Super clean and modern laundry. Machines look brand new and the owner is on premises and happy to help. Big, efficient washers and dryers. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to do your wash. Added bonus, shares parking with Burger King.

This is the nicest laundry that Ive been to in Flagstaff. Clean with enough room to do your job without feeling crowded. They had a lady cleaning where the detergent goes in the machine....no gross build up.

I love this place. Seriously. It is always clean no matter what time of day I go there. The older woman with glasses and short dark hair is my favorite person even though she doesnt know it 😂She is always so nice, attentive and helpful. There were 2 occasions where I forgot a load in the washer and if it werent for her, Id have left them.The place is great but she adds to it.The machines are always working, never smell and theres never anything left behind that you wouldnt want mixed in with your cloths.There are ample baskets, seating and machines. The bathroom even stays clean.When I say this place is the best around, it really is. I wont go anywhere else.

Supermat Laundromat is so great! Ive been coming for about a year and it has really impressed me how they are constantly cleaning and upgrading. They installed new ceiling tiles over the winter that look great, and now they are upgrading the floors to a beautiful dark hardwood. There are lots of machines, even on a busy day there are always free machines. Theyre kept really clean and in great working order. Theres two change machines inside, so its really convenient to get some coins. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant with light music that isnt too loud and a few hanging plants so it feels fresh and natural unlike most other laundromats which feel industrial and uninviting. Theres even a couple arcade machines you can play around on if you like, or you can just sit and read a book in peace while you wait for your laundry to tumble. Needed an extra large washer/dryer for some bedding. They have a xl 80lb or so machine that worked great. Clean place.

Busy, but several machines. There was someone cleaning constantly the whole time. I haven’t been in a laundromat in 5 years and the machines were easy to use and there is a coin machine, if you need quarters. Bathroom was clean too. Will be back!

Denied service under the Americans with Disabilities Act.My service animal - and thus myself - were forced to leave because the older woman working there June 1st 2021 at 5:30pm demanded a license.I repeatedly told the woman that the only thing she is allowed to do is ask if it is a service animal, and if so, what service it provides. I also informed her that there is no license for service animals.Despite me telling her it was illegal to not allow my service animal to accompany me, I was forced to leave.

Machines do not take credit cards. People hord carts and wont let you use them even to theyre not in use...

This laundry is clean with three sizes of front loading machines and new dryers. Large enough for family laundry.

I washed a lot of clothes today. Was my first time there. Was able to use 3 large washers and 5 regular washers, it did the job. Also did all the drying there. The clerk made sure to wipe down the equipment as people finished their washing. This place was quiet and had a clean restroom. I wouldnt mind doing my washing there again.

Its a clean and well attended laundromat. The characters outside leave something to be desired. Ambulance had to come get some guy who passed out on the street in front of one of the customers truck.

We were passing through the area for the night and our hotel didnt have washers nor dryers. This place was open late (get your clothes started BEFORE 8:30pm) and had great reviews. Super glad I stopped by. The place has seemingly been updated in the past year or so with faux-wood tile, fancy ceiling tiles, and bright, LED lights. There is an ATM and a coin machine, so no need to run to the bank. Detergent and dryer sheets are available for purchase as well. Overall, a wonderful experience.You can tell the store is family owned and operated, and the lady working took great care to clean out each machine at the end of the night. Fantastic service.

Ive lived in Flagstaff for 7 years. I live off grid and its necessary to use a laundry matt. This used to be the best in Flagstaff. New owners have raised the prices quite substantially and taken minutes off the dryers. They did new flooring so they raised thier prices. There are other laundry places just not as nice. Its sad that the new owners have fallen into the college town trap which just screws the locals. Maybe time to change laundry. They are free to makes changes which leaves us to choose to spend our money elsewhere.

Rude and completely unprofessional. I was screamed at by the attendant because I tried to do 1 load at 8:30pm and she said they were closed. It lists everywhere the last load is at 8:30. I had everything in the washer and was 1 quarter short. When I went to make change she said I had to leave because they are closed and last load is at 8:30. It was 8:31 and I literally only needed 1 quarter.

Big, roomy, super clean, mostly new machines, friendly owner/manager, dryers are 8 min per quarter and get plenty hot, lots of parking.

Really nice place, clean and recently updated with new dryers and flooring. Very well taken care of and reasonable prices. Just amazing!

Arrived at 8:31pm on July 29,2021 and was told closed. We drove 4 miles to get there and the lady was rude. She said look at the sign which said 8:30 last load. No mention on website or Facebook under hours. Crazy.

Went right when they opened and was hardly anyone there. Had tons of space between others and I felt like it was very clean. People in the morning wore masks and were courteous. As the morning went on people came in without masks and that made me feel a little uncomfortable but we got out of there before the rush of people that came in by 9am. They have an ATM as well as a place to get quarters so youre all set. If I have to go to a laundromat again this is the one I would go too.

The dries were not hot enuff $2.00 was more than enuff. 😔 Sigh

Passing through town ... stopped here. Great find but a little on the expensive side.. about 25 cents more for wash. Dryers are reasonable.Only non-preference is that the washers are very small. Mine at home are larger. $2.75 for a normal wash of 25 minutes.Only a few large washers and all were taken.3 stars for location, cleanliness and helpful staff.

If you happen to do laundry there....do it during the day. At night the staff tend to be rude AF and like to point out that half of the laundrymat is closed and really make you feel unwelcome. During the day, its the opposite amd staff is helpful.

I love this place, its always kept clean, almost all washers and dryers are working, if broken, they get fixed as quickly as possible. They have brand new dryers and they are really great.

Im not sure why someone said this laundromat was dirty. Both times Ive visited, this was the cleanest laundromat. A young man was working very hard cleaning the machines. So enthusiastically that, when I came back from food shopping, he had removed all my things from the two washers I was using, so he could clean the machine. It was 7:30pm and not crowded. There is no AC, no seats, and people are doing laundry without masks on, so its not practical to hang around to keep people from messing with your stuff. Unfortunate.

They slowed the spin on the washing machines and for 25 cent your clothes get dryed for 8 mins, used to be 10 mins, I say they are ripping us off! Not gonna wash there no more, just saying what I noticed.

Very nice laundromat. Theres an ATM machine inside as well as a change machine...extremely convenient. All of the washers and dryers looked fairly new. All of the washers and dryers looked to be well maintained. The floor was very clean. I would not hesitate to stop there again.

It is way past time that I do a review on Supermat Laundromat. First Ill share what it provides, then why I gave it a five when Im very conservative with my ratings. This laundry mat has an atm machine, coin machine and everything your need to do laundry in terms of detergent and baskets. They have an abundance of washer and dryer so you never have to really wait. Now the reason why I drive 34 miles and bypass closer laundry mats. This is the best place in town simple as that. They are super clean and you can see it because the amazing ladies that work there are constantly busy cleaning our helping you out. If there is a speck of dirt on the floor its because someone just walked in and the ladies didnt get to that spot just yet. They have a lot of folding tables and seem to be sanitized quit often. The bathroom is kept clean and up to date. Now the key reason I keep coming back every week. The staff and management. I witness an employee run a solicitor off the premises. How do I know because the guy was bothering my wife while she was in the car collecting our stuff. Not impressed yet? I met the owner, he greets everyone that comes to his business and treats them as family. Still not impressed, I witness the owner get down and dirty and update his business bathroom to give patrons comfortability and peace of mind. Every inch of his business is well kept and maintained as well as clean. This is the American Dream, a hard working business owner that takes care of his patrons and his patrons return the favor by always coming back each and every week now matter how far they travel. So while I dont care to give out 5 star reviews, this business, employees and owner well deserved this 5 star rating.

I love this laundromat. They are very clean, and I come here often. Throughout the day, the nice ladies that run this place clean the machines, windows, nooks, crannies and everything else everyday throughout their shifts.The customer service is great. Ive had so many little problems here with broken machines and such, and they always help me right away.Prices are reasonable. I was my weekly clothes for under $12 every week. The machines are well maintained.I love this place and is really the only place I visit in town.

After putting off laundry for never mind how long I finally dragged my four stuffed bags of ignored dirty clothes.The laundromat had plenty of large, medium,and small newer looking machines at a reasonable charge of quarters provided by the change machine. Flagstaff is rather low key so most everyone was in goods spirits chatting while choreing🙂The lady managing the rather large laundry facility was all business from wipeing down equipment to jiggling the compromised bathroom lock via a straightened coat hanger! She was not to be defeated by a misbehaving door lock lol! The ladder she carried from one place to another was almost as big as she was and I thought she must be about51 or 2. It was quite reasonable to quickly dry the clothes and I really cooked mine too long!❤

Price is fair. $2.50 for my small load. It was clean and they do have ATM available inside. It would be nice if the employee goes around and disinfects machines & other laundromat material that need to be wiped down.

Probably the cleanest...most upkept looking laundromat I have been in as a fulltime rv traveler. I have been in many laundromats...this one is suuuuuch a gem!Just finished my laundry....what typically costs me $8-$9 for the load size I just did...cost me $5.25 here. I am sooooo impressed!!!

Nice laundromat with good machines. No Air Conditioning though, so it was rather warm around noon. Also no vending machines for a drink or snack while doing laundry. They do have a well stocked vending machine for laundry supplies though, and it is clean. No weirdos hanging around either.

Kind of pricy, however I am traveling from out of state so maybe its standard for this part of town. Lots of washers, had to wait for one of the large dryers.Nothing special very average

Its so annoying EVERY single time i come here theres always an issue. Its 7 pm and only half the place is closed? why?? the doors get locked at 8 ? again WHY? i needed to throw away my dryer sheets, and there was no trash cans in there, WHY? its always clean, ill give them that. 😒UPDATE : i went to dry my clothes JUST to dry, it was 8:45 and i wasnt aloud to dry? im sick of this place.

Clean place. Coin operation by quarters. There are change machines on the walls that take 1, 5, 10, and 20 dollar bills. Attendant is courteous and helpful. The washers seem new and have an optional extra rinse feature. Would use the facility again.

Doing laundry while traveling is usually one of my least favorite chores, but this wonderful spot is going to make my short time here a little easier. **Bonus: its an actual coin laundry, none of those annoying cards!!
