Nate is amazing. He has been doing my nails for over a year now. I am highly satisfied with the salon. I would recommend it to anyone. If you’re like me and like to have a guy do your nails, Nate is where it is at. He is an owner and a nail technician there.

Got a fill and cat eye. Was in and out in about an hour. Staff was very accommodating and for those who feel its necessary they do ALL wear a mask!

I went in for a polish change on my toes and a soak off. The lady started off great but by the end she rushed. I had clear polish everywhere on my toes. When it came to my fingernails I still had nails on. She threw clear polish on top and once it dried you can tell she did not get all the nail off. I ended up doing what I shouldve did from the beginning and did it myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO!!! I have pictures up close to prove the slack work that I overpaid for. Ive added more photos

I used to love it here but since covid things have changed. no one wears masks and one of the nail techs cough without covering his mouth. also the person who does eyebrows double dips the stick in the wax and doesn’t wash her hands before touching your face. she was doing nails and took me to the back to do my eyebrows and didn’t change her gloves or wash her hands.

Best nail shop in the city! 💯 As a military personal, our feet be getting heavily damaged on the regular! 😂 This is definitely the best place to take care of that so we can be in our best shape to protect and serve! 💪🏻😤

If I could leave no stars I would. I went for a simple nail repair and after waiting for 10 minutes, the man came and asked me what service I needed. I told him a nail repair and he refused service. Out of all my years I have never been refused service. If they can’t do something as simple as a nail repair, they shouldn’t be open for business. Please do not waste your time.

Went to get a pedicure and I just wanted the basic 28 dollar pedi......Tell me why they charged me 45 dollars? So you mean to tell me they charge 17 dollars for gel nail polish? Ridiculous. I will never go back to this place.

The guy stole tip money that he didnt deserve. 15.00. He did a poor job on my pedicure. Very lazy and messy. Would not reccomend! They should be shut down! My feet was not scrubbed properly and French tip wasnt well. Trust me this place is awful!

Took my daughter in for the first time to have her nails done. She has small hands and it took half the time to do her nails than my own. They charged $45 for her little hands - I was shocked 😯All she received was gel polish. 😐Is this a normal price?????

I got a pedicure today. The COVID safety procedure they had was great. However, it wasn’t practiced correctly. The dude who did my pedicure was coughing (with the mask on), but did not cover his face or mouth. Out of respect, still cover your mouth, as you would do without the mask. I wasn’t too happy with that. Besides, a black woman came in there with her well mannered kids and they refused to give her service because she didn’t have someone to “watch them”. I won’t be back. Great procedures, but horrible service.

When I first came in I was told the wait would only be a few minutes, 30 minutes later I was seated and I showed my nail tech exactly what I wanted, the nails were okay but nothing like I wanted. I did not have to to stay and get them fixed nor time to complain because I have to go to work. Half the time the nail tech wasn’t even paying attention. Would not recommend at all for nails.

This was my first nail spot since moving back in town.,(in July... needless to say I was nervous since having previous bad experiences) I had Nate doing my nails. He was kind and considerate, gave options and suggestions that would work best for the designs I wanted... My nails turned out perfect 😍 (going to try to post a picture too)

This nail salon is very beautiful and peaceful. The nail techs are very professional and very pleasant. There is less than 15 to 20 minute wait time in the lobby. Also, there is so many nail colors to pick from. The prices here are very reasonable and affordable. Great service every time!!

Came here the other day to get a fill in and my eyebrows waxed. staff was polite but i told my nail tech twice that i wanted the coffin shape she didnt do it,polish was super thick. and the girl who did my brows did a great job but i had to keep telling her to wipe the remaining wax off my brows.

I will not be coming back to this place. I got a pedicure and it feels as if I need to go home and scrub my own feet. Waste of money. So disappointed

Go to Candle Nail Bar! This place is the worst.I came in to get a dip many and a standard pedi. The tech tried to give me half a pedicure as if I would not notice. They do not listen! I asked for a manicure too. I never got it. I came in with 3/4 inch length natural dip and left starting all over growing out my nails. The owners did not even try to rectify the problem but wanted a full payment. Lesson learned Candle is the Gold standard of nail care in Fayetteville. I will definitely set my next appointment at Candle.n

I have been going to this place for less than 6 months. Two nail techs on different occasions cut my finger with their sander. Last time I went, on 9/1, o asked the nail tech to not cut my finger again. Tech was a smarty pants! That was my last trip.

So I went to Katie Nails to get my nails done and the guy that did my nails couldnt even do a design. The lady had to come do it. Then a couple of days after, my nail got infected. Pus was coming all out of my nail it was swollen it was red couldnt hardly move it was painful I had to take my whole entire nail off needless to say I will never ever go to Katie nails again. My nails arent even a week old. 😡😡😡

I got my nails done two months ago and there is FUNGUS where the acrilic nail was. Not to mention they did nothing for my cuticles. This was their second chance with me and I hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully they see this and learn.

Katie Nails is a very good salon to get your nails and pedicure done in a professional setting. It is beautiful inside and relaxing watching the T.V. while getting your manicure.

I went into this facility this morning around 10 a.m. I did not get out until 1:45. I simply wanted my toes painted and requested a dip manicure for my fingernails. I was told that I should not do the dip and to go with what the professional recommended. Not only did the man go outside intermittently to smoke while performing the services, he did not do at all what I requested. I am extremely disappointed with this companys lack of customer service as well as displeased with their incompetence to do a thorough job. Its the older gentleman who is not an asset to this company. I recommend steering clear of this man if you do go there. The only positive thing I have to say about this establishment is that it is clean and a nice environment.

Went for gel polish, the lady got it all over. Left clumpy edges and polish all over the skin. Wont go back could have done better myself.

They did a terrible job on my nails. I had the powder dip applied to my nails. The dip was way to thick (after I requested it to be thin) and was uneven. Due to being sick and traveling I was not able to get them re-done right away. Two weeks later I went to another nail salon to have the dip removed and re-done. When the nail technician removed the polish I had nail fungus on three nails! I have been getting my nails done for years and never had this problem!!!

The staff uses REAL ALOE PLANTS applied to your legs and feet. Cooling, soothing, and healing, especially on a hot day. Top it off with a complimentary chilled glass of Moscato and youre in HEAVEN.

I am a college student 3 hours away from home and I am thankful to have found them. Everyone cannot do my eyebrows because theyre sort of awkward but tgey slay them everytime!!!! They also do wonderful jobs when it comes to pedicures and me getting a fill-in. Highly recommend them to everyone.

I was visiting family in Hope Mills from VA and needed nails done. Tea did my nails and they are absolutely the best they have ever looked. I wish I could make this my nail salon but unfortunately it is 6 hours away from home. LOL. I am extremely picky about my nails and pedicures and didnt have to say one word. My nails are perfect. I HIGHLY recommend this salon. Everyone is very nice here and they made me feel welcome.

Great job in my nails. Perfect in fact. However, I felt totally uncomfortable. I tried to talk with them a few times but was ignored. It was one of those places where you feel like they are doing YOU a favor, not like ur paying for a service. And I am completely ok when people talk amongst themselves in their own language but the fact that they simply ignored my attempt at small talk made it even more uncomfortable. When you are in a service business you have to be able to be friendly at least and I got none of that here. Sad because they do an excellent job...

Went with my daughter. I asked for a pedi and full set of nails. My daughter wanted a pedi. Once I turned down. More expensive services. I was not treated so well. I was charged an extra $5 to cut my toenails. NO, they werent long. Ive never been charged extra to cut toenails. I thought that was part of a pedicure. The man in charge did my nails. While applying my nails. He propt up his cell phone to watch a show in Vietnamese. He WATCHED Television, while WORKING on my hands. I was. Charged $86. For 2 pedicures and a set of white tip nails. I hand the woman $100. And waited for my change. She closed the money drawer and sat down....I had to say, Excuse me, my Change? She handed me $10 and sat back down. Again I said, Excuse me, my change is $14.Yes, I do believe in tipping. But I think it is my decision. How much and who. They shouldnt ASSUME! Wont be going back...

I arrive at 4:30 my feet soaked in the water until 4:50 my complete pedicure was done by about 5:05 polish and everything. The lady that did my pedicure did not care she rushed, she was rough monuvering my legs, she half assed everything.. I went here twice and both times were bad experiences.. went back after the first time hoping maybe it was a fluke, an off day, something.. but no. The first time, my toenails were painted horribly.. all around the edges of my nails on the skin. My acrylics were crooked. I went back to have them filled and waited over an hour as people who showed up after me were continuously called back for pedicures but supposedly they only had one person who knew how to do fills. This kid not only was rude, seemed rushed and annoyed.. he wouldnt do what I asked to be done to my nails, was very pushy, sloppy, distracted.. I had white tips and asked him to paint what had grown out and he refused! So my fresh fill looks old because the white tips are grown past my natural white. The thumb was chipped and he filled it in with clear acrylic and refused to paint it white so the tip is like part clear part white.. my nails would look better with a $6 home kit from the drugstore. I dont understand why I had to pay for a service that I was refused. Very unprofessional!!!
