This review is for Hot Tub Patrol, hot tub repair and maintenance. It seems to be owned by Patio Splash Hot Tubs which incorrectly has all the 5-star reviews on here even though they have another Google entry.Doesnt answer phone and voicemail has no indication that it is even the business number. Left a message anyway, but never got a call back either.Update/response: No, I dont know you. I was guessing that HTP was owned by Patio Splash since most reviews here are incorrectly listed for Patio Splash. Something else you might want to fix.I also called both the Loveland # for HTP listed on your website plus the 405-0405 # on Google. Both sent me to a generic voicemail for that 2nd #. Im not sure how many #s you expect me to call and wait for days for a response before it is ok to air my opinions in these trying times.I do appreciate that you quickly responded to the review and will raise it to 2 stars. If you could have cut out the condescension and just stuck to correcting the issues I would have raised it higher.

I purchased a bullfrog spa from Patio Splash in the fall. When the guys came to install the spa they were polite, professional, and efficient. This was the continuation of a great experience, from sale to use. We use our spa almost every night and it performs better then promised. There have been no problems from hookup through use. I would without a doubt recommend a Bullfrog spa from Patio Splash.

We are loving our bullfrog hot tub. We are enjoying all the great jet packs and how flexible the tub is. Nick and the rest of the delivery crew did an amazing job. We had a challenging install slipping the tub through a window into our hot tub room, the guys made it happen. Great customer service.

I wanted to wait to leave a review until after I had a chance to use my Bullfrog hot tub for a month.First off, the salesman Stephen was very knowledgeable and did not use high pressure sales or try to get us to buy what he wanted us to buy, but asked and answered our questions, and helped us find what we wanted. He was great!Secondly,the two,delivery men were top notch ( I used to deliver for Lowe’s), and were very accommodating and hard working. They did a great job of getting the hot tub where we wanted it, and were very knowledgeable in explaining everything I asked about. The electrician who was recommended and we ended up using ( KB Electric) was also awesome, and even went over a few more things about the hot tub. It was a great delivery and install, to be honest.The hot tub itself is phenomenal. I am a daily user, every morning after working out. I love the different jet options, and the low cost of operation is great. I could not be happier with the product and the whole experience.

We love our hot tub. The guys at patio splash have always taken care of us. I have arthritis in my back and going on and relaxing in our tub for 20 minutes and I sleep like a baby. The spa marvel is a great product and I love that its not chemical treatment. When our control panel had moisture in it they had us take pictures and show them what it was doing and it was still under warranty and they came out replace it and now it looks great and you can read it again.

We love soaking in our new Bullfrog! I have scoliosis and this tub has been a huge relief in terms of back pain. The guys at Patio Splash were awesome in helping us pick out a tub the fits our families needs. I highly recommended visiting the store if you haven’t already...best purchase ever!

We are very happy with our experience with Patio Splash. Rick answered all of our questions and did not pressure us in any way. He offered us a good price and the follow-up after the sale with him as well as MJ was fantastic. Kevin was the electrician they recommended and he did a great job for a reasonable price. The installation guys were really good too. The spa itself is awesome. We’ve been using it at least once a day. It’s almost like having a little vacation right in our own backyard. We will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I researched the bejesus out of hot tubs before settling on one. I also waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase from Patio Splash. The advanced engineering of bullfrog spas has impressed me the most with their fewer parts and hoses, and especially there efficiency. I truly do not notice a difference at all in my electric bill. So when they say bullfrog spas use less energy than the competition, believe it! Other spas in Fort Collins tried to talk me out of doing business with Patio Splash, saying that the fewer hoses means the jets will have less water pressure. Not only was that not true, but I love these jets because each of the 27+ jets I have can be manually turned off in seconds with a quick turn of the dial without interfering with the other jets. Rick, MJ and company have been awesome to work with. I had an uncommon hose leak within 6 months of the purchase and it was a seamless process to get it all fixed. Having local customer service, and a newer engineered spa were two of the main reasons I didnt buy used or online, since I wanted to pay the bulk of my investment up front and not have to worry about constant repairs years later. Ive had to reach out to patio splash about a half dozen times now for questions since Im new to the hot tub game. Theyve always been helpful, and Rick was awesome from the beginning, letting me switch my purchase a day after realizing a signed up for one that would not fit my long term needs.

After using my bullfrog a series spa for a few weeks I have noticed that I sleep better! Also I am more relaxed throughout the day. My skin is always nice and smooth after getting out and I don’t even need to use lotion.

Our bullfrog is relaxing, and easy to maintain. We really think its a fun way to end the day. The lighting and the water fountain our grandkids love. Rick was very nice and offered military discounts and hauled away our old hot tub.

Rick went above and beyond answering my initial questions and guiding us to help us make an excellent decision for our home spa- he really went above and beyond to make the transaction easy! To boot, Jerry (technician) has been amazing to work with since delivery of new spa. He helped with my initial setup and is always willing and available to answer my questions as a new owner on steps for year to year maintenance! Excellent company!

After years of back and neck pain from a previous injury, my husband and I decided a hydrotherapy spa was a step worth taking to help alleviate some of his chronic pain. We have had our tub for several years now and absolutely love it. Just as important though is the service that stands behind it. If ever a question or issue, this company has been the easiest to deal with. MJ in Greeley is wonderful and although we plan to have this hot tub a long time, if we were to purchase another, Patio Splash is our go to place.

The Bullfrog 8XL spa has been excellent for us. We enjoy it after a hard day of work. It is easy to maintain.

We had been in the market for a hot tub for many years. We never really found any that we were totally satisfied with, but then we stopped in and looked at the bullfrog brand. We were impressed with the reduction of amount of Airlines in the bottom of the tub, as well as the movable jetpacks. We purchased or hot tub at a time where we got an additional pump at no cost, and also were able to get the movable jetpacks whereas normally they would not be movable. We have now had the tub for going on 3 months, and we love it! We were initially going in for a smaller two to three person tub, but instead went for the seven foot size. I am so glad we upgraded! Its not so big that it takes up a lot of space, but we can still fit four people pretty comfortably at one time. Rick at the Fort Collins dealer was fantastic to work with! We had a problem with one of our jet packs after a couple months, we took it in and he replaced it on the spot! All of this along with the ease of maintenance on this tub, makes us very happy customers! If we purchase in the future, we will definitely look into another bullfrog!

Love the Bullfrog. It relaxes me. I feel so much better after a hard days work and a soak in the spa with all those jet packs.
