Does not give you an estimate, surprise bill at the end.He nickel and dime’s you for small things like draining and filling tub.Does a diagnostic evaluation which is extra $$- but really relies on tech support for the answer.That may be google ??Wrong diagnosis was made, wrong part bought and it didn’t help the problem. Previous part re-installed as it worked better that way. Tub is now exactly the same as before he addressed it, except for the large bill he charged me and I now own a useless part. Won’t use him again and I don’t recommend him.
