They treat you like you in jail,dont want nobody enjoying life,it could be better but obviously it wont until management change

Certified slum lords is what these guys are. Avoid at all costs

It looks like this place is finally under new maangement. They started doing regularly scheduled pest control, are taking care of maintenance, and are really cleaning the property up. Love my new apartment!

I only gave them one star because not giving them a star isn’t optional. If you have children I highly suggest you don’t move here because they don’t like children. And the maintenance man as well as a tenant will always have a camera in their face documenting their every move.(in which we are taking the proper procedures to have this investigated) There has been illegal drug activity while children play and nothing has been done about it. The property manager will harass you & have the maintenance man as well. We have even caught him looking in our window at one point. Not a safety zone at all and definitely not a place to raise any children.

I’ve never ever been to a place of living where children aren’t allowed to be children. They don’t really like them outside and the maintenance man likes to pictures of them. Which is truly alarming however the property manager did not take the matter serious enough & made a comment that we “were only money hungry” which in fact all was asked is that the pictures were removed.

I agree with earlier reviewer. This property seems biased against children. They complain to tenants if kids are outside playing and make it seem like kids are doing damage to the property. The maintenance man sneaks and takes photos and videos of kids with personal cellular device, but its unknown if those are taken into custody of the property of the apartment complex.

Not a place to raise children !!
