I and my family stayed for 2 years, we enjoyed our time. April and summer are professional and very responsible Managers. The apartment is spacious from inside and clean. neighbourhood is quite. new gym area is equipped with necessary equipment but timing needs to be extended.April was cooperative for extending our lease and at the time of Move out. we would continue to stay but unfortunately the rental prices went HIGH.
My husband and I have lived here for almost six months now, and we can both honestly this is the best apartment living experience weve ever had. We absolutely love our spacious updated apartment and are very impressed with the timeliness of service. I also appreciate frequently seeing maintenance professionals out and about, keeping the property and area around us looking nice.
So far, Ive been loving this community it is very peaceful and quiet, The staff is wonderful... The maintenance staff are responsive and have been outstanding when it comes to making a call to the office, I really like it here. There are a few spiders here and there but overall this is a nice place, It would be even more amazing if there was a basketball court for the community.
WORST COMPANY EVER. NEVER LIVE AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. YOU WILL REGRET IT.We lived at Addison on Cobblestone in Fayetteville for 12+ years and had 4 or 5 different owners/management teams, but we never had a management team like Fogelman (This management group doesnt care about their tenants) The time we lived there the management team was lead by Michelle Marie Murphy. She and her management team were one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. We had to cancel our lease because of the way the management including her treated us. When I called the corporate office to fill a complain, they told me she is no longer part of the company and the people at the Corporate Office are the same. This is what their Company Culture is. They have 0 respect for their tenants and based on the reviews, others have experienced the same treatment as us.
To many roaches and once a front in the house two of them, first time seeing the apartment a dead spider in the closet.
Joy and Kasey are very rude I paid $1500 dollars to move in and did everything online but after actually going to the office to move in physically I wish I would’ve went sooner Kasey was rude my mom had to tell her to calm down and stop yelling she said this is just how I talk and Kasey wasn’t in the office and joy gave me misleading information this is the worst apartment complex in Fayetteville save your money I kid you not
Ive been here for about 7 months and love it. The apartments are clean. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. The staff are responsive and helpful.
I’d give it 0 stars but that’s not an option. Unless you like living with water bugs, scorpions, and spiders I’d look elsewhere for a place to live. Maintenance is not being done. Office is flippant about issues and biased when it comes to which rules they enforce. At this point there is nothing else to say and my opinion has only gotten worst the longer we live here.
I loved my stay at Cobblestone, property was always clean and quiet. I never had a complaint. The staff was very friendly and attentive. When something needed repair or replacement maintenance was done within 24 hours most of the time but no more than 48 hours depending on what needed done. Roosevelt is the maintenance supervisor, very friendly, very respectful, always willing to help. He knew his job and did it very well, at one point he was a one man show and managed to stay on top of maintenance requests. I would move back in a heart beat if I needed to.
The maintenance guys are always available when needed, Roosevelt and the older guy are the most helpful and friendly. The office staff needs work our buildings are dirty and if you do not schedule pest control you wouldnt have any. ..... if they can schedule past control without having residence call it would be nice. And also we had a water leak coming from the residents on the upper level, now our guest bath smells like a urinal.Other than that I love here its quiet.
The staff is awesome all the time and the property is always maintained and stays clean. I enjoy the amenities and my kids absolutely love here because they have their friends and a pool practicly right in front of my window!
I have lived at Addison on Cobblestone for a little over 3 years and the maintenance staff on the complex is awesome. Roosevelt Hann has managed, delegated, and handled many of my maintenance requests in a timely manner and with a level of professionalism I have not seen in many staff before. Roosevelt possesses a wealth of knowledge and passion for a job of this magnitude and treats all residents here at Addison as if they were his family. He is always smiling, has an awesome attitude, and a great personality to add to the many other staff members here at Addison that makes coming home each day a joy of life. Roosevelt is a great asset to the Addison on Cobblestone family and I would like to thank the entire staff here at Addison for another great year. Great job to Roosevelt for being a great leader and to his maintenance team for making my stay at Addison a great one - I love it here.
Joy was awesome during our application process. Worked with us so we where able to get into our our at the timeframe we needed. We look forward to our stay here.
I have been here for 3 years. I moved here from Forest Park because I wanted my kids to grow up in the Fayette County school districts. I absolutely love my apartment. The maintenance staff takes care of any issues I have within 24 hours. The community is quiet and I love that police officers stay in the neighborhood. The property is well maintained and the office staff is really friendly. Also they have a great partnership with the elementary school. The school comes out every few months and does meet and greets with the families through pizza parties and fun events.
In all honesty this is a great place to live. I have been here since 2016 and have not found anything better. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly and management is great. They do communicate well when you have a concern and will get back to you that same day or the following if it’s after hours. Maintenance does a great job especially the supervisor. He is always pleasant and actually have conversations when he comes. They have an emergency line for maintenance that will come out after hours if needed. I do believe the property works hard to keep their residents happy and work with them. Also can’t forget how the leasing office tries to include the community as one by having many events and get togethers.
Nice friendly community. Clean and tidy. Professional staff with great attitudes.
1.) My apartment smelled like cigarette smoke and I had a major problem with roaches.2.) My apartment flooded with water while trying to disconnect the washer and there was no valve in the unit to shut it off and the maintenance man took forever to finally show up and shut it off. It was already too late by the time he showed up my place had already flooded and a couple units underneath me.3.) The kids in the neighborhood are very noisy.4.) The speed bumps are really high and seemed to have done damage to my vehicle.5.) The dumpster gets really full super fast and it smells horrible living in a unit close by.6.) NOT worth the rent.... payed way too much to live uncomfortablyThe only positive things I can say about this complex is that the office staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is always clean and comfortable. Sadly thats all I can say thats positive about this place. I wish I would never have moved here it was not worth the money at all. $940 for a two bedroom apartment to live in the smell of smoke and roaches running around. Thank goodness my lease is up.
Ive been here about 2 years and Ive been very satisfied with the living experience. Joy and Ari have been great helping me with any issues that Ive had since my stay here.
Its a great place to stay. The maintenance people are tremendous especially Roosevelt
I currently am a resident. At least three times I have called and reported maintenance issues, but the maintenance never gets the reports. I report it online and still no service. There is an exterior light that keeps going out because it fills with water. I told them the light needs to be moved because it will continue to fill up with water and go out. I am very disappointed with the way issues I report have been treated.
An adult get together was hosted by the Cobblestone Fayette Apartmentoffice staff on 4/15, 2016. The get together was well planned, decorated beautifully and included drinks and food. It was a most enjoyable time and provided an opportunity to meet other residents ofthe Cobblestone Fayette Apartment complex.
Ive been living here a little over a year. We have new management and I am hoping they continue on the positive path for the property and hope they create more areas for the children to play. I understand that this is an apartment complex and most of the residents are parents so if this is the case the accommodations need to be made as such. I live on the newer side in the front and my sister closer to the pool area. I convinced her to move here some months ago. We both saw the model and just like me she was told that there are 3 tiers ranging from standard to upgrade. I have the upgrade and she the standard as it was the only property available at the time. My apartment has the granite counter tops, black appliances, painted walls etc.... The standard that she lives in however is just that standard. Very old and chipped wood cabinets. Her appliances at one point in time where probably white but the dishwasher, range, and refrigerator are all dated giving off a yellowish color. She loves to cook but hates her kitchen so much she rarely does lol...(Sorry sister). Our apartments are around the same size which is a plus as they are a very nice size. She deals with a lot of bugs more so spiders not inside but in the walkways which is something maintenance will need to address. Im assuming because she lives in a more wooded area than me. The newer units are really nice and I love my neighbors. Im definitely renewing my lease.
Try to charge you alot of money, even if you leave the place spotless when you move out.defiinetly go to the Meridien!
So far, so good. I can honestly say that I am enjoying my apartment. I have called for mtc (just a few minor things) and they have come immediately and any problem that I have had has been taken care of without any problems at all. I would definitely recommend moving here.Miss Satisfied :)
They are very nice apartments. Maintenance is very nice and quick. It is a bit pricey though. The door seals suck, but thats the only complaints I have.
Moved in one month ago, and have called maintenance many times for issues. The condition of the unit prior to my move in looked sloppy and juvenile. The property itself is wonderful, but in the apartment home is where the quality issues lie. Instead of management asking how can we fix this for you, they try to brush things off.
Well kept property. Maintenance respond very quickly and they fix the problem. Nice choice if you are new to GA and the schools are good!
Beautiful visit mu boyfriend niece.
I love my new place its very quiet, clean maintance keeps the grounds up, I have no complaints also, I love April she was very helpful worked with me on moving in she was very pleasant😀 and professional.
I have been here almost a year, its very quiet and peaceful, my neighbors are cool! Management is very nice and helpful, I will be renewing my lease!!
I have lived here for almost ten years and have seen some of the most helpful office staff and maintenance guys. But since this company has had the property I Would Not recommend anyone to move in. The maintenance supervisor is HORRIBLE and doesnt get things done when he says hes going to get them done. He doesnt know how to handle conflicts and he have cussed me. There is one maintenance tech who knows what hes doing, but unfortunately hes leaving the property again and going somewhere else. The complex is quite. But other than that I have had NUMEROUS of water leaks and never seem to get them fixed on time. There is a courtesy officer on the property, but you barely even see her walk the property and if you have an issue with your neighbors or the noise level and you call to speak with her after hours shes going to tell you to call fayetteville police, because she is not going to come and see whats going on. Until they get a better maintenance supervisor and be more helpful and caring about their residents than the reviews arent going to get better.
Outside of the property being clean and quite and the office staff is nice. The neighbors above me are horrible they have like 7 kids in a 3 br and they are constantly running and screaming all times of the day even during school hours i work from home and i work at night. I have to leave my apartment to get a decent sleep. I have told the office and all they have been able to do is give them a letter and speak with them face to face once. I have called the courtesy officer and nothing i hear the noise day in and day out i have only been here since the end of july 2018 and im ready to leave already as this is ridiculous. I need to be transferred to a different apartment or something as this is not providing me comfort in my own home just sad.
Had a problem with our apartment smelling like cigarette smoke. They told us that it was because of the new carpet when we first moved in. The smell never went away and we have complained numerous times about it and they wont do anything to fix it.
When I first moved in, my apartment looked unfinished and there were so many things done wrong. I couldnt believe that management would allow someone to move in in any apartment looking like mine. Maintenance should have been replaced because their work was horrible. I have cleaned up so much behind their careless work. Also, the kitchen appliances are old and barely work. The cabinets look like an animal has been chewing on them. Then I noticed that they fixed up the tennis court that no one plays on, but left me with age old kitchen appliances. Not worth the money that I pay for rent. I just stopped requesting things to be fixed and got my father to do the work.
I only gave one star because of the quietness and the new carpet. That’s where it ends. The apartments itself are very much outdated. I understand that these apartments are like 25 years old, but you would think charging people 1000+ for rent that they would update all the apartments. They have old appliances. The countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are outdated. I don’t understand why they have carpet in the dining room area. Most apartments now, don’t have that. And no I didn’t see the inside of the apartment before I signed my lease. For some reason they made me sign my lease before my walk through. They have roach problems. They supposedly come and spray every month. Although I have had pest control come and spray inside my apartment, the roaches are still there. It’s like the spray they are using isn’t strong enough. I am a very clean person and this is very unacceptable for the amount of rent I pay. I would hate it for people with small kids. I don’t even put my food in the cabinets because I’m afraid that roaches will get inside. If I would have known this, I probably would have never moved in. Also when I moved in it was still food behind the refrigerator and stove from the previous renters. I even seen a peice of food that looked like it had been there for years. I have to clean two or three times a day, because I’m trying to do my best to get rid of the bugs. I guess you can say I hate bugs. My apartment has this smell that I can’t get rid of. And I see based on the review I’m not the only one with a smell problem. Even after cleaning it, spraying the carpet, using plug-ins, etc. I’ve had several friends come over and say it smells😔. My My suggestions to the owners...if you’re going to charge people $1000+ for rent at least care enough to let them live in a apartment that looks like the amount they pay. I feel like they’re stealing people money. Y’all need to update every unit in this neighborhood. And please don’t say it’s costly to update the appliances because the appliances y’all have don’t cost that much. The refrigerator is priced at 300 dollars. So take that out the rent people pay y’all and give them new appliances and interior. I can’t wait for my lease to be up. I’m hoping to move into the new apartments( Meridian at Lafayette) once my lease is up.
Liked this one.
Expensive but nice.
I gave it 1 star as well and I totally agree with S Williams, we think a lot a like we should get together sometime.
Spacious
