This was my first time here and they willingly took me as a walk in! They were very kind and the vibe of this place is very laid back and chilled. Very nice to just relax and take time for yourself. I got my nails done and I didn’t catch the name of the female who did my nails but she had really nice eyelashes lol. But she was very nice and always made sure I was comfortable and fine throughout the whole process of working on my nails. She was very professional and did a amazing job. I will be returning, Thankyou !!!

I walked in as a walk in and felt welcomed and accommodated! I was from out of town and my feet were horrible! Right away, Queenie knew what areas of my feet were problematic. I can say this because they are my feet are jacked! But Queenie did an excellent job! All the staff were pleasant and welcoming! Now when I visit NC again, I wont fret about getting my feet done before I leave, I can get them done when I get there! Thank you ladies for some good ole southern hospitality! Best wishes!

3 days after getting my nails done 2 broke off. They’re all thin and the side view of them shows they’re lumpy and misshapen. Day 6 another one broke off. She couldn’t get the lines straight which when I noticed I offered to do a different design but she insisted she could do it. Overall a horrible set. Paid $75 and a $15 tip just because she took 2 hours. Would not go back and do not recommend.

My first time using the salon but my friend has gone frequently, Nan was my tech & she was phenomenal. Really took her time and paid attention to detail. It does take a while but it’s worth it in the end!

The BEST nail spa I tried here. My nail tech is quite patient and kind. I asked for the pure color though she did them very carefully. Definitely come back and strongly recommend it to all of my friends lol.

Ive set appointments multiple times and every single time was at least 20-30 minutes after your SET APPOINTMENT. Don’t go here if you have a schedule and not any time to waist because thats pretty much the only thing wrong with this place. They are good at doing nails just horrible with timing. I had an appointment at 2 and it started 30 minutes later.

Went in for a fill in looks like I will need another fill in in about 3 days. I had to tell the tech how to make sure there was no bumps in the acrylic before she put the polish on. I went in at 3p didn’t get out till 7p the tech was so slow. The very next day my gel polish was fading, how I’m not sure. But I requested a fix and received the push off and run around. I will never go back to this place and I wouldn’t recommend you use them.

We have enjoyed going to Ninja Nails now a couple of times. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and good work. My feet felt amazing after my spa pedicure and my nails where super cute and have lasted well. They currently have covid protections in place and I watched them clean throughly after a customer had left a station.

I am sooo picky so 5 stars from me means A LOT. This is the best nail job I’ve ever had. I asked for natural looking nails and showed a picture and I got exactly what I asked for. If you do go here make sure you have some extra time. It took almost 3 hours to get a Ninja signature pedicure and a full set of gel nails. They were very busy though so I don’t blame them. They just made sure they took their time perfecting my nails and making sure I absolutely loved it. It costed $99 for the pedicure with Japanese gel which is more expensive (which included a ten min massage) and the full set of nails with gel which made it $15 more. You could go here for less money, though because I didn’t get the cheapest options. All in all I loved the service and LOVE the nails. Thank you, ninja nails! I will be back :)

I’ve been getting acrylic pink and white from Nini for almost 2 years and she is amazing. The work is quality and they are very sweet at the shop. I would recommend making an appointment because they do get busy.

I wish I got the artist name but she did such a great job! Asked me throughout the session if I liked my nails and would make sure she wasn’t hurting me. She took her time and I love how my nails and the shape came out! Will definitely be back for a fill!

This is my favorite nail place. When my husband I moved to Fayetteville I couldn’t find a good nail salon. I came here and was assisted by Crystal about 2 years ago- and I love her services. Everyone is always nice and Welcoming! I highly recommend Crystal and the other girls :)

I never had my nails done in my life and I was alonebut they made my first time so amazing! I was a walk in and of course I was confused on what I wanted but in the end I felt very comfortable and my nail tech was not too rough. I really love my nails and everyone compliments me on them. Seems like a shady place of business. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist asked if I was new. I said yes so she told me I need to pay $10. I told her I didnt feel comfortable giving my card number over the phone I’m new a do not know her. She said she understood and said maybe the manager would let me make the appointment without the depot. The manager got on the phone and said I would have to pay the $10, and that I could just come and pay with cash since I did not want to give my card number over the phone. I don’t understand why anyone would drive to a salon to pay for an appointment time. If that’s the case I would just drive there to get my nails done!!! The reason people make appointments is to reserve time and not wait. I was disgusted and decided this place will never get my business.To the owner: it is very unprofessional to ask customers for their card number to reserve an appointment. I understand people are no shows but that’s just part of owning a business. This is a nail salon not a 5 star hotel or restaurant!!!!

I have been going here or almost a year now. Nan always does my nails and she is awesome at pedicures. This is a popular place so you definitely need to call to make an appointment. They do a great job and don’t nickel and dime you. You also get a discount when you pay with cash. They have so many pedicure options as well which is nice. They do great at eyebrow waxing or if you need longer lashes they’re certified to do eyelash extensions!!

Love this place! Super clean and friendly staff. They were super knowledgeable about the safely practices and laws they are supposed to adhere to which makes me enjoy it even more because you can tell they take pride in their establishment. The prices and quality were very good. The only thing I didn’t like was that they filed my nails when they were dry. Like they didn’t even soak my hands or anything so I feel like I could’ve done the manicure at home pretty much.They do require a 10$ deposit prior to your first appointment FYI.

Omg so this place was recommended to me by one of my clients and I had the best experience ever. The owners were super friendly and super knowledgeable in their craft(dipped nails is now my favorite thing to get now).My pedicure was love and he took his time. I had an amazing experience here. It was recommended by a friend when I complimented her on her beautiful nails. I made an appointment and am so pleased. I dont allow drills on my nails and the technician did my nails all by hand. Most places wont do that. This is definitely my nail place now.

Went in October. I don’t know if I just had bad luck that day but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I called ahead about when to come for a new set plus pedicure. I came. I was left in the seat soaking for over 45 minutes until I was pruny. I kept being left for other people constantly. Changed 3 techs on me. One lady seems high or something and very inexperienced. My nails have never looked that terrible. Even when I mentioned something she gave excuses. My pedicure, once started, felt great. Confusion on what was included but I said I just want everything you got but I didn’t get everything. I just let it go. However, for charging me $60 for the pedicure alone I could have gotten those items elsewhere for cheaper. Maybe $40 max. I was there about 3 hours. So ridiculous. They were all very nice... but good god what is going on?! Won’t return.

I went yesterday 5/30/18. I got a fill in & a cut down.. its by far the best nail place I have been to down here. They were very nice, spoke to me as soon. As i walked in the door. Called me by my name. Very gentle, both are sweet people. I felt like i was back home getting my nails done. I will be going back for sure & letting all my friends know about this place. AMAZING!!

I spent over 4 hours for a simple pedi and a acrylic mani w/ no gel. It’s been almost a week and my nails are cracking and I come to find out my ring finger nail isn’t even the correct size for my nail! I SPENT over 100 dollars for a unnecessary long experience! Never again!

Was a walk in and got right in, someone cancelled their appt thank you! Decided to go here because of good reviews and it was open. The young ladies were very helpful and friendly! Just want to remind people to be considerate of others. While I was there people walked in or called and the young ladies were booked (it is Memorial weekend for gosh sakes) so they could not accommodate anyone else. They were either treated rudely or hung up on. Shame on you! These ladies do not deserve this kind of treatment. If I lived here I would definitely be going back. Thank you young ladies, keep doing what you are doing!

My pedicure lasted nearly two months without chipping! I went in for pedicures with my mother and sister on Mothers Day we all upgraded to the OPI Infinite Shine and I dont think I will ever used another polish. The pedicures were relaxing and enjoyable. They concentrated on problem areas and really listened to what we wanted. Cant wait to go back and see how they do with a manicure!

Nini and Nan are great!! I have been going to Ninja Nails and Spa over a year now. Its is not only a clean and well maintained nail and spa salon but the customer service products and employees are excellent. I highly recommend them not only for nail services but eye brow waxing and lashes. It is important to make an appointment because they are usually booked.

At first I was really happy with my experience at ninja nails. I went here cause I saw some good reviews, I also saw the bad, but there was more good so I went. I went last Thursday so today is exactly a week. Spent so much money and a couple of my nails are about to come off. I have hair imprints in my nails so it doesnt look smooth. Some of my tips are uneven and you can see my actual nail under it. I am so disappointed because I dont get to get my nails done very often and finding a place around Fayetteville is hard. I well say the women who did my eyebrows did very well no complaints there. Or on my pedicure although all I got was a couple coats of polish. But my manicure I am and havent been very happy with since I got it. Probably wouldnt suggest this place, or go back. Prices are to high for the quality of work. I understand, you get what you pay for but I dont feel I got what I paid for.

Today 11/25/18 was my very first visit to this establishment. I was skeptical about going here for my eyebrows because I’ve been to so many places and they never come out right. I went around noon and was told they were booked by appointments. I asked if I came back closer to closing would it be better for me to be seen and the answer was yes that would be fine. I returned around 5pm for my eyebrow waxing. Nini was so polite and genuine. She asked questions about how I liked to have my eyebrows done to make sure she did what I the customer wanted. Throughout the process she stopped occasionally to have me check her work and make sure I was satisfied. She was pleasant and professional and so sweet. She apologized for not being able to see me earlier and was more than happy to accommodate me this evening. My eyebrows look great and I will be returning in 2 weeks for my next wax. Thank you Nini

I L O V E. this place. I have lived in the area for 10+ years. I’ve bounced around from different nail salons in the area over the years. Hands down the nicest, most accommodating, and skilled salons. They do require an apt most days just because they are that good and their loyal customer keep coming back. My nails never hurt after my appointments and they always look great. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I walked in here a few weeks ago on a whim when my appointment with my regular nail tech didnt work out. Let me tell you its the best thing I did. The staff is very friendly and professional and their work is impeccable. I get gel nails with gel polish, pedicures and most recently eyelash extensions. I had had extensions before and hated them but wanted to try them one more time and NiNi is the one to see! All the girls are great and I would sit in any one of their chairs! I have prebooked my appointments and this is my shop now! Thank you girls for such a great experience!

I have had two separate experiences with Ninja Nails. The first time I visited the nail salon was in Fall 2015 where I received a regular manicure. I made an appointment beforehand, as I read that it could get busy. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and offered a bottle of water. The three stars commensurate the level of customer service - everyone was very nice and communicative throughout the entire process. It also takes into consideration that I am satisfied with my pedicure and eyebrow waxing. The nail color selection is pretty good, although the gel selection is not as extensive. The process was sanitary and pleasant.The lack of stars, however, stems from the longevity of my manicure. Within three days, my nail polish began to chip. Although, I understand that it is a regular manicure, I have never had an experience with such a short-lived nail polish. Now, flash forward to my second experience. I even brought a friend along, as the people who work there were extremely kind and helpful, and this time I would be receiving a pedicure, gel polish and eyebrow waxing. Again, the process was very pleasant without any issues. I will also note that my pedicure looks great even a week later. However, not even five days after my gel polish manicure, I had chips on two nails. Two days later, and the polish on one of my nails has chipped halfway off. For a gel manicure, I expect WAY more especially since I have had experiences with gel manicures lasting over a months time.Overall, I have not had an issue with customer service or the environment of the salon itself. I do not appreciate, however, how short my manicures last and do not think I will be revisiting. I will upload pictures with my Yelp review.

I walked into this salon an hour before closing. This was obviously too late to arrive. After be asked what I needed the nail tech proceeded to inform me that they closed at 6pm and the open sign was turned off. I figured they were still open being that it was 5pm and they closed at 6pm. Nasty attitude!! I will never go here again. A simple sorry we are closed would have sufficed instead of deciding that you didnt want to do what I came in for. Also how about changing your closing time to 5pm instead of 6pm since you wouldnt take care of anyone after 5pm.

Im always nervous about trying new nail places because im very picky but I decided to try this place. I had a great experience getting my deep powder . The nail tech her name was unji ( im not sure I spelled right lol) she gave great advice, suggestions, and was very attentive. Over a week later and Im still getting compliments! This is my new go to place and Ill definitely make an appointment instead of walking in!!!

I came here with my mom about 4 months ago (so sorry for my late review). I honestly thought this would be a red flag, because there was a vapor lounge (or something) near the salon, but luckily it had nothing to do with the quality of the store itself.I got a Mani-Pedi, and my mom chose to just get a pedicure. I work with my hands, so the manicure didnt last long, but it was beautiful nonetheless. As for the pedicures, I took mine off waaaay too soon, however, my Moms lasted quite some time (which let me know that I totally screwed up, removing it and all).The experience was lovely. They did take their time with everything, but I thought that just made it more relaxing. There was also a T.V., so that was nice. Though, they didnt exactly have the most kid/family friendly show on, so if that will be a factor for you, you might have to ask if they can change it to something else. Also, I dont know if it was an option there, but there was no dipping your feet in some hot wax, which I was really hoping they had, since there was one at the last salon we went to. They did put a lotion on my hand and feet when they were done, with a nice little massage to go with it.I would definitely go back here again.B.T.W.- Price wasnt much of an issue since it was a lot cheaper than the place we had in mind prior to hearing about this place.

After searching for a couple of months to find a better place to get my manicures and pedicures (and trying out at least 10 salons), I found Ninja Nails on a recommendation from another gal. Ninja Nails will be my nail home as long as I live in the local area. Nini is phenomenal. She is very meticulous on cuticle care, polishing and the entire process. My gel manicures last longer than they ever have when she does them. Her pedicures are great as well. Ive observed Nan working as her station is next to Ninis and she polished my nails once. She also does a fantastic job. I dont think you can go wrong with either of these ladies. (I dont have any experience with any of the other technicians.) Definitely make an appointment because this place is BUSY and Ive witnessed many people get turned away because they are booked up for the entire day.

Disappointed with eyelash extensions.. Every time I get my nails done in town, I call Ninja Nails for their attention to detail, quality work. I figured Ill trust them with eyelashes as well. The picture was taken about an hour after my appointment. Not the best angle but you can see on the far left the lashes were applied too far from my eyelash line, creating a 1-week old lashes... This morning I decided to leave a review because some of these 1-day old lashes are already crossing over. As far as Ive seen on their Instagram, they do a great job with lash extensions, but for me, their work was definitely not worth $108 plus tips.

Crystal was my nail technician. She took her time, and was mindful enough, to ask if she was hurting me during my manicure (I never felt anything). She informed me of how I could care for my natural nails, and when she said it would not take long, she spoke the truth. I will return.

This place does good quality work. If you can get in, the experience is great. The downfall is that they only have 4 nail techs that work certain hours so they mostly take appointments, walk-ins are impossible. Appointments often run over causing a domino effect for everybody else for the day.

Went in on a walk-in to get my fingernails fixed after Jumpmaster School. Anyone who has been to the course can tell you 2 weeks of JMPI tears up your cuticles and makes it looks like youve been digging holes with your bare hands. Ni Ni did a great job of getting me cleaned up.

If I could rate it 10 stars, I would! I just moved to the area of Fort Bragg and I was looking around for a nail salon, and stumbled across this one on Google and Yelp. Im glad I came here, because the nail technicians and staff take their job seriously, time-wise, design-wise, customer service-wise, you name it! I was attended by Krystel, who did my pedicure and gel manicure, as well as Kristin ( sorry if I spelled her name wrong!), who painted some detailed flowers on my nails.I like how I came in with an idea about what I wanted my nails to look like, and I came out looking almost exactly like the Pinterest post I had shown them.I am DEFINITELY coming back here again!

I went in to get a Pedi. Im scrolling through my phone as a girl uses a pumice stone on the side of my heel. After a little bit, I feel intense pain. I look and my food is bleeding, wound is about the size of a nickle. The girl leaves me to go talk to another woman whom I assume is either her boss or the owner. The woman comes over and tries to tell me how its MY fault for having athletes foot. I know my feet, I did NOT have athletes foot on the side of my heal. I had 2 small spots of it, 1 in the middle on the side and the other was in between 2 toes. The girl even said that she thought there was callus there. The girl was freaking out and upset, saying she never hurt anymore before. I dont think shes experienced enough or properly trained. I gave the girl $10 to make her feel better because she was in slight hysterics over it. The boss/owner woman gave me a whole $2 off $40. Im sorry, but when you hurt someone, causing them to bleed...you DO NOT charge them. Especially when that someone could sue you for causing harm. I will never go back there. My friends are appalled that they hurt me, blamed me for it, and still charged me...so they vowed never to go there either.

I got a pedicure and my toe got infected and the owner was being very disrespectful I do not recommend to anybody when I told her my situation she said she did not care and told me to do whatever I want

I felt very pampered on my visit & on a Sunday. They were very considerant of those that had appointments and didnt try to over book. Some other reviews stated that the staff if slow....id rather say that they took their time & did the job right. I didnt give them 5 stars because the nail tech did get on the phone several times while she worked on my nails and I feel that if im paying for a service i want your full attention on me not whomever was on the phone. I also like how when they did something wrong on my nails they changed it if I didnt like it & I didnt feel like the got any attitude about changing it. I will go back again. Thanks nail ninjas!

Rude. I went in to get dipping polish which I asked the light skinned lady if you did. She grabbed my hand and said I had on an acrylic set which I stated I did not. She then states that I absolutely did have on acrylic nails. I thanked her for her time and went to another salon to get my dipped set.

This is the first time I come to this nail shop.All the guys there are very friendly.When I came into the nail shop, they give me a bottle of ice water and kindly asked me what service I want. All of them use the bag packaged tools, looked very clean.I did the pedi and full set, they are very professional and did a very good job.I think this is the best nail shop in Fayetteville and I will do my nails permanently here.

Pros: very kind staffCons: my nail tech, Sharry, was extremely careless when she did my nails. She made little to no effort to shape my nails and TORE UP my cuticles with the electric buffer, even when I jerked, jumped, and said oh my god! She didnt say a word to me and never apologized once. When my hands were done, I had 10, crooked, different shaped nails with polish everywhere. She didnt sit my hand on a towel at any point and I ended up with glue and acrylic all over and under my nails. I really feel that I shouldnt have paid for the service. Im not sure that I would ever go back. Maybe if I could get someone different to do my nails but I dont know.

Nini & Nan are the best. They treat you like family. Appointments ensure their undivided attention for only you. The services are reasonably priced. Mani, Pedi, eyebrows and eyelashes. Massage in the chairs is invigorating and relaxing at the same time while you get your feet pampered with several types of pedis to choose from. Jelly, chocolate, tropical are a few of my favorites. Water is handed to you before you sit down. I cant say enough about Ninja Nails on Riley Road. Oh yes...Ckean. Clean. Clean.

Spent 53$ on a fill-in, which is a couple dollars more than what I normally spend.I paid for 1 broke nail I broken myself. Then the tech took off the other 2 due to a slight slit in the sides (not broken) so in all I paid for 3 broke nails & a fill-inThough pricey i do enjoy having a nice looking set of figures. Well ONLY 4 days after my fill-in 1 of my nails POPPED OFF! Not broke off but popped off like a press on. I went back to the shop to get it repaired, while there I also got a pedicure & was told I didnt get charged for the popped off repair ( I mean I wasnt expecting too, being that I just paid for it to get done). The repair is slight off from the rest of the nails & the basic pedicure with adding wax only lasted 1 week before my big toe began to chip.Well now 2 weeks later, another nail has popped off. Its just like press ons no crack, no slit, just poor quality. I usually go up to 4 weeks getting fill ins with the liquid gel, but now it seems as though I wasted my money here bc I have no other choice but to once again get another nail fixed.The owner did tell me she had another girl have the same issue with the popping off nails & it was due to her light she used. Well if she now knows that her equipment wasnt fuctioning properly she should have offered to redo them with the proper light.Well Ill call in the morning to see what she wants to do. Of course as other reviews say, u must make an appointment, if u dont want to sit around waiting. Ill keep in touch with updates!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! NAILS WERE DONE, 1 POPPED OFF 2 DAYS AFTER. INSTEAD OF BREAKING, THE NAIL ACTUALLY POPPED OFF AS IF THEY WERE PRESS ON NAILS. SCHEDULE APPT AND RECIEVED A TEXT FOR CONFORMATION STILL WAS NOT SEEN AT MY SCHEDULE TIME. THERE WERE 2 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME AND THE SHORT ASAIN LADIE WHO HAS A SHORT CUT KEPT APOLOGIZING BECAUSE SHE MESSED THE SCHEDULE UP. NENE IS GOOD BUT THE OTHER ASAIN GIRL DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING!!!!!UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

This was my second time coming for service at this salon. My first experience was awesome, I was very satisfied and felt I had my permanent nail.spot here in Fayetteville after going to different places for over a year. THIS TIME ...I was so disappointed. I got a mani, pedi and eyebrow wax yesterday 12/18/15. I didnt get the name of the young lady who did my pedi, she wore glasses. During the pedi she didnt clip my toenails, and while doing my cuticles she was very soft with the tools and I didnt feel her clipping my cuticles and she didnt clip the skin around my toenails. I asked if she would clip them and she clipped 3 toenails. My polish is not smooth and when polishing,it was all over my toes. The guy in the shop had to do a few of my toes over but polish was still on my skin. My mani was the same. My cuticles were barely cut and the skin around my nails werent cut either. I received the gel polish and today they look like I got them done 3 days ago because of how far the polish is from my cuticles. When I was getting my eyebrows waxed, by a different lady, she asked how was my pedi experience and I told her I wasnt satisfied and before I left I had to ask if they could remove the polish from the skin of my toes. Im disappointed and dont know if I will return and if I do I would like someone experienced and known to do a good job there. I feel like I wasted my money because honestly I do a better job at polishing my toes then this young lady did. So disappointed...
