I wasn’t going to even review this place but my nail bed on two of my nails are now infected. I got my nails done here, the shape was okay, the nail tips were uneven a little. The nails fell off not even 3 days after. Two of my nail beds became Enflamed, hot to the touch, and super painful. Very disappointed and sad about spending so much money on nails that didn’t last and now are infected. Don’t go here for Dip nails.

I got my first Pedicure at 40 years old today. I absolutely loved it. Im a Land Surveyor and spend the good majority of 50 hours a week on my feet. This feels amazing

I’m pretty disappointed in the job done here. I got my nails (gel) done on Thursday and by Sunday they were already chipping. This is the first and last time I’ll go. Normally I can get 2-3 weeks out of a gel manicure but the quality from here isn’t as good.

Very nice establishment. Staff was polite and they did a great job putting precautionary measures. (By appointment only, mandatory face masks, plexiglass screens at all the tables, making sure everyone washed their hands prior to sitting down) I felt good about giving my business to them since they care enough about their employees and customers to keep them protected. Oh! And I had a dipped manicure and deluxe pedicure by Ashley. She did a GREAT JOB. Thank you!

Ive been there for a manicure a pedicure and waxing. all has been good so far except when I went to get my haircut the other night. She did an absolutely terrible job! I wont be back for that service.

Great atmosphere very very attentive and helpful employees would recommend jd spa for all your hair needs also pedicures and manicures. I would give more stars if possible keep up the great work.😍

I liked this place. Though the conversations between employees can be a bit crass at times, I have been served by many different technicians and they ALWAYS do an excellent job. Always! However, I was deeply disappointed at my last appointment. Not one employee....NOT ONE....wore a mask. I, unfortunately, will not be back because of this. (They do have plexiglass at the check-in and at manicure stations - no where else and no other safety precautions) If they don’t take simple safety steps like wearing a mask seriously during a pandemic, I am worried about what other safety cuts they make I can’t see. This sucks. I liked this place, but they weren’t even trying to protect their customers. I did not feel safe there.

Took my daughter in for her first haircut, the atmosphere was great and they were awesome and patient with her. Got my hair cut and they did a fantastic job. Loved it

Got my nails done with dip powder, very uneven and feel very lumpy.

Came in the first time to get a pedicure and they did fantastic. Came in a few days later to get acrylics done and they did an okay job because they not push back my cuticles and didnt file the acrylics down enough so when the color was put on it looked bumpy. Not even a week later, THEY ALL POPPED OFF. Acrylics should last 2-3 weeks before a filling! When I called to have them replaced they said they only guaranteed their nails FOR 3 DAYS and they only offered me HALF OFF for getting them re done. Not going back.

1st time every getting a pedi. The ppl are amazing. Made me feel relax and comfortable. My feet feel awesome. It was so worth it. Will continue going.

Nice Pedi and Gel Polish, but $30 for a pedicure felt overpriced and there was nothing special (no hot stones or special scrubs) that justified the price for the pedi. Usually pay $20-25 for a pedi. Paid $20 just for gel polish (not a manicure just the polish) and I usually pay 10-15 so again felt overpriced. The lady who did my nails was great and very professional. Nails looks really good, but not as great as some salons I’ve been too. If the price was less, it would justify the look of my pedi and gel polish. Over all, not bad.

Most of the employees were very rude while I was getting my nails done she just had a very bad vibe to her and didn’t seem friendly at all. The quality of your nails depend on what nail tech you get some of the ladies do great work it’s a shame for the rest.

I enjoy the cleanliness of the spa pus the fabulous customer service here. Among the best, if not the best, of the local Leavenworth options for a waxing, a hair cut/styling or a manicure and/or pedicure. Prices are comparable to the other local salons. Ask for Ashley - shes the best!!!

I don’t recommend coming her for eyebrowsThey messed my eyebrows up so bad!!!! And on my right side eye brow is bold about an inch!!!! Horrible please and the works have bad cussing mouths and unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Went in to get acrylics and she did them way to fast. They are bumpy and uneven, and the shape on every nail is different. Would not recommend.

Never fails, these ladies always make me feel beautiful when I leave. They remember me each time! Just an overall clean and professional place.

Saw this place has good reviews and decided to give it a chance. I went here on friday to get my nails done, nothing fancy or complicated just gel polish. It took me no more than 15 minutes to get my nails done and I wasnt too thrilled about the quality. Looked half asked and definitely rushed. Now its three days later and theyre already peeling off. Not coming back here. Think the only reason its popular is because Leavenworth is a small town and people dont have a better nail salon to compare this place to.

I had a good experience here. The best pedicure around. Ashley did a great job on my pedicure.The only concern is that I had to lay on newspaper while I had my legs waxed because they were out of table paper.

I loved the experience. I got my hair done and the lady there was very nice and wanted to have a conversation the whole time. I also got my nails done and the lady was helping me make desisions on what would kook good with what and finally found something that look beautiful.

Thet were able to get me in on short notice. I got a set if nails, a pedicure and my husband got a pedicure. 3 different girls. All 3 nice, friendly, joking around and talkative. Rhe friendliest staff and best job Ive had in a long time.

My absolute favorite place to get a pedi. Everyone is sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. The owner is wonderful. Dont miss this gem!

WORST manicure with powder dip ever! I was in there for four hours on a friday afternoon left for my vacation on sat am.....my manicure and nails started falling off on monday! ....it was so embarrassing having my nails fall off while at dinner!! Even though I was in there for 4 hours they still charged me full price!!! I explained I was very unhappy with my nails and they had another tech “fix” my nails, they were chunky, raised, and crooked looked awful! There wasn’t anything that was going to make them look better! I felt like the techs had no idea what they were doing! My two daughters were there as well their nail polish also came off after showering that night! Total waste of money! Turned what was supposed to be a mommy daughter date into a long drawn out process! Miserable will never go back!

Got my nails done last Friday, and it’s only Tuesday and they are already popping off and I can feel my hair getting stuck in them when I wash my hair. Acrylic nails should last longer than 5 days.

Ive been going to both shops for over 10 years. Justin and Dao are super nice people, as well as their staff. Great service!

If I could give no stars I would at this point. This is the second and final time I go to them for waxing. The first time I went the woman cleaned up my brows but took way to much off the ends. I had to wait a couple of months for them to grow back. I decided to give it another try and I gave the woman specific instrutions on how to do it. and she took my naturally thick brows, to tiny thin brows. The middle area is so uneven and offset. This is rediculous, the women are all trained and I think my 9 year old cousin could of done better. They lost my service!

They got us in very quickly for our last minute pedicure. We were a bit lost in the shuffle while there but they did a great job for my daughter

Good for nails, mani and pedicure. Haircut or blow dry never! I tell to the stylist person just 1 inch and clean up the layers and she cut 4 inches without any leyers. Other day Im back for shampoo and blow-dry and other person attend me just dry my hair like I doit at home, any profesional finish. But they hired now a new girl her name is Emma and she do amazing job cutting and ironing. She is amazing.

Service was terrible. Nails started to chip three days later and the owner used a dirty buffer on me. I would pay not to get my nails done here.

Very rude customer service! Called ahead and the told me they didnt take appointments for eyebrows but I could come in and theyd take care of me. Drove 30 minutes for them to rudely say theyre to booked up and could not see me. Couldve saved gas because they could have told me that over the phone!
