What a scam this business. I took them my chainsaw a few weeks ago to repair. The first time I used it the pull cord broke. I took it back to them to fix and they said it would be $260 to fix. I never used it after the first time the fixed it. Then when I decided to not have it fixed they charged me $40 to diagnose it.I took it some place was and got it fixed for $20This place is an absolute scam. I was in the market for a $6,000 riding mower but I will not be going to this business. Stay away from them
Ive brought a walk behind and a blower. Very impressed by the professional and the personal attention they gave me. They ask me what I needed and showed me that. I wasnt pressured to buy but I did. I recommend if you need lawn care equipment, parts or repairs go there.
This locally owned shop is awesome . They will provide you with good feedback on your questions, try and steer you in the right direction and have been around for years now .I just purchased my first zero turn from then and the owner took time with me to go over maintenance requirements, timelines, and how to run it .Thank you

If your looking for quality service, professionalism and good communication, Diamond is not the place to go. I have bought both Stihl and Husqvarna supplies for mower, string trimmer, hedger, and chainsaw and find the people at Diamond to be both rude and unprofessional. I most recently asked for spark plugs and air filters for a Stihl FS110R string trimmer and a Stihl HS80 hedger. When I got home I found the spark plug for the HS80 hedger to be totally the wrong size. No apology, not even an Im sorry. I thought after having to drive 40 miles and 2 hours round trip back to the store that they might even offer me the right spark plug at no cost - guess again. They dont know what they are doing and I have no doubt that if they continue treating people the way they do that they wont be in business long. Im surprised Husqvarna and Stihl allow them to be their distributers. If you want real service, I recommend you go to Raeford hardware (129 N Main St, Raeford, NC) instead.
Recently purchased a new spartan mower from them, they were very knowledgeable and went over every aspect of the mower and made sure I was comfortable with the mower before I left!! There was a technical issue with the paper work that caused me to have to wait for several hrs, however every member of there staff apologized and offered food n drinks for the delay!! The staff are very professional and friendly and I will continue to drive over hour just for there knowledge and awesome customer service!!

They were able to take my mower in immediately, but took over 3 weeks to do a simple repair. Their communication was very poor. They told me they would call me on several occasions to let me know the status of my mower and they never did. I had to stop by the store to check on the status. The first time I went in, they had diagnosed the problem but forgot to order parts.

I purchased a Husqvarna weed trimmer off Amazon which came from the factory with an incorrect carb adjustment. It would not idle without stalling. So I took it to this store because it was the closest Husqvarna warrantee service center.These guys tried to pull a fast one by charging Husqvarna warrantee services and then double charging me $67 by claiming I put bad gas in it. So they had to drain the bad gas which was not covered under warranty. (Oh, they also adjusted the carb) After I refused to pay they let me take it any way. I went home and put the same bad gas in it and it ran fine. Nice try SCAMMERS!!!! I would never take my business here or buy another Husqvarna product!

I would have given a zero if I could have. But I dont recommend this company for any services. We have had to repeatedly take our mower back for the same issues more than 3 times. On top of that they are very slow about getting your equipment back to you & over charges. Besides that my husband went in to pay for services with a credit card and these poorly unprofessional employees & owners kept swiping my credit card to overcharge us over $600. After making this mistake, it took over 3 weeks to get our money back. (Due to owners being so incompetent of bank procedures) So please if you do go here which I highly recommend you DO NOT PLEASE PAY CASH!!! The WORST lawn service company in town! 👎👎👎

We went to two other Fayetteville stores to find a particular model Stihl chainsaw. The other stores had no customers and did not even say hello. They had the saw but evidently did not want to sell us one. Diamond was busy, but Michelle greeted us quickly. She was knowledgeable, and we are highly satisfied with our purchase. This place knows how to run a business.
The woman on the phone couldnt understand anything I was saying. She was overwhelmed by words apparently. I speak and enunciate clearly so Im not sure what was wrong. However, after the second explanation of my needs, she said ok and left me on hold for five minutes to see if they had the deck belt I needed for my mower. Upon return she asked, what size blades do you need again? I told her once more I needed a deck belt, 109cm by 1/2 inch. Once again I was on hold. She returned and said they dont have Cub Cadet parts. Which, doesnt mean they dont have my part, I just needed a specific length and width for a belt, not a brand belt. But I was defeated. I just purchased one on Amazon.
This is my Go to place for all of my tree care equipment purchased and repair, well except for my Stihl power pruner. That was an emergency. Outstanding knowledgeable and friendly staff, I highly recommend Diamond!
I’ve known Larry and Miss. Michelle for over a year and the amount of knowledge that i have gained in that time span it’s invaluable. A few of the qualities that sets them head and shoulders above the rest is the amount of time they invest in the customer to assure that you purchase the gear that you “need”and not what might think you need; i attempted to purchase a lesser mower more than once due to budget constraints and was told in what could be called a very loving way “ that’s what you want not what you need” they could’ve easily taken my money and then do it again when i found out the hard way that i bought a piece of equipment that didn’t meet my needs. i did buy what i needed yesterday 04/18/19 and found out ( as i was advised ) that i did not need the lesser mower. The willingness to teach you how to do maintenance that they could otherwise charge you for; who does that? The attention to the customer, even though they are a small shop, they will spend whatever time it’s necessary with each and every customer, when they are with you, they are with you and in a manner of speech, “nobody else exists”. They do not rush through in order to get to the next customer and make the next dollar, in my experience it is not about the next dollar but about unrivaled service. If you look closely everyone gets the same treatment, from the big guy with a fleet to the solo operator with one mower. Although theres a shop five minutes from my house, i drive the twenty minutes in the other direction with a smile, whether you are driving fifteen minutes or two hours out of your way, please do yourself a favor and come experience the best. i promise you, once you come through those doors, you’ll never visit another shop. i’ll just stop right here otherwise i could write on for the rest of the day.For got to mention one key thing and had to come back to edit; i told you i could write all day. Their maintenance department it’s hands down the best on the business and that statement it’s unassailable! They’ll do it fast, they’ll do it correctly and efficiently; your equipment will not sit there for weeks on end unlike other local providers to then find out you got a bandaid and not an actual repair.

The ladys in here are clueless what there doing!! They ordered bolts for our lawn mower told us they would be there in 2-3 days. Its been a week and half no call. So we decided to call she puts us on hold for 30 mins. We are on our way up there by then we get there she wasnt even looking for our order. Then we tell her who we are and she looked threw two papers said she dont know what that part even is then she said it was never ordered. Its irresponsible and not professional to never order someones parts and then tell them they will be here soon. We called the other day she tells us its on its way there what a bunch of liers also it was the manager very sad!!

They didnt even try to fix my weeder. I dropped it off april 16 and called may 16th after hearing nothing. When i called she said she would call back in an hour. No problem, except she didnt. I called back 2 hours later, she found my work order and said the mechanic was just getting to it but was on lunch and to csll back after lunch for a diagnosis. I called back after lunch and they said there were a few items ahead of mine, so they lied about it being on the desk. The next day they said it was my drift shaft, i asked if there was something that may have caused the shaft the break and they didnt knkw they would check and call me back. I called them back the next day and they said they were ordering the parts and fixing it it would be done end of the week. I stopped calling to see how long it would take them to call me with updates. that was 3.5 weeks ago. I just went in and picked up a completely unusable weeder.
