I purchased cartridges probably a month ago so I would have on hand when they ran out. Ive supported this store in FC before they moved. I am very disappointed that I was given 2 cartridges that dont fit my model, and now on a weekend Im stuck and not able to print. Ill go back to return them, and Im sure Steve will make it right, but sure is a major inconvenience. No one can plan when the ink runs out, and you expect they will give the right ones. Ill have to buy new ones and pay a lot more at an office store today. This isnt the first time this has happened unfortunately. Please be more careful to provide the right ones, I want to support local if I can! UPDATE: Steve was quick to call me and get me the right ink after reading my reviews. He gave me his cell phone number so in the event Im stuck after biz hours in the future I can contact him. He even threw in another cartridge I needed for my trouble. Thanks for making this right and having good customer service!

Normally I have great experiences with the staff here. Today I encountered who I believe was the owner himself, and it was awful. I bought three cartridges, two of which I normally only pay 5.99 each for. The other cartridge I expected to be higher because it was an xl size. When I questioned the cost of the second small cartridge, I found out I was being charged 9.99 plus tax. Online and with shipping it is only 7.99 to get delivered to my home. When I stated that the cost was higher than normal, I was lectured about normal retail cost. I did stop the man short in the unnecessary lecture, I know the retail costs. To charge double for the same cartridge is ridiculous. To lecture a customer and not explain why the same cartridge would be twice as much is also ludicrous. Not to mention the shop always looks one box away from an episode of hoarders. I prefer supporting local businesses but I wont ever shop this store again, it will be online all the way. Hell, Id prefer paying full retail if it means nicer customer service.

Don’t listen to the haters. Steve goes above and beyond to address your issues and he knows his stuff. Done business with them for years and couldn’t be happier. Shop local and support small business!

Yesterday I had a neighbor... not technically inclined at all.... ask me to show him how to replace the 920XL cartridges in his HP OJ 6500. I sent him out for cartridges and UNFORTUNATELY he chose Cartridge World. He came back with 2 920XL cartridges. He handed me one and I got ink on my hands...still in the bag but one end was slightly open. Tried the second one...opened it correctly (because I worked for HP for years....) and ink was pooled under the orange guard. Installed it anyway and produced a test page... guess what no black cartridge. Removed it and found a chip mounted incorrectly. Tested it with a cartridge from my own printer and it worked. Sent my neighbor back to Cartridge World and they would NOT give him his money back claiming that the bags were open and he must have done something wrong.... Gave him 4 regular 920 black cartridges in return.... I WILL NEVER SHOP AT CW AND NOT REFER ANYBODY AGAIN>>>> AND I AM EX-HP TECH SUPPORT...and yes, I use re-filled cartridges...

Outstanding service! I was mistakenly given the wrong type of ink cartridge for my printer. When I returned for an exchange, the owner was very apologetic. When he found that they didnt have the cartridge in stock--and because I live on the other end of town--he offered to drop off the replacement at my house the next day. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

I love this place, the cartridges are around $12 for my Epson printer, in the office store theyre around $20. They always fit my printer and last just as long as the big box store brand. Ive never had a bad experience Ive purchased around 3 cartridges from them and every time I was in and out with the correct cartridge at an affordable cost. Ill never buy my cartridges from Office Max or Wal-Mart again.

They didnt have what I needed in the Fort Collins office, so Steve went out of his way to pick it up in the Greeley office and deliver it. Deliver it! Amazing customer service!

These guys are great. I can get my inkjet refills way cheaper than on the net, they always work, and its a local business. The manager/owner is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was hoping this would work but Steve (the owner)would not follow thru on phone calls so l could get the products I needed. After several calls that were not returned I gave my business to someone who knows how to run a business and follow thru for the customer.

Steve goes beyond anyone I have worked with in this industry. I do almost $1000 a year with him and am located 300 miles away. Way and above great product and service.

This is a GREAT way to save money!!
