This place needs too change. Mostly all machines are out of order. Lisa or rose oh I meant KAREN that works there needs too be fired. She has no respect, no honor, but works with a mean rude spirit. I say just better too go find another place. We lost money and wasnt helped. Other kind people need work please replace the rude worker before she runs into another KAREN. Better shake the dust off your feet when you step foot inside. I Rebuke the spirit of anger.

The laundry attendant was so nice, we talked while she was cleaning. I would come back anytime. Clean laundromat.

This place is one of the cleanest laundry mat Ive ever been to, the lady that cares for it does an outstanding job kudos for her!!

Friendly staff, clean and convenient. They even have fluff and fold services.

Nice place, when theres not so many ppl doing mutlipe loads of laundry, taking 5-6 washers then taking more dryers. True there are many OUT OF ORDER machines but the ones working are good, and the nice HOT dryers...

Drop-off service is great but a bit pricey.

Some washers and dryers out of order but you need the password to access and password is displayed above dryers nice hours opens early stays open till about 9 p.m. in plaza parking lot near the back on left if coming from4th street near library which is nice for travels needing laundry and internet access.

Be aware that when waiting for your laundry to be finished from the washer. The laundry attendant automatically takes your laundry out of the washer (immediately after it’s done, not giving you a minute to walk over) & throws it in a basket. With out permission. Even tho being near by sitting in the front waiting is not enough (no other areas to sit & wait). She gave no apologies.

Clean, friendly service too however, theres way too many machines OUT OF ORDER. Patrons want to wash clothes quickly and be on their way. No one wants to have to wait for washers because half of them are broken.Ive been in three times. In the past seven months and not only are the same machines down but theres several more down as well.

Too many dryers and washers are out of order

Barely anything is in working order. My clothes were in a machine that was supposedly in working order and machine decides to stop working. When asking for help I was immediately asked if I did something wrong ie adding to much soap, overloading. I said I didn’t do anything wrong. I asked for a refund and she gave it to me after talking to her boss (for 2.75). Overall messy experience and now having to be stuck here for another 2 hours.

The machine I was using didnt have hot water. I pointed it out to the attendant and she simply said, Well this other one has hot water. She checked to see if it was set correctly, which it was. I asked for a refund and was denied. She didnt even bother putting a sign on the machine explaining that it will not have hot water.

Low key laundromat. Double load washers are $2.50-3.00 to wash while single load are $2.00. Not quite right. Otherwise, there are plenty of roller baskets, lots of counter space for folding and free coffee all the time!

Its an ok place just alot of washers and dryers that need to be fixed

I put $20.00 in the coin machine and it only gave me $12.50. The attendant and manager refused to me 7.50 which I loss in the machine. The manager said he knows exactly how much in the machine. I left my name & phone and never call me back for 3 days. I will never go back to this place. Poor service!!!

Terrible business run by incompetent people.. they lie, steal and cheat while they argue with you.

Less expensive than some others, but no wifi! Lots of non working dryers.

Washers are okay. Sometimes clothes came out dirtier than it went in and theres not much hot water in the machines as well. Ladies there werent much help either.
