Hayes is a good place to rent a home with. The staff is easy to get along with and the rent is reasonable. I even had an eviction in my history and the were understanding of the circumstances and worked with me anyway. I would recommend to any of my friends.

On call responses always! If you make a report they always follow up, which is more that I can say about most.

Worst rental company I have EVER had the experience of dealing with!! Do NOT rent from them bc if anything goes wrong (& most likely there will be NUMEROUS things wrong!) with your home they will not make a single effort to fix it!

The owner and staff here are amazing. Caring family people!!
