What a great place to relax. Me and my friend were greeted with all smiles and the massages were great! They created an experience which is what I was looking for! They were very very clean. Go to the locally owned places. The owner is involved and has done a phenomenal job on creating an escape for her clients. I wish I remembered the therapist name but he has been a therapist for over 20 years and his pressure is great! The girls who did pedicures were wonderful and the front desk was all smiles and very helpful! Thankyou for an overall great experience!

I had such a relaxing time here at the Venetian European Spa. I almost fell asleep while I was getting my massage. When I was finished and walked out of the building my whole body felt like jello. I plan to be back for the deep tissue massage soon

It took 30 years to truly be happy with a hairstyle/coloring that a stylist has given me. I’m happy to say that I’ve found the salon for me. Ambience is perfect. Hubby and I was here yesterday for deep tissue massage. And we both loved it! I was gone, lol. My masseuse was great. I asked her name twice, but I was so relax I keep forgetting (My bad).Hubbys masseur did a good job too. He said he dont remember most of it because he fell asleep. Haha. All he know is he is so relax and he can move his upper back better now.Well definitely come back for more. A must have kind of date (atleast once a month).

Amazing experience! I had a 90 minute sports massage with Pamela, and she did great! She made sure she knew exactly what kings of pressure/stretching I wanted most, and was very thorough and intentional with her technique. She did an amazing job. Highly, highly recommend this place. Each time Ive been, Im always very pleased. Also, even with COVID-19 introducing new challenges to providing services, I felt they were very professional and purposeful in their implications for public health/safety-driven changes.

I rarely write reviews, however I couldnt help but share my wonderful experience here. I was only visiting town and researched extensively to find a place to get a pedicure... And this place did not disappoint! I was greeted promptly and taken very well care of by Danielle! She made me feel comfortable the whole time and it was very evident how talented she is at her job. She really took her time and was very meticulous in providing the perfect pedicure, to the point that we ended up finishing a few mins after closing hours. Addiontally and importantly, they actually take the time to clean between clients amidst COVID. Thank you for the excellent service and I cant wait to come here again if ever back in the area!

We had 2 pedicures: sports and OPI, the ladies were super nice, but talked too much; I believe it took away from the massage of the pedicure and service. My toenails look good, but the massage and relaxing was missing. Will try for massage next time, hope much better.

I dont have a preference of what massage therapist I get, so Ive had basically all of them. Theyre all equally talented and so good at their craft! Ive done almost all of their services, nails, facials, massage, waxing and hair.. All wonderful. Speaking of hair.. Jo, the head stylist, I call her my hair magician. Shes able to literally figure out exactly what Ive pictured in my head for my hair every single time! From the color to the cut. Shes so talented. Cant rave about this place enough!!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Had my first professional massage and facial today. Both the masseuse and the aesthetician were amazing. The masseuse absolutely relaxed every part of my body! The aesthetician, Tonia, knew lots about skin care and was friendly, held a nice conversation with me during my pedicure. Even give you a water bottle, and they make sure your experience is sanitory and clean. 10/10 definitely coming back.

I have been getting my hair colored and cut here for a few months now, and every staff member I have ever come into contact with has been so sweet and wonderful. They even offer you food and drinks while you wait on your hair! I would recommend this salon to everyone.

First time using the Venetian today. Had a couples massage for 90 minutes—it was AWESOME!!! My wife had a deep tissue (James) and I had a sports massage (Belle). They both are masters at their craft. Really set a new high bar for any massages we have in the future. We’ll definitely be back.

What can I say got my first Brazilian and Im so glad I went here these ladies are so friendly and courteous I felt right at home. As soon as I walked in Miss Amber greeted me and made me feel so welcome. The real deal was Miss Bell, my new BFF. She took her time, I was so nervous but she made me feel like she really cared about me. Had me laughing the entire time. Ive already made my next appointment. I was there last night for a shellac manicure with Danielle. She was phenomenal. The time she took and all of the care. I never want to go to anyone else.

I really like the new location and the fact that I don’t need to climb steep stairs. My nail tech was great. She did a good job and I enjoyed a pleasant conversation. However, the nail tech at the next station talked loudly and constantly. I went there to relax, but was disappointed in that respect. Not everyone wants a review of the latest Avengers movie.

The Venetian Spa is literally my heaven on Earth here in Fayetteville. Ive gone for manicures, pedicures, massages, and facials and during each visit every single employee went above and beyond to give me the most luxurious experience. Amber is an amazing owner, her passion for her business is truly evident in everything they do. I highly recommend the Eminence Organic Skin Care products they sell!!

A very relaxing and inviting spa. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel that you are their most valuable client. All their employees are great at what they do. In my opinion it’s the best kept secret in Fayetteville.

Jason is my favorite massage therapist but the facility is so well run that I feel confident in having the other massage therapists also. Staff is kind and courteous and the facility has always been clean. I have forgotten an appointment and rescheduled it, with apologies on my part and not being charged on theirs. I try to get monthly massages here as my schedule allows.

I absolutely love this place! Even though my husband got the message I was treated so kindly even with a fussy 1 year old. He absolutely loved it !! They offered lunch to us all which was complimentary, so delicious. As soon as you walk in it feels calming I cant wait to go back for me.

Danielle was amazing. Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever gotten and Ive traveled to a lot of places. She explained everything she was doing and the tools she used plus the best options for me. I just got out of the field after 3 weeks of training so I was in dire need of a pedicure (it was bad). She was so attentive and helpful and did an incredible job. Plus I am very sick and when I had a coughing fit she got me extra water and even gave me some cough drops. Talk about above and beyond. I have never been more happy with an experience anywhere. In the little time I have left here in Fayetteville, I will be going back for another visit. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The music the theme, just everything is just so relaxing! I try to come here 1-2x a month to work out the muscles! I always recommend this place when asked where to go.

I had a deep tissue massage with Vanessa, when I say amazing oh my God it was like I was floating. I fell asleep and didn’t even realize how deep of sleep I was in until she woke me. This place is extremely clean, spacious, and professional. The receptionist is a sweetheart you feel the welcome immediately through the door. They also offer complimentary wine, chicken salad crackers and cake, can’t beat that. I also received a pedicure and let’s just say my feet were wayyyyy better walking out then when I came. I highly recommend this place to anyone they are fanominal.

She was so personable and easy-going! My nails look great! The place was very clean and organized!
