I just moved here from Illinois and googled nail salons. And chose this one for a few reasons but mainly because of convenience. I came in and was greeted promptly by Helen. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for… and let me tell you she did not disappoint!!! My nails look amazing!!! I love them! And on top of that she was nice, personable, talkative and just a really pleasant person! Definitely coming back! Found my new nail salon

Absolutely amazing nail salon!! My new fav. The staff were very kind. I went with my friend and we loved it! We sat and watched on the mini TV in front of us. I felt safe and my nails are beautiful! Will be coming soon.

Went in for pedicure and to replace false nails. The lady that welcomed us was friendly and after discussing, decided on gel nails. Pedicure turned out well. Gel nails not so much. It wasn’t clean around the edges and there was miscommunication about how long the nails can be. So overall wasn’t happy with the end product.

I have been coming here for years & love it! I can find a picture on the internet of something I want to do to my nails and Helen makes it happen. She is an artist!

I had a good experience here and the staff were friendly. I didnt give 5 stars because the location itself was in disrepair (acoustical tiles that were stained and gross-looking, places on the wall where paint had been pulled off and not repaired). The alcohol they offered was very minimal in selection (basically red or white). I did enjoy the pedicure and they did a fairly good job although I dont think Ill be going back because there are other ones closer to me at the same price point that take better care of their shops and I would like a better alcohol selection.

When I first entered the nail shop and signed in for what services I wanted, a staff member took my temperature. I was originally impressed that a nail shop was being so thorough to keep themselves and their patrons safe. However, over the course of 2 hours, 5 more people walked in and none of their temperatures were checked. I asked the staff member why they don’t check everyone’s temperature. She told me they do, even though I was literally the only one. She went on to say she forgot and thanks for reminding her once I pointed out the other patrons whose temperatures were not taken. She went over to the regular patron (I’m assuming she’s regular because they called her by name when she walked in) and began to do the same Covid procedures she performed on me and the patron replied “this is new”. Which leads me to believe the staff member wasn’t being honest with me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this nail shop. I’m disappointed by their discriminatory behavior.

Love love love... I drive 30 minutes to this place just cause they do a fantastic job every single time.

The service and quality of their work is the best. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Great experience every time.

This is a very dangerous place. This nail salon is FILTHY and the staff isnt well trained. PETER is the worst. During a pedicure he rubbed my foot with a rigid brush which took the outer layer of skin off. He pretended to ignore it. I asked the manager (BEN) for antibacterial ointment and a bandade to prevent an infection. PETER laughed!!!!!! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. I have filed a complaint with the state. Hopefully they will be shut down real soon.BAD! BAD! BAD! BAD! BAD! BAD! BAD! BAD! BAD! BAD! BAD!

I made a reservation for my wife earlier this week for Saturday after struggling to communicate with the young lady on the phone she finally confirmed the appointment. My wife shows up for her appointment and there is no record of an appointment made for her. The manager/ owner Thomas turns her away because there is no logged appointment and even shows her the book. My wife is now embarrassed and frustrated with both the shop and me calls me to let me know what happened. I call the shop and Thomas tells me he was not at the shop on the day I called... So I ask him how are you going to make this right... He tells me to send my wife back in. So I tell him why did I have to call to get her in why didnt you just take care of it then, No answer... Never again...

The irving location was not good. the receptionist was rude never greeted us the nail tech did a sloppy job left my nails with bubbles, tried to set me up with a expensive nail set when all i asked for was regular nails, the drinks are not good either the nail techs were having casual conversations about thier life using cus words, the lady next to me, messed up her nails accidently and the nail tech was very rude about repairing them for her. I suggest you dont go there, dont waste your money
