If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely rude staff. I came in a few minutes before last load and the lady told me they were closed. I said Really because youre sign out there says 7:30 so I still have time she replied with Well it is 7:30 here. Looking down at my watch I told her No it is not 7:30. She then said You should have come earlier I explained that I would have but unfortunately my apartments laundry facilities were shut down and management has no clue when they will be back up and I just got the email today during a 13 hr shift. Im doing the best I can. Now she caught me off guard because with annoyance and the nastiest attitude she said Well hurry up and put your stuff in. Look I understand wanting to go home on time. As someone who has worked retail, no one likes the customer that arrives right before closing but if the sign says youre still open you still serve the customer and you certainly dont give so much attitude.

Beautiful laundromat. Dropped off a load of clothes while on vacation in Flagstaff staff was so friendly and helpful. When hiking returned in the afternoon our laundry was completed, folded and bagged ready for pick up. It’s the cutest decorated Laundromat I have ever been in. There were only a couple dryers out of order but I would estimate 30 washers in 30 dryer’s in the establishment. You should definitely use the drop off service it was wonderful.

Great for passing through and needing to do some laundry. Machines work and some do eat quarters but that is life. Nice full time attendent too.

The staff was very friendly! I dropped off my clothing and they washed them while my family and I went hiking. They were ready and folded right when they told me they would be. Super helpful and accommodating for this traveler.

These folks seem to have no regard for their customers health. Two people appeared to be working; one was using his mask as a chin guard, and the other had her mask down around her neck. All the customers were properly masked, so they obviously cared.

Good prices and Ive never had any machine problems but there are quite a few that have become out of order recently. Its not the most organized laundromat but Ive also never had to wait long for machines. Also, they have free WiFi and some interesting memorabilia all over the walls.

We are glad we found open washers as we went to another laundry place and it was full. We got our change & loaded the washers.. my grdau needed to use the restroom glad it was open. Nevr been here b4 but happy with cleanliness and the customer service.

A very unfriendly laundromat. They shorten their hours, said they close at 9:00. When I came in to get my clothes out of the dryer at 8:40 I received attitude and rudeness from the older lady that was working there. She was acting and speaking to me as if I done something wrong, I asked her if she closed at 9:00 she said yes and it was 8:40. When I put my clothes into the dryer at 8:00 she was already mopping the entire establishment. I worked for many places, Ive mopped many places, and you do not mop a business until its closed. Very unprofessional I do not recommend this establishment whatsoever

The place is organized, but no one is sanitizing machines or wearing masks. The attendant laughed at me when I asked her to keep 6ft from me.

The attendants are helpful. Place is always clean. Dryers are hot and dry fast.

Went to wash my King size comforter used washer machine 52 and it ripped my comforter across the end seams. Paid 5.00 to get my comforter torn up. My comforter smelled like bleach as well. (I used 2 armandhammor pods) or should not smell like bleach . Otherwise clean place.

Washers and dryers work well. a bunch are out of order, but there are still a ton. Just dont go when its really busy. I went on a Friday morning and was nearly empty. Clean.

Reasonably priced, basic Laundrymat, but with character..... OK, we pull over at a random shopping center that Google maps led us to . Next to it, there is a Comic book store that hosts D&D, Magic the Gathering games. A taco and burger joint later and there is a smoke shop with the greatest inventory since 1979 Brooklyn. Very cool town.

Went to this business and was totally harassed by a worker there. She accused us of throwing garbage on the floor. We did no such thing... she was referring to cigarette wrappers. We dont smoke. We told her it wasnt ours and she told me not to have an attitude or she would throw us out. I asked her if she was the owner and she said she didnt have to give me any info. Steer clear of this place, we are pretty sure she turned our washers off. We had $40.00 worth of clothes in there. We put them all in bags and went to another place to dry them. Beware!

Went there for a friend and the place was spotless including the dryers. Didnt see one dryer with anything besides clothes in it. The washers were super clean as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Its a laundromat. For the most part, it did its job. The machines are kind of old and the place is a little dingy, but I never had any real complains until our last visit. We went pretty late at night which was our fault, but the attendant insisted we had time to do our laundry. Then she abruptly got very rude and impatient, coming to the back area where our dryers were and constantly checking up on us. We hurried, not even bothering to fold clothes and just stuffed them back in the hampers. In our rush to leave, we missed a dryer full of jeans and walked out. When we tried to go back, they were closed. We went bright and early in the morning and there was a different attendant. She had no idea what we were talking about and we got the run around whenever we tried to go back.

This place has ripping fast 5G wireless internet. Come in, do your laundry, download a movie or two, play some Fortnite, its all good. Be sure throw some change at Crazy Charlie as you walk in, he’ll be sitting on the chairs outside the front door. Dont slow your roll or he’ll talk your ear off about Chasin’ Love, his internet steady, or Bobby Love, the guy who only spent two weeks in active duty yet still received a military funeral. You want change for a five? They got change for a five. You want change for a ten? They got change for a ten- they got quarters all day long. Don’t be too cool to check out the old timey stuff on the wall including a tribute to Barry Goldwater and an epic Kachina medicine man painting next to the change machine. Staff is great- they also offer drop off service and pressing.
