A lot of out of service machines. The rest are mismatched and expensive compared to other local places. Dryers are the same price as normal. All the machines take quarters so you dont have to worry about preloaded cards. Also, doesnt have a sink (except in the restroom) which I thought was pretty standard at a laundromat.

The one and only reason to even consider giving this place 5 stars is for their attendant Michelle she is kind and personable and helps the costumers feel welcome. She always helps when needed. The other attendants seem to shy away/ hide from costumers and are out right rude. Therefore I would like to acknowledge that the only reason myself or many of my colleagues go here is because of her and her alone.

Always as Id expect it, good washers n dryers, clean n friendly, close to other stores n restaurants. Never worried once about my items if I took a stroll. In fact while doing my laundry I got some Taco Bell, a haircut n 2 new tires installed. Very productive indeed.

Maybe Im out of touch. I havent had to use a laundry mat for years. Weve been camping and stopped by here. $20. to do 3 loads of laundry. I actually thought that I was on candid camera A family could buy new appliances in 4 months.In response to the owners reply; you can call them double, triple, or quadruple loaders. The ones I used were $5.50 and an absolute ripoff. Hense the other reviews. I was being polite by not posting photos. Moldy, crowded, out of order, hot box, no bathroom to add. Im a math major and I was wrong, it was actually over $20. $5.50 x 3 plus dyers = over $20.

I have used this laundromat over last few months. Several machines are either out of order or display time for maintenance. Today 4 separate items came out with stains that were not present before the wash. I brought this to the attendant working and altho polite she messaged the owner and they would not issue a refund only would offer another wash and dry. We did not have another hour + to wait for another wash/dry. Will no longer recommend this laundromat to travelers visiting Flagstaff.

Really like going to this laundromat. Very clean and the lady that works here is very nice. We wanted to watch the Cardinals game and she let us change the channel. Has clean bathrooms and the price for the washers are reasonable. Uses quarters and no need to buy a laundry card.

AZT hikers beware, they close when they feel like it and will lock the doors with all your stuff inside. The website says they are open til 930pm but when I went to pick up my laundry (which includes basically everything I own) at 920pm, they locked the doors as I walked up and ignored me knocking. My ride to hike out leaves at 5 am so I have to miss my ride and Im basically stuck here until they open.Update: when I went to pick up my laundry in the morning, the woman who had locked me out the night before had removed my clothes from the dryer and bagged them. And about half of my laundry was missing.If zero stars was an option, this place would get it.

Takes quarters, there were a bunch of OOO dryers. Wash was cheap enough. Dryers were 25 cents for the first 8 mins then per 10 minutes after that. Clean enough inside.

All I can say is Rose really is a helpful and enthusiastic person. She is always willing to help you out. The place sparkles every time I go here, and I see rose cleaning up the machines.and mopping the floor when she isnt helping customers. So if you need to do laundry in the evening, youre going to have a great customer experience with her. Also the variety of machines is good as well. Thanks for this gem of a place to clean my clothes.

Much quieter than some of the other places. Easy to get machine, no waiting. Multiple size machines to choose from too. Reasonable prices, friendly staff.

Decent laundromat, nothing special.But the location is good. Plenty of parking. PetSmart and Safeway are right around the corner, walking distance. So you can shop while youre waiting for your clothes to wash.

Was clean and efficient. My issue with the business was the lady attendant very unprofessional and down right rude causing my experience very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory! As I walked in around 10-20 min after 9pm....She very clearly and directly stated how she thought she was going to be heading home by 9:30. And over extended her attention to my laundry routine! Now I was 1 of 3 other customers ending up keeping her there working ...yet still able to close 10 min early!!! 🤔🙄🥺SMH

From what Ive experienced. The lady runs a clean place and a fair experience and price. During covid, you cant really ask more of them than that. Maybe a small table for a college kid to do homework.This towns city council only cares about the tourists that come through from the grand canyon.They dont care about the college students or the poor especially and towed my car for parking on side of toad thus stealing it. The tourists jeeps and wealthy cars were not ticketed or hassled. Everything in me says I should sue.This lady at the laundry mat is nice, fair and works her butt off all day long. Better than any laundrymat Ive been to around here. Loggermat is clean & all the machines work, almost always. You use quarters which I prefer. The ladies that work there are nice & helpful. The machines range from tiny to you can fit a house in it! LOL! Well, not quite but theyve got some biggies!

They laundromat is a great place to to wash and dry your clothes, never had a problem with doing laundry. They only reason I rate three stars is the customer service in the afternoon/evenings. The attendant in the morning is a sweetheart and has always been helpful. The evening person I have noticed to be very short and sometimes rude to customers. I never had a problem with her till today when my mother accidentally left her load of laundry in one of the dryers. My mom called and I listened while she was on speaker phone. When my mom tried to explain where she left it and tried to give a description the attendant started speaking over her and ended up hanging up mid sentence. I offered to drive over and see if I could find it hoping to avoid my mother getting into an altercation because I figured the attendant was busy and didnt have time to search for someones forgotten load of laundry. When I arrived the attendant was sitting in the back, sitting down and watching something on her phone. After standing there for a couple minutes waiting for her to notice I was standing there, I said, hello, Im looking for a load of laundry that was left here. She right away knew who I was and I told her, yes that was my mom who called and left her laundry.. She became a little defensive and I told her no worries, Ill go look for myself. I found the load of laundry and made sure she knew I did. In these stressful times were living thru, customer service goes a long way and will always bring back customers.

We have never been there and it be too full to not be comfortable while waiting for the laundry to get done, good prices and way helpful people always working. It is conveniently near other stores that make it kinda a one stop if you have groceries, pet stuff or sit and eat while you wait.

If it wasnt for them closing later than other laundry mats id say go somewhere else. The attendant was very vocal about leaving AT 10pm....oh and it was 830pm when i got there.....and 2 other folks were there. Not to mention 90% of all the machines were empty and not in use. Machines here were more expensive than other places...normally it takes me $15 to do laundry....tonight it cost me $20!?!?The only perk is they have a t.v. in there that works. Oh if you have a $20...you may be out of luck. Their changers dont give quarters for a $20. Really sad but i got laundry done. So i guess this place was ok

I like this place. Clean, good, large, working machines. Even has nice cable television. 4 stars due to employee/owner not speaking. Unsure how you can want people to patronize your establishment, yet you dont as much as say hello to those coming to give you their money.

Used to be my favorite laundromat when I spent the summer in Flagstaff 2 years ago. Now about a third of the machines are out of order. The attendant is really good, always working on keeping it clean. But, ownership has really let the place run down, letting so many non-working machines pile up. Will have to find another laundromat this year. Unfortunate.

First off, the restroom is clean! That says a lot about a place. For me the customer service was great! Friendly, and the lady went out of her way for me really. The machines are clean and seem to work well. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because a lot of machines are out of order so it is hard to get a machine to wash.

This place is so horrible. This washer....WLD745cc is bad. The lady who works there with blonde hair refused to refund me $1.50 for two boxes of soap that was not even in my clothes!! They have so many broken machines that are not even working. Do not go this place at all!! Go other 2. Report to Better Business Bureau on this place and they can quickly shut down the business.

A lot of the machines seem to always be broken, but if you can get one of the ones that arent, then these are the best machines in town. Where else are you going to pay 50 cents for a load of jeans to be dry??? Exactly. ;)

Worst customer service Ive dealt with. I come very often and am always treated fairly. Until today, these new workers treated my girlfriend and I were treated very rudely. The older lady and her co-worker which he smelt like alcohol. Talked to us in a fighting manner. They got mad at me when they seen me politely stay in the front area to use the dryer and washer. I made it clear that I wasnt walking all around because I knew they were closing. They made rude comments at me for just trying to grab my clothes that were done. Then the gentlemen aggressively tried to comfort me for walking to my clothes. I then left without confrontation cause Im more mature than to fight over a floor.

It was what I expected. My clothes were washed and had no issues. Laundromats could be a cool place to do laundry if they were modernized a little. Put in a coffee station where you charge a dollar a cup. Give the college kids a table to do homework at. Add some power strips for phone charging and laptops. Put a big sign up which shows ALL prices so people cannot complain about washing costs. If people are bitching about bleach, provide a way to rinse the soap dispensors. These are cheap modifications that would increase business.

Safe,clean and large loaders

***Serious Bleach Warning*** The Loggermat has a serious issue with people using bleach in their machines. Three out of the last four times that Ive washed clothes there Ive had a blue item come out with orange spots. I swear that Im not exaggerating. I was determined never to go there again after the second time, but ended up using their machines again because it is conveniently located for me and I was short on time. Be warned.

Good place when others are full

Coin-op laundry. Theres plenty of space, good seating, and the washers seem to work very well. The driers are 25¢ for 10 minutes, and frankly high heat didnt seem very high to me as it took 20 minutes longer to dry some towels than I expected. There is someone on site for change and help, as well as some concessions.

Clean restroom with hand dryer AND soap! $2 dbl loader washers, all working. Nice place.

Machines dont work as they should from my experience, and the owners ethics are so dismissively cheap and unconcerned about customers time and money, that he doesnt even leave the gal in charge with the authority to make things right when the machines fail.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Way better options.
