Karen and the staff at Autumn View are awesome. They stay on top of any maintenance issues I may have. The front office and management staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. N trust me, the move to Fayetteville wasn’t an easy transition.It’s clean, the apartments are nice and roomy, the neighborhood is quiet, and the playground and pool stays clean.Whether you have a family, military, or just simply looking for a new place to call home, I definitely recommend Autumn View Apartments!

I would leave 0 starts if I could!!! Horrible living experience I moved in July if 2020 and by august 2020 my ENTIRE car was stolen out of the complex, the police found it a week later and I had to pay 1500 to get my car rekeyed .According to police It’s common in that complex.. Management couldn’t help because they didn’t have any cameras.. if you would like to live where they care more about your personal life then getting your repairs fixed or addressing your concerns then this is the place for you!!! Very poor communication with this complex. Now it turns out I will have dispute so bogus charges they said I Damaged the carpet and is charging me $957 to have the carpet replaced, which makes me even more confused because don’t you put new carpet down in between each tenant anyway? If not that’s even more disturbing and i wouldn’t be surprised if that’s why it’s always bugs inside. I have a full 360 video and photos of the units when I moved out because I felt like they would be on some funny business and look what we have here .. and to top it off my rent went from 1132 to 1555 a month for renewal in the middle of a pandemic that’s insane

I lived here yrs ago due to military duty station and I miss it so much. We always felt welcomed & maintenance was always on top of things! They held events to interact with tenants, even events for the pets! Movie night by the pool I have yet to experience this again. We also had our trash picked up outside our door which was really convenient as a new mom! Great place!!

Great apartment and area. Good value, clean & up kept grounds with friendly staff. My only critique would be to create more parking. It’s very difficult to find parking for most folks with more than one vehicle. When my family moved in this month, the apartment was well received and ready for occupancy. Only one very minor work order placed which was resolved very quickly and professionally. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to reside in our community.

I lived here at Autumn View for 9 months during my senior year at Methodist University. On Ramsey street, there are a lot of apartment complexes and I did a lot of searching before signing a lease. This complex is BY FAR THE BEST on Ramsey street, the Ash apartments in the back buildings are newer, very nice and incredibly spacious. I was a very high maintenance leasee by transferring apartments because I didn’t want to be on the ground level, and the leasing office was so caring and respectful and let me do it with ease. The parking here is tough at times but everyone has their own assigned spots right in front of their unit! The maintenance team is fantastic and literally will complete anything in a matter of hours. I really will miss my apartment here and I am so thankful that I found this hidden gem on Ramsey Street!

I have just moved into Autumn View A few weeks ago and I have to say I have felt welcome since the moment I stepped foot here. The office staff is quick to get back to you and keeps you informed of everything going on. They are so kind and willing to help you with anything you need. Also, the maintenance guys are very nice, hard working, and will get work orders done in a timely manner. Overall, my experience here has been amazing so far and I’m so glad I chose this complex as my home!

So far living within this community has been a wonderful experience! Seth and Brandi are incredibly polite and helpful, the maintenance crews are extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and I have no doubt that I am safe and that my apartment is well looked after thanks to security procedures and wonderful neighbors.

I’ve lived in a lot of different complexes all over NC, and this is by far the best! The office staff is for the most part professional, and Karen is always willing to handle whatever needs you have. She even stayed late one day, when my runaway cat was found and turned in to the office! My only issue is parking - you are assigned a spot number, but visitors will frequently park in your spot (especially on weekends) and you have no choice but to park in someone else’s assigned spot. Wish they would actually tow like they threaten to do, so people will stop taking others spots! But other than that, a great place to live with great neighbors!

Over a 1,000 dollars for a two bedroom apartment that is 963 sq ft? Yall trippin.

I just moved in a couple days ago and I’ve been blown away by the kindness of the office and maintenance workers. They are all so nice, helpful, and easy to get in touch with!

My husband and I love this apartment complex.Ever since we moved in, they have been extremely welcoming and friendly to us. The only problem I would have is that our neighbors/surrounding complexes smoke week (to each their own) but sometimes we can smell it in our apartment. That is not a management issue but a community problem.Other than that, the maintenance crew is by far the best maintenance crew I have ever had in my times of living in an apartment. The front staff is very friendly and always try to fix what they can. They even did a community wide “missing cat” search, and helped another resident find their cat.I would definitely recommend this apartment complex if you want to feel safe and at home.It’s far enough off the main road where you don’t hear road traffic and is surrounded by beautiful towering trees!10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I moved here 4 months ago. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Being a military household, there are a lot of unexpected events, their staff is very knowledgeable and military friendly. They make your move less stressful as possible. The location is so tranquil. Maintenance is always professional and make quick responses to any repairs needed. Their prices are also very reasonable. We definitely recommend Autumn View Apartments to everyone!

I lived here for a year while in grad school. The office staff is always helpful and they act quickly. For example, the day that I moved in I noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. I called the office and my leaking disposal was replaced with a new one within 2 hours. My neighbors were quiet and nice. The walls were a bit thin and at the time there was no access to recycling bins - otherwise, great place to live.

We have been living here for a little over a month now, and it’s amazing! The apartment came clean and ready, the few very minor maintenance issues we had were cleared up within hours of contacting maintenance, and the staff is very responsive and helpful...would definitely recommend!

My experience living at Autumn View was very pleasurable. The office and maintenance team is super friendly and very accommodating. The property is well maintained and the apartments are spacious and feature nice finishes. The location is perfect, close to Ft. Bragg with fast commute, I295 is just minutes away, close to restaurants, yet a quiet neighborhood. This was my second time renting at Autumn View and I can definitely recommend the property.

Exceptional place to live! They are on top of everything (ie maintenance request, packages etc.) which is impressive. Their turn around time to complete a maintenance order has been 24 hours if not less for me. This is a very well organized and managed community. The staff is attentive and responsive to the tenants needs and they are knowledgeable about the area, which is great given that I moved from another state! I am impressed and satisfied with the decision I made in moving to this apartment complex.

Im not sure why it took me so long to review these great apartments. I had lived at Autumn View for a year until last October and had to relocate for work, but I still think of my former apartment fondly. I loved the layout, the massive storage space I had, the well maintained interior and exterior. The manager Karen, is one of the kindest managers I have come to know. Even after I had long moved out, she reached out to me about a check that was sent to my former address and mailed it to me! The maintenance staff were so attentive and responded to requests promptly. By far the best apartments I have lived in, and Im very picky.

A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and was very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. The dog area within the apartment complex is very spacious, and well maintained. And this is only the tip of the iceberg with these guys. I am grateful for everything they did for me, and I can’t thank Karen enough for always show my little fur babies love and give them treats every time we would take a stroll through the office area.Overall amazing experience! Definitely recommend Autumn View for anyone that needs a place to call “home”

We just moved in to autumn view apartment and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The move in process was very easy thanks to Victoria...and the rest of the office staff was very helpful as well! We are very pleased with our choice moving to autumn apartments .

Came in to look for an apartment to rent and the office staff was very attentive and gave me all the information that i needed to make an informed decision.

Very accommodating, the maintenance team is the best. They literally wont leave until the job is done, unless the job requires more expertise than they have which there isnt a lot they cant do. And, the lease managers are always super friendly and helpful with everything. If only they had lights in the spare bedroom they would have gotten a 5 star. Its really annoying to walk into a room with a light switch and no light.

The staff at Autumn View are all phenomenal. Victoria was especially helpful in getting us our first apartment. We have a beautiful new home for a really great price, and the community is wonderful. Maintainence has already proved itself to be quick and efficient. We are very satisfied with our first renting experience!

My husband and I have been living here since November 2017. Victoria made our application process so easy! The maintenance team is AMAZING! Our work orders are always completed quickly and I have never had to call the same work order twice. The kitchen and bathroom in the one bedroom apartment are very nicely sized. One complaint would be that we only get one assigned parking spot and it is not really near our apartment. The visitor spots fill up VERY quickly and I have had to park on the other side of the complex. Also, I am genuinely concerned that my upstairs neighbor is destroying his floors...Because his footsteps sound like cement blocks being dropped. His walking shakes my pictures on the walls!But other than that, we love Autumn View!

From the moment I first walked into the business office I felt all my desires and concerns mattered to Victoria. She covered what was available as well as apartments coming available soon. After showing me the models she showed me the locations of available apartments. I elected to wait 60 days for an upcoming vacancy. As move in in date approached Victoria was in touch and walking me though all the steps!I am now in the unpacking mode and feel welcomed and that the entire staff has been friendly and made me feel I made the right decision and am AT HOME at Autumn View!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience living at Autumn View Apartments! Me, my husband and 2 elementary school daughters (and our dog:) lived there in 2016. The apartment was very clean, and the grounds and and parking lots always clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff was amazing and very quick to make repairs- always professional and helpful! They had a nice size dog park that our pup enjoyed playing with other residents dogs. One of the things I liked most was how safe we always felt there! I never felt uncomfortable, even in the evenings- very safe. They had courtesy officers that were on staff, but in general the other residents were simply nice and respectful (many were military and families). The school for our girls was Longhill Elementary and the bus came right to the office. The office staff was always professional, friendly, and responsive. We were there during Hurricane Matthew and lost power for 2 days, and the staff was so helpful and kind! One of the staff, Elizabeth, walked the property during the outage asking if we had enough bottled water, etc. The property manage Karen was also very helpful and always went above and beyond with any need we had. One thing that was a bit of a challenge occasionally was parking, as each apartment was only assigned one reserved space, so my husband would have to park in an open visitor spot. We managed just fine though by having whomever came home first, park in the visitor spot, then our reserved spot was there when the other got home later. One other thing that was a bit of a challenge at times was with the USPS mail, but that wasnt any fault of Autumn View staff. (there was a change in postman so the postal worker was still getting adjusted). One thing that was great was that the office would accept packages at the office, so it was a secure way to get them. Also, noise was never a problem. The office also had nice community events such as a pool party with free dinner, etc. Another great thing was they had a trash service that someone would pick up your trash 5 nights a week. Also, the location couldnt be better. A mile to a grocery store, and 2-3 miles to nice restaurants and shopping. Also right off 295, which is supper great! For a family or even singles, Autumn View Apartments is truly a great place to live! Sincerely, Renee Arnold

Autumn View is an awesome place to live! The apartments at Autumn View are reasonably priced, quiet, and most importantly, SAFE!!! The staff is very friendly as well! I would recommend ANYONE (including college kids, young couples, and even large families) to live here. The location is great as well!

We love living on this side of town!! I attended MU and it was easy access on campus and for my husband that has to work on post. Rates are great, the staffs are constantly planning community events to bring all the residents closer. Ive never had any issues regarding my appliances in my 2 bedroom, and 2 bathroom apartment. The only thing that was hard for us is trying to find parking but we were assured that management is looking for a solution and sure enough, they added 2 more parking spots. All in all, it was a great place to live and if we ever come back to the Fayetteville area, we would love to stay here again.

This apartment complex will accommodate pets, tons of neighbors who smoke weed, which makes it difficult for federal employees. Has frequent dog fights with neighbors and pets as they do a poor job screening for pets. Rent has spiked in the past year here as well. I know people who are paying under 700 for a one bedroom and one bath but they dont offer that rate at all anymore.... BTW you cant just discredit somebody by saying youre not on our roster. It makes no sense thats like an Irishmen telling me the American Civil War happened, and I discredit him, and say it never happened. What do you know? Youre not an American. I have a voice, just as everyone else, and you are extremely unprofessional and bias to each client. One could call it discrimination.

The staff members always make me feel like a valued resident, I have never felt unsafe, and any maintenance requests have been completed in a very timely fashion. I am grateful to have an assigned parking spot near my building, and I love the convenience of having my trash picked up from my door 5 days each week. When my first lease reached its end, I was positive that I didnt want to live anywhere else in the Fayetteville area, and I couldnt be happier with my decision to remain in the Autumn View community.

I love living at Autumn View! The staff members are super sweet and the maintenance guys are really friendly. I have a large dog and she enjoys the doggy area because she can run around unleashed. Its a peaceful community and its great knowing law enforcement officers live here too. I walk my dog late every night and I have never had an issue with feeling unsafe. Autumn View is a nice area to stay in and the workers there are very dependable. They take care of the customers and the maintenance is done on time. It’s also not far from post for those that are in the military.

Been living in this apartment complex for about 6 months now. The apartment is very spacious and well maintained. My mom who visited from Houston, TX was very amused by how spacious the apartment is. I placed a work order online when I needed my garbage disposal to be fixed and it was taken care of with in matter of 2-3 hours! I was very amazed how quickly they were able to take care of it coming from apartment complex back home where they will take their sweet time with all of different excuses. The leasing office agents are very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is very convenient; Walmart, Food Lion, Aldi, Ross, and many stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes drive if not, less than 5 minutes drive. Easy access to 295 and I-95. Also VA medical center is down the street which helps with urgent care access. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for apartment whether they go to school here or service members getting stationed here, even for the veterans!

I live here currently and this has been the best experience Ive had living in an apartment complex. If your sink needs fixed, they send someone out right away, if you ordered a package, they keep it at the front office so no one steals it. The apartments are perfectly sized and in a good area.

Management is horrible, and you definitely dont get what you pay for. Parking sucks, and they are barely pet friendly. They paid off their residents to leave 5 star reviews last year.

I love it here. Its very peaceful and safe. Theres even an officer here on the weekends. I enjoy the pool and gym which despite their size,is never crowded when i want to use them. Its a great and affordable place to live.

They were a great help, and I really recommend everyone to come here for their professional attitude.

Really loud partying neighbors. Someone always parked in my parking spot. My then 8 month pregnant wife had to walk from the entrance to our apartment in winter because people had there parties going on and there were no spots. The walls are paper thin. Our apt wall by the front door leaked like dripping water 3 times after being repaired. . .just cheaply built and quiet policies not upheld.

I have enjoyed living in Autumn View. It is in a very quiet area of town. Management always promptly addresses any maintenance concerns. I definitely recommend these apartments if moving to the Fayetteville area.

Adding to the facts that rates go up annually, and semi-annually with this place. I would like to add that when you choose a floor plan on their website, and it will give a price for the floor plan that you reserve. So going into the front office you would think the website, and what the staff tell you are going to be the same price. Well it is not. The price is higher, and fluctuates, only after three weeks due to some algorithm they use. Which conflicts with you reserving it on the site for said rate, then the staff up charging you. It is not a fair system. I believe that the fares need to be standard across the board, and stop profiling on people once you receive their pay stubs or LES. Thank you for your time.

We lived at Autumn View for almost 6 years, under 3 different property management companies. The current manager, Karen & her staff has been by far the best. They make an effort to encourage community involvement through monthly/holiday events. The pool area and decor has improved under their watch. They all know every residents names and apartment numbers without asking and even treat pets like actual residents too. The staff is quick to tend to any issues and complaints and maintenance always responds in a timely fashion to any work orders we had. The complex has a 24 hour courtesy officer and a convenient trash valet service.The apartments are spacious and affordable for the area and with the current staff, I think Autumn View is an excellent choice if youre looking for housing options in the north Fayetteville area.

Great price friendly staff, thin walls though -we are working with staff to try and quiet our neighbors in the middle of the night 12-1am. Other than that my wife and I enjoy renting here:)

I lived in Autumn View Apts for three yrs...I must say I enjoy living here...Karen and her staff go above and beyond to make the tenants feel like family... always having events so we all come together as a family oriented community... from the Yappy Hour-Pet Pawty this pass April 28 to the now Annual Pool Party we had Friday August 12 which was fabulous by the way...gotta love Karen and the staff... My sister said her Apartments dont do anything for them...and I proudly said maybe you need to be #teamAutumnViewApartments where you treated like royalty and family always... I lived here for two years. Karen and her staff always treated my roommate and I very well. However, after moving out in June of this year, we were supposed to be refunded most of our deposit but its now November and we still havent gotten back our deposit. Maybe its at their headquarters but I dont believe we should be waiting this long.
