We had a wonderful experience living here. It was a nice quiet residential area. They fixed every inquiry we had in our apartment. And the staff was always very helpful.

Me and my kids moved here about 8 years ago. We love the school system which is one of the reasons of moving here.We have loved it here and will be here until my kids graduate.We love the neighborhood and our neighbors are the best!The new owners have done someAmazing things throughout the property and we have absolutely loved the changes.The dog park is so cute and our little dog just loves it !

I have lived here for about 7 years now and it has been the best apartment complex by far that I have lived in. The office staff, Amanda and Tiffany are the absolute best.. They care so much about their residents and show it daily. The maintenance staff is on top of their game when it comes to work orders - We call in a work order and before we are home from work the work order has been done.We give EQUINOX 5 stars!!!! We recommend EQUINOX to everyone and will hate to leave once we start the house buying process! Thank you guys for all that you do and we hope that your owners know just how valuable you are!

Living here has been a blast! We moved in a little over a year ago and it has been the best place to live. The office staff and maintenance are on top of everything they do - They work so hard to keep the property looking great and they are very attentive to our needs!The pool party this year was so fun - i do hope they are able to have another one next year !!

My sister lives here and me and my kids comevisit them all the time. we love the pool, playground, and hanging out with her neighbors.everyone is so friendly here and makes us feel welcome when we are here.i give the complex 5 stars - they are good to my family and treat them well.

The staff at Equinox at Knight is extremely friendly and helpful. Anytime we have had an issue, the site managers are very quick to respond. All maintenance request submitted have been taken care of promptly. We appreciate all of their hard work and efforts to keep the site running smoothly. Its not an easy task but they do so with a smile. Thanks you very much. :-)

My husband and I started our marriage off here last year and we had the BEST experience EVER! Never had any problems with maintenance and the neighborhood was so peaceful & quiet!! We are getting ready to close on our first home but we will NEVER forget Equinox at Knight Apartments!!!

I moved here from Baltimore about a month ago for work i have loved living here everyone here in GA is so kind. since i have been here i havent had any issues but seeing how the staff interacts with their residentsi feel that if I have an issue come about it would be handled quickly and professionally.

I love living at Equinox at Knight. It is my favorite apartment complex ever. I’ve looked at many and this is the one I have chosen. It is so clean everyone is friendly and the neighbors you live next to are amazing. It is a very quiet neighborhood

Tiffany and Amanda are both amazing.... Always friendly and helpful. So I brought them flowers to let them know they are appreciated.

I have lived here so long and the staff has attended to every need. Amanda is the best manager this property has had. She is very attentive to the residents and their needs. I lived here from 2014-2016 and only moved because I purchased a home. The property is in incredible condition, and the staff are the best you could hope to find anywhere.

Tiffany and Amanda are nice at first introduction. Before and during and end if the tour. And also at the beginning but afterwards its ignoring of your concerns. To the point I thought maybe racial, and some of the residents there I have that light encounter. One encounter Today I was driving out if the complex and this euro American was walking to the garage dump to throw her trash away no not her.,but she made a comment if yall live here learn to drive, dont wait to drive you see Im walking. So there are differently Karens living there. I most definitely will not be living there. Its surbania hood all thats missing are the trailers.

I began my search with this property on 12/23/20 upon speaking with Tiffany assistant leasing staff member. She set up my tour with Amanda, leasing manager on 12/26/20 to tour and upon touring my spouse and I were in agreement we would proceed with the application process if we were pleased! We toured three different properties and I was upfront and forthcoming with all details regarding my situation! The tour/interview process went very well! I explained to Amanda that I was looking to move the weekend of 01/08/21 (which is when she stated the property could be ready because she asked for a projected move in time) because I needed to be out the property that I currently reside in by 01/15/21due to it having a reversible mortgage on it! (It was an inherited property after caring for my ill grandmother who passed on 01/20/20)! I produced all requested documents for the application! Everything was submitted on 12/28/20 with me having to call on 12/31/20 to check the status! No answer was provided at the time due to the holiday, which I was understanding of! I received a call on 01/04/21 about the status of the application and what needed to be done next! I proceeded with those instructions on my side and even forwarded the email for proof of my attempt to get some resolve! It was made very plain to me that the ball was in corporates hands and that they would make the final decision! My issue overall with the process is that I had to call several several several times along with leaving voicemails and getting the run around with getting an answer! I called many days with no response along with the preconceived notion that I would be approved, since I was upfront about everything and provided documentation! Well to make a long story short I finally got Tiffany to answer the phone at the leasing office and refused to hang up until I got an answer! Amanda wasn’t even professional enough to address my situation herself..she had Tiffany to give me the update! She knew from day one of my desired move in date, she knew that I didn’t want to waste time nor funds because I had been applying since Oct. 2020 with no success and my funds were getting depleted at this point! Now I’m faced with nowhere to go...having to put my things in storage and reside in a hotel all over a two week process that could have been handled in a matter of days! I’m very disappointed in the process not because of the “Denial”, but because of the lack of professionalism and empathy for my situation that was mentioned from the beginning! I lost two weeks of other opportunities to possibly secure something by waiting for a false “YES” that turned out to be a true “NO”!

I have lived here for over a year with a CONSTANT cat problem. This property has a lot of stray cats!!!!!!!!! The office has had many complaints from other residents including myself, about neighbors leaving food out on patios and feeding stray cats. EVERY TIME I leave and enter my apartment these cats are in the breezeway, parking lot or consistently eating food that has been left out. This is a problem that the office managers refuse and will not resolve. Ive called and emailed them so many times about neighbors leaving food out on patios which draws not only stray cats, but other animals because I live near a wooded area. Also, Im tried of living around vacate units that everyone can see that it is vacate: lights left on and no mini blinds. I ALWAYS see occupied and vacate apartments with torn or no mini blinds. I do not feel safe with vacate apartments around me looking like this for months on end. These apartments are not gated so anyone can ride on this property and easily spot a vacate unit to squat in. It seems as if the office management does not care about the up keep of the property by allowing these units to look this way for long periods of time. Both of these issues have been going since Ive moved here over a year ago, it is still going on, BUT IT IS GETTING WORSE!!!!!!!

I’ve lived here a year now, this is my first place on my own. I have loved every second of it. Yes the buildings are older, but the apartments are still very nice and cozy. The pool is always clean and a great place to spend a Saturday! Amanda and Tiffany ( the management) are so friendly and so overly helpful! I have had one thing needing repair the entire time I’ve been here and it was fixed within 30 minutes of me asking. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood and one of the best places to live. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Best place to live!!!

Yes, I work here (before anyone calls me out on it.) Yes, I am ALSO a resident here. I am your neighbor, the person keeping an eye on your kids while you cook dinner, also the person fussiest at your kids to keep them out of the road when cars are coming.I absolutely give Weatherly 5 stars. For the price, the square footage, the community, our hard working maintenance crew, our ongoing renovation projects to make Weatherly comparable in price and quality to surrounding and higher end apartments... We ARE the best bang for your buck. Come ride the property day OR night. Theres a reason we dont feel a gate as necessary, theres a reason we dont need but one courtesy officer, theres a REASON we feel safe letting our kids out after school to play with their friends. This is the kind of neighborhood we had as children with neighbors you dont hesitate to ask for a cup of sugar should you need it. Where kids come in when the street lights come on. Where moms/dads/caregivers give a crap about what their kids are doing and how they are behaving.To me, moving my family here almost 3 years ago was one of the best decisions Ive made. I cant wait to see what the next 3 years brings!!!

Unprofessional & should be condemned. Would never recommend them to ANYONE! The occupancy can’t stay up to par because the apartments are too expensive for the horrible quality. The workers are lazy and unprofessional. Confrontational, yet quick to call the cops when you remind them of their failures and constant neglect to the apartment. These apartments are a horrible reflection of what Fayetteville has to offer. Don’t be believe me? Move in and you’ll see. But before you move in make sure everything is fixed that’s should be fixed or else you will be told to buy supplies and fix issues yourself, change & buy your own air filters & given excuses as to why the maintenance men can’t fix things etc.. I remember when this apartment had good property managers, the managers they have now... GHETTO!!

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I love it. The staff has been extremely helpful and are quick to answer any questions I may have. Its a quiet neighborhood and I have had zero problems. This is my first place on my own with my son and I am proud to call this home.

There is so much to say about The Weatherly Experience.At first glance Tiffany & Amanda are kind and helpful.As time goes on the kindness ad helpfulness deteriorates much like the apartments. Stove smelling and rusty, Ceilings horrible patch work, Doors split, tubs peeling & discoloration, water damages & floor boards bent under cabinets, flooring splintered & peeling, medicine cabinet old & stained, and smells from old sockets are all unacceptable. Cats are multiplying throughout the property and grounds are not maintained at all: leaves and down tree limbs and trash. The rent rates are inflated and the units are drooping in quality sorely. The place is being kept up like a run-down trailer park. So many of the resident cant wait til there leases are up to move out so their rental history is not damaged like the Weatherly. We residents understand that there is only so much Tiffany & Amanda can do (even though they can certainly do much better) the owners and management company is out of control with greed and are deplorable in providing quality housing for their residents.Bet they live well! Get a change of heart people or move on to the slum-lord zone since you provide a substandard, poorly maintained property at Weatherly Walk Apartments in Fayetteville GA. Tiffany & Amanda try not to let your heart and character erode to this level or move on as well. Weatherly might as well be in Bankhead with this type of behavior and housing.

I currently live in Weatherly Walk for almost a year and I never have issues. When I need maintenance usually they come by the same day or the next one. Amanda (in the office) shes really friendly and helpful. True that the gym is really small, but to be honest I never use it. Pool area is really nice and clean, on summer they also have some events on the pool in random weekends. The area in the apartments is clean. Laundry room is a little small, but it work. Price is really affordable.

I have not moved in yet but when I went to the property to visit I was greeted by Amanda whom was very pleasant and informative. I was fortunate to meet one of the residence that has been there for awhile and she gave this property a great review as well. The location is in a great location and family oriented. I know some may say its too soon to comment but I have learned this...its what you make of the place and how you live.

All I can say is RUN!!!!! Its cheap to move in for a reason! BEWARE of the MOLD AND MILDEW!! All they do is come spray bleach water to kill it! They need to tear that old building down and renovate it from head to toe! The so-called gym is a joke and so is the fact that they had the nerve to raise the rent! Are you kidding me?? Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to go!Sincerely,No more mildew!

The management and maintenance crew in the apartments are very nice. It seems like Amanda is really trying, but the apartments need complete renovation. Ive lived here going on 2 years and the problems continue. None of my issues have been fully resolved. Im so tired of going to complain to the office that I dont even go anymore. I will be leaving when my lease is up. The neighborhood is going down and the apartments are old, outdated and in bad condition. Ive stayed here this long and paid my rent on time because I am paying for Fayetteville. That is it. To be 100% honest the apartments dont deserve it. It is a great place for people trying to get into Fayette County to come and live, if they cant go anywhere else. Besides that, there is better value for your money in the competing apartment complexes

My husband and I and our little one lived there for 3 years until we move to our new home. The environment is safe with only one exception from a stranger who tried to open our car. This incident is probably from outside people who come as visitors and they know that this place is quite.Buildings are old, but for the price and safety this is not a big deal. Tiffany and Amanda were always responsive to our needs, they are great in what they do.Fitness center is beautiful and very well implemented. We were using this area very often specially during the afternoons. We miss it so much!There is one complaint my husband and I had which was that the workers stationary place which was literally in the lower level of our apartment was an issue for us. I was always stuying and most of the time one of the workers had his radio sound very high that really caused me disturbances and for my baby nap time as well. But overall, I highly recommend this place if you want to save some money for your future home and being in a secure place.This place was a perfect match for our budget and helped us to save money. Thank you Amanda and Tiffany for everything!Pd: Buildings need to be remodeled, they are old and some of them have several cracks on walls. Tennis area needs to be taken care and maybe a little more effort in landscape specially around the area in which we were living, Apt 514. Hopefully the owner of this bussiness will pay attention to this since the new community of apartments in Fayetteville, LA FAYETTE, has great deals for very luxurious and beautiful apartments.

I applied and was approved after a week. The fees are a bit high compared to some. I did not see the apartment physically because it was pre-leased to me. I was okay with that because the office staff showed me pictures and based on the pictures the unit was really nice. A week before my move in date I was called and told that I wouldnt be able to lease. I already put deposits on cable, renters insurance, transferred my electric and registered my daughter for the school in that district. Apparently, the tenant that was moving had no interest in moving anymore. I was devastated and extremely upset. The apartment did, however, return all my fees paid. Horrible situation. They did attempt to accommodate me in an apartment that was much older for $60 cheaper and on the second floor which I did not request to begin with. It is a fairly nice neighborhood, but please do not pre-lease. Make sure the unit is vacant and available before pursuing any business with this complex.

I would strongly not recommend moving here especially if you have kids. ms. Amanda and the rest of the people in the office chastise them and make them feel like bad kids which they arent. They are also continuously finding reasons to bother you. These are the worst apartments Ive ever lived in and I will make sure all of my family and friends never move here.

I used to live her for a little over a year back in 2013. Yes, my apartment was old and had a few things that needed fixing, such as a hole in the roof that was showing signs of mold. Amanda and Tiffany were very nice about everything and tried to have someone come out ASAP to fix it. The person who did come out didnt fix it for the first few times, so Amanda and Tiffany made sure that the person came out to actually repair it to ensure there wasn t a hole, not just spray a coat to cover it. I do not blame them for the issue as it is a third party person who comes out. Yeah, they might have been able to watch this so called person fix it before hand and not have to finally get after the person the 5th or 6th time to finally do the job to fix the roof....but they have jobs to do as well, not babysit someone who was incompetent at their own job. That was my only concern but because I do not blame any of the staff, it is why I still give them 5 stars.The apartments, except building 7, are very old and would be nice to have them rebuilt, but then rent would go way up. I rather pay the cheap rent I had for a old run down apartment where maintenance (who I found were very nice and amazing) was quick to fix issues vs pay higher rent for a new building.I see lots of complaints about how Tiffany and Amanda are not very nice, but I did not see this myself. Maybe its because I respected them and if they told me that I needed something done, I would do it. Tiffany and her family lived there when I used to, and I thank them so much for the help they provided me. Amanda and her kids were quick to jump in and help when I needed it as well. I enjoyed living there and would highly recommend this place still. Id gladly move back in if I moved back into the area.

I have been here for several months and my childern and I love it here.

The regular manager Amanda was a sweetheart and was very reasonable but the other manager was so persistent and banning me and my two brothers from the pool. They are so strict to a point where no one wants to go. Theres usually only one or two people when I walk by. They said we were too loud and were disrupting the other people, yet all we were doing was playing volleyball and swimming. It seemed weird the other people were just floating around and READING BOOKS AT A POOL.! Its a family area. If you dont want families in your pool just say that. Kids are loud, no one goes to six flags and tells people to quiet down. Its a family atmosphere . Anyways she called the courtesy officer on us and we were treated like criminals for splashing at the pool . I would say my little brothers summer is pretty much on a leash if he keeps going to this pool.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! Management is HORRIBLE! Maintenance went into my apartment when I wasnt home and stole my computer and grandfathers wwII helmet. THEN when I moved out, 6 months later the apartment tries to send me to collections for almost 3k!!! It was quickly removed because I had all proof that we owed nothing, but still. The manager is very rude and doesnt know how to do her job. They withheld our packages and mail from us, then called the COPS on us when we DEMANDED our OWN mail back! Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the apartment itself is very poor quality, always has ants, not matter what you spray or how many times you inform MGMT. Carpet appears clean upon move in, but not too long after you move in all the old prior stains will resurface, and you better believe they will try to charge you for it once you leave. Our stove went out ALL the time, AC didnt work for a month. All in all this place is a horrible place to live. Go across the street to Swanbrook, youll deal with half of the bullshit. Honestly ive never been more disgusted with an apartment complex.
