Thomas has been my pest guy for over 3 years. Any time I ever had a concern, he always listened and answered/took care of all the bugs. He educated me on the different types of bugs common in my area (by water). We are moving to a new state and can’t keep him as our pest guy (for obvious reasons) but would absolutely recommend him and the company to anyone looking for services!

They were able to come spray my house while I was working since we were on the same working schedule. Even text to let me know it was done. Very polite.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and was able to pull up information from previous service they had performed for me to make a recommendation on what I would need. They quickly got me scheduled and worked with my availability. The technician was there a few minutes early and quickly got to work. He explained everything that would be done and how it all worked. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable of the process and clearly cared about his work. I would highly recommend AAA Exterminating!

I use them for my business and my home!!! The employee they have come out to National Pawn is awesome!! He always helps get what i want done submitted and his follow up to treatment is seamless. They also do amazing home care repellents, when i had silverfish they told me how to get them out my closet (only area affected due to its dark damp environment) and they treated my whole home just to be safe!! Most people are scared to mention a review on google for pest control but the way i see it either you pests and they controlled it or you dont have pests and they prevented it. I choose them over popular chains.

I had a service done a week ago and my problem still isnt solved. I called their office they told me I would have to pay for a respray I asked why because its only been a week Ottis the owner I assume said a respray is necessary a few times I was not told this after the initial service I told him Kristen said I should be good for 3 months he basically called me a liar and said he would call Kristen to find out I waited for him to call me back he never did I called him 5 hours later he wasnt in the office needless to say its after hours and I still havent heard anything this is poor management in my book.

I had my quarterly spray done today with the technician Greg who is always courteous and respectful making sure not to track dirt into my home. When I called in to make my payment Lisa answered the phone she had a pleasant voice and I could tell she was smiling because of her tone she was very friendly. I am more than pleased with my service from AAA Exterminating! For one month, I tried to get rid of the flea infestation in my house, using products from the store- nothing worked. I called AAA Exterminating, explained my situation, and got a fair quote to treat my interior and exterior. The service tech arrived early, but said he could wait if I wasnt ready. He treated my interior around 3:30 pm (exterior was for another day, due to the rain prediction). By 12:30 the next day, I was able to walk through my house without fear of being bitten by a flea!!! I failed to schedule the 14 day follow up, but Im still flea free! Ill be smart and schedule it though :).Id recommend AAA on ANY DAY!It helped a lot that the office staff was polite and professional- along with the owner- who I needed to speak with because I had a unique request.

Remember that first impressions are pivotal in business deals and they last forever, that is what made me write this review for Triple A. I havent even spent money on their services, but when I reached out to them, they responded immediately and the lady who explained everything to me, I think her name is Ms. Anne (sp?), was so very understanding and polite. Hopefully the issue were having with the pests will resolve itself, however, if it does not, Triple A is definitely who Ill be calling to resolve the matter for us.

I have used AAA on several occasions and I have been very pleased each and every time. They have accommodated me at the spur of the moment and are always very professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will always use them as long as I am in this area.

Unfortunately I have to give this company 1 star because I was hung up on. I just wanted to confirm the services and really I needed then to come back and spray the inside of the house as well since I have killed about 4 bugs inside my house. But thats ok I will continue my services with Clegg. Lisa was helpful at first but these businesses do not try to keep business. I guess how they treat customers doesnt matter to them.

My realtor suggested these guys for a termite inspection when I bought my home. Showed up on time did a good inspection found termites eating the wood in the crawl space got me a free treatment!

I made an appointment over the phone and one of the office ladys give me a day, time and the price i would need to pay when they got here. I thought the prices were good and i took off work early the day of to be at the house when they showed up.. well a hour after the appointment time i was still waiting. I called and they never put the appointment in the system. Another office lady asked if i even called them or was i mistaken.. i think they are very unprofessional. They need better communication or a different system.

Great experience from the lady answering the phone to the tech that came out to do the work. Would definitely call again if I needed them.

Pulls out in front of you almost hitting you, flips you off. Slams on the brakes, flips you off. Goes from 60 to 30. This business wants your money with people acting like this. Good luck.

The most nicest receptionist I have spoken to in while and knowledgable as well. I had AAA come out to exterminate a small problem I was having I had to do recall as I expected cause my renters infestation was a lil heavy in this property with out hesitation or questions they reschedules me for a re spray. Overall was a good experience only thing I would change is my service tech that treated the house seemed very rushed.
