I absolutely love living here! The apartment was super clean (I mean spotless!) when I moved in (unlike some apartments that still have dings and cracks in the walls), the amenities are perfect! The pool is a great place to hang out with friends, the workout area is always clean and has a little bit for everyone! It’s walking distance from Walmart and target and away from the college crowds! 10/10 absolutely recommend!

Such a phenomenal place to live with great amenities and a friendly neighborhood community.A few people I would like to highlight that make living here so easy:Jeris works in the front office and he is extremely great. He will ensure that if you need anything, it will get done. He is a friend to everyone and is a true friend in our community.We would really like to highlight Ethan on the maintenance team for his friendliness, quick responsiveness, and superb work. We have had a few things come up in our apartment over the last few weeks and he is always super quick to fix any problems we have. I have lived here for almost 2 years now while going to school at the U of A. This place is awesome! It’s just far enough away from the craziness towards campus and close enough for you to become part of the crazy if you’d like! The staff are always very friendly and happy to help with anything. Maintenance is also very friendly and timely in getting any repair done that’s needed. I’ve really enjoyed my experience here so far and have loved my apartment!

We have lived here for a year and have absolutely loved it! We comment almost daily what an excellent quality of life we have because of this complex. Beautiful, clean apartments with plenty of huge windows and open floor plans. The staff are attentive and professional, the grounds are well maintained, and the amenities are really impressive for the price (trash pick-up in the evenings, a sparkling pool, coffee lounge, patios and outdoor fireplaces/pits, dog park and dog washing station, and frequent community events). The neighbors are friendly and it is quiet and peaceful. Thanks Watermark! You guys are seriously the best.

We have lived here for 3 years now. We love our apartment. The staff is friendly yet professional and very helpful. Last Friday afternoon late, Jayme from maintenance really helped us out. That morning our cats had knocked my husbands Apple airpod case off the island. We found one airpod between the refrigerator and cabinet. The other one was missing. Jayme came and pulled the referigerator out, but no airpod. He did find it for us under the bottom drawer of the oven. Great service!!!

We absolutely love living here! We have lived at this apartment complex for 3+ years, in both a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom unit, and have loved every minute of it. The staff is extremely helpful and professional, and they feel like family. We have grown so close with Bre & Jerris, and will miss them immensely when we move next month! They host events for the residents like chicken & waffle breakfast, wine nights, cocktail making lessons, etc. The pool is awesome - great for summers and grilling. Our maintenance team rocks. We have zero complains after 3+ years in our home here at Watermark.

The staff here is wonderful. By far the best apartment complex I have lived at in Fayetteville. The grounds are kept well and the apartments are worth every penny!

The staff and living quarters are amazing. I have interacted specifically with Sydney many times and she is always helpful and friendly. The apartments are very nice quality and include granite counter tops, garden tubs, and even hardwood floors. However, for me, the property has two big downfalls. I live in a ground level unit and I can hear almost every step the tenants above me take.There is no sound carryover from the tenants beside me, but the ceiling noise is a whole other story. The parking situation is another huge disappointment for me. There is no where near enough parking on the east side (near the dog park) of the property. They are currently building additional parking but it is on the side of the property where there are already empty spots. If you plan on arriving home later than 7:30 every night be prepared to park quite a ways away from your building. If you dont mind parking away from your building, overall, its a great place to live.

The grounds and amenities are always beautiful and clean, and the unit was spotless when we moved in. If we had any issues or questions, the managers or maintenance have been so quick to respond and resolve. My roommate and I LOVE Watermark, and we are so happy to be part of the community!

I love the staff! They are so helpful- always help me out quickly if I have an issue with anything. Plus they live on site. There are so many community events held each week. I feel like this is the nicest apartment community in Fay.

Since my husband and I have lived here we have gone through big life changes and the front office has always been invested, understanding, and so sweet to deal with when it comes to calling our apartment home! The location is great and there are so many shops, restaurants, and things to do just round the corner. The trails link up to the apartment making it great for exercise and dog walking. I feel very safe in this complex and have never found it sketchy or being rented out by people the office isnt 100% sure of. The office employees take special time to get to know their residents and provide a community atmosphere by hosting events, scoring deals throughout town, having pool parties, and sending out all information possible about Watermark.

I love living here! I love how spacious the apartments are and the up to date look they have. The staff is so nice and helpful and the pool is my favorite! Definitely recommend living here!

This is my first week living in an upscale community local to NWA and I have to say I’m impressed by the amenities this property has to offer. Private postal parcels so no one can steal packages. The resort style pool I’m dying to try and the office staff has been so amazing with helping me with my needs. I highly recommend this property for anyone new coming to the area who’s seeking somewhere nice to lease from!

Ive had the pleasure of living at Watermark for 1.5 years and have loved it. I moved from the Kansas City area hoping to find something that was far enough away from the college atmosphere but still in a convenient location in Fayetteville. I got just that and more!The apartments, pool, gym, and various other amenities are fantastic. For the price, the quality is exceptional! Quite frankly, Im always surprised at how much I pay compared to everything I get and the wonderful apartment I live in. I LOVE the attached garage and valet trash.While the amenities are fantastic, Watermarks community is fantastic. Bre and her staff goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. They are constantly out and about talking to residents, helping with any maintenance concerns, near the pool, etc. I love being able to drive past the clubhouse and wave to whoever is working. The neighbors are wonderful -- never have any issues with noisy neighbors. In my time living here, I cant recall a time I actually heard any of my neighbors in my apartment, which is super rare!

AMAZING! We have been living here for 7 months, and all I can say is WOW! From the application process to move in day, Jeris (and other management) were so kind and accommodating! We are a military family, so when my fiancé was gone, they really took so much stress away about the move in process. Even to this day, they are so kind to help me move heavy packages to my car or up to my apartment. Watermark has also hosted many events such as “Wine Wednesday”, pool parties, Christmas party, game nights, and other fun activities. The apartments and amenities Watermark offers are LUXURY and are not found anywhere else in Fayetteville. We even have an amazing on site dog park. I honestly can not say enough about this place. Everyone and everything is so nice! If you are in college, have children or fur babies, or are just looking somewhere to call home, this is the place for you!!

I lived at Watermark at Steele Crossing from October 2018 until February 2020, and if I ever move back to NWA they will be the first (and likely only) place I look to live! My 16 months there were fantastic - the apartment was great right from move in, and if I ever did need any maintenance done it took no time at all. The office staff is always happy to answer questions, and everything from move in to move out was a breeze. I highly recommend living here whether youre looking to move to Fayetteville permanently, or just for a couple of years!Its also a great location, right near the highway to Bentonville, and a very easy drive/uber to UofA and Dickson.

By far the friendliest staff I have ever known. They make you feel like you are their family. Knowledgeable about what the renters needs are.

Literally the best experience I’ve ever had throughout the whole process of moving into an apartment. Jeris has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE. After my fiancé and I get married and we move in a steak dinner for Jeris is on me!

Watermark at Steele Crossing is a beautiful property! Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and a lot of outdoor activity! They are getting ready for pool season and the water is crystal blue! I can wait to jump in!

Would not recommend to anyone. Their staff is inappropriate with their tenants.

Renters beware! They treat renters like absolute garbage. A female renter felt uncomfortable about employees that were stalking her on social media, outside of her apartment, and coming into her apartment without leaving notes. When she reached out to the office about how to handle it, they basically implied she was making it up and that they could arrange a move out for her.
