The maintenance men ROCK! I’ve never experienced such friendly, timely, and respectful service!! These guys seriously go above and beyond on their jobs:) Brent, Charles, & James will always hold a special place in my heart as the BEST MAINTENANCE MEN!! Mike and Don are also the BEST bus drivers, they make the ride so much more fun and the mornings so much more enjoyable!
The staff is awesome and takes care of everything we need! Love this great group of people, the residents are amazing!
Amazing place to live especially for U of A student with it being right up the street from campus and has an amazing view. Bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of closet space. Leasing office really listens to you and works with any financial issues you may me having. 10/10 would highly recommend!!
I have only lived here for a few weeks so far, but I have had nothing but a positive experience! The staff is great and always super nice! I love the amenities offered to residents. Maintenance has been super quick every time I have needed it!I am having a great time so far! Great people and a great first apartment for sure!
The Vue is great! I have lived here for 2 years and haven’t had any issues that weren’t resolved right away. My room flooded during the snow storm and my TV was damaged by the water. Brent and the maintenance team took care of my apartment & even replaced my TV! Highly recommend!
Love living here! The amenities, staff, and apartment itself are great! I love being able to get coffee all the time and also walk my dog to the dog park. Maintenance is very responsive and kind! They have fixed any issues Ive ever had. The office staff are also very nice and always respond quickly. Totally would recommend living here.
Great staff and large floor plans! Also you can’t beat the location. 10/10 would recommend anyone to live here.
We came here and our apartment had cockroaches. However, the maintenance people were nice and always helped when we needed. Also, walls are very thin. But great community and atmosphere
The Vue is great! Staff is always extremely helpful, and maintence comes within 24 hours of our requests. The shuttle to and from campus is also really great and it also runs to and from Dicskon on the weekends. Rooms are super large and spacious! I have lived here for 2 years and had a fairly pleasent experience. Noise truly depends on who you live by. The first year I never heard a sound from our neighbors.. the second year was different. But if you ever do have a noise complaint, you can call at anytime and security will have it shut down within about 20 minutes, very helpful! With that, there are some downsides. While I lived here my scooter was vanalized and I had to take a loss on it. Since there arent any cameras on the property, there was no way to have access to see who might have done it. Yet, even with a frustrating loss, the staff at the Vue helped me physically load up my scooter in my car so I could haul it off, very nice of them and I really appreciated it. Also, expect to see overages in your utilites each month. Most the time it is anywhere between $20 - $40 each (given we do live in a town house, so it may be more exspensive).
Saying the staff/management is horrible is an understatement. This is the first review I’ve ever written but felt obligated to warn people to not sign a lease here. Unit was still under construction weeks after move in date
The Vue has been amazing during my two years here. If any issue arose it is always handled quickly and courteously plus the maintenance guys go above and beyond to be respectful (shout out to James). While guest parking is tricky I would still definitely recommend living here especially the villas.
Very nice, very clean. Just moved our son back to University if Ark today. The leasing office personnel are efficient. The lease itself is a little bit of a burdensome read, and clearly written to make sure the tenant pays. Btw, it is CRIMINAL to make someone pay full rent for 1st month, when they aren’t moving in until the 15th. I would have told you to go to hell, but my son likes this location. Anyway, great apartments!!
Ive love living here for 3 years. Ive been to many different apartments around the Fayetteville area, and these have the most space in both the rooms and bathrooms.
Great place to live. Great people and a great atmosphere. The office staff are super helpful and super nice. Every maintenance order is fixed within hours. Great place to live
I love living at the Vue! You get so much for your money and the residents and employees are all so friendly. As soon as you walk into the office youre greeted with a smile and they know you by name. The location is great because its like its own little village of college students. The bus is super convenient, and whats better than free coffee every day? Nothing!
I was so worried helping my son find his first home away from home. Paige gave us a tour. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with the security and how spacious the units are. Thank you for all of your help. You helped this mother feel much more comfortable now.
It’s 6:30 and I have currently been driving around this parking lot for 45 minutes waiting for guest spot to open so I can see my girlfriend. Good luck living here if you have any friends come over. There are a total of 20 guests spots for hundred of residents
It’s really not worth the money when I constantly have insects like ants and leaf bugs filling the common area up even when it’s spotless. Or when I have plumbing problem downstairs what was “fixed” but continues to hinder my ability to do laundry, wash dishes, shower or even go to the bathroom.
I love living at The Vue! I have lived here for 3 years and really enjoy the fun student atmosphere that The Vue provides. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
I love the Vue! My son has lived there for 1semester and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff matched him with great roommates. The shuttle is awesome and so convenient. The staff goes above and beyond to help in every way and I could’t be happier to have my son live there.
Really havent had any issues. Maintenance comes when needed. The only thing is that it could use a good clean in the hallways and on the outside. But when you live in a college town you cant really expect much. Its convenient because its right off campus.
Ive lived at the Vue for 3 years and its the best! Most spacious apartments in Fayetteville and at a reasonable price compared to other apartments. The Vue shuttle is a life saver to class and Dickson on the weekends. Management and the girls in the office are always willing to talk and help with any issues. Live the Vue!
Living at the Vue has been interesting. For the first 4 months I didnt have a bathroom door handle, so I would get locked in the bathroom any time I closed the door. Now, none of the doors can stay closed without being locked. Our balcony door cannot even lock, so when it is really windy the door will fly open. The location is really convenient and close to campus, so that is nice.
Tori is great, and the front desk is always friendly! Everytime I come to ask questions, everyone is so friendly and kind and always willing to help!
Worst experience ever. The first day they moved me 3 times. They finally put me with a girl that was allergic to cats. So after unpacking I had to move AGAIN. The girls they put me with had nothing in common with me. I stayed in my room when I was there. Then they called me in July wanting me to move again. My lease was about up so I decided to move. He was like oh you didnt sign another lease? Um no! They lost my July payment. Then I just got a bill for $189 because my roommates stole some furniture. Worst living experience Ive ever had!!!!
I loved the fact that they had a shuttle for my daughter and her team to get to campus. the staff seem nice and friendly as we did not have much interaction with them
Love living here. The Vue bus to school and Dickson is such a nice benefit. Staff is friendly and helpful and I couldnt have asked for a better apartment complex.
I lived at the Vue for 2 years. In that time I came to love the staff but hate the building.PROS:The staff in particular Sal ( the bus driver)The view on the higher floorsThe Shuttle (when running)Size of the roomsMinimal utility chargesComes furnishedCONS:Shoddily built apartments (Cabinets feel easily breakable, walls are very thin, had several leaks in the ceiling)PriceI cannot stress the enough the community. The community is very loud and sometimes destructive (Everything over a whisper can be heard from through the floors and walls). If you are someone who needs quiet to sleep it is rare you will find it here.Parking can be scarce depending on which building you are in. The buildings by the pool almost never have parking.
Please spend your hard earned money else where. Easily one of the worst run not just apartment complexes but just places I have ever seen! Stay far away
Update: 8/19/19. the manager of the Vue called immediately after my review and they have done a good job bringing the apt up to a much better standard. I was impressed with Morgan’s follow through. I assume all Apts are being treated the same. Parents, a note to your kids: the oven is self cleaning. Learn to use it ! 😁…………………………………8/12/19. My son has lived there for two years and overall I think it has been good until. . . They requested to move apartments within the complex when lease was up this year for a better view. I can appreciate the high volume of move Ins and move outs, but I was very disappointed in the handling of our move. When I went in to the office to get the keys to new apt I was told it was an “as is” apt, meaning no cleaning or repairs had been done. That was news to all of us and the apt was in horrific shape. Pet hair was everywhere. Upon further inquiry with the leasing person I was told the former tenants would be assessed a cleaning fee but we were on our own to clean it ourselves. I had made numerous calls prior to coming about needing a cleaning service for existing apt and was told just to give it a wipe down. Never told about the new apt! I was stupid to think college kids were treated as adult tenants. Furniture is in dire need of repair, flooring had been duct taped and window was cracked, just to name a few (there were many more). While they say things will be looked into I’m not sure I have faith in that. Perhaps this is just what you get everywhere in Fayetteville! Nice staff, and I admit I’m tired from two days of cleaning someone else’s apartment, but I’m paying a lot for the apt and expected better.
The love the Vue! Ive lived here for 2 years and no problems. The staff is amazing, Brooke is always super helpful!
Superb service!Brooke in particular, is always smiling and happy to help. Couldnt imagine living anywhere else.
Terrible at customer service and maintenance. The clubhouse and bus are sometimes not even operational as well as a lack a genuine caring feel about the residents. The living space was the best part of this complex.
I lived at the vue and absolutely loved it! All of the staff are amazing and always wiling to help under any circumstances.
The management team here is infuritating. Employees give you false information about billing and tracing it back to the truth is hilariously difficult. Very expensive for the quality of the units- our walls were bent at 45 degree angles, fridge handles ripped off, mold in bathtubs. Gym machines are broken 95% of the time, maintence men complete your requests without actually fixing anything. The space is nice and the shuttle is helpful, but save yourself the trouble.
WARNING TO ALL PARENTSCons:-being accused of not paying my rent when I had an email and vocal confirmation-dog poop & other trash in the stairwell for months without being cleaned even after requests-pool filled with alcohol bottles and green at times-management not being responsive to calls or emails-overcharging for rent when moving out, which had to be resolved in person because lack of response-fridge light and kitchen light not fixed for 2+ monthsPros:-SAL and his free trolley to Dickson Thursday-Saturday (he also trolleys throughout the school year to campus)!-The actual view is incredible if facing east.-The sand volleyball court, best in town.-Kind maintenance peopleI subleased for two months and would never want to be a tenant because of the headache this place caused.
Overall good experience. Will most likely renew lease. Only problem is sometimes the wifi is very slow, and the printer usually does not work. The vue bus is one of the main reasons why I will be most likely renewing my lease. Its a great thing to have.
Management is a lot better than last year. There are still things that could be improved, such as the wifi connection. SAL is the best thing about the VUE
Do NOT live the vue. If I could give them less than one star I would. They make you pay a ridiculous amount for horrible service and horrible quality. Before we moved in, we were signed to a different layout. We were told by staff in July we would be placed in that layout. Then two weeks before move in, we were notified that we would be placed else where. They also messed up our term and rent. I had to call in three times to get it changed back to what it was supposed to be. They have messed up everything they could have. The construction is probably the worst Ive ever seen. My roommate cant even move his door without it falling off the hinges. When we moved in, it was disgusting and many things were broken or unusable. We submitted maintenance requests but it took them weeks to reply. They even sent a confirmation that it was complete without even coming to look. The entire first month, we didnt have any internet connection, including Ethernet. They still changed use the same amount for rent, but took their sweet time fixing any of the issues. For the price, this place is not even close to worth it. What it really boils down to is that the management could not care less about their tenants.
Never had more problems with management of a place. Decent apartment but between continuous, unfixed maintenance problems and the very poor management team, do not recommend living here.
The vue was the worst establishment I have ever experienced. Awful management, overcharges for nothing, and maintenance requests never fixed. I wish I would have known how awful this place was. Sal is the best though!
Great apartment complex! I stayed in the townhomes and loved it !!
Staff and maintenance are rude and dont really try to help the people living here. Other than the bad staff, it does has a convenient location and pretty big rooms which is nice.
Yall are doing great! Maintenance is bomb and always fixes our problems. Everything is always clean. However, I do wish you would get the printers fixed in the computer room.
Its not perfect, but there are definitely much worse places you could choose to live. Also, the Vue Shuttle is their real competitive advantage.
Friendly staff and accommodating features!
The Model Sold me. I soon found out that someone else must have staged the model. The Apts are horribly ran/managed. i had to check 1 star in order to post this. Otherwise i would not have given even 1 star . I have had issues this complex for almost 1 year with no resolution.
Brooke houston was great help and knowledgeable on the vue
First my issue was the spiders, then I moved up a few floors to avoid the problem. Next thing I know theres a dead mouse by my bed. EWW! I called to the have the problem fixed and they put in a maintenance request and still, NO one is here to get it.
Trust the one star ratings. Its a horrible place to live. I suggest beechwood, university house or literally anything else.
I love almost everything about living at the Vue. The location is great. The shuttle, gym, pool, and hot tub are my favorite parts about living here.
Do Not Live Here!! The management is awful. Lived here for 12 months and they never opened any of the amenities that were promised. The gym the pool none of that ever opened. The internet is slower than dialup and they charge you extra each month for electricity because the apartments arent insulated properly. Theyre also constantly doing construction because it wasnt built properly. Finally the appliances are all the cheapest ones they could find and every one of them has broken at least once. Bottom line live somewhere else!
Excellent location and perfect for student living
Overbook way too many people after I had already paid my first months rent down. Still havent received my money back and Ive called like 5 times
Large rooms, good community, but trashed all the time.
If you like a poorly managed complex that is just falling apart with maintenance that doesnt fix anything and wifi that NEVER works, then you should live at the Vue.
Management is unorganized. Townhomes are filled with bugs.
Seems that maintenance isnt really a priority for the management group....
I would totally live here!
The finance manager is a fox
Great
