We just had our 3rd treatment with Natures Turf. Im not 100% satisfied but I know weed treatments take time so Ive been trying to be patient. There has been some progress. I work from home so Im there all day and typically hear everyone working outside. I noticed the sign yesterday evening but at no point did I hear them servicing the lawn so I checked our outdoor cameras. The guys were there less than 10 minutes and only serviced the front lawn. Ill call tomorrow but this not professional at all.Update: A little customer service goes a long way. I called the office and Brandy was very professional and very helpful. She promised a callback and very prompt with her response. She called back quickly with a treatment update.

I have been using Nature’s Turf for a year now and my yard looks incredible. It went from mostly weeds to beautiful green grass in just a few services. Just yesterday my yard mowing service asked me who I am using for our lawn treatments because they have a customer looking for a recommendation. They have been impressed with how well our lawn has improved since Nature’s Turf started treating it. Cannot get a better endorsement than that. Technician claimed to have sprayed weeds. I was watching on the camera the whole time. He didnt, and when I brought this to the companys attention, they had the nerve to say that because the service ticket said he did, that he did. Im a pest control technician and the response on this issue has been less than professional. I canceled service, but was offered a free service call ONLY if I signed back up for service. In my mind, Ive already paid for the dishonest service.

Nature’s Turf is my third yard service in years. I had so much trouble with my Bermuda that I wanted to take it out and install Zoysia. They said to give them a chance instead of spending so much to replace the grass. I was amazed at how fast my Bermuda came back to life. It looks great now. No weeds, healthy grass. Since Bermuda grass was put down on Part of my yard I felt I needed someone to help me care for it. I did not want it and dont like it but Natures Turf has really been a great help with it. When I first hired them for the lawn, I had not thought of my shrubs, but they pointed out issues going on with a lot of them that I was not aware of and they had a solution. This company cheated me for several years over charging me for 1/3 more square footage than they were servicing. When I realized it and brought it to their attention because I had weeds that should have been gone based on the amount of years of me having their service. Heather just wanted to credit my account a measly $10.00 rather than go back and adjust my account to make it right. That is bait and switch and unethical and downright dishonest. Imagine I started with them since May 19, 2017 and expanded service to include trees and shrubs in 2019. I am so disappointed in this company. I regret even giving them a positive review after learning that I was overpaying all this time while they were not treating 1/3 of the area I was being billed for. Please review and check your contracts and make your you are not being over billed.

Dependability means a lot. The technician always comes as scheduled.Everyone that Ive spoken with is quite friendly.I still see weeds, especially just outside the flowerbed. I wished theyd perform service on the beds, too. I understand that theyre afraid the chemical will kill my flowers but its a chore having to pull weeds.Im chemical-averse & I truly wish there was a more natural solution. And there is. I just dont have the time/energy required to do it.So considering all angles, I would recommend Natures Turf for weed control.

I am so in luv with my yards ( front/ back). I started service in 2019. My backyard was in horrible shape after having several sink holes filled in.They aerated and reseeded it and I followed instructions on watering (Fescue Grass). This spring my grass is amazing with the exception of a few bald spots that will be seeded I will have grass thats the envy of my neighborhood.

I’ve been a Nature’s Turf customer for about 2.5+ years after searching for a new company to replace TruGreen who chemically burned my yard and tried to convince me it was due to sun, which it wasn’t as this is far from my first rodeo with homes and nice lawns. Anyway, I found Nature’s Turf online as none of my neighbors were using them. I found their prices to be fair so I gave them a shot. I’m happy that I did! They don’t hound me for upgrades or try to give me more treatments that I need. My yard looks great because I do my part with things like watering, insect control and consistent cutting at the proper height. My technician Cord is Great! He properly covers the yard and uses a gas blower to get fertilizer off the driveway and sidewalk. Now, many of my neighbors use Nature’s Turf per my example, if only they all would have given me the referral !! Oh well, give them a try you won’t look back!

Over the years I have tried 3 different lawn service companies. The first two were nationally recognized brands that were relatively inexpensive. The trouble was that my lawn did not improve at all.
