I have lived here for two years and I love the place. Maintenance is always helpful and respond in a timely manner. The environment is clean and quiet. But the real pleasure comes when you go into the office. Miss Kiara is the best. So funny and sweet and helpful. As long as she’s here so am I!
I enjoy living here at Stone Ridge! I have been here since 2016 and I love it! Ant & Dossie are very great when it comes to service and keeping up our pool and grounds up. The office staff Kiara, Ioni & destini make living here better. 5 years strong. Whenever there is a problem it’s solve within 24hours. After 5 years of living here this staff as yet been the best team by far.
I’ve lived here for 17 months, & I’m moving to be closer but I do recommend Stone Ridge.Maintenance is stellar and always so fast even on call emergencies. Victoria in the office really really helped me out as my lease is coming to an end & I appreciate that more than anything. My son loves playing on their park & walking the path that goes around the whole complex.
When the lead maintenance guy TJ from Park Stone arrived to fix my AC, he was friendly, respectful & helpful in getting my AC working again in no time. Thanks TJ I’m kool again. Lol.
Ive been a resident here for a few months and my experience has been nothing but A+. The maintenance staff responds quickly to work orders and the office staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment community.
Now, the last Friday of February 2021. I paid 90.00 to have the carpet cleaned. The apartment and the garage was cleaned completely out, no trash left. Also, I did not reschedule another appointment. And Im sure I am getting charges because I cussed one of the employees out because I was told that my final inspection was on the 1st of March at 9am and they told me the day of its between 9am and 11am. I said ok, I will be there. Now, on the 1st I was there at the apartment 9. I waited til 9:10 called and left a message. Then I called again at 9:20 something and was told they had just got out of a meeting and they dont do appointment times because the maintenance man might have a water leak or something he might have to fix. Then she told me that inspection is done between 9 and 11am. I said ok, Ill wait. Around 9:40 something, I left to go get something to eat and came back around 10:10 something. I went in the apt and the washing machine was going and the air vent thing was took down. I called the office to see what was going on, to see if they had started it while I was gone in the short time period. Then the employee told me that I needed to reschedule a appointment. I told her, No, Im not because its 10am and she told me that the inspections was between 9 and 11am. And she continued to try to get me to reschedule and I told her multiple times and I was using bad language because I was upset with the information that was given because I had to take off from work to be at the apartment and I needed to b back at work. I didnt have time for the games they was playing with me. So, the employee told me I could drop off the keys and they will finish the inspection. So I drove up there and dropped the keys off and all the employees and the maintenance man was in the office just standing around doing nothing but they couldnt come and tell me anything about the inspection. So I left and went back to work. So now they charging me for somethings that are false. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there unless they want to get harassed because if you dont have furniture in your apt because u buying new furniture but they go in behind your back in your apt that u pay 1100 for a month. And send you a email saying you abandoned your place, when you know u havent and pay your rent on time. Then they tow your car even if you have the car pass in your vehicle multiple times.
I have been here almost two months now and it has been overall a great experience. Victoria in the front office helped me get this apartment last minute as I relocated here for a career opportunity. She was extremely helpful since I was doing everything last minute and trying to move here from out of state. Shes the best!The complex is well maintained, front office staff are on top of things, and the maintenance team is professional. I live on the top floor and and it is extremely quiet - which is important to me. I dont hear loud neighbors in the hallway or beside me. No crazy loitering in the parking lot, just the occasional jerk that drives by blasting his music but thats anywhere really. Location is good, close to Skibo which is where everything is really.I recommend these apartments.
Ive been a resident for a little over a year now, apartments a very spacious and I live the upgrades. Up until recently it has been nice and quiet.
Absolutely terrible service! I had to ask permission to get my own package with MY name in it. Now I have to wait unnecessary hours when I need my package for my health issues!
Stone Ridge community was good. Kiara the property manager was nice but unfortunately they didn’t have anything available at the time that I was looking to move.
So far my experience with Stone Ridge Apartments has been great! Victoria has been more than helpful, answers all of our questions, and emails/calls to keep us informed of what is going on. We are more than excited to move in soon!

I lived here for 2 years and absolutely LOVED IT! From the 24 hour gym, to the pool, to the walking trail around the apartments- I enjoyed myself. If there was anything wrong they made sure to fix it in a timely manner. The only complaint is if your neighbors upstairs have toddlers running around- YOU WILL HEAR IT! (But we could never hear our next door neighbors.) but other than that it was great all 2 years.
I have lived here for 7 years and this service has gotten worse and worse by every new management.
I have been living in this complex for a couple years now and Mrs. Love has made the experience even better. Anytime an issue arises or I have questions shes courteous and responds in a timely fashion. Whenever my kids are with me shes attentive and engaging with them and helps to make it more of a joyful experience. Mrs. Love sets and exceeds the standards of how interactions should be with the housing/leasing staff.
We have been here a year and a half and havnt really had any complaints. We something goes wrong maintenance is out here in minutes and takes care of everything!

Stone Ridge Apartments is a lovely place to live. I stayed in 2014-2015 and just recently PCS from Europe back the States and wanted stay again! Mrs. Love is so precious and 100% professional. Although my family did not get an home this go around; she always went above and beyond to do her job to making sure we had opportunity. She is a very good example of stellar customer service. Maybe next time Mrs. Love and thank you for everything!
Mrs. Love is one of the reasons why I chose to live at Stone Ridge Apartments instead of another complex. Any small issue or questions Ive had since June of 2019 to date she has taken care of! She was able to switch me from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom with such easy; it made me thankful for choosing Stone Ridge Apartments. Also, the buildings and grounds are well taken care of, along with being relatively quiet throughout the day and night!!Thanks again Mrs. Love!!!
Great community and staff. Apartments are spacious, very nice, and community is pretty quiet. Currently upgrading and the upgrade are more modern. Maintenance crew is one of the best I’ve experienced around Fayetteville. All staff are friendly and responsive. Been here over a year and about to renew again!
Mrs. Taylor is the greatest!! Since the moment I walked into the residence she has been nothing but professional and has made my moving experience into the apartments very pleasing. She always answers every single one of my questions, and is very knowledgeable in her position. Mrs. Taylor has made me feel very comfortable and so welcoming that I knew right away that I wanted to move into these apartments. I honestly wouldn’t feel the same way if it wasn’t for her. I always have a smile on my face when I walk into the office, knowing that she’ll be right there with a smile back.
After over a year living in this place I am finally giving my 60 days notice (yes you read that right it is 60 days). Customer service in this place is non existent!Just in the past week, I have placed 2 service requests to have my washer repair. Both requests have been closed as Resolved but my washer has not been fixed. I had to also place a second service request to fix a window they broke and I was unable to lock.After calling more than 10 times I was finally able to reach someone at the office and was told to place another ticket or send an email, but that they had a few tickets before mine, after getting upset and trying to explain again that my first ticket was opened early morning Friday (previous week) and that I believed it would not be fair for me to be put at the end of the list, I for another version... the service ticket we was placed on hold awaiting parts. I shouldn’t have to call an office 10 times (had to call my mother and asked her to drive there and tell them I was trying to reach them) they pick up the phone because they’re tired of seeing the number come up. Only to have them tell me I need to send an email.Security is an issue, 2 or 3 females were assaulted in this complex and NO notifications were sent to the community, I found out on the newspaper. I leave for work when it’s still dark and someone tried to open my door while I was inside the car waiting for the windshield to defrost. I could not report anything because I could not see anything, if you do not own a weapon I truly suggest not renting here. The gate does not works, it has been inoperable for well over 4 months now.Pet waste left really close to the building (my window), nothing was done.I placed a service request during the summer time, and it took them over 2 weeks to get it fixed, easy right? Nope! Think again, I had to contact Corporate to get this resolved (Forty2 LLC).With all that said, they had the courage to increase my rent if I wanted to stay here, while advertising the same apartment $200 cheaper for new residents...If you can, stay away from this place.Ms. Love is the only plus this place has!
I dont live here, but I went to visit the property as an option for future residency. The lady, Ms. Love, was very nice and personable. The property does look a bit dated, compared to the sister property. However, she did assure me that they were starting some remodeling. The dog park is really small compared to where I live now. That was a let down. Overall, my first impressions were good, and I am highly considering moving to the property!
I visited the complex today (with my mother) while deciding where to settle once my family moves back to Fayetteville in a few months. Mrs. Love made us feel right at home; we got a really great vibe. The complex is BEAUTIFUL and with all that is included the price cant be beat. No other visit came close. Decision made, and happily! Cannot wait to be home.
I must say I’m very impressed with Anthony. He delivers friendly responsive maintenance services. He responds to the request at a high rate. Anthony is extremely efficient in his job and gets the problem resolved in no time. Maintenance, under Anthony’s supervision, is always done quickly and perfectly. I can’t report one bad quality about Anthony and his services. Definitely the go to guy.

Being a young military family, we have lived in quite a few apartments over the years! We have lived at Stone Ridge for 2 years now and really enjoy it. The walking path and pool are nice amenities and I feel safe here even when my husband is gone for training or deployments. I don’t understand the other reviews dragging the maintenance guys—the two maintenance guys we currently have are by far the friendliest, most prompt, and most efficient maintenance workers I’ve ever encountered while renting for the last 10 years! I’ve put in 4 requests over the last 2-3 months and they have always been fully resolved the SAME DAY even when I called in the afternoon. Really friendly guys and they do great work!I rarely hear noise from other apartments, but definitely have heard noisy people in the parking lot and that’s annoying but typical of any apartments I think.Reading the other reviews, I saw the trash fine. I was also given a $50 trash fine a few months ago when I left trash out by my door for an afternoon when 9 months pregnant and was frustrated by the fee. However, 3 other people on my level of the building were leaving their trash out for DAYS and it was getting to be a big issue. So I was irritated that I was also fined when their behavior was repeated and mine was a one time short thing, but how are they supposed to know the difference? I appreciate that the trash fine policy has made my neighbors clean up their trash and the gross behavior has stopped for the most part.

I have read Some of the reviews here and I got to say I don’t leave many reviews and I’m pretty sure most of the reviews are in someway fabricated. Ms Love In the front has been the biggest help in my process of moving in and does go above and beyond. The only thing I see in here when I walk through this complex is a sound of happy children playing and definitely did not see or smell dog poop As I have seen some people stay in their reviews. The maintenance guys Sing pretty awesome as well!! Also I definitely recommend going and taste in the lemonade Ms love makes Because it’s awesome!!
Ive been living here since 2015 and it has truly been a pleasure, until these last few months. The gate has been broken for a few months and when I inquired about it I was told its just a Amenity and there working on it. Like people dont move here because thats one of the perks thats broadcasted on their website. In the past 2 months there has been 3 shootouts on this property. I no longer feel safe to even walk my dog when the sun goes down. The only thing that has been consistent is the maintenance crew, they are phenomenal. If you have an issue Tony and Dossie typically gets it fixed within 24 hours. Also The space in the size of the apartments are great.
I have been a resident of stone ridge for three years and I absolutely love the complex. A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The new property manager and Ms. Love are amazing and go beyond their way to assist their residents in any way possible.

Mrs. Love, Mrs. Taylor, and the new staff have been extremely helpful throughput my move in and move out process. The apartments very nice and the community is pleasant. All though I only stayed here a couple months nothing but good on my end.
It was very nice at first... But FAVORITISM is SHOWN... no personal space and not enough guest parking for the community... An the rats we seen and dog poop allover... And they will kick anyone out if someone is not on the lease and they see you ..so dont waist your time. PLUS you have to tell the office about ALL visitors or get BIG sticker on the front car driver window within 2hrs .

Would give zero stars if that were an option. Staff are rude and unprofessional. They post tacky signs lining the entrance to remind everyone the rent is due in the first of the month. They leave these up for about a week so they are sure to get their money yet when you put in a work order they are put off for weeks sometimes months. When they do come to finally address the issue they put bandaids on bigger issues. The AC unit halfway works. Our living room area will be comfortable but if you walk in the bedroom it’s noticeably warmer. We are constantly waking up sweating. We can also hear neighbors on all sides, I understand this is an apartment but the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING. We have had packages and outdoor rugs stolen. When brought up to staff we were told there is nothing they can do and to buy another rug. My last straw with this place was yesterday when we received a $50 fine for a trash violation. I called the office to ask about this and was informed that the staff member noticed I had set a bag of trash outside my door. I had set the bag outside, strapped my newborn into his car seat, then took the trash to the dumpster and went about my day. I explained this to the staff and let her know I had to try to get out with the baby and the bag was outside no more than 5 minutes. Not to mention I had to maneuver through old boxes and mattresses just to get my trash in the dumpster. The staff member was rude and condescending when I tried to address these issues. I hope this review helps point renters away from this mediocre apartment complex!
The apartment itself is great but the new front office staff never answers the phone and are not friendly/professional like Megan was. Online service requests take weeks and multiple emails to get anything done. Staffing truly makes all the difference.
The front office was always attentive and well managed when Meagan and Rachel were there but the new people seem to not really know what theyre doing and never answer the phone or respond to emails. My husband and I just moved out because he got new orders so we were only there for about 7 months. Within those few months that we were there my husbands truck was literally stolen out of this high security, gated community by a guy that lives in the neighborhood behind the complex. So he just jumped the fence and stole the car. When the police came to investigate they asked us to contact the front office to see if they have any camera footage of they guy and they told us that the only camera they have on the entire premises is one thats looking at the gate, which is ALWAYS OPEN by the way. Idk if its broken or what but its literally always open. Also, in the first couples weeks we were living there my husband and I both got this really bad rash, so we went to the doctor and turns out our apartment had a bunch of fleas in it. So make sure the apartment is steam cleaned before moving in. The maintenance guys are great! Very nice and always on time for me and available when I needed something fixed. There are a few bugs in the apartment here and there but thats always going to happen no matter where you are. It was never out of control with bugs because they have pest control come spray every week or so. Other than that its very clean and a nice looking place. I just wouldnt recommend it to people who are looking for a high security place.

I have really enjoyed living here. I moved into Stone Ridge in 2012 and have had a great experience ever since. My son and I have had a great experience and have felt extremely comfortable living here since then. Im glad that I chose to live here and have never thought twice about moving!

Apartments are nice, but staff is not. Horrible as far as repairs and friendliness and anything else. Packages stolen and car damaged. only got a sorry. no one replies from corporate. WILL NOT reup my lease
Good place until you need to put in a service order for them to fix something then all you ever here are excuses and them evading your calls so now I’m just waiting for the lease to be up. The dog park is just trash because no one wants to pick up after their dog. And it smells of weed.....heavily but they just the staff so much that no one wants to take the blame. Don’t live here with the rent at $1000+ it’s just not worth it.

Stone Ridge is not just a complex its a family community. The ladies/management in the front office are absolutely wonderful! I just moved to these apartments and so far everything has been great. David Lopez went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and find me the apartment I wanted within my budget. I recently called maintenance because one of my stove burners was bad and the maintenance man came by and fixed it in no time. Not to mentioned he was very friendly and professional. I really love this community, the pool, gym and how pretty my new apartment looks.

Even one star is being greatly gracious when it comes to these Apartments, would give zero stars if allowed. In all our rental history these apartments have to be the absolute worse. We have lived here approximately 6 months and have yet to see repairs. We have been lied to about these repairs since moving in. We also rent a storage unit which floods significantly, but this does not get fixed either. We’ve had FedEx packages stolen. Sadly this place has been a annoying headache since day one. It took a little over two months just to get the cable, which is supposed to be included. You sign a leasing contract, yet a contract typically indicates both parties will fulfill their obligations. Have asked for Corporate phone number and was actually told, “We don’t have their contact information.” Really??
I enjoyed living here until all the office workers were changed. If I had known they were leaving I would not have moved back here. For such a high rent the up keep of the grounds is terrible. Trash and dog poop all over the place. I have complains about slipping on my carpet because its old, flat and smooth which no one seems to believe and Im pregnant. I had slipped two times last year and just this week while my daughter has slipped once. I was told they would try to correct the issue a month ago which was just talk. Funnily, this is the only apartment I see with signs put out every month end to remind tenants that rent is due on the first of the month yet you have to be in the office several times for repairs to be done. Ive had it with this place especially sine on my side of the building packages are being stolen and their response is we cannot do anything about it. Seriously, and to make it worst they only offer rent periods for 15-18 months so I guess Ill be here with all this trouble for quite a while.
Stone Ridge is a very nice quiet complex. It is clean, safe and well maintained with a nice pool area. I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and amazing. What I really like also is that it’s very close to my workplace approximately 6 minutes away. It’s also close to Walmart, Food Lion, Staples, CVS, Walgreens, Hope Mills Road, Raeford Road and Skibo Road. My apartment unit is spacious and very comfortable, whenever I have an issue it is addressed in a timely and professional manner by the maintenance staff. The office staff is always courteous and very friendly and as I’m from the Caribbean, this is a big plus for me, it’s as though I have warmth of the islands right here with me. I especially love the leasing agent, Ms. Love; she was instrumental in my decision to choose Stone Ridge as my home away from home. Her passion for her job when I first looked at the property was apparent and infectious, that I instantly knew there was no other option for me. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.

Ive had a great experience so far and Im loving it. Most of the people on here are dirty so they have dirty houses. Its all how you keep up on your place. Of course theres going to be bugs every now and then but thats anywhere you cant help it but as long as you are CLEAN.you shouldnt have to work for it.

David the leasing consultant is great and so is Wilmer the repair guy however they have had 4 office managers in 6 months lost have of the paperwork have a bug issue and take advantage of grieving mothers that are active duty if you go there be prepared for the worse when you are given orders to go back to post or whatnot they only care about the money and will run you into the ground I can provide video of the filing system and bugs the office managers and Megan never do paperwork properly or they lose it and try to claim it was never handed in
I love living at Stone Ridge. As a young single female it was very important for me to find somewhere that I felt safe. The gated community and friendly staff esp. the property manager Aledrea makes living here safe, inviting, comfortable, etc. I really like having to pay only one amount a month for all my ammenties. Stone Ridge is a great place to live.
I wish I could give this place a 0. For Stone Ridge to be considered luxury apartments there are 0 things that are luxury. The gate is ALWAYS BROKEN. I think that is pitiful for that to be their point of focus when trying to rent an apartment. My car was broken into and all I was given was an apology from the main office. I dont understand why they dont have cameras surrounding the whole complex. My alarm stopped working in March I put in 10 work orders only for it to be fixed the day before I moved out. After Hurricane Matthew severely damaged our apartment we were promised gift cards and all of this stuff. Not to mention Serv Pro the company they contracted to work with destroyed one of my pictures. I have rentals insurance but is not my responsibility to replace something. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE stay here. We had a consistent problem with roaches. Please take your money and time elsewhere. I have never been so angry and disgusted with a company in my life. The office staffs loves to tell you something just to appease you and make you be quiet. We were never late paying our rent, great tenants and this is the thanks we get. I understand that things happen in life they you cant control but to flat out lie to residents is a shame and disgrace. People you have been warned!!!!!!! Dont waste your time moving into a luxury apartment that only cares about your rent payment.

Mrs love in the office is wonderful everytime i talk with her she gets things done but every night when it’s time to go to bed apartments above you are blasting music cars outside are blasting music people running across the apartment sounds like bricks hitting the floor i understand this is a apartment and I’m not saying that you can’t walk through your apartment but when I get home at 3 and from 3 til 1 in the morning your constantly hearing music and stomping jumping running it’s annoying and when i called last week because somebody was outside my apartment at 9 in the morning blasting music she said she would take care of it 45 mins later and the man just happened to drive away by far the worst when it comes to a noisy neighborhood
If I could give them 0 stars, Id do it. I just gave them one star so I could write my comment. Do whatever you wanna do but dont rent here. Im a current resident. And this is awful.Cockroaches. Theyre fast to ask you for the rent but not too fast to provide the services theyre supposed to. When I first moved,there were fleas all over the apartment. Plus the apartment wasnt really ready for us. So they moved me to another apartment. When I asked them about the pool, they always said is gonna be open soon. Apparently soon is never. Then they told me theyre waiting for an inspection..Theyve switched managers twice. One was really nice,this one doesnt seem that nice. I cant wait for the lease to be over so I can moved the hell out of here. We came here because we thought it was great plus it has a reasonable price. Now that were here our opinion has completely changed. The dumpster near us is always full of trash. Most of the times, there is trash everywhere. Theyre nice when you first come in, then theyre just suckers who cant wait for you to pay the rent.
This place is awful. So called dog friendly poop every where. Never any dog bags. The dog park is full of poop from people not picking up after their dog. The Maintenon literally just open your door without knocking when you put in a request. The office people are rude when you have questions. They walked into my apartment when I wasnt home and locked my dog up and left one out. Caught them on camera. Gate barely works. Supposed theres a security guard never seen one. 2 cops live here thats it. I have a huge any problem made a request never came
When I first moved in, the staff was FANTASTIC. Was always able to ask questions with no hesitation, they made me and my boyfriend feel welcomed. Was looking forward to calling the place “home”... Until, the new staff came in and gave us HELL. We’ve called in for maintenance because we had a leak from the the hurricane, no one came. We even saw one of the maintenance guys outside when we had came back from a trip to see if he could do something and he said he was busy doing something else BUT he would come and check it out and NEVER did. We have a dog, she’s a beautiful and very friendly pitt BUT its clear they see her as a threat. She is actually apart of the breed restrictions but my boyfriend has an ESA letter to have her for emotional support. They then tried to find reasons to get rid of her as far saying they’ve seen her outside without her leash and that she’s noisy. When I came across a letter we had in the mail due to “violations” it said that we were already on our second offense when we NEVER even got a first offense which would have been a written warning. So when I asked about the first offense they had no proof from it and it basically caused a bunch of mess. They then said they seen her without her leash for a third time which meant we had to pay double the fine ($400). Then a couple days later they sent ANOTHER fine saying we had a noise disturbance. Okay, first of all, we live on the third floor and you can hear EVERYTHING no matter how light we walk or how soft we close the doors, you can hear it all. We’ve gotten 3 fines within 2 weeks and it was ridiculous. The management is just terrible. I have recordings on how disrespectful they can get and even witnessed one of the staff members standing out arguing with a resident. I wouldn’t recommend anyway come to these apartments until a new staff comes.

My family and I went to tour the apartments at Stone Ridge. We arrived thirty minutes before our appointment, which was set days in advance. No one was at the clubhouse. We ended up waiting up front for over 45 minutes. Tried calling the number multiple times and no one answered. Maybe an emergency came up, but it was very unprofessional.
The management staff dont know anything, they are just nice at the beginning but then they do anything to keep your Money. The gate its been broken for six months or more and what security cameras? We got robe the first month there are big holes on the fence in the back . I dont recommend this place to nobody.
This place is by far the worst i just moved in was told the apartment was ready and it was very dirty, nasty, and in bad condition(i have pictures), they added $275 to my debit card some how i had to dispute for sumthin they said was a reservation fee spoke with neigbors and they all say the community has gone down bad recently and they dont fix anything they will talk you into moving in and be real nice until hou sign then i tried to speak with the leasing agent Maxcie because the community manager refused to accept any calls and give all calls to maxcie and she cursed me out even threaten me which is unacceptable to me as a tenant when ask for they corporate number she refused and said google it and hung up on me DO NOT RENT FROM STONERIDGE THIS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED and the leasing agent Maxcie and the property manager is the worst wish i could share thewe pictures
I warn ANYONE looking for an apartment, DO NOT LIVE HERE. First off, when I signed my lease a year ago, I was told by the manager that if I had to relocate for my job I would be able to find someone to take over my lease. Well when I had to relocate, I was told by the second manager, that that was not allowed at their apartment complex and they are not responsible for what other managers say. Next, I ask them if they will try to re-rent the apartment so that I am not stuck paying for two places. The response I received was Sure no problem, but we need to get it apartment ready so we can show it. We can get it ready as soon as you have everything out. I have had my apartment cleaned out since OCTOBER, and now JANUARY 23 it literally looks the same exact way as when I moved out in OCTOBER!!! So they really havent made any attempt to re-rent the apartment so that I have to continue paying the rent for an empty apartment. It is bad business and a money pit! My apartment flooded two times, they never replaced the carpet, just dried it out with a bunch of fans which were blowing 24-7 for days.... which of course I had to pay the electric bill. And lastly, which is really the most important. I explained to the new manager, Ryan, tonight that his employees are talking about my confidential information to other people who no longer work for that company!!! I told him I have texts messages to prove it.... what did he do? Well he put down the phone and got the very employee who was disclosing my private information and put her on the phone.... Thats what you call a manager?!? I guess that is what happens when they want to put a new property management team in place because its CHEAPER. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS. I will be writing BBB as well. I hope no one rents from here and listens to what I had to say. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Staff is very rude & unprofessional. If you get a complaint instead of emailing or calling they show up to your door banging on the door until someone answers. Not to say the complaint wasn’t my fault & I take full responsibility for the noise, but to seriously stand outside my door on a Sunday banging on the door is very unprofessional, especially because we didn’t receive a call or email in the first place & they know my fiancé works overnight & don’t care at all. Nicole is an amazing lady in the office, but the other one aledria or whatever her name is.. BEYOND RUDE. Can’t wait for my lease to be over in June & I just moved here the end of December.
The people that live here are friendly, Management staff is great and they host awesome resident social events. Six Stars ******

At the beginning we were happy in this place. We just moved after a year an a have. After the regional manager Sherry an old lady who took control for couple of months everything was miserable. Our AC broke and maintenance are good people but they doesn’t know about AC’s they do th same thing but the ac bad again. I been sending a maintenance report for 4 months my power bill was double so I was nice at the beginning but at the end I started to get mad. This old lady is a lier. She lied to me 3 times about the ac. She called me at work telling me they put a new unit, I was so happy after I get back home I looked the same junk was outside. Then she lied again telling me is going to send an ac company from the city, the men came but I got told from the maintenance guy he was from another complex so lied again . Then she say I can get a reduce rent for 3 months so I payed $100 less like she told me. After I finished my 3 months she sent me a letter charging me $200 when I called to asked why, she say she told me it was only for one month. I just moved couple wks ago because it was renewal time and she sent me a none renewal contract. She is super professional and a good person so she trou me outside w my family. We ran to look for another place and the process was very uncomfortable thanks to her. Maintenance is bad, the men (they have only one) he is super nice but I pray so he can find a real company. The new manager is nice I think I look on her face only twice she is always at her office. The place is a mess. I remember the manager before this one you can see her around the property getting the trash from the patio w her staff, Saturday’s she was there on jeans talking to us in the patio, she Hug people, she care for people now they looks like they doesn’t hace manager if you want to speak w her you need to see mrs love because everybody hide the manager. Is nasty, unprofessional but at the end, thank god it doesn’t let me renew the contract like my hubby and I was about to do!!! If you want to live here, think about 20 times
I have been trying to get my dryer fix for the past week. The office people keep giving me the run around. I wish I knew who owned these apartments, because I would tell them they should be disappointed in how their property is being ran. Do not move to these apartments. It is not what it seems. And the gate is still broken.
The rent is way too high for what you live through there. Im editing my comment because I no longer feel out of place with what I experienced. There are no quiet hours, the staff while they are courteous can also act snobby to you the next day as if they never met you. I had my run in with roaches and was told we will just spray then I came in one day and my ENTIRE kitchen floor was covered in dead bugs. My parents confirmed they were termites and when I told management they told me No you are wrong, they are flying ants. BS. We pulled the refrigerator back and you could see where they had eaten the wood and come in. Showed this to management and all I was told was This was from a previous infestation. After being told that I decided it was time to move. I had messed with ants, termites and roaches - I was done. Not to mention the gate code never changed the year I was there, my disposal broke three times (none of it my doing but the maintenance man that came in kept acting like it was my fault) then my dishwasher started to leak. Their offices arent open past 6 and dont open earlier than 9am so if you have to see them you have to take off work or no luck. I feel like I should be paying less than I am for all of the noise I hear daily and fighting for parking spots. Then when I moved out I got a bill for $1. ONE DOLLAR and was told I had to pay it or it would go to collections. So I went to go give the lady a dollar and was told they couldnt take cash that they needed a money order. I am now happily out of this hell hole and I have moved to Hidden Creek Apartments. So far not as bad as this place..
There is nothing luxury about this apartment. Rent is raised often. There is dog poop everywhere. In fact, on hot summer days the apartment smells like a farm. We always had issues with our appliances, quick to fix, but never wanting to replace them. There is no parking. They have parking passes and a tow service but never implement this regulation. When you call the tow truck company they say we want to give them a break. There are numerous break-ins that the apartment will not tell you about...when asked they act like it is the first they have ever heard of it. They have not changed the gate code in almost a year and it is the same for everyone. The Video surveillance is 1 camera...on the office building and is currently covered by a tree...so not in use. Very thin walls and management does not enforce quit hours....not good when you wake up at 4 am. This is a fine apartment if you are a rich college kid....but if you are a working adult...not an easy place to live. Speeding through the apartment, tossed out needles, and theft are just a few things that are around this complex. I do not recommend this apartment at all.

This is a nice place to live, but I hate keep seeing the same people that take my rent hangout and drink alcohol with my neighbors. It is just so unprofessional. They shouldnt be allowed to socialize outside of work with the residents.
Miserable!! Im a current resident. I literally identify with each and every complaint already on here. I have lived here over two years and have watched the decline in the quality of resident, worker and maintenance. Has got to the point of causing residents to flee!.....We deal with roach infestations, lack of follow thru on maintenance requests being accomplished in a timely manner, stench from pet feces, rate hikes despite amenities declining! The gated community has had a non-working gate for over 75% of the time I have lived here. It is now off the hinges completely and leaning against the inside wall. Reasons why this happened varies depending on who you ask. The Police now have a regular presence in the neighborhood due to the quality of residents and the visitors coming in to see them. Safety is now a concern for those of us inside the fence. Robbery, property damage and physical danger is now a common way of life. I work from home and moved in here with expectations for the quality of life I am being charged so outrageously to live.......I pay my rent diligently.....but they are not holding up their side of the contract. The safety of my youngest child (5yr old lil girl) was threatened by an adult woman at our pool. Not even a resident!!..... Dont deserve a single star.....but cant leave less.
I use to like living here but ever since Rebecca and Meagan left this new management is the worst. She is too busy putting up signs with rules but is too busy putting up toilette paper in the pool bathrooms. Smdh
Its funny how the same people who brake all the rules are the first to write bad reviews.Ive lived here for 5 years and will say that first off if you have roaches its because youre probably living like a pig Mrs. Soto & Ira MayfieldI had ants before and as soon as I asked to be placed on the fumigation list it was addressed !The maintenance and office staff are five star in my book and go way past their obligations to make tenants happy.But as we all know some people are just unrealistic.They act as if their the only ones living in the community and as if rules dont apply to them.I have lived her for 5 yearsMrs. Sotos is the first to write lies about the staff and she has 3 dogs when the community limit is 2like I said those who break the rules are the first to write bad reviews!No to mention that she is guilty of her walking her dogs and not cleaning up the poop !Im just another tenant who lives here, but see how these low lives move in who shouldnt live here because they arent accustomed to living somewhere nice, and bring their bad habits from the Bronx or thats how it seemsKeep writing false reviews and I will keep writing the TRUTH !!
8/22/16Still having issues with cockroaches, if there is no issue with roaches why do the residents have to schedule to have apts to get sprayed every Wednesday? I thinks it cute how the users with no face (Robert Scott)have the most to say, maybe its the staff hiding behind the internet trying to save face, but the issue remains, this property has issues and the office staff that fought so hard to reel you in wont help you after you voiced concern privately . My apt is clean and well kept so for u to try to insult a persons living environment and have never been in there(ROBERT) kinda raises some suspicion ... One can only make a comment like that if you been in there to see first hand....dummy. But anywho. Ill keep everyone updated . Ps photos dont lie .This is an update from my last review. ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS .. I MEAN ROACH INFESTED LUXURY APTS... IVE CALLED AND VOICED MY CONCERN AND THE OFFICE STAFF MAKES ITS SEEM LIKE ITS MY FAULT THAT THEY HAVE A ROACH ISSUE... I have pictures to prove my statement above. Ive received no help from the office staff . Do not move here.
Oh my God! This place is lovely when you first walk in. We didnt have an appointment but David took very good care of us. The prices were reasonable. We did wish they werent so strict with the security. Like I understand keeping us safe but 24 cameras, real police officers as patrol and the gate closes at 6. oh and the clubhouse closes when the staff leaves. Ok anyway, let me get to the IMPORTANT part. We tour the apartments, loved it but then we saw someone who loved it probably just as much as we did. Guess who it was? A GOD DAMN COCKROACH! Yes we saw a roach during our tour of this place. And David made sure we understood they fumigate every weeek. By this point I was done. I didnt care about how lovely this apartment complex looked anymore. Then I go online and read reviews that confirms my cockroach issue. OMG! PLEASE DONT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND LIVING WTH ROACHES.
