I would strongly suggest against Kings Cross or Kings Pointe for your home. A few of the little things include gates that consistently break, trash overflowing from the dumpster, to little parking availability. Some of the major issues I had during my stay included:The payment application changing over during a school (The complex was notified I wouldnt be accessable) where I could not access technology, resulting in late payments and a hit to my credit score before I was returned my phone. The fire that occurred on 08 August, there were multiple other residents including myself that did not have our fire alarms ring, even being wired into the building.Though the complex had promised a structural eningeer/survey was in the works it has been one month with nothing to show, with many peoples possessions and documents still inside with little communication from KC personnel. One of the most devastating things to find out is that the Renters Insurance that the company offers, has two options, of which when I signed on they neglect to tell you that there are two. Of course I had agreed to the insurance I thought would cover me, and was signed up for only liability insurance. A big slap in the face when your home burns down and the company brings the two options up with soot on your face. It was not just myself either, I know of at least two other cases. Finally it has taken multiple emails, calls and messages to coax any kind of response to distribute a fire report that was promised to take 7-10 days. It is now September 1st, the report was finally given with the last update on it being the 16th of August. It took a long message today just for them to respond to myself, hopefully the others received the report.Overall a terrible experience, the proximity to post is not worth the risk of the old buildings with no firewall in the attic.
I’ve lived here for almost two years now and absolutely love it! I’ve had safety concerns lately and management has taken very good care of the situation along with the courtesy officer that we have that lives here.Thank you Kahlya Hunter for helping me out so well and the very nice receptionist!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have lived here for 2 years now, and it’s honestly what you make of it, like any place you choose to live! Property wise: It’s a great community. Very family-oriented, pet friendly, and has the feeling like you’re right at home once you get through those gates. My neighbors for the most part have been friendly and decent to live around. Apartment: Super spacious, more than I expected when moving in (did not take a tour). No complaints on my end so far other than parking to get to my apartment – which is a given when another resident might have like 3 cars compared to my one (that’s a little annoying). I currently live on the 1st floor and havent had much of a bug problem. They do offer pest control for when a little bug decides to show. Maintenance: Has been urgent/ up to date with anything requested within my apartment, and if for whatever reason they couldn’t get to it on that day/ found the problem and may have had to order the parts- theyve let me know and kept me updated until the problem was fixed. Office: Responsive for the most part and always smiling when I walk in, tries to please their residents to their best abilities and help wherever needed. Hard to reach by phone so I’d recommend just going to the office or emailing for a quick response. Remember home is what YOU make of it, and this has been a good place to call home for me!
Its been weeks. My apartment has been a hotbox (85+). I have gone to the rental office multiple times and still hasnt been fixed. Everytime something in this apartment breaks we have to fight just to get help.My bathroom had a leak from maintenance installing a piece incorrectly and because it was a Sunday during NFL season the on call maintenance man did not want to come and wanted me to just let my water run till Monday. And this is only the tip of the iceberg. Prepare for disappointment if you move hereUpdate- I shouldnt have to come to the rental office EVERYDAY to get a issue fixed I have been complaining about for almost 2 months.so please kings point do not try to lie and make it seem like you havent known we have been having issues.
Lived here a little over a year and it had a rough start, but the management and maintenance team worked with us recently and I’m very pleased with how the situation was handled. Also very pet friendly! I love the outdoor pool area. It definitely is what you make of it, so be kind to the staff and make it your home. The community is great and all my neighbors have been very friendly.
This is a TERRIBLE COMPLEX. My friends had their property vandalized and the property manager waited until the 24 hour loop on the security cameras was past the time that they needed to see. They had already had MAJOR issues with this complex being shady beforehand and now they are resisting complying with ANY request for evidence that the Police issue (for example they tried to refuse to hand over a list of residents). This complex does NOT protect their tenants and should be blacklisted from Ft. Bragg. Stay far away.
We have neighbors we can hear. The trash area sometimes has excess junk piled next to it. And neighbors let their dogs poop wherever in the grass. None of these are problems with the apartment complex or management.Work orders are taken care of when needed. Theyre very open about policies and keep everyone as informed as possible when theres changes. They work to keep the communal areas maintained and nice. The apartments ARE BUG FREE. At least if youre clean and dont live in squalor the place stays bug free. I didnt think that was something noteworthy but around here apparently thats a tall order.Theyre really up in your business about paying rent on time. I assume too many people ruined it for the rest of us so get ready for your email to get spammed around the first each month. But paying is easy enough through the web portal and Ive forgotten enough times by the 2nd that Ill take the pestering as a solid trade-off
Quick shout out to the maintenance guys. This morning locked myself out and they came in as fast as I put in the request. Thanks to them problem solved!
We have lived here for almost a year, our lease is up next month. Thank God!! We have had nothing but problems since we’ve moved in. It’s literally always something. Right now it’s our ac, which we’ve always had problems with. Yesterday we had to call emergency maintenance number because our ac was set to 74, which it was almost 80 in our apartment. We called them and they stated to turn the ac off for an hour then back on the see if that fixes it, which it didn’t so I called back. Andre came and stated there was nothing wrong with it and it will cool down soon. It didn’t and we went to sleep sweating. This morning I called and spoke with the office and they stated they would send someone down to look at it. I spoke with Donnie and he stated there was nothing wrong with it and it was cooled down now. That is also because it was only 80 degrees outside. Today before I got off work I called my husband and asked if it was cool and he said no it’s 80 degrees in our apartment. I called them at 5 and asked if they could fix it before they leave. They once again stated nothing was wrong with it. When I got home it was still hot so I went to the office and informed them of everything that has happened. I then asked if we could get a window unit, they stated yes they would bring it down. It is now almost 8:00 at night and we still have no window unit and it’s 79 degrees in our apartment and 83 degrees outside. On top of all of this our electricity bill is always at least $250, sometimes a little higher. Even though they say it’s a gated community, it’s not. The side gate is literally never locked and you can follow anyone into the gate. Luckily our lease is almost up and we are moving. So we won’t have to deal with this anymore but I’m just trying to help others out. The only good things that has came out of living at King’s Pointe is the friends I’ve made in the past year. All the residents are super nice and friendly!!
My husband and I have been living here for only about 3 months, but we havent had any real issues. The apartment we chose was a 2 bedroom, and the space is wonderful. we always have parking without the special parking pass, and this place is very pet friendly! They even offer a 50% discount if you adopt from a nearby shelter, so its good to know they support the community so well. All the staff I have encountered were very friendly and answered any questions weve had.
NO PARKINGWATER BUGSFLEAS AT THE DOG PARKPAPER THIN WALLSDEBRIE FALLS FROM THE CEILING WHEN YOUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR WALKSPOOL IS DIRTY (they’ve had a pile of sand outside the pool for over three years atleast.)THE FRONT OFFICE NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONEWARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
So Ive been living at Kings Pointe since 15 September 2015. The property is awesome and the staff is great. Everything is not peaches and cream but it is an awesome place to stay, but we do have some people that just dont follow clean up rules that would make living here so much more fun and healthy. Life is life so guess we just have to live with the worst among great which would be someone like me, but enjoy yall day and also also enjoy reading this review. My rating on a scale from 1-10, Ill give a 7.5 with potential for growth.
Ive been searching for an apartment for quite some time and wanted to find a place relatively quickly. Im giving five stars for the superior work from the entire staff. The main people I really want to give recognition to is Jennifer and the property manager Norma. For the first time I felt instantly comfortable, more comfortable than any of the other places Ive visited. They have worked so well with me the entire time and words cannot describe how grateful I am. A major plus is the fact that it is a safe community. Once again Im very thankful for all they have done. It was an amazing experience!
From the morning of moving in, I have been nothing but pleased with the hospitality I have been given here. The apartments are clean, spacious, and exactly what I was looking for with a reasonable price. Everyday After work, I come into the leasing office and I say hello to all of them and they have always greeted me with kind words... they have always been nice, polite, funny, and make this place feel more a home than an apartment to me.. highly recommend King’s pointe/kings cross and the staff that represents the establishment
Ive been here at Kings Pointe since November 2014 and plan to be here until military moves me again! its tucked away off of the busy town, but is also really close to everything you need like the mall and food. all of the staff has been great to me, Ive never had a negative thought about this property at all. its well maintained and I feel very safe here as a woman. gated property, clean environment, and kick ass gym! rent here if you get the chance!!
Its okay. Thin walls, cheap floors, and not enough parking. For the price its okay, but you can rent a house for cheaper and have more space
Ive been living on a 2nd floor (of 3) for about 8 months now and overall Ive been very pleased my choice, but there is at least one important thing to consider that they offer I originally didnt concern myself with: no pet weight restrictions. This is a concern because while I dont have a pet myself, someone moved in above me a couple months after I did and they have a German Shepherd. So now during the day (and sometimes the night) I hear it running/playing/jumping around, whining because it is lonely, or barking from the veranda... Kind of makes relaxing hard when it goes on for over 10m at a time. So, while that pet & pet weight thing wasnt important to me as an non-pet owner, new residents should consider it as a possible concern when considering what floor you live on regardless of if you have a pet or not.Except for that, likely rare, case youll likely enjoy the apartments and its location.
I went to see about renting a place and the sign said be back at 2:00 came back at 2 had to wait 20 more minutes, then when the lady showed up she still would not even give me basic information. told me she had to go to a unit . very sorry customer service. I found a better place with all I was looking for and excellent customer service as well.
Overall King’s pointe is not a bad place to live. I give it a 3/5 stars due to some issues I have had. New management has taken over and is understanding and works to make this place better, but they are starting from where the old management left off, which was not the best. They are making greats improvements.
I have lived here for a little over a year and it is a very nice community, maintenance workers are kind and efficient, all staff wave and speak to you like family! If youre looking to move here go see Sharee in the main office, shes amazing at her job and very down to earth! The apartments are huge and the grounds are kept up, I feel safe and secure here! Great place to live!
Ive lived here for over a year and I love this apartment complex. Its convenient, quiet, and the staff is just awesome! The location is great; the apartment is minutes away from FT Bragg and all the shopping and entertainment areas. My apartment was clean and was exactly what I was looking for.
Very nice place to live.. lived here for almost a year. Have had minor maintenance issues but they were always taken care of once reported. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. My only issue is the trash compactor seems to always have trash around it.. perhaps theres more trash than pick ups.Staff is on point.. decided to extend my lease another year but move to a bigger place. Courtney made this transition very easy. And always got back to me as she promised. Theres always something nice planned for the complex.. from breakfasts, to back to school events.. would be nice if emailed notifications of these event went out but none the less its still nice that they do it. OVERALL...Its a very nice place.PS I love the idea of pets!!!! But I think there should be a weight limit on pets that live over other people.... the Dog above me is HUGE and all night it sounds like a horse is over us.. folks with BIG dogs should be placed on the lower floors....
The Grounds are very well kept. The Apartments are spacious and well maintained. Maintenance, took care of any issues immediately. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Gym is one of the better, apartment complex gyms Ive ever used. The rent was also much cheaper than some of the other places that provide corporate apartments. I did have some issues using my GTC to pay the rent but, all in all I had a great experience staying here.
Our first year at Kings Point was a little rough but after that new management came in and fixed everything up! My husband and I enjoyed a large 3 bedroom apartment and access to a beautiful pool. The staff was always friendly and when a service request did come up, the maintenance crew was quick to respond.
Crystal treated me excellent not only well as a customer but made me feel welcome in my new home. Maintenance was quick to respond to my online work orders to get my apartment up to my standard. Reasonable price and great community amenities.
I am changing my review because the manager showed that she genuinely cared about my opinion and about us living here. She called and I really liked that. She understood everything I told her and she is fixing everything which I like..thank you Norma....
My husband and I went to apply about a week ago and the manager (forgot her name) told us to place an application for free which required running our credit and she would get back with us on an apartment. Well the first sign something wasnt right is when she did not want to show us a model nor show us around and as of now we have not heard back at all. The reason I am commenting is because I dont like having my credit checked basically for no reason. So as of today we have not heard from them but we found a way better place to stay with a great deal.Never rent from a place thats to lazy to welcome you in, show you around, or cant show you a model at least. She was so unwelcoming!
Management here is top notch compared to what it used to be. The property is very well-kept and the staff is always friendly/willing to help. I have been a resident here for 3 years and have had no problems. Maybe I have just been lucky but I wouldnt be surprised to hear more stories like mine. Thank you Kings Pointe for being my home away from home while Im here in Fayetteville.
Dont try to lease here. They dont work with bad credit or bankruptcy. I told the leasing consultants twice that I had recently 10 months ago filed bankruptcy due to my divorce. I have over the amount of income and let them know if need be I have a co signer as well. I was told that wouldnt be an issue and continued to apply. 48hrs later I was denied because of my bankruptcy wasnt within the 3 year range. They still werent willing to work with me or my roommate all because of a bankruptcy. I wouldnt waste my time or money at this place. Especially if your still repairing credit which is everyone here in this military town unfortunately.
I would not recommend this place. I parked my vehicle in a safe spot and the landscapers Who were mowing the lawn were careless and negligent in there work sent small rocks flying at my car cracking my window badly. The leasing office basically said it’s my problem. Service and ownership of negligence is a big part of your job.
The apartments are nice but dont let those nice pics of the property fool you. Its littered with dog shyte because people from the Hood & Beverly Hillbillies dont pick up after their dogs. I cant even allow my family members to walk on the grass or kids explore the property because they have to play hop scotch over dog shyte.
Love love the team and community. Super nice!
THEY WILL ROB AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF EVERY PENNY DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Upon move out they charged us over $1000 for carpet replacement - this is the entire apartments worth of carpet! We kept everything in fine condition for living there 2 years and they tried to rob us instead. There are bugs/roaches, the gate is always broken and no parking there either. DO NOT LIVE HERE
My husband and I have lived here for almost a year. Our experience couldnt have been better! We have a 3 bedroom and thought it was a great price for the amount of space. Luckily we never had any issues with neighbors, noise or crime. The girls in the office are always helpful and our work orders are always taken care of within a few days. We are sad to be leaving with military orders but will ALWAYS recommend Kings Pointe to anyone we know heading to Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area!
Hope you like getting your car stolen multiple times. Dont live here. Dont live in the middle of Fayetteville.
This Place is a living nightmare and still years later still they don’t do their job professionally. So they have it that we were evicted from there and went to court and the judge basically through it out when he found out our car was broken into in the same week a home invasion took place in the apartment above me causing me to go into early labor and instead of them documenting correctly it’s still there and no one will return my calls or messages just inconveniently inconsiderate. Don’t recommend this place at all wish I didn’t have to do a star period!!
I lived here for 2 years and 1 month and I must regret to say that Kings Pointe apartments is awful. Im probably the least picky person youll ever meet but I NEED to say something. There is daily crime here(no security guard or courtesy police), drug dealers, break ins, roaches (despite pest control), extremely loud music, and worst of all... The rude staff. I had been extremely patient and spoke with the staff about my concerns but they were visibly annoyed and rude. One time I had the people above me hook up a broken washing machine and I came home to my apartment flooded with approximately 20 or 30 gallons of water. The staff was pissed that I was upset about this and the slow maintenance crew. To top it all off, when we decided to move out after our lease term was up, they charged us for everything, even the carpet cleaning. We washed the carpet and it was already damaged by the flooding. I have several more horror stories but I will keep this brief.
Crystal is simply awesome. I had just moved to Fayetteville from Boston, and she made the tour very fun!I would suggest requesting her for a tour any day of the week.Great service!
Our overall experience was great. Apartments are great size and value. Management was always extremely kind and prompt with their response to our problems, especially Holly and John. I would recommend to anyone.
Listen... Im a person that loves fitness ( they have two gyms with free weights and many machines) I love my dog to death (they have a dog park and NO WEIGHT LIMIT) I love swimming (two outdoor pools and a indoor HEATED pool) and best of all, MY FULL SIZE DODGE RAM AND MOTORCYCLE fit perfectly in the garage!!
I have lived here for over two years and my husband and I have loved our experience. We have never had a problem (knock on wood) with crime. We lock our cars and lock our doors (deadbolts too!!) We dont leave our valuables out in our car for crooks to see. Yes it is a gated community but you have to be smart about it too. The girls in the office are always friendly, the one girl knows everyones name and apartment number. Neither of us have ever had a problem with them being rude or unfriendly. We think they are very good apartments for the money.
This place has allowed numerous car thefts to happen. This has been an issue and nothing was done about the security, because of this, the thieves have decided to come back for more vehicles to steal. This place does not care about you, your well being, or your security. Look elsewhere do not come here.
Friendly and polite staff. So far we love it here. Thank you for all the help!
So far weve had a great experience! Theyve been super helpful and patient with us after we were only given two weeks notice to move to Ft. Bragg.
That Manager,is rude. She says her name is Dora. The other clerk pretends to be a female, with, she has short hair, and a, distorted figure,is foul. Those folks are NASTY.Occupants,be aware. This is not Fraudulent.Google feel free to contact me.
Clean and Professional Apartments. The staff is very helpful. Second time living here at Kings Pointe. 5 Stars.
There isn’t ever anymore in the office and maintenance does not do their job. Appartment homes rented out with flea infestation and broken fixtures. No one seems to care either. I do not recommend!
I lived there for over a yr. The staff was nice and polite, I dont know why other people posted they were rude. Anything that was broken or needed repairs was done in a timely manner and the worker are professional. The place is a bit older and yes you can hear your neighbors, but thats what you get for living in an older place so close to other people. I loved the exercise area and pools and the fact we could use the other complexs facilities. We ended up moving to a house and to tell u the truth I would rather be back at the apartment, then this house we are in.
Maintenance service is awful!!!! Called the emergency services to repair the AC with these 100 + degrees days and was told the problem was fixed. Returned home and it is not fully operational - I am running fans to try to sleep. Just Left message for repair again, Ill give an update in the morning. I would like to know exactly is the problem and how they plan to fix it.They need to hire a professional to fix the problem and dont rely on the inexperienced staff whos attempts are lacking.I am truly really angry about the lack of service
Im confused about the pet policy. A neihbor said you guys dont allow excotic pets. What exactly do you guys consider excotic. He said no snakes but the snake I have at my friends house is a native species of NC so it is not clasified as an exotic animal by federal law enforcement agancies of wild life. So is it just excotic animals meaning the correct definition or excotoc meaning whatever yall dont want on the property.
I am a current tenant at this apartment complex and have been for about a year now. The grounds are beautiful, but the staff is horrible...specifically the current property manager. I have witnessed inappropriate conversations about tenants between her and other staff members. She has been rude and unprofessional when speaking with her staff in front of tenants as well. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It is too expensive for the outdated cabinetry. The only thing that this apartment complex has going for it are the pool, general beauty of the grounds, the weight room, and grounds/maintenance/housekeeping staff. Anyone that is looking for something worth their money and with a good property manager, should NOT rent here!
Kings Cross is one of the nicest most cost efficient (and pet friendly!) apartment complex! Maintenance is quick to respond and resolve any issues, the property is always clean, the amenities are wonderful, and most importantly, it is a gated community whether you like at Pointe or Cross. What really made me fall for this place was the apartments are all being updated, the pet policies are very pet friendly, and the leasing agents are wonderful! I will be frank, the manager is rude and has a bad attitude, I avoid dealing with her at all costs, but the leasing agents that work with residents go over and beyond to make up for any off putting attitudes of management. The leasing agent who assisted me at move in was Amanada, she is amazing! Amanda is probably the nicest person I have ever met, she is an asset at the Kings community for sure. She was there to help me with everything needed for my hectic military/college life move. Also, this apartment complex hosts many events for residents to promote a more unified community in the forever changing environment of Fayetteville. Kings Cross is a great location with reasonable prices and is the most pet friendly apartment complex in Fayetteville. It is worth your time to go check out the community!
Ive lived in the Fayetteville community for 3 years and I have to honestly say that this is one of the BEST properties in town to rent. The office management is absolutely wonderful, and know you by first name. Grounds are well kept, trimmed, they ACTUALLY spray for insects, and maintenance is trustworthy, knowledgeable and fast. The buildings are great quality, and the rent price range is extremely reasonable if not a little low for the quality of life here. It is a gated community, and Ive always felt very safe here. I have been around town to a lot of other communities, and have considered moving to a few others to be closer to base/work/etc... but every renewal I find another reason to stay, and I just cant get away. Its also generally quiet around here, its home!Honestly its 15-20 minutes with base traffic in the morning through all American Gate, and 10-15 minutes home little-no base traffic coming out Yadkin. If youve known the base traffic around here and how some places its 30-40 minutes to get home, this apartment complex is well located to beat heavy traffic areas. To me thats a big plus at the end of the work day.The clubhouse and amenities are great, Gym is free weights, up to 140lb dumbbells, free bench, everything, no need to use Base facilities with 50+ other people, your gym is now right in your backyard. Also the sister complex is across the street, and their amenities/gym/pool are also included for access.Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, secure, well priced place with great qualities. Ill be here for the rest of my Fayetteville experience.
Moved in Aug 2018 and was told that the former tenant left a washer/dryer along with a desk and some random furniture. Just got billed a extra $200 on last months rent (Nov 2019) for washer/dryer rental!!! Go find somewhere else to live, this place is horrible to its residents!!!
If you are in the Fayetteville area and are looking for a place to live, Kings Cross and Pointe Apts have all of the amenities TWICE. Two sets if gyms, pools, parks, recreational rooms, and offices to choose from. Lots of monthly resident activities as well. Pretty affordable and at a central location too.
Been trying to reach someone for three days to check on availability and to get some information. All you get is the automated attendant. Filled out the contact form and received an automated reply message. Called the assistant manager and got not taking calls at this time Seriously bad
Bottom line up front: Walk across the street to Westlake at Morganton and pay the little extra cash it cost to rent there in order to save yourself from the headache that is Kings Point/Crossing.I can honestly say that this is one of the worst places I have lived. Before I even moved into the apartment I ran into issues when the tenant of the apartment I was supposed to move into decided he didnt want to move. I was told the choice was mine if I still wanted to move in since the current tenant didnt give proper notification. I said I still wanted the original apartment. The management ignored this and said I couldnt have the apartment after stating the choice was mine. This was also about 5 days out form my proposed move in date so at this point I had no other choice but to go with what was available. I was supposed to live in Kings Crossing and now was stuck with Kings Point. These apartments are pretty run down, dark, and if you like your upstairs neighbors fighting and playing loud trance music till 2am, then this is the perfect place for you. They have absurd fees (if you leave a single box in the apartment when you move out you will be charged $100+ for a clean-up fee), and have no consideration for tenant appreciation. You are just a walking dollar sign living in their complex. Pay special attention to the dates written into your lease. I did not pay attention, the incorrect date was put in (not sure if it was on purpose or a mistake) and I had to pay for a months worth of rent while I wasnt living there. I will admit that this was primarily my fault for not reviewing my lease in greater detail. If you decide to rent here, go over everything with a fine-tooth comb. Do not accept any excuses from the management, and the minute something doesnt seem right, move out. If I were you I just wouldnt live here at all. They cant even fix their security gates let alone manage their property. There is one stand-up dude who works there named John. If you have to deal with anyone, make sure it is him.
Im a current resident at the kings pointe apartments and was really confused about the bad reviews. All the staff is extremely friendly here and not even once they were rude to me. Once my heater broke and maintenance came within 15 minutes to fix it. Now regarding the parking, never had a problem with parking. Only when I come home later at night there are not a lot of parking left, but its still a very close distance to my building. In addition the community seems really quite and never heard of any crime here. The only thing i can agree on is the gate issue. It gets broken way to often or is open a lot of the times. Other than that I enjoy living at this apartment complex and would definitely recommend it.
I will NOT recommend this place. It looks all pretty and stuff in pictures, but I feel like living in a dumpster. Management cant control their property and there are garbage bags all over the place in front of every apartment and hallways. Their customer service is unprofessional and the staff is careless. By far my worse experience with apartments and property management.
I would not recommend this place at all. Ive lived here for a year and the ac was broken most of the summer . The thermostat in the oven was broken from the time we moved in to the time we left. When I tried to turn in the keys they opened late. The gates are always broken. Half the summer the pools arent open. I would not tell anyone about this place its cheap but you pay for what you get.
The Manager is awful. There were Termite Infestation,at,both apartments,I lived in.The Termites then started eating my couch.I TCHED LIKE CRAZY;EVERY TIME I SLEPT ONMY COUCH..DONT TRUST THOSE FOLKSAT KINGS POINTE/_-KINGS DUMP.The Place Smells HORRIFIC.The OUTSIDE Air insist fresh. The Manager,is 👎 HORRIFIC.She doesnt mind conflict pertaining to, Noise, amongst Residents. The SO called,Managerfails,to keep the Grounds Sanitary.KINGS POINTE,NASTY....BE-AWARE.THIS IS NOT FRADULENT ACTIVITY.GOOGLE,FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME.
I have been living here for 2 and a half years with my wife....This apartment has gone down hill and is no longer a place I would recommend to anyone its filthy and your paying for a gated community that half the time the gates dont work or they are just left open...i have almost been killed in the gym a number of times due to broken equipment now most if not all gym equipment is scrap now....the pool tables are trash cant even be used anymore....this is due to the fact that management does not in force the standards to non tenants my wife and I have spotted people walking in through the gate so many times i lost count we brought it to there attention nothing was done...they trash the place at night....the doors have key cards but you dont need them you can just pull them open no problem so whats the point.....there is trash all over the place and is ridiculous....parking is always a problem no matter where you go but is especially bad here some people have 4 people living in 1 apartment and 4 vehicles we live in the very back and most of the time have to park at the entrance and walk all the way very annoying when getting groceries to have to walk 300 meters to your place 2 or 3 times.....there is people slashing tires in the parking lot so keep an eye on your possessions....noise is deff an issue we have neighbors playing music so loud shakes the windows and knocks frames down at times from 9pm till 4 or 5am we are a military family and it just is too much as soon as our lease is up we are out of here so do yourself a favor dont bother with this place it is way to expensive for a crappy place
I have lived in these apartments for 6 Months now and just signed another lease. Not sure where all these negative reviews are comming from because its a great place to live.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I moved in and everything was falling apart from the start; Maintenance takes forever to fix anything; the neighbors are all extremely loud and belligerent; and it should cost half of what I pay to live here because of the living conditions. Bottom Line - go elsewhere.
GO ELSEWHERE!! For a company that says were all about our residents is complete horse**it! I have been living here since July 15, I travel quite a bit, but when I AM here, Ive had to deal with EXTREMELY loud upstairs neighbors, my car being blocked in by other tenants or guests parking behind me (FOR HOURS), my dishwasher has been leaking since Ive moved in and maintenance has NO CLUE how to fix t (obviously) theyve been up several times, fire alarms in my apartment going off at random hours,(was told by one of the leasing agents to pull out the battery) they NEVER sent maintanence over (as requested), bathroom paint started to peel off the wall day one of move in, cant light the fireplace cuz of the cobwebs and dust. Vent plates in the ceiling that look like theyve been there since the 1900s. The WEIGHTroom is a joke, 85% of the machines are broken and 90% of the free weights are missing, ALL this has been brought to the attention of the staff and NOTHING has been done about it, our lease is coming up and were checking out! NOT WORTH your hard earned money!! GO ELSEWHERE!!
My husband and I like living here. It is conveniently located to the mall and post. Weve never had any issues with our neighbors as for noise complaints. With the community being gated, it is a nice deterrant from theifs, but crime does happen everywhere unfortunately. The only thing I dislike about the property rules is people do not pick up after their animals.Granted I have 2 dogs and I pick up after they do their business, people bring their dogs over to the grass area in front of our house and let their dogs do their business and leave it for me to pick up. Also, when we moved into the apartment December, we were told there was going to be a dogpark built onsite. There is still no dogpark, which is a high disappointment.
The wood ramps are very dangerous.
I LIVED AT THIS HORRIFYING PLACE CALLED KINGS POINTE!EQUALLY HORRIFYING IN 2018!
Gate hasnt worked for 2 months and when it finally works, code doesnt work. Cars broken into as well.
The staff are wonderful !
Storage unit keeps getting broke into, unsafe!!
Great staff, extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Any issues that came up were resolved immediately without further issue. The grounds and gym are always clean. The gym itself is extremely good even for more advanced people.
The owners of this residence dont give a damn. I dont recommend it
