I got my eyebrows wax and she shaped them differentlyAnd I got a pedicure which cost me $43 they charge $15 for gel. My toes look good from afar but up close is a mess. Save your money and do it yourself or go else where.

Arrived an hour before closing and they were nothing but accommodating. I didnt feel rushed at all. Best of all my feet felt amazing after. I would certainly go back.

I called and asked for price of 10 different regular nail polish and was told $10.00. Get there stated again 10 different color regular nail polish. Picked all the colors our and then told me it was 15.00. I stated I called and got price and said that’s fine. The gentleman got an attitude and I asked if he was going to do it and stated no and bye. first and last time there.

This place is amazing. I love them already. Its conveniently up the street from my house!!! Prices are GREAT. I found my new nail place!

I just left Focus Nails and spa VERY UNSATISFIED. And it was so obvious me Leaving unhappy. I paid $60 for OMBRÉ. For one solid half painted color. Just one solid color. I said they are very plain and I would like to have some glitter added or some sort of jewels. And he just persistently tells me next time I come I can get whatever jewels I want to get colors or whatever. When it was so obvious I was not satisfied nobody offered to fix them or anything. Just letMe leave upset. And he also cut me on my finger. Didnt apologize.

My one day off as a healthcare provider and I go to get a pedicure. I pay extra for the deluxe pedicure that includes a 10 minute massage. She forgot the massage and when I reminded her she gave me a 3 min massage that was terrible. So I asked the person at the cash register and he argued with me saying that I got the massage which I clearly didn’t. Too bad Focus I am a great customer and a great tipper. NEVER AGAIN!

Since I discovered this salon latter part of last year I have not gone to anyone else. My nails are long and strong, I do wear gel nails, but my own nails are just as strong and long. I only have to have them done every 4 to 5 weeks. No lifting or weakness during that time. Every other place I have gone I must go every 2 weeks. They take pride in their service. Great place.

I have been coming here over a year just to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. Every single time no matter when i come they drop what they are doing and take care of me. I had to write this review because the community needed to know that there is a place where you get treated like a star. Good prices as well, you would not be disappointed.

Please don’t spend your money here. The women seem to be very nice but the male (owner I’m assuming) is very rude. I came in just for a pedicure today. While waiting my turn I over hear him tell ask his customer what color she want then when she doesn’t answer quick enough he says “come on girl”! Shortly after he calls me to the chair for my pedicure. When I make it to the chair I bend over to pull up my scrub pants. Then he tell me to sit down because if I fall he can’t catch me. I respond to letting him know I’m fine and I don’t want to get my pants wet since he has filled it up with water. He angrily says that I told you to sit! At this point I was upset by his tone and the fact that he has no customer service. After I let him know you can’t talk to your customers like that he stated that he did not want to service me which is fine, he has the right. I’m just astonished that other would allow him to speak to them in this way. Is it to much to ask to have a good personality when your working with the public and customer service skills?

Nails always beautiful

I walked in for an appointment after walking about 15 minutes from work. Every single person here does AMAZING nails, you never have to worry about who does your nails because they are all awesome.

Ive been to this place about 3 or 4 times. I only see Tina. I love her. She is great and always makes me feel comfortable. She does a great job on my hands and toes! I try to come every 2 weeks now!

This nail salon was very unprofessional! They guy messed up my nails and when I told him I didn’t like him he got upset, cut them off and said “when you figure out what you want you come back” and told me to “Go” Definitely isn’t worth your time. Especially over people who don’t do a good job!

The ladies are nice and do a good job most of the time but the man that works there is super rude all the time for no reason I spend over $100 every time I come and yet he still puffs his chest at me and gives me the side eye lol never bothered me too much until today when I came to get my lashes done the chairs were full but nobody waiting and most of everyone looked almost done yet he tells me to come back at 6:30pm (like 4 hours later) and I was in a rush I couldnt wait that long so offered to pay for the girls nails that the eyelash lady was doing if she let her do my lashes really quick.... This crazy man started screaming NO YOU CANT DO THAT!!! WE DONT DO THAT HERE ... Im confused because the girl looked Happy when I offered it not offended she was about to say yes until he went on a rampage needless to say I told him okay have a nice day and kindly found another nailshop close by that actually did a much better job anyway. Customer service isnt his strong point hes lucky I didnt go off off on him but Im a lady so I just kindly took my business elsewhere

Only went in to get my eyebrows done (because it was close to my hair salon), it doesnt look horrible but she was rushed, had wax on my cheek, hair, arm, and shirt.Quite frankly they were overall rude but if your in a rush at least the place looked clean and the young girl who checked me out was quite nice.

Went to Focus Nail and Spa today 3/8/2017 and had an absolute horrible experience. I have been going to Focus Nail and Spa salon since September 2016 and usually have a pretty good experience while being there. The service I got today was a nail fill and my two big toes filled. When I went to wash my hands I used the nail salons towel to dry my hands and I started wiping my two big toes off with the towel. (There was residue on my toes where they had been filled. Which is normal) As I wiped my big toes the owner immediately got up out of his chair and came over to me and said that I could not use the salon towel because I had not gotten a pedicure. I said to him but there is residue on my feet from getting them filled. He then said to me that I would have to wipe my toes off at home. I said you act like the towel is going to be used for something else and that the towel was just like any other dirty towel and that it would be put into the dirty towel bin. He said to me that that is a hand towel and not a foot towel. I told him that he seemed to be just a little petty about the situation and I went to sit down so that the female who did my nails could polish them. After she polished my nails I went to sit at the nail dry station and I asked her how much would it be and she said $28.00 as she walked away. I knew the service was not $28.00 because the nail fill was $18.00 and the two big toes fill should have been $6.00. Before my nails could dry the lady owner came over to me and said $28.00. I asked her if she could ask the lady that did my nails how did she come out with a $28.00 total. She said that will be $28.00 and I asked her once again how is the total $28.00. She talked amongst her husband and the lady that did the service and she said because I had gotten a nail cut-down. I told her no I didnt and then the lady that did the service confirmed that I didnt get a nail cut down. The male owner stood up and said that it was $18.00 for my nails and $10.00 for my toes. I asked him how did he come up with those numbers. He didnt answer. I asked the lady owner how much was my nails and she said $18.00. I then asked her how much was it for the two big toe fill and she said $5.00. I told her that those numbers do not come out to be $28.00. The male owner then said that the lady that did them said that she have always charged me $10.00 for two big toes to be filled. I told him no she didnt and that she charged $10.00 to put the tips on and $6.00 to do the fill. I asked them if the fill was $10.00 how much would it be to put the tips on. Neither of them could say anything. They talked amongst themselves in their language and I told them that it shouldnt be that difficult for them to tell me the prices because its their shop.They dont have a lot of business like the other nail salons in the surrounding area and I see why. I guess since business is slow for them they will try and rip off the customers they do get. I will advise anyone going there to know what their prices are and make sure that you are not overpaying for services. Now I see why they dont have a price list up. They can charge you what they want to that way. I will never go back in there again.

This place is horrible! I used to go here all the time and even recommend it to my peers but now the new owner (small short man) is just so rude and the prices have went up so high. I went to get my eyebrows done and when I go to pay he says $10 card limit. I said when the fu*+ were you gonna say something and why is the limit $10 when the cheapest thing in here is $8?! He showed no empathy and I almost walked out. Also they charge for every little thing down to the polish color! Fill in $18 my ass! It was wayyy better and tolerable when Nicole owned it. I do not recommend ANYBODY to go here, spend your money at Unique nails or upscale nails where you get respect and reasonable prices!

This place is absolutely horrible, they dont do what you asked for, you keep telling them how your way your nails done and they do the complete opposite. I went in for a fill in, the lady who did my nails completely messed them up, my nails on one had was WAY WAY SHORTER than the other. I told her I wanted square with the ends not so sharp cause I would with patients, she makes me nails completely oval. She did the opposite of what I asked, she made them way to short to even fix them. Talked to the man (guessing he was th manager) and he didnt listen to a word I said just like the nail tech. Needless to say I left the salon with some messed up nails. I ended up going to Kate Nails on 301 in the same shipping center as Walmart. I ended up having to soak them off cause of how horrible they were. Like I said dont ever go here the service is absolutely horrible.

Horrible. Rude. You ask one question and the little ugly guy who I guess is the owner has a fit and trys to argue. When I looked at my nails after he had put the polish on he got mad. He tried to insult me while in the middle of doing my nails too.. he said it would be 45$ and he gave me a receipt after swiping my card and it said 45$ so I get home check my account and they charged me 54$ I highly doubt it was a mistake seeing how money hungry they were.

The male doesn’t have a good attitude and they do not do nails properly with care of natural nails, they work fast but the end results aren’t great.

Called to get a price because this place has always been expensive and the owner got angry about me asking questions. I would not recommend since they changed owners.

My experience was awful, they didnt care about my questions they were only trying to get me to buy the highest product once I got started with one lady she got up and another lady continued I already knew this was garbage work got the nails done and polish along with toes 2 days later my nails were chipping from the half done acrylic I didnt bother to go back toke it as a lost, and waited for my normal nail tech to come back from vacation.By the way theyre expensive for the cheap serve they render
