I was pleased with their service. The work was timely and they quoted me on the repairs before they went ahead and so the work. They are pretty far outside of town, not really in Fayetteville, but it’s not too bad of a drive - especially if you live on the west side of town. The repairs were pretty pricey, but I’m guessing with the amount of repairs our riding lawnmower needed it would have cost as much or more anywhere else. I’d recommend giving them your business (run by a very friendly couple).

They went above and beyond to help me, even if the help wasnt news I wanted. Honest, decent, and hardworking folks. Theyll take good care of you.

I just got my blade sharpened here, but the customer service was great, the place is organized and clean. You can tell there’s a lot of experience, and they know what they’re doing. When I need work in the future this is where I will bring my small engines.

Ive been here 2x in past 12 months for two separate issues with my 13 year old ZTR mower. Repairs, customer service, and turn around time have been exceptional along with very fair prices.

Excellent Fast Service! My riding mower had a broken transmission belt and deck belt. It was fixed same day at reasonable prices! My blades were also replaced and he also cleaned up my mower.

Absolutely love this place. Our lawnmower was taken over to be repaired and we picked it up and it runs better than when we dropped it off. Cleaned the transmition, sharpened the blade and replaced the filter and cover. Our lawnmower looked brand new. We will return for future work. The owners are so friendly and very knowledgeable about mowers.

Fayetteville Mower Repair services our push mower every year since he opened his shop and has lengthened its life considerably! Every time I think weve just about killed it, Kyle brings it back! Its worth the $$ for sure.He will be honest if he thinks the repair is not worth it based on the value of the mower. I brought in a friends trimmer once while I was there and he was up front with them that it wasnt worth it, but did tell them what the issue was. He lost a sale at that point, but they do recommend him to others.

I would recommend Fayetteville mower repair to anybody needing work done on a mower. I cant imagine why anybody would take their small engine equipment anywhere else! Quality work at a good price, Id put this shop up against any in NWA. I have found my new small engine repair shop at Fayetteville mower repair.

Place is a little out of the way, but TOTALLY worth the trip! Had a lawn mower that wouldnt start and they made it run and even look BETTER than when I bought it! The customer service and turnaround time were phenomenal as well! I will never go anywhere else to get my mowers serviced!

So impressed with this place. My mower broke down at the worst possible time as it seems to always happen this way. I had trouble finding a place that could work on it in a timely fashion. Most places were 2-4 weeks out. They said they could jump right on it and had me bring it over. They took the time to show me what was wrong and ordered the parts right away, Within just a few days they had me going again. Very friendly and courteous folks, great service and fixed my mower within days. Best place in NWA if you have mower issues. They even cleaned my mower, engine looked brand new, and showed me his work before i left. Even helped me load mower on trailer.

This is an honest family-run business where it is obvious the customers satisfaction is their top priority. I have used this facility for over a year now and have had 2 trimmers, edger, and riding mower serviced/repaired. Because I have engine ignorance, I could have easily been ripped off. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and Kyle is honest if he thinks you would be wasting your money to have something repaired. He is knowledgable and takes the time to explain things without making you feel stupid. The shop is always clean and organized and the time it takes for repairs is minimal. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to this business!!

If you are a single mother who doesnt know anything about lawn mowers, I recommend to NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I have been ripped off. He charged me $100 upfront to diagnose the problem and after he found out the problem he informed me that the cost to repair it was close to $400. I told him I didnt expect it to be that much and I didnt have money right away. He said he will charge me if I didnt pick the mower up. I finally agreed to pick it up but when I got there my lawn mower fell apart ( he took all the engine apart from the body). I asked him if he could put it back where it belonged and he asked for another $100 to put my lawn mower engine back. I didnt want to give him another $100 so he just watched me load up my lawn mower by myself ( its a big engine/riding mower) and didnt even bother to help me a bit to load up since I am a woman.
