After having worked with dozens of the various property management companies in Northwest Arkansas, I can say this: Dunn Property Management is hands down the best.On the tenant side, they are easy to get a hold of and take issues seriously. If something is wrong with your AC unit, they will get someone out there ASAP, typically that same day. As anyone who has ever rented much will tell you, that type of customer service is rare.On the landlord side, they are serious about managing your investment. They take excellent care of your property, do a great job filling them with tenants, and are easy to work with.Whether youre renting or looking for a property manager, youre in good hands with Dunn.

The management is great,any time I have an issue they send help right away. The buildings are pretty dated so maintenance is required from time to time. Very tight knit and always check in with you

I have never worked with a company that was so eager to assist with any issues that I have had. Since we have moved into one of their locations they have fixed a few little things that they didnt know where wrong, added a dumpster, and striped the parking lot. I have no issues with Dunn Properties. Whitley Dunn has done an exceptional job to make sure that our needs as a tenant have been taken care of. I honestly with all property managers were as helpful.

They have a new manager, Kimmy, who is absolutely outstanding with customer service. I world of difference from what I experienced prior. So, yes, at one time - 1 star. Now, with Kimmy - 5!

Absolutely do not rent from Dunn Property Management. They were pleasant while we were renting from them, but turned devious once we told them we were moving out. They stole $600+ from us. A very terrible experience.

If you are thinking about renting in the fayetteville area, do NOT rent from this company. No customer service, spiked rates, and almost impossible to get a hold of. After we moved in to our rental we found bags and bags of trash hidden throughout the property. Who does that?

My fiance and I are moving to the Fayetteville area from out of state for work reasons. We attempted to contact this company multiple times to attempt to set up a day where we could have multiple showings, as it takes almost half a day to reach the area.Not only were we unable to set up any appointments, the company did not respond to any e-mails, either direct or through web services such as Zillow. They further did not return calls or voicemails.
