They look professional. They tried to change my tires for ones in worse shape than my old ones. Careful.

Got my rear brakes, master cylinder and alignment done. Not only did they only put 4 lug nuts back on both of my rear tires instead of the required 5, 2 of them were not even the same lugs as the ones the tires use. The rear drivers side brake caliper was only held on by one loose bolt and the other one was just completely missing, and the brake parts used are random low quality parts instead of Hondas required oem. For the price I paid (1100$) I was at least expecting some form of professionalism but this place is a complete rip off, but I guess thats what I get for not going to a real mechanic shop...spend a little extra and go somwhere else

$300I Paid $300 & got 4 used tires & theyre pretty decent!They even gave me an alignment for free plus a diagnosis.My ball joints are bad on my right front side & they need to be replaced, thats something that I already knew but usually would have cost me a $140 or $120 just to get it diagnosed..

The one in ukiah, is a web of lies first they offered airbags with my lift and rims for a set price they didnt deliver . They kept my original rims never got them back ...

Got used tires here while in a pinch. Ceja charged 200$ for the set while advertising 99$ for a used set on the street corner. The tires were okay looking and I felt comfortable, but after the tread ripped off while my lady was coming down the grade two weeks later, I researched the tires and found them on a recall list! Luckily she was unharmed. The vehicle suffered some damage also ripping out a fog light.I believe they should have known better and replaced it for free. Nope, another 300$ plus what we already paid and we got new tires installed the next day. Long wait, not so friendly service. Never again!

They have hard to get wheels and tires in stock and sometimes used. Just remember they are great sales men in there, so there might be some wiggle room.

If youre cool with dudes selling tires, that then get bubbles which wont be covered in your insurance, they seem to be a good choice. But if youre looking for prolonged maintenance care then youre better off looking elsewhere.

I got a flat & they sold me the best quality used tire Ive ever seen!! They got my car fixed up in no time flat & did a quality job of it too. Even made sure to use the proper torque specs for my lug nuts.

This place is a fraud they told me my front tires need to be replaced for 350 dollars i buy the tires but the real problem was a front wheel baring the guy didnt even check the car before giving me that diagnostic and when i went back to ask about the same problem they want to charge me 50 dls just to check the tires again dont loose your money and youre time here will be a bad expirience for real

Normally I have them look at my brakes before a road trip and they do a good job. Unfortunately, this time when they installed a master cylinder power booster combo kit and replaced a vacuum hose they left the hose detached. For $580 they could have looked twice before calling done.

Went in to have my tire pressure checked on all my tires due to tire pressure light on granted it was 6pm time they close but they had a car in the bay front office was still open for business I asked if they where open and said depending on what Im needing explained my situation about my dash light so asked if they can check tire pressure told him I was on my way to the fires in northern California to help contain Im pulling my travel trailer I told them I would pay for there service I wasnt expecting afree service at all he went outside explained my situation came back in and said that they sale expensive air after hours and it would cost me 150$ to check the air on my tires on my truck I am not a complainer but if they didnt want my business could have just told me sorry where closed as I denied to pay the 150$ I proceeded to leave and the technician outside said laughing what ur not going to buy my expensive air I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody there customer service sucks and have no respect for people if it had negative stars on this I would give it a -5 star

The these guys are con artists. First I called and asked about tires with a thicker sidewall for my van, and he recommended a taller tire that, it turns out would not fit the van. When I asked him if I could run my existing smaller tires with the larger new tires, he said yes. When I showed up there, he read the tire size from the inside of the door and changed his mind. When I asked for an out the door price, he gave me a price per tire that didnt include $12 per tire removal or disposal fees, etc. I only went to them because the price I was quoted was out the door and lower than the guy up the road. When I picked up my van, the low pressure light was lit on the dashboard. I called them and he said it will go off in 30 miles. Its still on. Dont bother going here.

Not helpful. Not friendly. I called and wanted to know if they had any used tires my size but he told me to come to the shop to see. I asked if he could find out and call me back but he took my number and didnt call back.My father also had a bad experience where they quoted him a out the door price and they tried to charge waaay more later. They were very rude as well. He took his rims back and left.

Never take your Car to this place they will Jack up the price and will sell you something you dont want and you will regret it foreverrrrr....They ruined my car. Since i took my car to them my car started giving me so many problems. Posting this after going though this problems for 8 months. cant keep it inside me anymore.

Specifially asked for WINTER tires, they sold me all terrains for $700. Now I still have to buy winter tires, left my perfectly good all terrains thet I already had with them for consignmet, for only $200, its been over a month and I havent heard a word about them.I should have done more research on the tires they sold me, though they have a shop and call themselves experst so I put trust in them. Wrong move :(

Tire sensor worked when they changed the tires. But not after they wouldnt replace it said it was the sensor??

Called to see if they had the correct tires for my vehicle and I needed a high milage oil change as well, they assured me they did, so I drove two hours to ukiah from covalo .... I sit here for over two hours more waiting ... then get in my car and yo fo and the tires the put on my vehicle was WAY to big they said it was fine just drive it come back tomorrow I call to make sure the next day nope no tires there days later ... I finally got the other tiers on they still hit my wheel wells btw... then I get home and my oil light comes on the next day i look at my oil dump stick and it was black .... I called to get in they said they didnt have time to deal with it due to being short staffed, for me to come in next week .. now here I am 1000 dallara later black oil tires to big and over 1000 out of pocket due to the incompitanc ot whom ever is running this establishment.... and when I tried talking to them to get some kind of compensation they were rude and unhelpful they acted like it was my fault and I am totally beside myself about the whole situation...

Horrible customer service, and beware they will scam you any chance they get. We had a blowout on our truck. Took it to them and had it replaced. The tire slowly leaked from the moment we drove off. When I took it back to them instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake of not replacing the bad valve stem. They charged me $20 more,the tire cost us $365 to begin with. On top of all that they broke my tire pressure sensor to try and get more business from us. I took it to my trusted mechanic of 15 years and he confirmed my suspicion

I WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This guy behind the counter told me the work would be done the day I dropped it off over the phone. At the end of that day he promised me the work would be done by the end of the next day....now he tells me they havent started to work on it at all... Cejas tire and suspension in ukiah is completely unreliable. Dont believe a word the guy says....now I am picking my car up UNREPAIRED and it has been TWO DAYS....

Worst tire shop I have ever been to - by far. They charged me $90 for a used tire to go on a small trailer! I used to work for tire shop.....I know how much they go for. Very poorly managed, judging from worker vibe manager was a jerk.

Their tires ended up bending my rims, on top of that they said they’ll put cooper tires, and instead put rapid p609.

I called 10 different places in lake county and Ukiah. Cejas was the only tire shop with the tires I needed in stock and quoted me the lowest price!

Sent my girl to buy a set of used tires and they sold tires that are different sizes then lied to her and said the breaks are bad...one tire is so bad Les Shawb said it illegal ... never buy from them

We went in to get a used tire today we called before it was rated at $56 when we got there they had it on another 30 and so $80 for used tire so make sure you get the full amount before you walk into that store shame on you guys
