Mainly because of Trinn.The other ladies are professional and courteous.But when I tell you shes Awesome and will laugh and talk with you during your process.Shes Very skillful.All you have to do is give her your idea or picture.Trinn is great at freestyle but she will learn how you are as an individual and meet and beat your expectations.

Its like customer service is a joke. My friends and I came for pedicures and instead of letting us know how long it will take and recommend going somewhere else (good service) we were met with eye rolls and slight attitudes. Try other shops around here, youre worth more.

I only gave them 1 star because of their cheap prices, but I guess you get what you pay for. I first referred someone to them, and the person told me they were rude to her and didn’t do what she requested. Since then I had 2 bad experiences (my visits before weren’t that great, but I overlooked due to their prices). The 2nd time they were rude, I didn’t even allow her to finish my nails. I will pay extra to receive professional customer service.I will never be back.

My nails were not done to the best of her ability. Because we were the last to get service I believe the staff was tired and did a rush job on my daughter and I. I will never go to the shop again. First impressions are everything and they didnt set a good one to get my money again.

This is my second visit and last. I always like to give second chances... this salon is not very professional and their prices are not clear. The wait time is ridiculous and on top of all that they dont do great on feet or hands. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

They wouldnt get a shred of a star if it were up to me.. Angies Pro Nails has to be one of the worst nail shops on the planet! They are a COMPLETE RIP OFF..Do yourself a favor & go som else. Pics will be included of what I asked for & what I woke up to the next morning

Nails wasnt done correctly by owner angie, I came early in the morning the mess wasnt cleaned from the night before then she used the same stick to wax from the night before.. she dont believe when the customer is always right.

Be aware of employees that try to up-charge with gel versus regular. Some won’t give you the either or option, but will just give gel options. When I realized my bill was more than expected, I politely asked for a breakdown. The employee became indignant and reluctant to explain, then finally just said you agreed to gel nails. Untrue, I agreed to the only color she offered me close to clear. I even asked, for clarity, if this color she showed me was the clear option. She said yes. On a better note, the pedicure employee was nice, thorough, patient, and offered me the options between gel and regular.

I do not recommend anyone to go to Angie she is extremely rude she most Definitely do not give you what you ask for it looks like a 6 y/o polished my nails and she does not have a clue what square, square nails is.... I Am Definitely NOT IMPRESSED WITH MY SERVICE HERE AT ALL!!! I will not be back!

I feel completely peaceful and pampered every time I visit Angies Pro Nails. The team is so meticulous and pay attention to the details. They also talk me into trying new colors, which is great for me -always good choices that make me feel seasonable and updated.

Nails were done horribly and I had to return to be mistreated. I will not return EVER!!!!! One star is too many.

The color choices are good, and the prices are better. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my nail tech cut up my cuticles, was rough and they kept saying medang which I know means black people. My nails are all different sizes and were cut shorter than I wanted, my right hand is significantly shorter than my left hand.

I really liked coming to this establishment but the last time I went I got a full set. The lady cut the tip off too short, made my nails too pointy and put too much acrylic on my nails. I went back and ask if they could do it all over again. I even told them I will pay for a full set again. The lady refuses. She repainted my nails for free. That is not what I wanted. I really hated my full set she gave me. So went to another salon.

My eyebrows have a wax scar ! They charged me 80$ when I was supposed to be charged 73$ ! I had a deluxe pedicure which is only $35; fill in which is only 20$ with the gel removal should put me in 55$and my eyebrows are done 8$ and gel 10 ... !!! I will never go there again and disputing this with my bank. wannabe nail tech....

I don’t think they have the best quality nails but mine usually look good when I leave. I’ll recommend them. I go there often

Waited 40 Today and left. Four people working on a Friday. Went to another place, was properly greeted, unlike at Angies today and taken right back. Double the workers! Have options ladies, there are too many nail salons around.

Weekends are busy but the are really down to earth. I enjoy going and appreciate them taking care of my nails.

Every time Ive gone my nails came out great. But twice Ive went here to get my eyebrows waxed and was disappointed. Angie is the only one that does eyebrows in the shop as far as I can tell. I told her not to make them too thin and she ended up making them thin and uneven. She also seems as if she has a attitude 9 times out of 10 for whatever reason but the other nail artist are quite pleasant. I would come back to get my nails done as long as I dont have to deal with Angie but I wouldnt recommend it to others.

I normally drive to Glen Carbon IL. to have my Pedicure and Acrylic nails done at the beautiful ZaZa Nail & Spa. I live about 2 minutes from Angies Pro Nails, so I thought Id give them a try since I live so close, and I didnt have time to drive to ZaZas!!After walking into Angies I signed in and the lady working on one clients pedicure said Hi, what do you want? I told her what I wanted done, and if she was the only one there.... she answered yes.... since I would have to wait, I asked for a water, but they didnt have any. I told her I would run and get me a water and be back.She had my water ready for my Pedicure and first thing I noticed was that they dont use plastic covers in their basins. When I asked about it when a young man sat down to do my feet. He spoke in his own language and they all laughed.He started taking off my toe nail polish, and trimmed my toenails, them scrubbing my feet. I felt pain in my right heel and when he dried my foot, you could see skin hanging off my heel. I asked him to take care of the piece skin hanging there. He said no, its ok, so I hade to pull it off!! Then went on with the rest of my Pedicure.Then 3 or 4 more employees came in with McDonalds food and drinks. They had me sit at the first nail table, I told the lady what I wanted done to my 8 long nails and 2 broken nails. I wanted to have her cut my other nails off and start all over....Instead she did what she wanted...she just replaced 2 of my nails!!At one time as she was taking bites of food in between doing my nails, sh said something and I asked if she was talking to me and she rudely says NO!!Needless to say I never said another word until she told me how much I owed.I felt they were a little high, and the place is filthy!! They need to close for one or 2 days to really clean......I mean really clean. Makes you wonder how clean any of their tools they use on you.Im enclosing a pic of my heel thats infected, and hurts to walk on 😢😠

I normally dont give many passes when Im spending my $ but Indonesia gave them 3 chances since its close to my house. But f that no mo $ from me I been living out here 15 years .but Ill travel to better service ...it was 7:10 they close at 8 & turned me away so Im down the street at at A+ nails...lets see how they do..& they close at 8. IM IN THE DOOR SEATED...& IF U DONE..LOCK THE MF DOOR ANGIE

Went in with my cuzin to get are nails done together and she went first. they wanted me to wait for no reason. After they finished her you would think I was next... well they asked if I could just wait after waiting a hour already (for no reason). never got my nails done just walked out. This place is horrible. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. The ladies here rather eat then do nails.

Rude and unprofessional. I came in to get a white French tip pedi. I always get the same young man to do my pedis and hes pretty good but guess he wasnt in a good mood that day. As he was applying the polish, I was trying to politely explain that he was applying the polish too thick. Of course, anyone knows when you apply too thick, it takes forever to dry and it will smudge as soon as you accidentally touch something. Oh, he wasnt trying to hear that! I could tell he was starting to get angry and then started speaking in another language at the other technicians in the salon, and then was getting loud with me and we exchanged words back and forth. I felt the other technicians should have stepped in to teach him about customer service and not to argue and be rude with customers, but they did nothing! The bottom line is, I am spending my hard earned money and they werent doing my nails for free, so I deserve to be satisfied with my service. The entire salon needs to be schooled on professionalism; they do not know how to treat customers. I will not return.The end.

This is the worst place to get your nails done, they do not make you feel welcome. They act like they are doing YOU a favor, so rude and unprofessional. If you dont make an appointment they make you wait, I waited over 2 hours and still did not get waited on so I walked out and Ive been a good customer, but they seem to have their favorites. I dont need that kind of treatment when their are so many other places to go to.

The manager and staff are unfriendly and unprofessional. I received a pedicure by a Male technician there and returned a few days later to get a nail repaired which it just needed a top coat to correct it. When I arrived, lady technician asked how can I be helped, I explained the issue. She asked when was I there and stared at my feet, I guess to see if my toes actually looked freshly done. Then she started speaking in their language to 2 of the other lady techs, one who said she was the manager, Im assuming shes Angie. The manager stares at my nails with an ugly face and said shes the manager and they dont have that color nail polish (implying that Im lying) I said, Yes you do have this color right over there and hes (pointing to the nail tech) the one who did my nails. The male nail tech came over with no problem and repaired my nail. He just seemed nonchalant and didnt bother to correct the staff when they were implying that my nails werent done there and trying to make me out as a liar. I wont be spending money there again!

Went after seeing someone elses nails they did. The nail shop smell was very strong and it was stuffy. I asked to open the door bc it was a cool day and so she turned the small fan which did nothing for the smell. I stayed & got a full set and it was alright. Ive had my nails done many times before and never had an issue with my real nail being this brittle after taking the nails off. Its been several weeks and every time my real nail grows a bit it shreds. I guess she sanded them too much. Doubt Ill go back.

I no longer like going to this place, Angie messed up my eyebrows. Before I caught on to what the other workers were saying to her about me not leaving a tip, reason being is that my nails were very very sloppy.

Horrible Horrible, rude staff . One customer left because she was talk to with so much attitude, but i stayed because I didnt want to drive any further to find another nail shop .Angie did my nails and applied so much gel polish my nails were fat and looked like marbles. I told her i was not pleased she didnt try to fix it, but still charged me full price. She tried to explain that gel polish makes your nails look fat. Lies! I have gotten gel over 5 years and my nails have never looked this way. Im so disappointed and will never visit here again

This place says it welcomes walk ins but they dont. The costumer service is very rude and unprofessional. I sat for nearly two hours with no service and everyone that walked in after me claimed that they had appointments. I wouldnt recommend this place at all if I could give it a zero I would all because the lack of professionalism.

Angie is crazy or just unhappy with life. Now I understand why she was all of a sudden so ignorant towards me. Shes gotten bad reviews and perhaps making assumptions as to whos leaving the reviews. Im guessing she thought a bad review came from me.. I never left a review until now so keep reading. She use to do my brows and she did a very good job.. I only wanted her to do my brows no one else. She was very pleasant. We had good conversation mainly about her husband whom she claimed shes not happy with. One day I came in to get my brows done Angie were in a very nasty mood. I didnt take it personal because she was always nice to me and I just figured she was having a stressful day until she skipped over me and waited on several customers who came in after me. I figured they had appointments so I sat there patiently. After 3 customers went b4 me I decided to inquire if the next lady were a walk-in which she told me that she was. Again Angie skipped over me. When I asked if shed forgotten about me she became angry. While she was doing my brows she was angry. 2weeks later I returned still thinking she may just had a stressful day but nooo that stank attitude was worse. So I stopped going to angies nails shop. I bumped into several ladys at my new nail shop whom told me they left Angies for the same reason being her nasty attitude. The only thing that I could think of was maybe she had a problem with me inquiring with one of her techs about tattoo or micro brows. Keep in mind that was years ago. Soooo, I recently worked late. When I arrived home my new nail shop was closed. The next morning, I called but they opened after the time that I had to be at work. So against my anticipation I had no choice but to go to Angies Pro Nail shop. She opens 2hrs b4 I had to be at work. I only live 3mins away. Soon as I entered, Angie remembered me. She gave me a dirty look. She even got up staring walking behind me just staring at the back of my head to the point I turned around thinking what is her problem. I thought, surely Im making a big deal out of nothing maybe shes admiring my natural curls. Angie soon sat down and mary proceeded to do my nails. Mary told me if I were pressed for time, shed suggest gel nails, bcuz they dry faster. I paid cash and only brought in enough for a regular manicure so I had to go out to my car to get my wallet. Angie again very unfriendly and loud asked Mary, where she going! I ignored her. I returned less than 2mins with the $ and a tip. Angie sat there now, speaking in her native tongue looking very stupid and unfriendly. I will never step foot in angies nails again. She seems to be looking for a fight.. That huge wide pie face chubby belly cow is unhappy with her life and shes rude!! She needs to take her nasty attitude back to her country.

Would not recommend!!! Very rude attitudes and unprofessional. I’m not sure if the woman nail tech was new, but my fingernail is now swollen from her by putting on a nail that was too large for my finger to begin with. Save your time an money, just find a different nail shop 👎🏼

Nail tech did not paint my whole nail correctly! She also told me that my nails were $22 I paid that with my debit card *I got the text message saying I spent $22 there*, then after I left I got another text saying I spent $26🤔 she went in the computer and stole $4 from my debit card.
