Apartment was wonderful literally have no complaints, I’m a traveling laboratory technician and was looking for a short term apartment . Which is very difficult to find . Came across family lodge apartments and couldn’t be happier the move in process was smooth, the apartments are very clean, furnished, up to date, with full size washer and dryers, with very affordable pricing . The Community is quiet and clean as well . Mike is very informative and does a great job handling all of your concerns, he even use to put my packages inside of my apartment, with my permission of course . Very nice office staff, would recommend family lodge to anyone in the Fayetteville area !

Family Lodge Apartments was absolutely perfect for my wife and me. We originally planned to live here for only 3 months, but ended up staying for 9 months. The apartment was fully furnished and had everything we needed. Mike and Deborah were great and we are very pleased we ended up choosing this place to live.

Hands down the most convenient short term or long term apartment complex in the area especially for military personnel. Its extremely close to base, has short leases that dont raise in price, is pre furnished very nicely and has a very polite and helpful staff. Mike, who works out of the front office, is a super nice guy who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay here is the best it can be and when it comes to anything needing to be fixed in the apartments Ive never met a man that no matter what it is gets the job done as fast as the maintenance man Cam. I recommend checking this place out for anyone looking for an apartment

Im a travel nurse and this apartment was perfect for me and reasonably priced compared to getting an airbnb or hotel! I rented a 1x1 fully furnished with W&D. The apartment had EVERYTHING i needed and more. Mike is very attentive and a wonderful landlord. I was shocked when i walked up to the office to pay my rent the first time and he greeted me by name and already had all my stuff together. Truly felt like more than just a renter. I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation if i find my way back to Fayetteville. Mike, thank you for everything!

I lived here for 6 months. Very affordable and nice. Mike handled everything very well if I had any concerns or any problems. Also cam the maintenance person who fixed everything for me if I had any issues. Definitely recommend to anybody. Also, 5 mins away from Fort bragg if you are military.

This was my first apartment, and I had a wonderful stay here. The staff is very personable. Mike was very communicative and friendly. The maintenance man helped me fix my light and blind within an hour or two of letting the office know. Would definitely recommend this lovely place if you’re looking for the conveniency of a prefurnished apartment!

The place is quiet and affordable. I was able to complete my work without any distractions. Michael was able to handle all of my questions and concerns in a timely professional manner. If I need to come back to this area to work, I would stay here again.

Great apartment. Friendly staff. Went above and beyond to help me when coming home from deployment during the height of COVID. Loved the outdoor space with the grill and covered patio. Very convenient location. Stylish and comfortable furnishings in the apartment. No regrets.

Family Lodge is a great place to live. It has been really nice having a short commute to Fort Bragg with Reilly Gate rarely being an issue. Their furnished quadplex community in the back is well upkept and feels safe and hidden away. Ive been here for several months and its been fairly quiet as far as neighbors are concerned as well. Best of all the price has remained static for my time here which is a huge relief. Mike and the rest of the property management team are good people and overall Ive got nothing but good things to say about my time staying here.

Mike was beyond pleasant to work with. My wife and I stayed for six months and found it quiet and convenient. It’s nice for what you pay and close to base. Highly recommend for soldiers looking for temporary housing.

Stayed here for almost a year...without question the best furnished apartments in Fayetteville. You sign a lease that ends up going month to month, so there is a lot of flexibility. All of your enmities are included from a vacuum to even a TV.The staff are incredibly helpful. I accidentally locked myself out one day, and Mike the front office manager drove all the way over to unlock my door. Deb the owner is simply incredible. Not only did she become a good friend, she helped me get adjusted to Fayetteville.I can’t recommend this place enough, I really didn’t know how good I had it, and if anything I wish I could have been a better tenant because for once the landlords were better than the resident.

Exceptional value. Well maintained and the location is extremely convenient for Fort Bragg Soldiers, but in a very quiet area of an established neighborhood.The property manager, Mike, went above and beyond for me during my year at the property. He always made himself available to address any issue I might have, had oversized deliveries put into my apartment and always sent me a friendly text when packages arrived for me at the office. His support really made my time at Family Lodge a family experience.The 90 day lease that transfers to month to month really is unique and makes selecting this location, if you are fortunate enough to find availability, an easy choice.

I stayed at this apartment for 1 year (2019-2020) and had a pleasant experience. My neighbors were friendly and I felt very safe in the little community tucked in the back. The staff especially Mike was very professional and friendly. I liked the idea of not signing a whole years contract. The apartments are clean and if there is an issue Mike sends maintenance out immediately. It is close to FT. Bragg and not far from the Mall. You cant beat the price (furnished), service from the staff and proximity to FT. Bragg

I could not be move happy with our experience with the owners and staff at Fayetteville Family Lodge. Rented an apartment for my son for the last two years. Clean, and fully furnished place in a quiet safe environment with short term options. The best price and value in Fayetteville. The on site maintaince crew were always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them and truly appreciate the service and friendship Mike and Deb showed my son and I.

My husband and I PCS’d here and didn’t want to live on base, but also didn’t want to fork out money for furniture. We originally moved into a 1 bedroom but with me pregnant with our first baby, we have become overrun with baby items as well with all of my husbands gear! Family lodge has been nothing but accommodating and actually let us know when a bigger unit became available! Family lodge truly makes it a mission to make sure all of its tenants are comfortable and happy! We love it here, and love the staff!

Family Lodge apartments definitely deserves this 5 star review, because I moved in August 2019 and since then they have treated me and my Wife with a warm welcome and positive attitude Every time something went wrong in the apartment I easily called the office and got help immediately without any concern.Thank you for giving me and my Wife a home and warm welcome

They were super friendly and the neighborhood is quite. The price was perfect for what I needed and the staff was super accommodating.

I enjoyed my time there! Everything was so clean and neat! I wouldve never left! The bills werent that expensive and it was only minutes away from the gate! The management was excellent and always polite to me each time I went! I must say if you are here for a short time, this is the place to be! All you literally have to do is walk in! I had pots, pans, bedding on both beds, TV, table, microwave, and even a shower curtain! Words cant say enough about my pleasant time there!

We have been loving our time at Family Lodge. The units are tastefully decorated and the neighborhood is very quiet and situated in the back of a residential neighborhood. The furniture is new and we have all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. You get a real bang for your buck. This units would be going for well over $1300 in other places. Pots, pans, kitchen-wares, bed sheets. You name it, its all there. The only reason not giving 5 stars is because one of the units down the street had an something going on a few weeks ago. In the dead of night I woke up to police cars lights & sirens everywhere. Search teams with police dogs. Assuming it was some kind of home invasion or robbery gone wrong. Not unheard of these days because crime is everywhere in Fayetteville. However.......It does bother me that Family Lodge is taking so long to notify residents about what actually happened. As someone who has worked at an Apartment complex before I know there is a duty of care to notify residents about crimes that happen on the property, both legally and ethically.....Makes me wonder what else has happened that isnt being shared. Maybe theyre just slow though. Will update review if the office puts out a flyer explaining what happened

The 1- and 2-BR apartments come fully furnished with everything you need (furniture, fully-equipped kitchen, TV, ). 90-day leases are available which relieves the pressure of making a long-term commitment that you regret later. There is no furniture rental fee, no utility deposits, and no requirement to re-new the initial lease. The apartments are clean, nicely decorated, and reasonably priced. The location is ideal for anyone working at Ft. Bragg, but is also close to the mall and hospital. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to maintenance requests. There is a variety of residents ranging from young to older adults.

This home at first was good but then we got surprisedat how rastist and rude the women was she is discriminating us cuz of our rase DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

I relocated to Fayetteville at the beginning of 2015 and stumbled across Family Lodge. I am so glad I chose to stay here while I learned the local market. My apartment was very clean, very comfortable and quiet. The rates were also very reasonable as well. Additionally, the staff here is the bomb. I called and needed a last-minute apartment in the Fayetteville area. I had lots of questions but the staff was friendly and polite. They made my lease siging a peace of cake! I wasn’t to sure what I was getting into but when Mike turn the key and we toured the apartment I was more than pleasantly surprised. The homes are tastefully decorated and clean! Any issues I had (extermly minor) were immediately addressed even after a pretty eventful hurricane. The neighborhood is very quiet and its a small apartment community . I was staying by myself and felt safe and secure during my safe stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to any needing a short or more long term housing in the Fayetteville area.

Place wasnt so bad the first few months. I only planned on staying g for 3 months but ended up staying a little over a year. The staff was friendly at first but than became bothersome. Whe. I moved out I made it a point t ro clean everything. I figured I would get charged for somethi gs like a busted door frame which I accidentally broke but with that being g said they charged me 250. To fix a door frame???? A bit much. Than claimed the apartment was very dirty I made it a point t ro take pictures of everything to prove it was deep cleaned before I left. All in all if you are doing a short stay not a bad place. But if you have more than 2 cars like I did they will threaten to tow them (even though the rental agreement doesnt mention a limit on them) and harrass you about a number of different issues even if other tenants do the same.

Most unprofessional rudest staff members I have ever dealt with. Basically the lady acted like the apartment was ours I waited for my husband who is in the army to get home so we could go look at the apartment told the lady we would be there in the evening just before 5:00 text to tell her my husband was home and we would be there shortly we all got ready (my husband, our 3 small children and I) and drove all the way there to be told they gave it to someone else after I had been communicating with the lady all day long even put in my application and gave her all our info and she acted like we could move in by Thursday or Friday. Once I got there the lady I had been chatting with all day wasn’t even there I text to tell her we were there and she said she had to go run errands and the lady who was there informed me that I wasn’t there at 12:00 like I had said (which I never said I would be there at 12:00 I said I would be there late evening just before 5:00) so she gave it to someone else and she treated me like I was a fool I was humiliated to say the least and left very upset i wasted my whole day chatting about an apartment that I was basically told was ours to get there and be told it was taken and that they can’t hold apartments yet I had done planned my whole day and scheduled an appointment to come see it and I understand they can’t hold but I was never informed that nor gave a time I had to be there at 12:00! The problem was that I was not informed the place was taken when lady knew I was coming and also she lied saying She tried to call me after we had been texting all day long never once did I get a call so she bold face lied and blamed it all on her “being swamped” and “racing all day” which isn’t my problem. They need to be more professional Then that. But I guess it’s a good thing it didn’t work out I found a nicer place for cheaper so everything happens for a reason I am just upset I was treated like I was a fool and humiliated that was wrong and I will not accept that so reason i am leaving a review. Good luck with these people they are very unorganized!
