Wanted to charge me $200 just to apply which is exploitative and unreasonable. Background checks dont cost that much to run.

Ive been living here for almost two years! When we first leased the Apartment Manager, Bob, was welcoming and kind. He told us that the apartments were under brand new management and almost all the units were getting complete makeovers. The unit we ended up choosing had new wood flooring and freshly painted walls. Rent is very affordable and maintenance is always quick to respond! The only problem is the neighbors. . . Smoking and trash everywhere . . As well as loud and a bit disrespectful. I believe they were tenants before new management took over and they just havent left. I feel bad that Bob has to clean up after them.

I am in Property Management in another town, but I was so blown away by the managers quick reply to my missed call, I knew I needed to give him and his business a review! In this business, you normally find that different properties or different property management companies do not work together, which is annoying to say the least. The man that I spoke with, Bob, was a great shining example of how we should all treat each other.If you find yourself looking for an apartment in Fayetteville, I truly believe they would take great care of you.

Decent 1b x 1b apt. - not happy with the neighbors smoking and littering everywhere. Not a great neighborhood. Average if not below average experience.

Bad neighborhood, managers never respond to maintainace requests, and impossible to reach. Paper thin walls. Person got shot on my balcony. Go elsewhere. Worth the extra $50/month elsewhere in better neighborhood.

Great and cozy living space for me and my children and everyone gets along and are respectful to one another!!

Absolutely awful management. If you need something fixed or have any issue with your apartment you will have a VERY hard time getting a hold of the manager. They are never in the office and rarely reply to texts or calls. The maintenance manager is very friendly and nice but the main Landlord is very inattentive to the tenants. To anyone looking to rent an apartment in Fayetteville: PLEASE RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad management.Have lived here for about three years and they do not keep on time with residents needs.Anytime we need them to fix or replace something, they take a long time to answer and to get started on what we needed them to do.
