This place is amazing!! Kim and her husband are so sweet and caring, and the place is very clean. They get you on time and if they are running behind they will let you know. I will definitely be coming back!!

Make an appointment! Otherwise its a little awkward... Ive been twice here and both times my nails were GREAT, but the first time I was a walk-in. They didnt treat me bad but I did feel slightly uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer to another salon for a long time and when they gave sloppy service multiple times in a row, I called Kimmys. I will be sticking to Kimmys even though they are a little bit more expensive than other places. Service was efficient between the small staff and I believe the COVID19 precautions are okay. They do hair, makeup, waxing, and nails!

I recommend Kimmy Nail Salon to those that want professional and friendly service that doesnt feel rushed. You can drop in, but if you make an appointment you do not have to wait. I got dip nails and a pedicure that turned out beautiful.

Kimmy and Adrian gave us excellent pedicures and great conversation. Cant wait to go back. Shane enjoyed the atmosphere and said it was awesome.

I love this place!! I have tried numerous nail salons around Fayetteville and I have finally found my go to place. They all speak English which is a plus because you can easily communicate what you want. Itzel did my nails and did exactly what I asked for! I got dip which is $45 and since I am a student I got an additional $5 off. I will definitely be back Itzel!!

Randy was the person who d LLPid my nails today. He was very kind and helped me choose what to get. He was both polite to me as well as other customers. He was able to answer all of my questions and was fast and efficient. I will be returning to this place in the future for every nail appointment, as well as recommending my friends and family.

Beautiful nails! I get gel polish on my toes because it lasts so long and looks great. The young ladies in the salon are really good at what they do. Kimmys husband is really great too...he even glued one of my nails that I was losing because of my new hiking shoes. These guys are really the best salon Ive found. My daughters and I love to get our nails done here.

This was the worst experience of my life.I have been to a lot of nail salons in the Northwest Arkansas area. The gentleman that did my nails was unfriendly very rough while doing my nails he was rude and Harrying me .and There was only One other person in the salon other than me. I almost left without getting my nails painted.. this is my first time .ever to respond and it has to be negative . . But this was the worst experience of my life!

My daughter and I went in for pedicures, yesterday. It was our first visit. Ive been looking for a new place for ages. Brittany did my daughter, and Cat did me. It was fantastic! The service and friendliness was the best Ive had anywhere. Well definitely be back! Cat will sass you. And side eye. Youd better be up to the challenge. I walked in to get a pedicure on my due date and was treated AMAZING! Exactly the kind of pampering I needed at week 40. My biggest issue with pedicures is that they usually feel rushed... Not here! She took the time, paid close attention to detail and it meant the world to me! The had me feeling so relaxed when I left. HIGHLY recommend.

Best place to get your nails done in NWA in my opinion! My grandma used to insist that Kimmy was the only one that could cut her toenails just right. It had been a few years since we had been in the salon and when I walked in Kimmy remembered me and asked about my grandma. It meant a lot to me. They always provide great customer service. I absolutely love Kat and Itzel they’re hilarious and do a great job! Kat did my powder dip manicure throughout my pregnancy and gave me a great pedicure the week before I had my son. They’re always pretty busy (because they’re the best) so call ahead for an appointment.

Today was my first visit, and I will never go any where else ever again. Kimmy is absolutely AMAZING, and everyone there was so sweet. The place I had been going to told me I have a few nails that were crooked, I just took their word for it. Today Kimmy informed me... that they are not crooked, but have been filed wrong. Even though she was not able to 100% correct what the other place did to my nails. She did her best and they look so much better. I thought I would just always be cursed with wonking looking nails. She said to get them looking perfectly straight again will just take a little time allowing my nails to grow out. I really wish I would have taken a before and after picture, because the difference already is night and day.
