They are the worst apartment complex I’ve ever stayed on, the maintenance is very poor, I’ve been there almost a year and my A/C unit never worked a single day, you go to the office and they treat you so bad that they make you feel like dirt.Can’t wait for my contract to expire to move out.

NOT A PLACE TO MOVE INTO! If I could give this place 0 stars I would, these people are very rude and unprofessional. Was scheduled to move in 2 weeks ago we turned down the place considering that there was mold, cigarette holes in the carpet, hard wood floor peeling. We are still waiting on our refund that was promised, that’s supposedly suppose to take a couple of weeks! This place is an absolute JOKE! Don’t waste your time or your money here!

Dont move here. The leasing office refuses to do anything about loud neighbors even after multiple emails. People let their dogs just take a dump whenever they want and dont clean up after them. The dumpster is always overflowing. When I moved in, I didnt have a working fire alarm, my dishwasher still doesnt work, and they rarely ever salt the stairs when there is winter weather. I only moved here because nowhere else had any openings. Ill be leaving as soon as I can.The office staff also didnt wear a mask any time I had to go in, contracted covid-19, and came back to work STILL not wearing a mask!

They do not like to fix things within your apartment an the maintenance team is very rude. They have had the pull down for 2 years an have been fixing it for 2 years as well. They just walk in an do not give you notice. An then when they do give you notice they dont come. They are always leaving leftover wood and pieces of what theyre working on all over the apartment complexes. They have very bad plumbing problems an never try to fix them. Weve been here two years an they have not fixed the broken heater an the broken sink since the first month. They are not very nice people after you move in either.

This place is coming along. They now have a Property Manager in place that cares and knows how to be effective and efficient. Give it one more year and she will have it running as one of the top properties in the area.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Do not waste your time and money here. The management is so unprofessional that I wouldn’t want anyone to have to deal with them the way that I did.I lived here for 6 months before a friend took over the remaining 6 months of my lease. We did all the necessary paperwork and made sure everything was good to go before I moved out. My deposit rolled over to her lease, so when she moved out, my deposit was to be returned to me as long as there were no issues with the apartment whatsoever. There weren’t- this was something that they had verified with us multiple times once the lease was complete. I followed up with them several times in the following two months about my deposit, and each time I was told that I would be receiving it in the mail shortly. I finally followed up in person a third time, about three months after she moved out, and was told that I would not be receiving my deposit back after all because insufficient notice was given for move out. They stated that they wanted 60 days written and were instead given 60 days verbal and 30 days written. While that may have been the case, nowhere in the lease did it state that they could keep the deposit if insufficient notice was given. During this time that I followed up with them when they told me all of this, I was told at the end of our conversation to still email them everything that I had just told them and that they would take it to their main office, but that I was probably not getting it back. They said management had changed since I moved out, as well as the apartment rental contract, but I told them that was irrelevant since I had a signed, legal document stating the terms of MY lease.After leaving their office, I did what they asked and sent a very lengthy email explaining the entire situation once more. I got no response. I emailed them again several days later to follow up and they immediately responded, telling me that they would be following up with me shortly. Weeks went by and there were no emails from them, so I sent another. No response. I emailed them a total of about five times over a 4-5 month period, with absolutely no response back from them regarding the situation, before I finally gave up and decided to take them to small claims court. I ended up having to take them a second time as well and neither time did anyone show up from the apartment.I have finally received my deposit back, only after winning the court case. What should have been a quick and painless process took over a year to resolve, and that was only because of my persistence in getting that deposit back that they owed me. Avoid this apartment complex at all costs because they will try to screw you in any way that they can. Make sure you always keep your contract on hand as well so that they can’t try to go back on their initial word.

The WORSE place Ive ever lived. The maintenance crew enters your home without notice. The property manager is terrible at communicating with her residents. One morning I woke up to no concrete floor outside my front door. My apartment was on the second floor...we were told wed have to walk a plank of we wanted to leave the apartment. The apartments are in terrible condition. Spent way too much money to live in a terrible environment.

Has bed bugs. Also maintenance issues which have not been addressed since June. It is now Sept. Management told me they couldnt let anyone in to make repairs due to bedbugs. I am NOT the only one here who has bedbugs but they treat me like I am. Im also not the only one here that has maintenance issues from months ago that have not been addressed.At least half the people here have mentioned they have maintenance issues from several months ago that havent been addressed. The management just does not care for the tenants. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are considering moving here, dont do it. My air conditioner leaked all over the carpet from the entrance to the bedroom in the back. That was in June. They never did anything about it (they said it probably froze up but it wasnt even working so how could it have frozen up?)😞. Now as a result I have mold on my carpet and a plant growing out of the mold. I also cant take a shower because my tub fills up when I do and takes three days to drain. This has also been going on for months. One night I came home to something black in my tub that was not there when I left that day. It is very frustrating because nothing is being done to make repairs on anyones maintenance issues in this place and they make any excuse they can come up with not to make those repairs. I have taken pictures of the mold on my carpet and the plant growing out of it and of the gunk in the bathtub. Also is not handicapped friendly. There are steps everywhere- even to get to first floor apartments. The only ramp in the whole place is right at the office area.

Its an ok apartment complex cold be nicer but its not a bad place to live . Has 2 schools in walking distance

If you are looking for a great places to live, DO NOT COME HERE. They do not care about their tenents and they will not fix ANYTHING that is wrong and will hound you if you are 2$ late on a payment.. Screw this place!

I could say so much a out the 3 years Ive lived here I dont even know where to begin... my apartment has had water problems where it literally flows in my front door.... currently there is a sewage back up in the hallway thats been like that for 3 days now... they charge you anywhere from 60 to 100 bucks a month in water! Mind you I wasnt even aware that we had to pay water till I got a notice about 4 months ago that I had a $216 balance on my account... this place is very poorly managed and not friendly. I got a notice a out 60 days ago that they werent renewing my lease and I had to vacate the premises by December 29th but thats cool, what isnt cool is Im moving December 5th and she is say I have to pay rent for the full month of December and I dont know any single moms who can afford to pay rent on 2 apartments... there is mold in my apartment it was filthy when I moved in and not one time have they ever sprayed for bugs like other apartment complexes do... I really could go on and on because there is soooo much more wrong but I think you get the point... do not move here its disgusting

This place is horrible. Management and maintenance is a joke. Takes weeks or months to get something fixed. Office is never open and when you ask to speak to someone above them they act stupid and wont give you any info. Parking lots and dumpsters are filled with furniture. And pool is not open. And being billed $80+ every 2 weeks for water?!

Not to clean, Horribly maintained, matinance half ass EVERYTHING. If they ever get to it. And they said water was included in rent then at the end of the year demand 600 more for unpaid water bills with late fees.

Ugh needs ZERO stars!! Warning this is a lengthy one but worth the read. Ive been here 5 months and the only thing I can say about this hole in the wall apartment is that its a JOKE!!First month: I had no back door handle for the whole month, toilet seat was broke, and there was a missing outlet cover. I held rent until it was fixed. I have a 4 year old and live on 3rd floor!! Was told by Matinence it wasnt a big concern. My dishwasher also didnt work.Month 2: still nothing was fixed! I made phone call after call with nothing being done. After 2 weeks into the month things finally got fixed.Month 3-5: this was when things kinda calmed down.Now mind you we have a pool that hasnt been looked at or even touched for 2-3 years! We we came to look at the apartment we were made to believe that the pool would be working and everything. The dumpsters are just about always over flowing, filled with mattresses and couches that have bugs. Which is still sitting there. My back porch has this old nasty carpet on it and so many holes in it Im scared my kid is going through it one day!The apartment inside was dirty when I moved in. I had to wipe out the cabinents again for all the sugar, the kitchen floor was sticky from something, the carpets I cleaned, and the amount of black water i poured out of my carpet cleaner was awful!!! Disgusting!!The office manager Trish was really nice at first. Then she started lying about if we could pay late rent or what we could do. (I got laid off and was behind.) I never asked for my late fees to be waived or anything. I always accepted any late charges and paid them. I wanted to talk to the property manager Amber. I was told that wasnt going to happen. Then instead of transferring me she hung up on me. The office hours are supposed to be 8:30am to 5:30pm mon-fri. Well at called all morning on a Monday to try to get a hold of someone. Trish didnt show up until 10:30am. I sat at the bus stop and watched her pull in. Then left by 3:30pm. Her excuse? I was by myself. Ive done plenty of jobs by myself from start to finish just fine without leaving early. I tried to pay my rent on that day. They have a drop box. If you dont mind letting your money lay on the floor until the next day with them having double glass front doors! There are some very unsavory characters that walk around this apartment at night. I didnt trust it. So I walked up the next morning to be talked to like I wasnt even an adult. Trish is rude and disrespectful. Amber? The property manager, haha you never see her!I regret moving in here 100%! What is sad is I dont even want live here. Plus wouldnt want to ask anyone else to have to deal with this burden of taking my lease over so I can leave. Ill put up pictures of when we moved in if allowed.

Middle of June and pool is not open. Watching drunk people throw beer bottles in parking lot. Cant empty dumpsters because of the amount of furniture sitting in front of them. Maintenance is a joke. I have a leaking water line under my sink and had to fix it myself because I told them a month ago. The Hispanics sit out all night with music shaking my windows and police will not come here at all and management just laughs at you. Moved in in the middle of march and cant get a screen door for my sliding door. Parking is a joke because every apartment has 3 or more cars. Kids playing in parking lot damaging vehicles and breaking bottles that they dig out of dumpster.

They do not care about any of their residents if your air conditioner runs out they will not fix it they do not take care of anything that breakdown they do not care about anybody but making money it is a horrible place to live in look else where

Run far away from from this place. They never repair anything. The walls are rotten, water leaks in laundry room, bad plumbing, patio doors leak or dont lock. Management sucks and the owner is a slum lord. He wont pay out enough to fix issues.

Pool has been closed for years. They rob you blind. Maintenance is worthless, place is a joke!

Horrible customer service, I applied for an apartment and no one called me back to inform me on the process. The lady I worked with only seemed to care about getting my $35 application fee.
