Went here for a last minute pedicure with my bf on vacation. The place was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and opened up early for us while we stood outside waiting for them to open. Price is a little on the higher end, but the service for us was not as bad as the reviews mentioned

Paid $45 for short, full set using gel polish (clear pink). Idk if that’s decent pricing, but I asked for pricing and they wouldn’t let me know. Just said it starts at $30 something even though they knew exactly what I was asking for.Anyways, my nail tech after being done filing my nails, used the nail filer to scrape off all the nail residue from the station we were at. Also, after filing my nail plate before sticking on the fake nail, she brushed the residue off my nails and brushed her nails off and the station off with the same brush. The station was not wiped off whatsoever after they were done with the previous customer. And I had scheduled an appointment, only to wait an hour and the lady took just 25-30 to do my short nails.The only decent person there I think would be the female who answers the phone more often and greets people but she also is a nail tech I believe.This was on Dec. 21, 2020.Pictures are from 4 days later.

If I could post 0 stars I would. I made an appointment yesterday for a full set of acrylics. Upon arrival today, I was sat in a chair, only to wait 45 minutes for my technician to get off the phone and start my nails. After all that, he told me they do not offer acrylics there, even though thats what I made the appointment for! It was a complete waste of my time, since I was not about to go from paying the quoted $35 to the $55+ of whatever better nail option they felt like doing. Terrible customer service, complete scam, do not recommend!

I would love to give Pampers a better review because my nails are beautiful, but I can’t because of the price. I have been to Pampers in the past (about a year ago) and it was always reasonable and the staff has always been nice. I recently went for a fill in — without tip it was $55, that was without a manicure. That was more than I paid for a full acrylic set. I’m not sure if the drastic price increase has been because of COVID, but I’m sad to say I won’t be returning.

The lady who did my feet was very rude and it’s bad enough she left my feet sitting in Luke warm almost cold water for over 30 min. Then she starts insulting me after I decline nicely extra services to be done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

This is my favorite nail place in town, and Ive been to quite a few! Even though sometimes Ive had to wait, it is well worth it! My nails turned out just how I wanted them to, and I have gotten several compliments on them. The staff is very friendly and I will continue to come back!

Love Pampers! Harry is the best and always does an awesome job on my nails. I went in unhappy with my previous set and Harry made my nails look awesome. I wasn’t sure how I wanted my nail design to look so I let him do what he wanted with it and it turned out great!

We went in at 12:30 and were not seen for 1 hour and 30 minutes finally me and my friend had enough and decided to leave but before we could leave we were told we were going to be seen. After my pedicure you could still see part of the nail that was not painted on every toe. They also picked the wrong color. I asked for a pink and they gave me a navy blue (if this was a baby reveal it would have been a #fail).

I typically like this place they do a decent pedicure and theyre right down the street from my house but today they had me wait for over an hour and actually took two walk-ins of head of me while I was waiting to have my pedicure done.

Over-charge for services, using acrylic but charging gel prices. Usually a lengthy wait. I used to be loyal to this shop until Helen left and the customer service went downhill.

Very good business. The people here are polite and respectful. I have been going here for years and I enjoy coming here.

Idc about the price at this point, though i know 50 for an acrylic full set with no length is way too high. It’s the nasty stares while talking in their language and everyone starting to stare at me and laughing. Not a care to even be discreet about it. I guess they were talking about my hair or what i was wearing...even me and the lady next to me felt uncomfortable the way we both looked at each other. Not to mention the constant persuasion of up charge. I didn’t even get what i asked for, she still put gel on my nails though i repeatedly said NO GEL. Never go to a salon that doesn’t post their prices. I will never return here!

Very safe during Covid-19. They took my temperature and they wiped down everything constantly. The owner was very nice and called me by name. Ill be back

People poor customer service I would not recommend going there

This nail salon is prepared for Covid-19. Temperatures are taken at the door, 6 feet apart is regulated, and the workers kept cleaning up areas. My nails came out great, and they even had the matching colors for regular nail polish and gel. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is that they kept pushing for gel after I said no 5 times.

The wait was a little long, but worth it. There prices are more than what Im used to, but definitely worth it. Kelly is awesome. She has great conversation, shes very attentive and a perfectionist. My nails and eyebrows exceeded my expectations. Theyre in a great location and they are very clean and the setup is nice. I highly recommend this place if its on your budget.

Color was applied nicely but I didnt get the pedicure I payed for. The lady was rough with the little bit of massage I did get and it trigger a nerve in my ankle that went up to my hip. Sadly, I will not be back.

Came in to get a pedicure, manicure and eyebrows. Everyone acted if it was an inconvenience that I wanted all of that and the energy sucked. Shouldnt make people feel like they are a burden for doing their job. Will never come back. I was about to spend over $100 worth on services and expect to be treated better.

Im done with this place. Nail Tech seven is garbage and talks about customers behind their backs. So when she is smiling at you and telling you to move your foot towards her, just know shes going behind your back calling you an idiot with other nail technicians. Ive seen her do it twice with others. Plus she is the ONLY nail tech that I have ever had, make me pay before she finished my nails.Meanwhile Im looking at other clients pay AFTER everything is done. I ask her when did they start this? She danced around the question. I kept asking her why, and she said it doesnt matter because I was going to have to pay anyways. This place use to be real classy. Now Smh...no. I hope they start losing business so they can humble themselves and remember their humility is what kept them clients.

My friend and I went there on Saturday, the 6th. It was my first time at this place. My friend had Helen, which was wonderful. She introduced her self, took her time and was very sweet. My friend felt super relaxed and well taken care off. So for Helen I would give a 5, however I had a lady with a golden Chanel necklace and a leopard shirt. I don’t know her name, since she didn’t introduce herself, she started on my feet about 10 min after Helen started on my friends and she rushed through it, so she can catch up with her. So I pay $48 for a Pedicure to be rushed, that has nothing to do with feeling Pampered. Plus she cut my nail to far, that I have been in pain since Sunday. Not a good first experience at all.

Not my normal go to place, but I will return when my nail lady is off or an emergency!The lady at seat 5 did my pedicure and fill in. She did a great job and literally was a perfectionist. I was there for a total of 3 and a half hours!!

The time it takes for fill-in and pedicure is close to 4 hours,but whats really bad is the customer service, If you voice that theyre not doing something properly, some of the nail techs will get an attitude and tell you they wont do your nails anymore; specifically nail technician#7! The skills are great though.So its September 21,2017 and I decided to try another nail tech and she did not massage my feet at all, she did my legs but the most important part; my feet, she did not do, its aggravating to pay for services and not get them!

They dont communicate with you whatsoever. I dont mind when people talk in a different language, but please talk to your customers as well! I walked in for a full set and was worked on for literally only a couple of seconds before the guy began to work on someone elses pedicure. I would have appreciated being told my wait time and it was rude to be pushed aside. Value your customers time, they give you business! Of course I was only spoken to again when I got up and left, even as I was leaving the technician wouldnt speak to me in English. It was incredibly unsanitary as well, but it makes sense, they must be struggling to be buy new clean sets for everyone who walks in and from other reviews it seems like they overcharge as well. Im never returning to this unprofessional establishment. I suggest going to Modern Nails just down the road. Better reviews and prices.

There is only one person I allow to do my nails. Ive had one upon my first visit and another when she wasnt available. I didnt feel like they did as good as a job as Ashley. I always make an appointment with her because others do as well so she is not always available. I am going to miss having a superb nail tech when I move soon. She is one of the few best that have done my nails in my life. 1-2 months of not having my nails filled and they still dont lift. She is awesome!

I had been going here for over 3 years. I made an appointment with Harry and when i got there Harry started doing someone else nails and toe leaving me to sit for an hour with my nails in acetone. I went about every three weeks and spent as much as $150. Because I walked out that night Harry wont do my nails any more. Plus they talk about the customers and make fun of the customers. If you look at the names on the 5 stars reviews it is the people who work there.

YASSSSSS! I went here with 6 nails on my fingers. Had the old set removed and a new set put on and designed at a great price! The technicians were very welcoming, funny, and like family and did I mention this was my first time here? We watched a good movie and I enjoyed this place .. will return#NailsbyKent

This nail salon is the worst. I went for a pedicure and the nail tech cut my nails down even though I had asked her not to. She also didnt do the massage. When I complained to the manager he asked me not to come back even though I I was being very polite

Wait time is always long and seems like if its not more than a $30 service they turn you away at the door. Dont waste your time or money. Oh and they encourage for you to make appointments but dont honor them once you get there.

VERY MONEY HUNGRY... and very slow got a polish change 10.00 I have small feet then I asked for her to cut my nails down 3.00 more most salons dont charge for that my nails were not even long enough to have to pay 3.00 for a cut down with some nail clippers to cut down already short nails I will NOT BE returning 10.00 for a polish change ridiculous. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON takes over 45 minutes to get a polish change they love very slow and WAY OVERCHARGE FOR THEIR SERVICES go to another salon if you value your time and quality service.

This was my first time going to this place yesterday and I was very disappointed. We called before we went there and they said its fine, we can come. When we finally got there they were rushing saying its best to do gel polish because it takes a shorter time. She rushed through my nails. My finger started to bleed before she was done. She then attempted to put glue on the wound and some pounder thing when they saw what they did. Her excuse was is because the brush is new. They did not even clean up my nail properly. I came home to realize another nail was bleeding. I recommend you go somewhere else to get your nails done. They are all about the money!! Do not go here. Its not worth your hard earned money!!!

Overall they are great. Ashley will do a great job. Very good with detail. I will be sad if she ever leaves!

I’d like to start off by saying me and my mother’s nails look great!The customer service... very loud, kids were everywhere crawling on the floor. My mother went to use the bathroom and no one answered and when she went in she saw a little girl taking a dump inside. The woman next doing nails next to my mother took the customers hand and used her hand to make a middle finger to one of the other workers and called one the lady she did it to UGLY. Extremely rude!!One of the works spat in her face and was eating and didn’t ask her for a towel to wipe her face with. The worker forget to do one of her hands and messed them up. She responded saying she was “very tired” we are all tired but when we are paying almost $200 for the both of us to get mani-pedis we would expect better customer service and quality. Nails and toes look great, shaped very nicely but we will not be returning due to the lack of professionalism this salon displayed.If you want nice nails this place is fine to go to but do not expect any sliver of professionalism or respect.

This was my fourth time in and I keep trying to give them a chance. The do excellent work but time management is a downfall. My total time in was 2 hours and the only service I received was a pedicure. I watched several people walk out after waiting for service and not being addressed. Im not going to return. Im done.

I have been going to this place for a little less then 6 months and I loved my nails every time till this last time I got them done, I usually get a set or fill of gel and a pedi and spend about 70 for all of it. This last time I went in they wanted to charge me 60 for a stiletto matte acrylic needless to say I did not get what I wanted and still got over charged. Then the next day I had to come back cause one of my nails broke off, The guy ( Not the owner) Gave me an attitude while fixing and after that they didnt even last a week. One bad experience can make a costumer not want to come back and thats exactly what happen. If you do have to go to this place ALWAYS ASK FOR HALEY! Sadly, I will not be seeing her anymore due to this.

One of the worst places to get your nails done. Customer service just highlights how entitled this people feel they are. Why people put up with this place is beyond me. Unless you are super desperate, look somewhere else. They wont tell you the wait time and it seems like the workers must be getting paid in other ways because there is no sense of urgency or a great emphasis on customer satisfaction.Highly not recommended. Stay away if possible, way to many other options in the area to put yourself thru this.

Nail tech number 7 is a complete jerk. I went in alone and spoke to no one and I found her and her patron talking about me (another tech was doing my nails and pedi)... I thought I was just being paranoid but the next time I was in.. I ended up getting her (#7). She wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. Repaired my nail and made it a different shade than the others ... then wanted $3 but wouldn’t take my card... and asked me if she could run it for $10!! Are you kidding! The owner was nice enough to let me run get cash without their ridiculous atm fee ..: but due to nail tech 7 and her AWFUL attitude, this place gets 1 star. Do better! I’m going to the one in walmart today. They have good reviews so maybe they’ll be nice to me.

Wow what a waste of time I went in at 10am and didn’t leave until 12:32pm. 2.5 hours spent waiting in a pedicure chair only not to receive a pedicure. Then I end up getting a terrible manicure and gel shellac on my toes for a total of $55. This was THE worst manicure of my life. The polish isn’t shiny, & my hand is still dry & ashy. It’s safe to say, I will not be returning.The fact that I even let them take my money is a joke & I shouldn’t have paid

I do not recommend waiting a few hours here.. its not really worth it at all! My daughter and I were trying to get pedicures after sitting in the chair for 2 hours my daughter accidentally knocked off some peace inside the water and water got on the floor and they acted like I burnt the building down. Then had the audacity to say she was being annoying. When a 7 year old sits anywhere for more than a few minutes, they get anxious but after 2 hours she was still being great! I know when shes annoying, and she was not being annoying. After the water got on the ground they were not speaking English but my seven-year-old could even tell by their body language how they totally overreacted and she wanted to leave. So I dont recommend this place they need to learn some manners!

Was told REPEATEDLY to watch the TV and not the work being done. This concerned me immediately!!The guy who was doing my nails seemed to be in charge, so I actually expected a good experience. I guess the ones in charge feel as if they can say and do whatever they want. No surprise there...I was in to have my acrylic removed and told them the last place I went didnt do a very good job (but to add: this particular last place was very friendly and polite) because I was having nail lifting and pain.I waited a good 15 or 20 minutes (without being told a wait time to begin with) and after that, sat soaking my nails in acetone for a good ten, only to be told:He went onto to say that it was because they (the last place) rushed through my nails (which they absolutely did not) to hurry and be finished because of the way I held my hands or some BS. I have had my nails done plenty (I am 36 and never have I ever been told such crap.) He continued to tell me not to tense up because thats how accidents would happen and if I would watch TV, basically I wouldnt be worried with what he wae doing. (This tells me to keep my eyes on my nails for sure....) Totally pressured me to watch tv and not him working, time and time again. I was begiining to think he was pissed about a show he was missing and wanted to watch it through the reflection in my eyes.. When I got up to leave, he tried to laugh it off, saying it was just his opinion. Thats great, loser. And by the way, I am sure this will be deleted (posted a pic too of how I left there, after walking out!) I have it saved to post all over town again and again and again.

I waited from 12:20 until 1:23 today and got up and walked out. I was sat in a pedicure chair upon my arrival with water and was told to put my feet in but was not given a towel nor anything in the water to soak my feet in like the usual blue soak. I wasnt told sorry or checked on or anything. A waste of my time because I had to leave so I still need my pedicure.

I got a full set of dipped nails done here on a Sunday afternoon before my busy work week....by Monday night the nail was broke off like a fake plastic nail and was the only thing holding it on! I came back to get my nail fixed and they made me wait and wait and wait!!! Hell no I won’t go again!
