I really appreciate our salesman being straightforward with us during the decision process. Their competitor up the street was so pushy and was clearly only telling us what he thought we wanted to hear. Decided to go with these guys and get a salt water spa, ordered it, scheduled delivery, had our electrician come out and install the box and conduit. Spa came and the electrician had installed the box incorrectly. I had provided him with the schematics, but he had failed to look at it closely. We called Colorado Spas and spoke with the owner, who immediately jumped in his car and drove an hour to our house to bring us what we needed to complete the installation properly. Once he arrived, he explained to our electrician what was needed and our electrician threw a fit and left us! Steve (I believe that was his name, its been year now) from Colorado Spas felt terrible about our experience. He said our spa delivery day was supposed to be exciting and not stressful and disappointing. He sent his own electricians over to complete the job AND paid half of the costs! Amazing customer service! He turned a disaster into a pleasant experience. We WILL buy our next spa from these guys, and our electrician wont hear from us again!

I stopped at Colo Spas to try to find a hard to get o-ring for a spa heater. Dave greeted me and said he would try to help although he was not the service man. Well, help he did. He found the right part and I left very happy with the part four other places could not provide. For a satisfying visit, Id go back in a second. Thanks Dave!

Once you purchase your swim spa you can expect terrible customer service. Went in to order filters and they never got back with us. Called two months later regarding filters and said they would call back but never did. Finally got a hold of someone on third try who said filters were in stock. Went and got them and while there let them know protective piece of control panel came off. Said they would come fix it the following Friday. On phone now. They have no “record” that the piece was to be repaired today. What a joke. Terrible customer service. Enjoy your spa but don’t expect anybody who works there to follow through because they won’t.FOLLOW UP: changed my rating to 5 star. Owner called and was extremely apologetic that this happened. Took corrective action which meant a lot. Customer service was actually outstanding when he found out there was a problem. Thank you Steve!

I wanted to share my great experience dealing with Colorado Spas recently.We got a really good deal on a pre-owned spa (from a co-worker) that we couldn’t refuse, so we purchased it, and needed it moved to our house.I spoke with Austyn and set up everything, and he couldn’t have made the process any easier.He worked around my schedule, let me email him photos, and came to our house for a site assessment. He even got us scheduled quickly and just in time for Christmas; less that a week away at that time.The day of the move everything went smooth..and we were up and running in the estimated time frame with no issues at all!Randall, the other service guy (he’s awesome too) even came back out a couple of weeks later to help get an issue resolved, that I needed help with.We have been very pleased with this company and it’s staff, and will be using them for all of our service or maintenance needs going forward.Thanks again!Steve (& Sarah) Cox

So let me start with saying that I saved a lot of money by going down to Colorado. I usually try to stay in Cheyenne and shop in Wyoming. However, I saved almost $1000 on the exact same hot tub.All of the staff were very professional. It was the office manager who first helped us. There was no high pressure sales. Just good knowledge and great sales demeanor. She told us to shop the other spa places on College drive which we did. We ended up back at at Colorado spas.When we came back we worked with the owner Steve. He is highly knowledgeable about the spa industry and the spas in it.We ended up with a Clearwater spa and are very happy with it. It is a 3 to 4 person spa but it is really ideal for two people. It is very powerful and goes from a gentle message to a deep muscle message.Set up and delivery in Cheyenne was free and very professional. I am sure if we have any problems with our spa they will be good at that also.

After weeks of research and driving every spa place crazy with my haggling and questions I ended up going with these guys. Lulu was my sales rep and she was wonderful to work with. Trust me when I say I must have been the worst customer of the year... If not decade. But she was extremely patient with me and helped me through all my concerns. If you really do your research you will see they price their tubs at s very fair price right away. So you wont leave saving 5000 dollars off some tub, instead you leave with a great tub that was already priced appropriately and there isnt this perceived amazing deal, its a good fair deal from the start. So far I have had 0 issues with my tub and am very pleased. They are just no BS company and I appreciate that. Thanks guys, Ill be a customer for life... Which youd probably not prefer because of how difficult I am haha.

We bought our spa 2 1/2 years ago. We have had great service when needed. All of our questions are always answered and the hot tub has been perfect for us. We use it 4 nights a week on average through out the year. It looks beautiful and is just the right size for us.

Update (07/29/2020): The new service guy Shawn finally got everything squared away. He called and kept me up to date on everything. Got the leds put in and the clip the last service guy broke, fixed. He even called a few weeks later to see how everything was going. Shawn rocks!!!--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Been waiting almost a year for what we paid for. Were told wed get our tub on a certain day, then changed. Finally got it and it was not what we ordered. Had multiple conversations with RJ that went nowhere. Finally got them to order the leds that were supposed to be already on our tub. They came out in Oct 2019 to install, but they said they needed to order an extra piece still. At that time the service guy stripped a screw and said he would replace in a week when the part came so he could install the leds.fast forward to May 16th 2020 and still have not heard or gotten what was promised and paid for. Will not recommend!

We purchased a spa from Colorado Spas and are absolutely thrilled with it. I have a painful foot condition and was willing to try anything to get some relief. I sit in my lounger every day and sometimes twice a day. The lounger has great jets, that allow me to massage my feet, legs, neck and back. I feel like I have a new lease on life, because I can actually walk again! In addition, we placed our spa under our deck, which posed a problem with the cover. Colorado Spas worked with a third party to custom make us a cover that would work. I cant say enough about it. The staff has been great and the process was painless.

We had such a pleasant experience here! The gentleman who took care of us put no pressure to buy a tub, talked is down to a more reasonably priced one, and was very knowledgeable of the product. Every time we call with questions they are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for all your hot tub and spa needs!!!

First off, we love our new Marquis spa. Our buying experience at Colorado Spa was great but Steves customer service after the fact has been amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with a few manufacture parts (pillows) that needed to be replaced, free of charge, and also took 45 minutes out of his day to walk me through a care routine for the tub. I will be recommending Colorado Spas to everyone I know!

I bought a Clearwater spa from these guys and the experience was great. The product and service are top notch. They are always available to help me with questions and service needs. Lots of companies sell hot tubs but this company is unique because they are experts and they stand behind their product. I would gladly recommend them anytime.

Fool me twice....I had a FL error message on my Cal Spa, and called them about a month ago and left a message. It took about a week to get a call back. The technician apologized for the delay and said he could come out in the next 3-4 days to diagnose it.It took over 2 weeks for him to come out, during which time I got 2 or 3 calls apologizing for not coming out and promising to come soon.About a week after it was repaired, the hot tub got a bad leak and the water drained overnight. I thought it might have been due to the work that was done (it wasnt), so I called back on a Tuesday. The technician (a different one) said he would be out Thursday morning. He wasnt; nor did he come Friday or even call.This is during December and I had to run a space heater to keep the motor warm. By Friday afternoon, I gave up and called somebody else (other than Colorado Spas). This was right before Christmas, he promised to show up Monday, and, sure enough, he did.

I needed parts and help with a spa and talked to every dealer in Fort Collins. These guys are the best around, hands down. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They treated me fair on all the parts I purchased and were happy to give advise. I would not hesitate to purchase a spa here.

Steve and Lulu have been great in helping me learn to maintain the chemical balance in my hot tub. Very patient to explain everything.

My husband and I went looking at Hot Tubs yesterday. We went to Colorado Spas and spent time with a salesman, RJ. We went to another spa dealer afterwards and were interested in a spa that we were considering, and so put a refundable deposit on it. RJ called my husband today and asked why we put a deposit (even knew the $ amount) on a spa at the other dealer. He complained that he spent and hour with us (thats your job as a salesman), and wanted to know why we went somewhere else. He even dropped his price 2K...why did you not do that yesterday??? Regardless, we are not impressed nor interested in the spas at Colorado spas. We are IRATE that these dealers shared our personal information. We will be cancelling at the other dealer as well, due to sharing personal information.

We walked into Colorado Spas 2 months ago and we were very happy to see the selection and prices of the hot tubs. Everyone was very friendly and nolagable and was a great experience from start to finish. We even wanted the tub early even though it was a special order and they got it done! I will always recommend colorado spas!

I had a spa that I brought to Colorado from my home in Texas. When we returned to Estes Park in the spring there were nurmerous things wrong with the spa. Even thought I didnt purchase the spa from Colorado Spas, they were more than happy to share advice and suggest parts that would work best for me. It made my grandaughters day to come up for a visit and find the hot tub ready for her. When I buy another spa I will go to Colorado Spas. Customer service is the most important thing to me and I would rate theirs a 10.

The main reason for purchasing through Colorado Spas was the fact that they had a hot tub that would fit into our patio space, otherwise we would have bought from another spa company. But we felt dupped from the beginning. Upon agreeing to buy the tub, Seth told us that there was a wife that purchased a tub with all the bells and whistles as a surprise for her husband, and that it was already at the manufacturer in production. The husband didnt like the color and they opted to buy a new one, so would we like to take over their tub purchase. Again, noting that it had all the bells and whistles. We agreed. Well, come to find out, this wasnt true. If the tub was already at the manufacturer, we would not be able to make changes to the order, right??? Bottom line, we get into a discussion over a $150 add on that we did not agree to, but he thought he would do us the favor and order it anyhow. We told him that we did not want the add on, which again, if it was already in production, how could we make changes??? When the tub got delivered, they forgot to remove the add on and now they want to come and take it. Ummm...no. You messed up...not us. And not to mention, we paid for an upgrade of a 3 step stair to get in the tub and when the tub was installed, we were told that it wouldnt work and they left us with a 2 step stair. We now have 2 lights that arent working properly and we are afraid to have them come out for fear possibly causing damage to the tub. Not to mention the poor customer phone service I received when trying to talk to Seth, the sales person about this...when he hung up on me. Real professional. Since when is it ok to have someone hang up on you? Have your guard up when purchasing from this particular location.
