Not a bad place bout $4 all in for a regular load. 1/4 of the machines are out give or take. Ive been coming here for years when I pass through Flagstaff and never have an issue

I had to wait fifteen minutes for the owner to fix the machine but he got there as fast as he could and gave me free drinks out of the vending machine for my patience, very nice guy

Prices are good and everything works, but the place is very run down and the machines are old and filthy. Its almost to the point where you have to go wash your clothes after using the machines there a second time somewhere else just because the machines and laundry carts are so dirty! The inside of the drivers are covered in old gum. Would not recommend.

I am not one to write bad reviews but I had terrible experience at this laundry mate. Do not go here. The owner kicked me out with wet luandry 20 minutes before the place was supposed to close. He was rude and mean. When I started my laundry I asked him if I had time to do my laundry, he said yes. 20 minutes before closing he came in and told me I was done and I needed to leave. I wish I had done something more to provoke this but I promise I didnt! I asked to finish and he told me he had already gave me plenty of time and now I had to go. When I tried to explain that it was taking me a little longer than he told me it would because one of the dryer stopped so I had to move my stuff to another. His response was he wasnt there to babysit me. As if it was my fault my laundry wasnt dry yet!

Awesome place! Super friendly management. The bad reviews are probably people who left their laundry in for hours and then tried to come back and throw a fit, because the owner is very kind and unproblematic.

The service attendant took a lot of time to show me how to operate the washers and driers, where to make change and get soap. I appreciated his patience and detail as it’s been years since I went to a laundromat. It’s very well located in the heart of downtown and nobody took my clothes. It’s clean and airy and a far more pleasant experience than I remember from years before. I Highly recommend This place.

$2.50 to wash, In an older wash machine and 50 cents to dry in equally if not older machines. What it has to offer is a clean environment with minimal midday traffic. It appears to be a clean safe neighborhood.

The owner is aggressive and rude. I went for a walk while my clothes were in the dryer and he closed an hour early. I called and asked how to get my things and was screamed at and lectured for not knowing he would close an hour early. My clothes were in half an hour before the last call time. I came back the next day and he continued to berate me aggressively and threatened to report me for trespassing. Please take your business elsewhere. The owner seems to be particularly rude and mean to young females, he was very nice to my boyfriend.

His machines sometimes swallow money and some of the dryers don’t work. Plus the owner usually dictates how much you put or don’t put in the machines. This happens not once or twice but a lot till I went for another place

Parked across the street to go to macis coffee like ive done multiple times before. An old grumpy man came out of the laundry shop to tell me I couldn’t park where I parked. He then stood there and watched while my family got back in our car which took a while with a toddler. Looking at the other reviews for this place I’m not surprised at his behavior.

The washers and dryers work. Ive never had to wait. Plenty of seating options and a clean restroom. Right next door to Macys and within walking distance to all of downtown. Never had anything stolen even though I usually left while my stuff was in the machines. They even have a friendly staff member who is frequently there! Easily the best laundrymat in Flag.

Avoid. Much better laundromats elsewhere in town. Old and dirty machines and dryers. Machines left marks on clothes and one left clothes dripping wet. Clothes still wet after an hour in the dryer. Place was empty and I can see why. Wont be coming back.

Sign on the door says 8am - 9pm. Arrived at 7:50 pm to collect my clothes. Door is locked, lights off. No note on door. A weeks worth of clothes and bedding are still in their dryers. Have some common sense if youre going to close early.Not to mention -- my clothes were SOPPING wet when they were done washing; the spin cycle did nothing at all. And my sleeping bag smelled funny when it came out of their washer. Never coming here again, except tomorrow to try to collect my clothes.

Owner of the place was very unhelpful and rude to other female customers when they requested assistance. Also, the dryers took far too long to actually dry the clothes making the whole experience more expensive than other laundromats in the area. Do not come here unless you are okay with being talked down to and have plenty of extra time to kill.

Over priced, the machines short cycle and clothes come out of the washer wet which of course costs more to dry.

When the quarter machine ran out of change I called the number listed and the owner was polite, responsive, and came to refill the quarters. I was able to finish doing laundry in time for my apointment :) machine are only 25 minutes per wash/dry

Great laundromat in the middle of the city center. You can either enjoy the Pac-Man game available inside for 50cents or go for a delicious coffee or tasty pastry next door. Its extremely cheap for a wash and Id go again to this place if necessary.

6-4-19 Im an Overlander traveling in a 1996 Geo Tracker with 4wd. I usually camp in remote places...wouldnt stay in a noisy campground if you paid me. Stuff gets dirty. Their Triple-loader handled my LARGE, cotton-flannel sleeping bag with ease. Water is HOT...clothes clean. Dryers hot...only needed 3 quarters to dry sleeping bag.Blog: Wahnfried der Nomad

Machines are crappy... Washer left my clothes too wet and dryer didnt even get hot. Restroom is locked with a sign: CUSTOMERS ONLY, NO PUBLIC RESTROOM! okay, Im a customer, but there is no attendant here. Period. This place is not looked after at all. Dont waste your money.

This is the cleanest well cared for laundry I have ever been to. $2.00 to wash & 25 cents to dry!!! Unheard of !

The washer I just now started isnt thoroughly washing my clothes. when the rinse came about I left the lid but my detergent was still sitting on top and it was soapy.

Nice management and clean washers and dryers.

Raises the prices 50% with no upgrade to facilities. Washer leaves clothes pretty damp and dryers dont really get hot. Going to find a new place to do laundry.

Ive given up on receiving good service from White Flag. I sure do miss the tall blond haired lady who used to own it, ever since she died, this place and the current owners stink. time to find a new laundromat in flagstaff....

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks this place has closed 3 hours early without warning locking my wet clothes inside. Avoid this place at all costs. Way too expensive, poor quality equipment, will lock your clothes inside and youll need to wash them again anyway.
