Excellent machines friendly staff reasonablestaff very neighborly

Lots of machines and pretty clean. Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. All machines were front load which I like.

Worn down & a bit dirty with a LOT of out of order tags on machines. However the counter person was awesomely pleasant & helpful. Busy place!

If there was a minus star Id have given it!! Attendant was irritated to help us with the washer, which is her job to begin with. More than 50% of the washers and dryers are out of order and the remaining are ancient!! The place is unkempt and dated, very unwelcoming. We wanted to give business but not again! Pass this one on by...-⭐

Just walked in to do some laundry at 7pm last night and when I walked in i was approached immediately by laundry attended with horrible customer service she then told me they were closed and I asked if they have changed there hours because the sign said 9 and then she proceeded to make up excuses about how my laundry look like it was going to take a long time😒, so I just walked out. I didnt want to hear any excuses or lies she had to dish at me never coming back to this place better off somewhere else and I just walked in......

Mary is so helpful as long as I have been in flagstaff she has been the one who has helped me alot with making sure people dont go in and remove my clothes from washers or dryers.

After visiting the other location and finding no attendant and change machine inoperable we headed here. The attendant was friendly and the place was clean.

This place is friendly, clean and pleasant. Free coffee and the machines are at the right price. For me its the best laundromat in the city of Flagstaff. the shopping center is a perfect place to take a walk while your clothes are washing or drying. Also there are wonderful places to eat in the area.

There’s better laundromats in town with friendlier staff. Laundry lady was rude! Used 2 small washers which used little water and my clothes came out still dirty. When I told the laundry lady, she said it was my fault for overloading two machines. I’ve been doing laundry for 33 years now and I know how to use a washing machine! Asked for manager and she said he’s not coming in. I had to firmly tell her I wanted to talk to a manager and she finally called someone and gave me $2 to rewash ( I had 2 loads). Don’t intend to come back and I wouldn’t recommend.

Sometimes the dryers dont dry, had a washer continue to run untill the clerk unplugged the machine. Still, its close to our apt and the price is good for the size of the loads. Other places have smaller machines for the same price or more

On a road trip and we cloth diaper. Half the machines were out of order, and the staff lady was rude to us and seemed irritated that we had our 18 month old with us. Our daughter was pushing 2 carts around (supervised), and the staff lady told us she was going to get hurt. Please. Not impressed; would NOT reccommend. There seem to be lots of other laundromats in the area that should be used.

Ok who ever the chick is that is working at the laundry mat located at 2140 N. 4th street in Flagstaff Arizona 86004 is so rude for one. Two Google Search for Laundrymats open late or at least 24 hours here in Flagstaff Arizona stated that it was open from 8 A.M to 11 P.m. yet their door after they closed it and locked it said and states they close at 10 P.M. I will tell you my husband myself and our family will refuse to give them any of our business here do to rude people like her for one and two the later your open the more business youll obtain in this town.

Alright laundry mat, kinda outdated but has decent prices. However Google says they close at 11pm but door says 10pm, when i called lady said only open till 11pm for those who put their last load in at 930pm

Clean, machines work well, free coffee and courteous staff. Clean restrooms, parking area is very well lit.

Horrible. It smelled aweful in there. Someone vacated their bowels all over the restroom and the response was just to shut the door and put an out of order sign on the door. The only reconciliation was that the dryers actually work.

Dropped off a bag, ran some errands, came back and was all set with a smile.

Always smells disgusting in there like mildew. I hate going to this particular one and have felt so unsafe there. Staff is never very friendly which is odd since the other one next to big lots usually has friendly staff and it’s owned by the same person.

A bit cheaper than some others in town, but no wifi and there were several dryers not working.

The attendant was very dismissive, very crowded, children were yelling as well as climbing on machines, children were never asked to quiet down
