any way. When I conveyed this issue to Aqua Spas, I was (surprise) not received well. Matt called me back, after I was told Courtney could do nothing for me, who then proceeded to scream at me, call me a bad customer and would not in any way try to resolve the issue. I ended up having to terminate the conversation by saying this was unprofessional & unproductive.TLDR: Disrespectful, unprofessional, dishonest company / owner who will do anything they can to get out of trying to make a situation right, escalating it to place beyond repair.**7-30-21** I will reply here since they dont allow you to response to the company comments. I also have copies of the recorded calls that will show how just how unprofessional this company & owner is. Apparently requesting that a spa is hooked up properly with fully functioning electrical is too much for them to handle. And respectfully declining to speak until I can have an intelligent conversation as well as saying I will also be contacting my attorney is irrational behavior. I was threatened to remove all reviews or they would not deliver my new replacement spa. I did that, but replaced them once they violated said agreement by not delivering me a fully functioning device.

Ever had to dig in 1” gravel? Drew came out today to look at my spa, had to do extra work to get at heater. Dogs had covered the bottom of the panel. Drew had to dig 4”, of gravel, down on the side to get the panel off. Once the panel was off, he immediately diagnosed and repaired the spa. Great additive.

Heather and Tyler, from the Ft Collins store, went above and beyond to help me out with a recirc pump issue. They were super nice, and even willing to deliver the pump to Longmont location, to save me the extra drive. Thanks guys.

Drew came out to install some parts and maintenance our hot tub. He was polite and happily showed me all the things he was doing so Ill be able to do more of the maintenance myself in the future. We also discovered one the pumps was failing and he was able to quickly and smoothly replace it under warranty on the same visit!

This is regards to driving habits. Im not a customer, and would never be after my experience with Aqua spas dangerous driving habits. Not sure why your Fort Collins driver feels its necessary to tailgate, cut in between traffic, and drive 20 miles over the speed limit (60 in a 40). He was driving a quad cab ford pickup with the top of the tailgate dented. The first time he did this was last week from Loveland to Fort Collins via 287 going north. Today was Loveland to Fort Collins at 8:25am going north on Taft turning right onto Trilby then left onto 287 north. Apparently this is a habit of dangerous driving. I couldnt get his license plate because he swapped lanes after tailgating me so fast and sped past me, this photo was best I could do safely stopped at the light.

I had a difficult time at first getting someone to return my telephone calls etc. to set up a delivery time for my spa, but in the end it finally worked out. Our delivery team Casey and Andy were superior! First of all these two young men had to drive 8 hours from Ft Collins to Dolores, then install the spa, then make the 8 hour drive back to Ft Collins. They were both polite, knowledgeable, and wasted no time doing an excellent job. 5 STARS to them!!!!

Casey and Andy were great delivering our new hot tub. They were able to maneuver a tricky walkway and place the spa exactly where we wanted! Thanks for the great service!

We have a Twilight spa. The pump went out, and needed replaced. BOBBY was our service Tech. He was communicative, professional, and very polite! He showed up on time, and was very expedient. Within about 15 minutes, he diagnosed where the leak was coming from, and swapped out the leaking pump. He then spent about the next 30 minutes going over chemical treatments, testing the Chems, etc. SUPER HELPFUL!!! Over all, we have enjoyed our Aqua Spa, and appreciated the service I have had from them, for the past 3 years.

Bob the service tech was great. He said he would be at my house at 5:30 showed up right on time, which I really appreciate. He answered my questions really well and took a lot of care in servicing the spa. Great job!

Our overall experience has been excellent from the initial shopping, through the purchase (and the fact that they had inventory) and finally with the delivery and follow up. The delivery crew (Dalton and Josh) were professional, courteous, good communicators and very good at their job. It was a tight fit in spots to get the tub back to the pad…no sweat. A couple of small items didn’t make it on the delivery but the fact that they called me before I could call them showed the level of their service.

Drew did an AMAZING job servicing/cleaning our hot tub today. Thank you very much fir the great customer service. Cheers!!!!

Took a while due to the pandemic, but the wait was well worth it. Delivery coordination by Courtney, and installation by Casey and Dalton was exceptional. Spent some time to determine best orientation of controls, speakers, cover lift, and panel access due to it going in a side yard with angled concrete patio and fence. Went through set up, operation, and received some good tips on maintenance. Appreciate it!

I am really happy with my swim spa. (Master Spas Trainer 15) I looked at a LOT of swim spas of all different styles and prices and am glad (and a little relieved) that I got the right one. -AND- Im really happy with the people at Aqua Spas (the Fort Collins store.) They were really straightforward and not pushy. The guys that delivered it knew what they were doing; they were quick and courteous; showed me how all the controls worked and how to maintain it (which I had never had a store tell me before. I had to learn it on my own.) Courtney, the delivery coordinator, called ahead and asked good questions like, how will it face the house - what end goes in first so they know how to put it on the truck and make it easier to install. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and easy the whole transaction went.

So excited to have our hot tub here and installed! Aqua Spas was recommended to me from a customer that has bought 2 hot tubs from them and they did not disappoint! Excellent service all around - AND they sent our hot tub with the hot shot install team of Casey and Johnathon. They were awesome, professional, attention to detail and explained EVERYTHING! We really lucked out with these two delivering our hot tub -now off to enjoy it!

This review is specifically to the installation crew of Andy and Casey! We actually purchased the spa from the Longmont location, but these two are based out of FoCo so definitely wanted to give them a shot out. They were a delight to work with. They called to notify that they were coming up; they were able to unload, fill, and explain our hot tub within an hour and a half. And even above and beyond, they noticed that they forgot to grab filters for us - admitted it was their mistake and said I will bring this back tonight or tomorrow morning. It being 7:45 pm when they left, we figured they would come up the next day as we live in Estes Park - but I got a text at 8:30 saying Casey was on his way back and he had them at our door by 9:30 pm. It was impressive - especially when you live in a small town that many from the front range arent willing to drive to. Thanks guys for being a pleasure to work with! We love our new tub!

Office staff scheduling and coordinating delivery were friendly and courteous each time, working within our schedule. Day of delivery the crew contacted us to provide time of arrival. They arrived early, well equipped to offload the spa with care, and set it on the deck flawlessly. Within a short time the spa was connected, filled, and the crew walked us through operation. Initial chemicals added and start up kit and operation manual provided. They took the time to answer all our questions before departing. Not only did I get a great deal and easy financing but the installation was absolutely awesome.Casey and Dalion gave me an eta and were actually early. They meticulously explained everything they were going to do and were very careful with my new lawn. The worked very quickly and did a great job explaining the care and operation of my tub. I am very satisfied with Aqua Spas and all of their employees.

My delivery people (Casey and Andy) were amazing. They were on time, did a fantastic job communicating through out the process. They made sure to have as little impact on me and my pets as possible. They were both patient and kind answering my and my families hundreds of questions. When the tub was finally set up and ready they were very knowledgeable about everything from set up to maintenance and didnt seem like they were rushing out the door to make their next drop off but instead made sure everything was in order and taken care of before they left.

Excellent communication and prompt delivery. My property created a challenge for the delivery men, Dion and Duane. They had to try and back the trailer through a maze of trees and snow. There is no driveway to the back of the house. It was very slick and the truck tires were spinning. Those two were able to push and pull my spa up to where the deck is. Took him about 45 minutes but they got the job done. They answered all of my questions and I can’t wait for the tub to heat up so I can test it out.

What a GREAT experience!Where to start?We had to reschedule the delivery 4 times due to weather delaying our concrete being poured and Im sure Candice got sick of hearing from me but was always so gracious.Last night we got a call ahead of time that they were on their way and would be here soon. Casey, Johnathan and Andy did an amazing job of getting the hot tub into our backyard and set up despite it being dark and cold. They persevered and got it done! My wife and I purchased the Balance 8 2 years ago, and have enjoyed it all year round ever since. We love to watch the stars, the moon and the beautiful sun rises too. Awesome! We were treated great from the purchase of the tub, to the chemicals that help to keep it looking and functioning great. We love it and have many times thought that this was the best thing we could have done for ourselves. I would recommend this store to anyone. DH

I cant say enough, about my Experience with Aqua Spas.I had ordered 2/3 other tubs from 3 other companies, since August 2020. The prices, and deals switched, until we made a decsion, with another Aqua company. We put in our order Last day of Augest 2020, then were told our order did not go in until Sept. 10. ( Red Flag#1). We were told by the sales man it would be 8 weeks, or end of Oct. because they were the best, with local manufacturing. It did not come in Oct ( red flag #2), Dec, January, or the first weeks of Feb, the Last Promised date. 5.5 months!That is when I saw the Ad for Aqua Spas!!!! I made a call, to Jessie- Sales- In Ft Collins, Last Sunday. He found the same size, and upgrades to the one we ordered. I told him, if he could get it to us, this week, or next I would order it right now. He emailed me the specs and A picture and said he could have it to us in a Week. SOLD!I then got a call on Monday ( next day after the Sale) from Courtney at Aqua Spas, saying to send her pictures of where it was going, and BOOM it was scheduled for THIS Thursday! 5 Days from Order! Dion and Duane, had a full day of delivery and set up, but still delivered it Thursday Night. Despite some Electical Mishaps ( Breaker not installed -my fault), they stayed until the electrical was Installed! 7 Degrees outside! TUB Installed, Heating and Working!Absolutley, 5 Star Efforts from everyone in the Company! Well Done!

Casey and Dalton delivered out new spa this week. It was snowing and our yard was all mud. They were still so professional and customer focused. Even when I tried to joke with them about being covered in mud they laughed and continued to do their jobs with a positive attitude. Not one single complaint about it from either of them! It’s so hard to find customer service like that anymore. Thank you!!

Very friendly service and workmanship. We bought our Swimspa in May 2020. It was delivered without stairs, due to a MasterSpas shortage. The team at AquaSpas kept us in the loop and ultimately provided custom made stairs so we could better enjoy our new pool. The team is ready with advice and will help to troubleshoot any problems along the way.

We lost power in the swim spa. I was out of town and panicked. Aqua Spas Fort Collins squeezed us in and made the repair the next evening. Thanks for the speedy service.

The initial filters were not good and caused the heating element to go out. Fort Collins store made us BUY new ones. Luckily the manufacturer stepped up and admitted that they were faulty and sent us new ones. Now I have 2 sets. We were also lucky the heating element was still under warranty. I would have liked more understanding from the store where we purchased the hot tub.

Our home in Estes Park had an Aqua Spa when we moved in 18 years ago. We have had the spa serviced by Aqua Spa and found them to be friendly, helpful and reliable. So, when it came time to replace the spa 6 moths ago, we purchased a new spa from Aqua Spa. We have been very pleased with the new spa and the service from Aqua Spa. We would rate them as high as possible and even higher, if that makes sense.

Terrible! Not only did they sell us a refurbished tub and not tell us (hidden in paperwork) but the customer service is horrendous! They never have filters and when you order them and request them delivered, they don’t do it and blame former employees for the issues. I seriously don’t know how they stay open. Buyers be aware! Shop else where!

Just got the tub installed and she’s a beauty! Austin & Casey got her all set up, walked me through the maintenance protocols, were efficient and super easy to work with! Would highly recommend Aqua Spas in Ft. Collins.

We had a very great experience with aqua spa in Loveland, Colorado. We purchased our hot tub one year ago and enjoy every second use in it. Very friendly and professional employees. Great customer service and maintenance team.

I have owned my spa for over a year now and couldn’t be happier with the polite and attentive staff that have helped me along the way. They have all of your aqua spa needs while enjoying the company of the adorable puppy Roxy at the store!

Very unhappy with the company. Purchased a new hot tub, which we were sold on because it was in stock and would arrive quickly. We were told wed get a call in 4 weeks with a delivery date. 6 weeks later, no call. at this point, we called them and they finally gave us a date.On the day of the delivery, we were given the window of 1PM-5PM. 5PM rolled around, and wed not heard anything from them. Finally reached someone on the phone, and they gave us a new window of 6PM-8PM that day. 8PM rolled around, and wed not heard anything from them. We called several times and left messages, to which we didnt receive a call back until 9:40PM--at which time they said they were about 40 minutes out (estimating their arrival at about 10:20PM). This was completely unacceptable, and we asked to reschedule.The next day, when they delivered the hot tub, the people arrived without masks. Being that we have two immune-compromised people in the house, we politely asked them to wear masks and even offered them disposable masks if they did not have any. They flat out refused to wear masks.Secondly, one of the men carrying the cover to the hot tub by himself also punctured the cover with his thumb, leaving a quarter-sized tear in the cover of the brand new hot tub. We signed a statement claiming the cover was damaged, and was told wed get a call about replacing it. That was over a month ago, and weve never received a call. We have left about 9 messages asking for a return call, but they still have not responded.So, basically, once they have your initial money, they are absolutely horrible.

Find a local, independent hot tub tech or repair person to service your hot tub. DO NOT get service from Aqua Spas themselves. Most companies will waive (in whole, or at least part of) the Trip charge they might bill you IF the service tech actually does any repairs. Not this racket. You get billed $150 just for the tech to drive to your house on top of whatever you will get billed for services performed, and parts. I can understand a trip charge IF there was no services actually performed by the tech. But there aint no way it costs Aqua Spas $150 for each house call to drive a van to EVERY house they visit in a day. 6 house calls in a day is $900 just for a van to drive around town. Where do I sign up for that kind of scheme? The hot tub product itself is fine. Only a couple of issues over 3 years with tub. The service tech, also, performed satisfactorily. No issues with the tech or service. Just really dont like the lack of consideration for not waiving even 50% of the trip charge when we also then pay for labor and parts. A $150 repair job will end up costing you double, just to drive the van to your house. Ridiculous!

Our experience with Aqua Spas has been nothing but positive. First, we were able to secure the tub we wanted without having to wait for months. Sean in the Longmont store was very easy to work with on the purchase.Secondly, the company worked well us us while we waited to hear from our HOA. Courtney communicated with us numerous times around the HOA decision and ended up scheduling us sooner than we expected. Her communication skills are strong - clear, compassionate, positive. And Casey and Tom worked their tails off getting the spa into our backyard in the dark on a winters night. We were their third delivery of the day, squeezing us in so we could have the tub a day early. These two guys maneuvered that 900 pound beast expertly and, most importantly, cheerfully. And it was Casey who noticed some damage to a panel and said he would make sure it got addressed as a warranty claim. He then did a great job getting the tub set up and walking us through the essentials. All around good folks treating the customer with respect. The follow-up from Courtney and Romika on the warranty claim has been excellent.Weve had other hot tubs and worked with other dealers. This is our most positive experience yet.

We have worked with Courtney, Casey and Austin on two occasions on the removal of our old hot tub and delivery and installation of the new tub in Silverthorne. We have been impressed with their can-do attitude and expertise at every step of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Aqua Spas especially for their staff members level of professionalism.

We traded in our old hot tub in for a new tub a few years ago. We absolutely love it. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly when we come into the store. We love the smelly samples you offer.

Service is an absolute nightmare. ZERO communication and lack of understanding their own product. Charged me $150 before i even hung up the phone. First time they showed up the tech wasnt sent with the correct part (not his fault). Tech spoke to who i would assume was his boss and rescheduled for one week to return with part. No show the second time. I call and i wasnt even on the schedule. Rescheduled for a week later. Go figure part still isnt in and the tech had to make the phone call to inform me. If i could rate the professionalism of the techs itd be 5 stars but the people managing them are asleep at the wheel. I wont be doing business here again.

Overall ok experience, so far. Sales department was good & gave us all the options they had & made it relatively simple. It only took a few weeks to get our hot tub. Got it installed ok. The delivery guys were nice enough & did ok with the install, but they did smoke & left a cigarette on our patio for me to clean up. Also, I suggest purchasing additional test strips & chemicals when you purchase your tub, because while they will assure you you get everything you need in your initial box, we set ours up yesterday & today I need to get more test strips & chemicals. We live a ways away, so this is pretty frustrating.

From day 1 Aqua Spas Fort Collins have been fantastic! When we bought our home in 2017 we inherited a spa that the previous owners purchased/installed from Aqua Spas a few years prior. Aqua Spas have been able to keep the transition of the account seamless. They always go above and beyond to be sure we have the right chemicals on hand. Plus they are just a bunch of nice, good people!!

I used to work here as the assistant to the scheduler. A week before I left, I witnessed and confirmed workers spraypainting old broken pumps to look like new. It was under the owners direction. If you get a spa, do not get it here.Two stars because the people working there are consistently good. Ownership has long caved into the temptation of money. Such is life

Hi this is Alvina Schrum I had aqua spas put in a new spot today for me they took my old one out put a new one in I spent six hours plus more because they’re still working they were very polite everything is good I would highly recommend the two that did the work for me Chris and Leif are very good guys so if you need a hot tub you need to get a hold of them at Aqua Spas. We couldn’t have had a better team out here very happy with the job they did.

Told us we couldn’t even tell that the hot tub that they said was from last year. They said that we would not be able to tell that it was slightly used. This was an outright lie. The tub was 6 years old and very damaged when we called to talk the denied this all. I will never buy from here again and am very disappointed and displeased.

Duane and Dion did a great job installing our spa. The weather was horrible and they took time to set us up.

Baught swim spa and a hot tub, customer service was patient and prompt. Staff was friendly and capable to tackle any questions I have had. They also have a large warehouse and staff to support your needs locally rather than other vendors.

Bobby, the service tech, was outstanding!! My only complaint is the $149 service call fee. Its not taken off the final bill. Really, $149 just to have someone show up.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE STORE IN FORT COLLINS.I gave aqua spas a 1 star review due to the fact that when they delivered our swim spa that we paid in full for, they scratched 3 panels, gave us a water logged and dangerous cover for our pool, as well as the wrong color stairs. My husband was told by the owner Matt that if I didnt take down my google review, we would not receive any new stairs, new panels and the new upgraded cover (that we were charged for) Note: he called my husband to tell me what to do (shows his character) This was so shocking and beyond despicable, but we took it down to play the game. This was over 2 months ago! It is mid October, and we have WOOD made stairs ( we paid for plastic stairs that are designed for a pool), that are complete garbage and one panel! I am anticipating another angry phone call from Matt, but this company really shouldnt be allowed to do business. Next step is a lawyer.

Terrible service with zero communication. One delay after another not concerned about resolving the problems. Absolutely the worst experience from start to finish. Spoke with Courtney twice left several message regarding my items and issues and concerns with my hot tub . Courtney was terrible to work with and unprofessional. Courtney never returned my calls and FAILED to get my order corrected. Felt like. Courtney gave me the run around and didn’t want to be bother with my order and concerns.Finally spoke to Jesse and was able to finally get answer and items.
