The services that I received included Microderm Abrasion, A Manicure, Pedicure, My Moscato was chilled. This is a clean, welcoming environment with a great staff and great conversation.I’ve enjoyed this place a few times.

I’m new in town & tried HNS for the first time. I had the pleasure of working with Lisa she did an amazing job on my nails, was super friendly, & fast. I’ll definitely be going back.

I’ve gone to this place ( times the first time was great, absolutely love my nails. The second time I wasn’t satisfied. The acrylic and nail polish was all over my nail bed and on the side of my fingers. The third time I was my nail were perfect again. The last two times was absolutely horrible. The three times I went and they were horrible it was done by the same person. She has poor customer service skills, she puts the acrylic and polish on way too think, she’s always on her phone, she never listens and cuts you off when your explaining your nail desires. I believe if you don’t set up an appointment they make her do the nails. I will not be going back, it was terrible terrible service.

This is my go-to nail salon, despite having 5 others closer to my house. The salon is very clean and the staff are all very friendly, professional and welcoming. They worked magic and made my nails looking cute once again! So quick and professional. I recommend going to Heaven Nails & Spa if you want cute nail designs.

They have friendly staff. They are always trying to please you. They were so gentle and patient with her, I really appreciate the time they spent on her. I always bop around from nail shop to nail shop, never really satisfied. This is definitely going to be my new place!

I came in on a Saturday morning to get a manicure and gel. The wait was fine I knew it was going to be awhile thats not what bothered me. My issue is that when it was my turn the nail tech called me over. Told me I didnt need a manicure, then put on normal polish. When I got to my car I noticed 3 of my nails had bubbles, not doing my nails very often I just thought it would go down or something. Not even a week week later the edges of my nails was peeling off and still wet underneath. Over all it was a horrible experience

NO NAIL DRYER! Did not tell me there was no nail dryer until after my nails were painted. My nails are crooked and they charge me $45 for this. When I came back after my nails smudged 1 minutes after walking out they refused to fix it and told me I had to wait for 3 customers to finish firstAfterI had already spent the last HOUR AND HALF sitting with my hands under a singular fan due to them having no nail dryer like every other nail salon.This nail salon is extremely rude and unprofessional. Never have I ever received such poor service in my life.

This place was absolutely amazing. I have always wanted to give them a try but they were always busy but now I realize... they have very good reasoning to be. The workers were professional and graceful, they were so kind to me and my husband. The services were priced well and I am in love with my nails. My husband who I had to beg to get a pedicure done said he will be back here to do it again. Lastly, this place is the cleanest I have ever been to. Would highly recommend!!!

I went in for a fill and got the worst fill and paint job. My nails have dips and ridges on them, its been less than 24 hours and my polish is peeling off in chunks. Ive had issues with this place before but thought I would give it 1 more chance. Will go to another salon to have my nails repaired. And wont be using this place again.

Eyelashes are natural looking and last an extremely long time; the female who does them is so sweet and polite!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! THE OWNER LISA IS VERY RUDE SHE WILL GIVE YOU A COMPLETE STANK ATTITUDE AND OVER CHARGES. HER PRICES DO NOT MATCH THE WEBSITE SHE GOT OVER ON ME BY $15. While I was getting my nails done another customer was wanting to see the prices as well and it didn’t add up.! Very mean hateful poor service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOUR COINS TIME AND NAILS MATTER!!

I had a great experience here. We will definitely be back. My 3 daughters and myself came in with multiple services needed. They did an amazing job getting us all taken care of and our nails were all amazing. I def suggest you make an appointment like I did but they do take walk ins. There is just a little wait.

The atmosphere and the people who work here are both amazing. The couple times I’ve been here I just showed a picture of the design I wanted for my nails and my nail tech literally said copy and paste. She does an amazing job! The only negative thing I can say about this place is that it is way too overpriced I payed $75 for a full set a minor design and the second time came in for a fill with a minor design that’s easy to do and paid $65.

I’ve been going to Lisa for years and Followed her here. She always has a great job on my nails and design. Very honest and gives me her opinion on what I want. I get a lot of compliments on my nail designs. Angel is my favorite for pedicures.

I have been coming here for over a year now but the last 2 times sealed the deal and I will not go back if you paid me. All I get is a pedicure and both times they dug at an imaginary hang nail that I told them not to do…I didn’t have a hangnail by the way so I was in severe pain causing me to have anxiety plus my nails are crooked and I paid $90

This salon is extremely horrible. Came here with my wife for pedicures. We were told that the only option for a pedicure was a 55 deluxe one. This was a lie as I was later told by my friend that they DO offer a basic pedicure and lied to get us to spend more money.This service was very poor and the salon does not have a nail dryer which I believe is scheme to get people to upgrade to the over priced gel nail polish. That in itself is very greed combined with the lying makes this shop not only dishonest but selfish. To take peoples hard earned money, given rude disgusting service and then have the nerve to lie. I am truly horrified at this business will never ever return.Please run away!

Service was subpar for the price. Employee who didn’t polish, the polish was already even though I asked you to redo it while I was there. Only one coat. Rush job. Waste of money.

Cut my finger with nail drill and still had the nerve to overprice me everytime you go price is different they are money hungry and not very knowledgeable on how to shape nails.... Lady greeting customers is rude and should come up with a different choice of words when greeting people we are not her kids!!

1st my appointment was at 6 didnt start on my fill in til almost 7... then when I finally sit for my fill in the guy doesnt even do it correctly he literally just took my clear coat off and started adding acrylic no filling down nothing...he literally did my fill in 13 minutes... I tried to speak to him on it and told me to calm down.. mind you this was Thursday yesterday Saturday my nails started lifting about to fall off... overcharged me for literally nothing I will not be back not even to attempt to get my issue fixed ill take the loss and go elsewhere. I hope this helps anyone else...

I got my nails done on February 12 and three of my nails have split across the middle I have never experienced this they are different in thickness and shape the lady who did my nails didn’t give me what I asked for I was so over it that I just left. I work from home there’s no heavy lifting or anything in my day to day so I don’t understand why 3 nails are splitting from left to right when it’s only been a little over a week so upset.

I love this place especially Lisa highly recommend going here.

Kiwi did my pedicure and he was awesome he did such a great job! My nail tech was Lisa she was so sweet and very personable. She did an awesome job on my nails I love them! I also got my eyebrows done and the lady did a FANTASTIC job on them. This was my 1st visit but it definitely wont be my last. Ive found my new nail shop! 🥰💜

EDIT: Went back because I missed them lol...told the tech from the beginning to be careful with my cuticles. I havent had an issue since.....I really like this salons atmosphere and the attitude of the staff. However, 3 different nail techs have nicked my cuticles on my hands and toes and 3 different occasions. Right now I just had a gel pedicure and my one toe is so swollen and painful due to a nicked cuticle.

This was my first time there and I really like my results for me and seven year old daughter

This place is so over priced with poor quality DONT waste your time or money going here they make up prices as they go along got a fill in on med length nails they charged me $65 no broken nails I went 2 weeks prior and they charged me $40 for the exact same style nothing different my nails didn’t even last a full 2 weeks

This place is a gem in Fayetteville, everyone here is very friendly and will make sure you are satisfied with your nails. I’ve been coming here since June and leave happy every time. Lisa is amazing, she knows how to put my ideas into life and my nails are always beautiful.

I called Heaven Nails & Spa at 6:15pm to ask how long they would be open because I was just getting off of work. The lady who answered the phone was nice and told me to come on down. The nail salon is beautiful and very clean. All of the employees were extreme nice during my time at the salon. I received a Honey and Milk Pedi with a fill-in and gel nail polish on my nails. My feet fill amazing and my nails are awesome. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending this place to my family/friends.

Went in to get my nails done and the nail technician was asking my mom to get her toes done and she said she didn’t want to do them so she took it out on me and ripped all my nails off was not gentle at all did not suggest soaking or just a rebase left 2 of my fingers bleeding badly I am missing skin I do not suggest this place

She loves her yellow gel nails with glitter ✨ we decided to have a girls day and we’re treated so well she was spoiled with cookies and pretzels too! I love my nails! I got my pedicure done here. It was so terrible, I just wanted to leave. My toe nails were poorly shaped and looked worse then when I origin came in. I was supposed to get a full set but it was so terrible I just wanted to leave.

Extremely clean, everyone is genuinely nice and focused on their customers. Amy has been doing my Manicure and Pedicure for 3 years. She’s the only Nail Tech I trust for my services. I’d give more than 5 stars if it allowed.

Had an appointment for a filling and my daughter had gotten a full set this past monday 7/6/2020.. 7/7/2020 the gel polish on both our nails started chipping.. The next day acrylic lifting from the back but being that i work six days a week i had no time to go to the shop and fix the issue. For a 55 dollar filling and a 48 dollar full set this should not be happening plus we tipped we are extremely unhappy and will not be back or recommend.

I love Heaven Nails! I have lived in Fayetteville for two years and have tried numerous nail shops but none of them top Heaven Nails & Spa. I get acrylic dip, gel pedicure and I also get microdermabrasion done there. All of the services I receive from them are excellent. I’ve been home for an hour and can still feel the tingle from my basic gel pedi. The staff is very friendly. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks. The facility looks, feels and smells clean. They have a loyalty program to earn points for free goodies and discounts on services. I could go on and on but to experience it is better. This is hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to. I would recommend them 1000 times over.

I went there to get a full set and I even showed them a picture of what I wanted. My nails were supposed to be coffin shaped but they were all different shapes and sizes, the lady even cut down so far my real nail was showing on the side. She painted my nails one color like 3 coats then said it was ugly so she got another color and painted over that. Overall the worst experience and a waste of money. I had to pay to get them fixed at another place.
